Lydia and Michael and the rest of the team are friendly, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with!
We have used LDW Property Services Ltd for extensive building works at YMCA Ryedale for over two years. They have endeavored to meet the needs of our organisation and have carried out the works on our project with professionalism and have always been happy to address any questions or enquires that we might have with a personal approach. This has allowed us to explore all our options for our building requirements. We would highly recommend LDW
LDW, what an amazing company. Thank you so much for doing an absolutely fantastic job. LDW have just completed in only 4 days a new set of proper stairs (made to measure and installed on site) and 2 velux windows to my storage area in the attic. From the offset Lydia has been a delight to work with making it all happen with regular updates, Mike and Nick who came and did the work were always on time, hard working, full of banter and I had total confidence in their ability. I can fully recommend this business and the people within it. professional 5 star quality of work 5 star price 5 star banter 5 star recommendation 5 star
LDW recently took down a partially demolished perimeter wall caused by driver unknown. I had it replaced with a sweep of kerbstones. Discussions with the company were easy enough and positive and they carried out my building wishes throughout. The actual builders were craftsmen and excellent to deal with. I’d recommend this company.
Very helpful good advice great staff
Hopefully we are going to have a lot of building work done in the near future and we are entrusting them with every aspect of the project from design to completion. A firm that can be trusted.
We had a new kitchen fitted and the downstairs of our home made open plan. All work was carried out to a very high standard. LDW kept to the timescale and within the budget quoted. At the end of each day the lads left the area very tidy. From start to finish, the project was managed incredibly well by Lydia who is very efficient at her job. I would 100% recommend LDW Property Services.
As a specialist fabricator, you cannot beat working with lads who know what they are doing and are on the same page as you. Every site I have been to has been clean and tidy so it makes my job a lot easier. Very good business to deal with. Biggs Metals
