BM BI Folding Doors Ltd

Recently had a pair of metal framed internal sliding doors installed. Looks great and good experience with BM, would recommend!

Love my new aluminium bi-folding doors!

Great service, great product. Would certainly recommend!

Used BM Bifolding doors for my past 2 projects . Great aluminium products in the RAL we needed .

Great quality product with fantastic service. Would highly recommend to all. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good service, great product and fast efficient installation. Absolutely no damage to existing decor during removal of existing French doors and reinstall action of bi-folds. Very happy all round.

Amazing products and service. Have been really helpful when we had installation issues from another company, they have sought to assist to rectify despite not being their issue. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic quality bi-fold doors. I found the sales guy to be really helpful and the installers were very professional. Booked back in for new windows next year! Great local company!

Bought a SMART aluminium door from BM back in the summer. Quality and fitting is outstanding 👏🏼

Can't recommend BM highly enough, recently completed an extension and needed something to stand out. I was recommended the aluminium gable frames, and wow! Amazing result. Sales guys were very knowledgeable and the end result was fantastic, nothing was an issue and all the guys were really helpful through the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do something similar in the future!.

Handle has a waring on not to use to pull the door, however it snapped after using it less than a dozen times for it's intended purpose, they clearly know this isn't up to the job. They then wanted £540 as a call out. Terrible attitude towards customers

Whereas the product is fantastic and made up really well. And would get 5 stars for that. Sales are a split personality. Dr Jekyll cant do enough and is very very helpful, until they get your money. Then Mr Hyde turns up and they REALLY dont want to know.. After sales or should I say Lip Service, are a very different fish... There is zero interest in lookimg after their products or their customer base.. Took several emails phone calls and visits to achieve NOTHING. Eventually spoke to the owner. Who was just as unhelpful as his staff. and fails to listen. for this reason alone I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great supplier, great value for money and very good at meeting deadlines for supplying aluminium windows & bifolds

Had a very fast and simple transaction with this company. Special shout out to Katie, very thorough and professional

Doors are fine. Spent 6k on bifolds and windows. Some corner cutting when fitting . Large gaps meaning lots of sealant used. Unfortunately customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from any buisness. Nobody returns emails or calls. Mixed bag with this company!?

Absolutely shocking service. Will never use again, terrible product knowledge by the people pricing jobs, worst after sales I’ve ever had. Ordered bifolds and sliding doors for a job I was doing for a customer. Immediately after fitting the sliding doors had issues, I sticking point that made them really heavy to open, this still has not been fixed. The doors are black aluminium with a black aluminium corner, however a black pvc wood grain trim was used to hide the join between the doors and the corner, when I complained they said this was just usual practice and they weren’t going to do anything. After some more complaining they eventually changed it for an aluminium trim The bifold doors have dropped quite considerably since they were installed so I emailed their after sales department to get someone out to fix them. I was sent an email saying they were to busy to come along with some instructions on how to fix them myself. Absolutely terrible service and a bang average product for the same money as their competitors. My advice, avoid at all costs

Fantastic company, all the fitters are top lads, fitting good quality products at decent prices.
