Ultimate Windows North Ltd

I’ve just had new windows and front door from Ultimate. Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of upgrading your home.

Ultimate by name, ultimate by nature! I definitely got the ultimate window experience. Lloyd and the team made the entire process simple from start to finish, with top‑quality installation too. I can’t thank them enough!

Great quality service

Best in the game 👍🏼. Very reliable.

Excellent service from Lloyd when quoting and arranging our fitting of new windows. Highly recommend the installation team who completed the job quickly and with a smile.

Fantastic service from start to finish. My grandparents had their conservatory and windows front and back replaced. A very smooth process from the initial survey, selection and then the installation team who were very pleasant to have around.

We used Ultimate for the second time and once again the work was really good. Friendly efficient workers . Good communication regarding installation. Everything cleaned upon completion and any snags dealt with immediately . Would highly recommend Ultimate Windows

I was extremely happy overall with the company professional threw out, after sales service is very good and the price is very competitive I would definitely recommend ultimate windows Middlesbrough 😀👍

Very bad customer service would not recommend this firm waited a year and a half for our windows to be replaced, after having to call them constantly and going in to chase up whats happening we were promised the sales person who dealt with us would get in touch but never ever did asked for a refund and still havent recieved it , we have had no apology or any explanation why the windows have never been put in, very poor communication and shocking service 😡

Ultimate Windows did a superb job in supplying and fitting upvc windows and upvc door. They also did some building work to increase the size of patio doors and fit new aluminium bi-folds. They also fitted composite front French doors. All work was carried out to the highest standards by their professional and courteous fitters. Their products are top quality and very reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to recommend Ultimate.

I had my back door and French doors replaced the back door leaked everytime we had abit of rain 5 times they attempted to fix it We even told them what the fault was but got told its not that Finally agreed what the fault was Required new door nearly 2 month of chasing and being told the manager will ring you still no call back Went down the line of contacting trading standards only after sending ultimate Windows a letter with a time scale to reply did I Finally get told they have a new door Never ever will I use this company again this dragged on for 6 months

Couldn’t even be bothered to turn up for the initial appointment to do the quote in the first place, no call to say they weren’t going to coming either. Must have plenty of business to lose a full house of windows with front and back doors as well!!!

Professional installation of our Patio Doors

Had my windows transformed July 2019 absolutely over the moon nothing was to much trouble for the lads who were fitting them Paul and his colleagues were A1 would highly recommend this firm first class from strat to finishhappy customer 😁

Very poor. Forgot to place my order. The office seemed to blame everyone else. No one was bothered and still haven't had a call back from the owner who always seems to be away. Avoid.

Top quality glazing products

Top class

Hi had a front door fitted by these guys in June 2017 they where brilliant would use again and defo recommend

After having ridiculous quotes from other companies who tortured me with calls after visit ,I was recommended by Alan Tott builder to use Ultimate Windows for front door and removal and replacement of old conservatory , Dave came around measured up and give price I excepted ,front door was fitted before Christmas very pleased with it, conservatory was fitted perfectly to my existing brick walls this week, excellent fitting team ,no mess ,attention to detail to finish .delighted with both jobs ,well done Dave and your team ,very helpful receptionist Jamie in Skippers lane showroom.

THIS IS THE ULTIMATE NIGHTMARE WINDOW COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY HOME, THE WINDOW SASHES ARE WARPED, TWO OF THE MAIN FRAMES ARE NOT INSERTED PROPERLY, LEAVING A CAVITY BEHIND THE FRAMES, ALL THE OPENING HANDLES ARE COCKEYED AND CATCHING THE MAIN SASH FRAME, ONE WINDOWS IS TOO NARROW, (MEASURED WRONG BY THE ON DIRECTOR,) THE OUTSIDE BRICKWORK HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE INSTALLER, AND FILLED WITH PLASTIC SEALANT, THE LIST IS ENDLESS, THEY DID COME TO RECTIFY THE ISSUES BUT THEY WERE NO BETTER, ONE OF THE SNAG MEN SAID THE WINDOW COULD NOT BE FIXED, THAT WAS THE LAST I SAW OF THEM, THIS WAS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY AN OFFICIAL BODY JUST TO GIVE THEM A ONE-OFF OPPORTUNITY TO RECTIFY THEM, THEY FAILED AGAIN, I HAVE TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS THE WINDOWS IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND THE FITTING WAS OF AN UNPROFESSIONAL STANDARD, I HAVE THREE OTHER PRO-COMPANIES WHO HAVE GIVEN ME APPRAISALS ON THEIR WORK , ALL SAY IT IS BAD. SO ANGELA, THE WOMAN WHO HAS GIVEN THIS COMPANY A GOOD REVIEW, WERE YOU PAID TO DO THIS! I NOTICE THERE IS ONLY ONE REVIEW, I HAVE TWO UP TO NOW AND I WILL CONTINUE TO POST BAD REVIEWS UNTIL THEY PAY ME MY MONEY IN FULL, ANY ONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO VIEW MY WINDOWS ARE WELCOME TO DO SO. ULTIMATE WINDOWS WILL GIVE MY NUMBER IF THEY ARE CONFIDENT THEIR WINDOWS ARE OK.

I would like to thank ultimate windows for the excellent work they have done for me. fast efficient and very polite fitters who cleaned up and left no mess. and i have had no problems and have no complaints what so ever..I had a numerous quotes from other firms but found ultimate to be the lowest. i would recommend ultimate windows to anyone if they want an excellent job doing..
