Mike from EPC Property Service did an EPC for my property. He provided a very friendly and efficient service. Communications were great, we arranged a date and time - arrived bang on time and carried out his inspection professionally and respectfully. I mentioned I needed a outside light fitted and he arranged to come back and do this for me at a really competitive rate. Again the light was fitted efficiently and neatly. We discussed and agreed to use some of the existing holes and wiring (once he checked it was good) to save on making more holes in the wall. A little thing but not something you would normally consider as a customer. I would highly recommend EPC Property Service
