Had a few quotes for a new drive and was something that did not sit right with the overall experience That was until i spoke with Sanj at swish he was very punctual and knew what he was talking about and seemed to click with him as he listened and offered advice on every aspect of the quote process with what we wanted We were told that his pricing would be dearer than my other quotes (which he did not know what we had quoted) but to our surprise he was cheaper before our add on extras were added and after feeling extremely comfortable with him and how he sold swish we shook hands on a deal even though it was a 4-6 week wait 3 weeks later we got the call asking for our availability and agreed a start date the monday came and the lads arrived and were very polite and informative with my wife as i was at work and at the end of day one had the mess of our old drive and garden removed and piled up ready for collection on the Tuesday morning on the Tuesday the delivery arrived with all the blocks and sand etc and rubble removed and by the end of the day had all pin kerbs and hardcore down and fixed into place then come Wednesday morning spread and compacted the sand and started to lay the blocks and had finished by 5 pm which was a fantastic effort considering the size of our front we had done I would highly recommend speaking with Sanj and offer a massive thanks to the lads that made our drive everything we imagined and went above and beyond what they had to do thanks for everything And to make the experience even better Sanj came and inspected the job and praised how good it looked once finished We had a dream of how it would look and swish home improvements made it a reality

Had a guy come to my door asking if we was interested in doors and windows, cannot remember his name (sorry) but was very polite, he then contacted Paul who come out to see us about the windows and doors, he was very helpful and polite. He put us at ease straight away. He knew what he was talking about then did all the measurements. He asked us to look through brochures and choose our doors and windows. He explained everything that would happen from start to finish. He then contacted Steve to do the final measurements who was also very knowledgeable and polite. We originally chose a certain type of windows but thought about what we wanted, we told Steve who altered the paperwork, Paul called us and said and expanded a few things, but he got it sorted out. Thank you Swish, Paul and Steve, you've all made our day. We cannot wait for the installation now. Will add pictures when completed.

This is a delayed review. Back in July my mother wanted 2 windows replacing in the house, one of which is a small bathroom window and the other an average size bedroom window. Contacted Swish who had previously done work by installing a composite door. So after contacting Swish, one of their reps arrives to measure up in order to give a quote. After measuring up he chats to my mum and works out how much it would cost. I'd already told him that I had a far cheaper quote to which he replied "I'd have snapped their hand off". When he asked which company I got the cheaper quote from, I told him and he then proceeds to say that the other company would be using cheaper materials for their frames by have them made with recycled plastic etc. Then he comes out with pressure tactic saying it had to be accepted that day. I didn't like this tactic as my other is 78 years old living on a state pension. His quote for the 2 windows was £1735 to which my mother agreed and signed the contract which I thought was a mistake and got her to cancel it the next day. I contacted the company where I got first quote from and told the owner what this rep had said to which he couldn't believe and told me that they use the exact same manufacturer as Swish and that they would never use recycled materials for their window frames. I got my mother to accept the first quote which was £820 cheaper for the exact same style windows. I certainly won't be asking Swish for a quote ever again as the pressure tactics used is disgusting, especially on old age pensioners, not to mention the lies told by sales rep. One thing I know about sales people is they are full of you know what just so they can get your money.

We have just had our dining room glass roof replaced by Swish. Darren and his team did a great job especially on the first day working late to make sure it was water tight . All the rubbish was taken away and the room was kept tidy. Steve the surveyor was friendly and did a great job. Lastly a big thanks to Andy the plasterer for a very professional job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Swish Barry Luke

I had 8 windows and a door fitted. Craig the salesman was very friendly and helpful but I have to say Steve the surveyor was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was a bother and after a little problem, Dave and Steve did a fantastic job of getting two lads to fit the door and windows at short notice. These lads did not disappoint, Michael and Darren were amazing. Once they started they didn't stop at all, not even for coffee and biscuits. They were friendly, polite, very helpful and cleaned up the mess as they went along. Nothing was a problem for them. Thank you again Steve, Michael and Darren, you did an amazing job

So pleased with our light roof on our conservatory, so easy to book,very efficient from arranging for a quote to booking for a survey and actually the work being done, the men that carried the work out were very quick and worked very well and we're very polite and helpful, would definitely recommend to other people and will definitely use again

2022 Doors kept being delayed after booking a fitting date with us so cancelling on the day - 3 times in the end. One door was fitted incorrectly, the team who came to assess it told us this, yet I had to chase to get any more information and someone to come fix it. This process took months, all the while mold was growing inside because there was no drainage Doors are nice, but they are definitely colder than the ones we replaced.

We had a lean to conservatory installed recently and from the initial visit to completion the whole process has been superb. No hard sell at the beginning and stuck to what we wanted, survey was very useful and informative. The office staff were very helpful, kept us informed about each stage and all relevant dates of the process. From Joe to laying foundations and Darren to his installation team everyone has been friendly, efficient and faultless. The result is just what we wanted. Highly recommend this company. Had a new front door and 2 bedroom windows installed, they were actually able to fit me in 2 weeks before they were initially due to. Arrived at 9am as scheduled and got on with the job with no fuss or issues, talked me through the guarantee of the new items when completed. Very affordable price too

Recent work carried out by swish, very happy with the work, would highly recommend. Conservatory roof aluminium tile overlay & new gutters. Previously used swish for the internal conservatory roof insulated, composite front door and all new windows including bay. The workmanship has been carried out to very high standard by a very Professional team, I found swish very easy to deal with and pleased with the excellent guarantee and aftercare service.

Swish removed an old wooden porch and replaced it with a new white UPVC one with a composite door and rubber lined roof. Darren and his 2 accomplices :) did an excellent job over 2 days in cold weather cleaning up as they went. They were very friendly and I would have no issues recommending them to anybody. Top bunch of lads and would def use them again.

I had two windows and two external doors replaced. The workmanship is excellent and the doors/windows are excellent quality. The team were polite and showed a great deal of respect for my property. From discussing the products, the work being carried out to the payment the whole experience was competley seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending Swish Home Improvements.

I wish there was an option of zero star. Gave them a huge job and they gave us a huge shock. Their plasterer did worst job, we had to pay extra to painter, tiler and eveyone who worked after them, just to sort their mess out. We had to pay hundreds more just because Swish home did not finish the job as promised and upto the standard. Really disappointed. Answer for your answer. First I appreciate that you contacted us after this review. 2nd I would like to tell you that we requested many times to Swish homes to come and check the final stages of work. We requested to send someome who can inspect as there were different people invovled in process ( builder, plasterer, doors and windows installer, Roofer ) so it was a Swish Home's responsible person's Job to come at the end and check that how everyone did and satisfy the client because clients are mostly not the ones who know very deeply. I think it was not our job to request you like 10 times to plz send someone for a final inspection to check if everyone did justice to their work ( got all the chat proofs ) but no body bothered to come out. Now its really funny from your call and this answer, that what you want from your customers is, after you guys are done, its customer's job to hire a tiler, a painter to inspect your work and then let you know that there is a problem so kindly come to fix it. Mean seriously? After paying 55000 for extension we could not get someone expert to come and inspect all the work done by 10 different people and tell us if everything is fine or if something need to be fixed. Its really amazing excuse that it was our job to hire flooerer and decorator to know what Swish home did wrong because Swish home doesn't do final checks and leave this job for clients. Claps

I have given 5 stars for my experience of the ease of buying and the fitting of the windows. I was happy with how James the sales rep conducted himself ,I didn't feel under pressure to buy and I didn't feel uncomfortable. He made it easy for me to be able to purchase the windows with a competitive finance option which was within my budget. The fitters Jack and Gary were very professional and I was impressed that they put dust sheets down and cleared up. The windows look great. Noticing a difference already no loss of heat bedrooms were roasting last night. The only criticism I have is somebody from the company knocked at the door because they knew the fitters were here and they offered me a 40% discount voucher ( he said it was in the post)off any further work I wanted done. I said I might be interested in getting doors fitted if I could pay off the windows within 12 months , so he said it was worth getting a quote which would be valid for 12 months because it was a winter sale offer. I agreed to let a sales person come out the same-day because they were in the area. However, it was a different rep and he had a different approach to the previous one. He said the special offer was only valid for the same day and not 12 months so I felt pressured into signing up for the survey and go through the credit check to approve the finance. That wasn't what I wanted to do so I have emailed to cancel the survey. I don't like feeling pressured into anything. If someone says an offer is valid for 12 months then that's what it should be . Happy with the windows so far

Very professional team from beginning to end. They also helped with another company. Jack and Gary introduced themselves at the beginning.They fitted all windows and new doors. They never stopped working and had the job done quicker than I thought. They tidied up and hoovered before they left. Great lads 100% would recommend to anyone. I love my new french doors and I can't wait for the summer.

Had a quote to replace all my soffit, fascia's & guttering including the gable end. Through out the whole process everyone was friendly, helpful and reassuring. Organisation was spot on, scaffolding arrived when it was supposed to, and the lads who did the job were brilliant. Had the whole thing done and completed by mid afternoon. The sales man was polite, patient and informative. The installations were carried out quickly and efficiently. We are also very happy with the quality and price of our home improvements and would use and recommend Swish for any future home improvements. We had to replace a lock recently on one of the windows which Swish carried out quickly and to our satisfaction. Date of experience: 27th July 2023 and 8th Dec 2022

Front and back door ordered. Had a problem with the front door and I thought I might have a bit of a headache sorting. However swish agreed that the door was wrong so they quickly reordered it. Professional from start to finish! We've had a few window salesmen visit us over recent years, but Karl was prompt, friendly and honest. He gave us a fair, clear price without spending hours boring us to tears with unnecessary sales patter or pressure. Steve the surveyor offered genuine guidance, answered any questions, and quickly and accurately dealt with the finer details - really pleasant and clearly knows his stuff. It was a pleasure having the fitting team, Jack and Richie, in our home. They worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble (give them lots of tea and coffee). The work was finished to a very high standard, they were cheerful, respectful and cleaned up well after themselves. Their communication and time keeping was great and no snags - I'm fussy and I honestly couldn't find any fault in the workmanship. Thanks so much to all at Swish - we are delighted with the transformation!

Excellent service from all members of staff who have been in our home. Carl explained the procedure clearly, Steve the surveyor listened to our requirements due to disability. My disability means all of the window handles were to open using my right hand only but the request, written on the order, had been omitted when the windows were manufactured. The fitters, Dean and Ray, did a fantastic job fitting the windows to a very high standard. They reversed the mechanisms from left to right so that I could use all of the windows before they left and replaced the incorrect handles with some spares. They left our home and garden spotless. James not only arranged a convenient date for the windows to be installed but also arranged for Steve to return the following day to change the spare handles with new ones. I now have a set of fully functioning lockable windows to my exact specification. As I said at the beginning, excellent service My husband and I would like to thank them all very much.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shoddy workmanship, very untidy and had to redecorate after they had finished as mucky fingerprints left all over the walls. Job left unfinished. Would never use these again for anything.

This company was fantastic I wanted a radiator removed and capped off, a wall taking out and french doors putting in place of a single door and window, the two gentlemen that came were brilliant, cleaned up after themselves and were very curtious, and for the work that needed to be done, i knew that taking out the wall was going to be the longest part of the job, because our house is not bricks and mortar it's poured without a cavity, people have already been to have a look at the work and asked me who did it. Fantastic work lads and will recommend you and Swift to anyone.

I have had my conservatory completed for about 19 months now. I had to call them swish out to address the problem of my roof. I contacted Dave who acted promptly to my concern. A date was set, The guys came and fixed the problem a hundred percent satisfied customer. I have recommended them to my friends and family. Caused havoc unnecessarily

This company have been outstanding from start to finish. All of the lads have been extremely professional, polite and considerate. If there has been alterations needed I have been kept informed and up to date. James Easton has been a brilliant and effective clerk of works, Steve the Surveyor was honest and open about we could and could not do. Gary and Michael were fantastic doing the bricks; Diligent, engaging and thoughtful. Darren and his team were great when they came to do the roofs and the windows. Mark the Spark, once again, Uber professional and engaging. The plastering team were so quite and task focused I forgot that they were there. Possibly the tidy-ist plasterers ever! Please send them all my thanks. We have been badly let down when undertaking projects of this type in the past. This has removed all my trepidations. We have another project set for next year there only one place I will be going. Settled my account yesterday and warranty and associated paper work arrived this morning. Thank you. J R Fawcett MBE

I was delighted with the sunroom which Swish designed and constructed for me. The builders, fitters and plasterers were hardworking and respected my property. The surveyor (Steve) and office manager (Dave) were extremely helpful and made sure any problems were quickly overcome.

Needed a big change doing on my windows. It all started well with agreeing a price with James. The surveyor Steve needed to come and check everything out to make sure they can infact do the job i wanted. Steve came round offering to move windows to correct wrongs that had been done in the past by the council and i agreed. Steve spoke to a plasterer that agreed to do the work on the inside at the same time. This was a BIG selling point as i hated the thought of living in a building site. I paid my deposit that same day.... But this is where is goes down hill. I was told by James 2/3 weeks. But it was 6/8 weeks after speaking to the office. I called up after 6 week as i hadnt heard a thing since paying my deposit, zero communication from Swish. They booked a date to install, so i booked holidays at work. I was told 3 days of work. On the installation date i got a call to say the fitter had sun stroke and wont be coming and work wont start the day after either!! I was told not to worry as they will work the weekend and have it finished in 5 days (not the 3 i was told). Dean and Ray, when they came where FANTASTIC. They are the main reason iv given 2 stars. But they hadnt said they would work the weekend, so i was left with a draft throughout my living room and passage due to an unfinished canopy for the full weekend.... at this point iv asked when the plastering is being started as the work is well on the way and still no plasterer. Steve advised he would chase it up. After work was finished i was told by Steve to give him 2 weeks to get the plastering done and a broken seal replaced. After 2 weeks i contacted Steve again, to be told. "You have had an amazing job for an amazing price and thats why you went with Swish" YES, down to Dean and Ray i do have a fantastic job externally. Internally i have now been in a drafty building site that he agreed to fix at the same time for nearly a month. It wasnt about price for me as i could have got it cheaper with Millennium Windows. I was just stupid enough to fall for their sales techniques and false promises. So Swish, if your wondering why I haven't answered your calls regarding more work i said i needed doing, its because I will NEVER use you again. Your sign has been taken down and everyone that has asked about my windows i have pointed them in the direction of Brian Longstaff at Millennium Window.

Had my conservatory roof insulated yesterday WOW!!! what an amazing job. They came when they said they would and the lads were very professional. Great price too. Thank you swish home improvements can absolutely recommend.

The product and work done was top notch, cannot fault the two lads who installed it on that. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. They failed to keep us informed of the status of our order and did not call ahead on installation day either. We constantly had to chase them about things with one person having the gall to suggest they contacted us all the way through! And to add to that, after installation, one of the reps was bordering on harrassment, showing up three times in total just to ask for a photo of the completed product and pestering to have the home owner pose with the door. No means no and it should be respected as such, so that was most unwelcome. Edit: the door trim, which was not installed until weeks after initial installation is starting to peel off and getting in contact and updates from this company is a joke. Once again, we are chasing them up about their shortcomings. And we have another issue too that I won't divulge publicly but because of this further inconvenience, I'm taking a star off my inital review. I implore anyone curious about this company to stay away.

From the evening that Sanj (our salesman) sold us the windows and doors, to the days that Ray & Dean spent fitting them, our experience with Swish has been excellent. I felt that the price we were offered was fair and the promises made around fitting were realistic, however the team managed to excell on these and brought installation forward much to our delight. 15 windows and a door were fitted in just two days by Dean & Ray who worked solidly for the entire time. They were clean, curteous and extremely professional, I'll be requesting them for future work we have planned. Steve, the surveyor, spent a good amount of time discussing the install, helping us refine our ideas around options for openings etc. so that we arrived at windows we truly love. What more can I say. Use this firm. They are good people.

Swish have just completed a garage conversion for me and I’ve been nothing but pleased with all aspects. They managed to fit me in before Christmas when another contractor had let me down and had it finished in just over a week. They were very efficient and as one aspect finished the next began, making for a smooth and as hassle free experience as possible. A mistake was made with the brick pattern under the new window where the garage door used to be, I asked if they could do anything and was amazed when the very next day they came back, knocked it down and started again. So a huge thanks from me to all who worked on this project, from sales and survey to installation.

Wish it was more but while the widow's & door are nice the service has been abysmal. So we should have seen the warning signs early on after a great intial discussion and reasonable price quote the installation was postponed once then the 2nd time they only offered to fit the windows and come back when they had the door, we declined and waited a further few months! Until all the products were ready. That's when things go downhill, so the fitters came on a Monday and without doing a thing announced they could only work until dinner time so would be back tomorrow to finish. On Tuesday they managed 3 windows and at 1pm announced they had to leave an finish tomorrow so now I've had to take 3 days off work at short notice not one. After installation it became apparent there was marks on several handles so they said they'd come back the following Monday with replace handles. I started to clean the windows as they'd been left filthy inside and out to which I'm informed by my wife would not have been the case if she'd been able to get a 3rd day off, also a load of mess was left outside which I was only upset about due to the number of sharp nails, screws and edges all over the garden when I have a dog. The During the week we began to notice a number of issues such as sagging trim, 4 damaged handles and a mark on a window frame, which we informed their office. They did not turn up on the Monday after bugging the office one of them turned up on Friday unannounced twisted about us and changed 1 handle then left after bugging the office several times (who constantly seemed to have no record of our issue) they came back again with another 2 handles. By now we were sick of the whole thing we had just decided try and source a handle ourselves and never deal with Swish again. Swish then phoned to try and upsell further work I informed them of our problems and how fed up we were (including further trim sagging & scratched glass)I made a threat that I wasn't going to start paying due to workmanship and miraculously someone senior came out that day and changed 2, a letter box, handles and a pain of glass then came back to sort a further handle a couple of days later. All in all a terrible experience that took months too long completed by incompetent, rude, uncaring workman. We still have a marked window frame & some sagging interior trim but there is no point trying to get Swish to sort it. Just take your money elsewhere.

Had appointment booked and on the day they called and advised that little one was off with cough. I was spoken to rudely after this like asking me what i wanted to do, I said is up to the person coming around covid etc... the guy on the phone just couldnt care and just said how about we just call you next week and hung up. Then i receive call backs from 2 days later and advised the above to the lady and 5 days later still waiting for manager to call me and new appointment to be booked.

Had a imprint concrete drive sold to me by SWISH for £5500 they employed a contractor to do the job not themselves it is a disgrace but they do not want anything to do with it because the contractor Concrete imprint driveways has gone bankrupt. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COWBOYS.

Can't recommend Swish highly enough from the beginning to the end they were fantastic. Steve the surveyor, James the designer then the three teams of hard grafters, they were there on time and left no mess, Darren that did the roof with another two great workers, then the two plasterers followed by the electrician. I can now use my conservatory/ sun room in summer and winter. Thanks again.

I recommend Swish to everyone who is looking for professional conservatory refurb. I wanted to replace my old one with a new one and 3 different companies let me down. They listened to me all the time what I want and also gave me loads of good advice what to change. The team that came to replace my conservatory were very polite and professional. They did majority of the job on Friday and came Saturday early morning to do the finishing touches. They also cleaned everything after. I am very happy with my new conservatory. Thank you.

Called The Office Shortly Afterward And Received Call Back, From Sales Manager Who Talked Me Through A Query And Put My Mind To Rest. 5 Star From Start To Finish.

I have just had 11 double glazed windows replaced by Swish and I love them!!! The fitters, Dean and Ray had a nightmare getting the old windows out but they overcome all the obstacles and completed the job to a very high and professional standard. Nothing was to much for them. I had an internal roof fitted in my conservatory to help with preserving heat, noise reduction and to smarten it up with ceiling lights, all of which was achieved at a very competitive price. It only took half a day and the staff were very friendly and skilled in their work. I totally recommend this firm and I have already booked them again to lay me a new driveway.
