Celestial Windows & Conservatories Limited

Recently had all my windows changed. A professional and informative service from the sales, installation and after care teams. The installation team showed respect for my home throughout the whole process; by covering the areas they were working and then cleaning the area as they completed window. I will return to Celestial in the not too distant future for new external door. Excellent service and product.

Fantastic company from start to finish, will definitely be using again.

Have used Celestial on many occasions for both windows and doors. Top quality products and fitted to very high standards every time. Fitters have always been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Aftercare is amazing and a couple of small issues long after fitting have always been rectified efficiently and professionally

Amazing local business with an eye for the little details!!

We have recently engaged Celestial Windows to carry out remedial works to our conservatory and porch ie new internal window cilla to conservatory and also new guttering to the porch . From start to finish a thoroughly professional job was carried out within the time stated , quality workmanship and super friendly and respectful installers , I can 100% recommend Celestial as the go to double glazing company for value for money and professionalism , well done guys

I have used Celestial many times and have recommended them to family and friends who have also been very pleased with their service. Always deliver fantastic service, high quality products and fitters are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Celestial Windows. From start to finish, the team were absolutely fantastic. Leanne was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and making everything straightforward. They created a bespoke glass door for me, and the quality is outstanding – far better than I expected for such a reasonable price. The craftsmanship, communication, and overall professionalism were second to none. I’d highly recommend Celestial Windows to anyone looking for high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Will definitely use them again!

They provided and fitted a front door for us. Amazing selection, really competitive prices and fantastic customer service. Fitting was outstanding and we are so happy with the door and the service. Brilliant company would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service, very friendly and kept in touch throughout.

Having used many other window companies in the past years and not having a great experience with them this time around someone recommended celestial windows. I happened to use them for the very first time. They came out measured up, ordered windows and fitted within the week. Really great people, excellent workmanship and a 10 year guarantee with all work undertaken. was really impressed with the service provided I used them a second time and another great experience. They help with all aspects of vandalism, accidental damage help and support with boarding up securing properties rushed work through definitely recommend and will use celestial windows and conservatories going forward 10/10.

Many thanks to the team at Celestial Windows for our beautiful new front door! After many years of looking through Google images and Pinterest for inspiration, I booked an appointment with Celestial Windows sales team. I thought I had a good idea of what I wanted, but their Sales Manager Paul took that and enhanced it. His knowledge of the colours available and the styles of glass meant that I ended up with a front door better than I had envisioned. We had to delay our installation due to personal issues, this was not a problem to the team at Celestial. Not only did they accommodate our delay but they dealt with us with such compassion. Once the installation had begun, of course the heavens opened! But the team were not deterred! They continued to work not only with efficiency, but ensuring my home was kept clean and dry (entirely unsure how they left it so neat in that weather) One or two cups of tea later and they walked away with a smile and a thank you and left behind one very happy customer. Within days I had recieved my 10 year guarantee and I could not be happier with my new door. My passage feels lighter after Celestial encouraged me to get a door with more glass, and it feels warmer too. Its robust and secure and to top it off, it looks absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Celestial Windows, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you to anyone who asks.

Fantastic quality and workmanship but also with that extra family run personal touch.

Fantastic service from Celestial windows. So professional and friendly. A mechanism on one of the windows dropped and Barry one of the fitters came and fixed it straight away! Would definitely recommend and such a great price!

Amazing customer service from start to finish, our old front door was in desperate need of replacing, the whole team were professional and friendly throughout. It only took a couple of hours to fit and our new door looks amazing! Thank you all so much!

We have just replaced oak doors with a new composite anthracite grey front door with a large glass border . Our hallway was cold and draughty, now it’s warm and cosy. Thank you Celestial staff for your professionalism throughout from design, ideas, knowledge and cost. We would highly recommend Celestial for high quality, efficient and great pricing. Thank you again more happy customers x😊

Avoid their installation service; good manufacturer...but: Both times I used this company I had to have 'remediation actions' take; in the 2025 contract these were detected and enforced by formal building control inspections as Celestial's management declared that their internal 'installation manager' lacked the skills to assess building work. Seriously, I requested - and got - the recording of the phone call via an SAR stating this. Their approach was so bad on the last job they couldn't/wouldn't complete as they 'ran out of money' (again, quoting from a phone call I have their record of), so I had have the contract finished at my own, extra, expense - and the hassle that went with it. Hence photos show Phase I of III - all that was delivered. Is poor to medium quality, if Building Control complient (i.e. 'minumum safe standard'): the blockwork is particularly shocking - who does blockwork like that and not called 'Clive'? - remember this is their second attempt as they took it down to 'remediate' (install) the insulation they missed underneth it the first time. Oh and the frist waste skip was on the pavement and over the street's fire/water hydrant; was removed when I pointed this out to the skip company directly and Celestial organised a replacement. The replacement was on my lawn for a month until I arranged for its removal directly - again - with the waste company.....who didn't know what size it was until I went out and measured it.

Just had door fitted off the team professionally a great experience from start to finish from management down to fitting Highley recommended

I would 100% recommend Celestial. They were brilliant from start to finish. I contacted Celestial windows after being let down by another company. I spoke to Atif who was very helpful and managed to get my bathroom and cloak room windows measured, surveyed and installed within a very short timeline due to bathroom renovation. Atif was very understanding of my situation and managed to get everything done within a few days which allowed me to go ahead with the bathroom renovation. The installation guys did a brilliant job and left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely use Celestial again and would highly recommend to other too.

Great Service, front door provided at a very competitive quote. Install time was quick. Would recommend.

Absolutely appalling service. Make commitments which are not delivered. Please don't waste your money with this inept company. One star is far too generous, but zero stars are not an option.

Excellent service , Chris & Dave are a credit to your company

Really good service and value. Original quote was competitive but the windows were a real one-off (very high security ones being replaced) and as soon as fitting work started it was clear it would take a lot longer. Additional work needed must have been charged at near-cost which was impressive. All staff and workers were professional and friendly and the finished job was fantastic.

Excellent service from start to finish, communication great throughout quality and expertise exceptional will definetly recommend this company.

Fantastic! Lads were very polite, took their shoes off without us asking, quick and efficient and can't fault the price. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service very professional all round fitting teams and office staff top notch

Very helpful staff highly recommend this company

Fantastic business, really lovely staff that will go above and beyond. Quality and workmanship of the windows and doors is top notch, and the 10-year guarantee is a massive bonus

Very helpfull with a colour match sample ie my front door. Is duck egg blue and I wanted same colour on my garage door smashing firm I have used them a few times windows n doors also had them out with help leaking consv roof spot on if u have a issue they come and sort it

Excellent Service had new front door fitted. Lads were excellent from start to finish. Ordered and fitted within 2 weeks fantastic service really happy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Firstly their telephone line is terrible which made me have to repeat myself over and over again. Guy call Paul came out, measured up and had a very good rapport with him, nice genuine guy. I was told a quote would be sent over to me within 48hrs, 1 week later, still no quote or any level of contact from them. I called them this morning and spoken to a lady who she said she would chase up and find out what the situation is. Still never got a phone call back or anything from this company. If it’s this hard buying something from them, I can’t imagine what it would be like if I had a problem.

Amazing. Only place anyone should go.

Brilliant service. Top quality and much better than national chains.

Excellent service right throughout the process. The initial salesman who came out was pleasant and to the point - there was no hard sell, or false "I'll phone my boss to get you a better deal" rubbish. Everyone we've dealt with and spoken to at the company has been friendly, helpful and courteous. Quality of the finished windows is excellent and we are very happy customers. Even the neighbours like them and are enquiring about getting a quote of their own - what more can you say?

An excellent company. Great quality windows and doors and a friendly and professional service. We have used this company three times now for different projects and they never dissapoint. We had our car broken into and keys stolen, they made it a priority to change our locks for us, you don't get that very often these days, I was quite overwhelmed with how serious they took it. If you want a company that cares about you as well as the job then use Celestial.

Great product Helpful staff

Great service from start to finish. We looked at a few companies before picking Celestial to install our new conservatory and they delivered a great product for us at a good value. Everything went smoothly from initial conversation through to design and installation. I would highly recommend them based on our experience.

It wasn't open, so quite disappointed!

Had Celestial in passed for winfows and door and they are great quality.

Had my windows replaced great job thank you

Had Celestial to repair & service a competitors windows today... guys were highly efficient and did a 1st class job at a respectable price... many thanks guys 👍

If you want anything from a Cat Flap to a Conservatory these are the experts to contact, Don't waste your time comparing. from the beginning to the end of the work to be done they bend over backwards. The Price is very competitive, the workmanship is second to none and the staff are outstanding. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Great service from start to finish. Got three quotes for Windows, celestial were cheapest. Guy who did initial measure and quote was really friendly and explained all aspects. There is a finance option (however they were in process of changing finance providers so this wasnt available at time of signing up however due to this they did offer a payment plan over two months if needed). On the day the fitters were very professional, covers placed throughout house to protect carpet and fitted quickly (despite it chucking down with rain). They even fixed our front door which was stiff and sticking for no extra charge. There were a couple of knocks and scrapes to the walls, but nothing too bad and I expected a few touch ups would be needed. We got a courtesy call a few weeks later to confirm everything okay. Overall a fantastic company, really down to earth staff. Would highly recommend.

strange company Sales man was asleep outside my house when he came to have a look at the work. sent letter out to say that they had started to manufacture before I had agreed to the work. Seems like a dodge company DO NOT USE

Just had a new front door fitted, the product and service are excellent. Paul and Chuck have done an excellent job, Thank you
