We’ve just had all our new windows and a new back door fitted by Bright Side Windows and we’re so happy with the whole experience. Dave came out to quote — no hard sell at all, just friendly, easy‑going and clear, which is honestly what sold it to us. On the day, the three lads were punctual, respectful of our home and worked tidily. We were able to leave them to it with no concerns. The finish is professional, the price was great and even the few snags (all down to our bungalow, not them!) were dealt with straight away. They made sure we were completely happy before they left. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👌

Dave was brilliant he attended at short notice, stored the replacement glass for months and turned up to all appointments on time. I can’t recommend Brightside Windows more highly Mark Trattles

Dear Dave I am so grateful to Dave Sisson and the team at Bright Side Windows. I’d been putting off dealing with my blown double-glazing units because I thought it would mean replacing the entire windows – and spending well over £1,000 in the process. Dave came out, had a proper look and gave me a solution that not only worked perfectly but cost a fraction of what I expected. His team switched out all four faulty units quickly and professionally – they were in and out in under 30 minutes and left everything spotless. You honestly wouldn’t have known they’d been. It was such a refreshing experience to deal with a business that’s honest, efficient and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Dave and his team are absolute gems and I highly recommend Bright Side Windows to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality service. Suzanne Founder & CEO Barbour Coaching

Massive thanks to the Brightside windows team for supplying and fitting my new door. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Easy to order, good communication, quick service and cleaned up at the end. Very friendly and reasonably priced to! Also fitted 2 hinges to my windows. Thank you once again Davey and the team 👍

WOW WOW WOW! I really can't recommend Dave & the lads highly enough. Why isn't there 10 stars? I've wanted to replace my big old window with French Doors forever. Because it would be an awkward size for what I wanted, the quotes I received from other companies were ridiculous & off putting & I was advised I'd need brickwork done blah blah blah etc. I called Dave & he came to my house straight away, did a measure up & talked to me like a normal person without the hard sell tactics & told me no problem!!! He even suggested asthetics I hadn't thought of such as improving the step I wanted left in. I liked Dave immediately & had already made my mind up to give him the job & that was BEFORE I heard the quote which hands down, was AMAZING & totally blew any other companies out of the water. I had just under 4 weeks wait while my customized doors were made & then Dave & the lads arrived to fit them. They were courteous, funny, professional & just darn brilliant at what they did. My doors are BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! All my old window & rubble were also taken away & all areas inside & outside kept clean throughout. All in all it only took around two & a half hours. If you want extremely high quality customised doors fitted with no fuss just as you pictured them in your mind at an amazing price, don't look any further than this company. I really can't stress how delighted I am. I already know I'll be calling Dave when I need my windows replaced. Family, friends & neighbors are also asking me who did my doors. Thanks to Dave & the lads for such a brilliant experience making my dream come true. I really can't thank you enough.

I recently got a new door, and I'm absolutely over the moon about it. What a difference it has made to the front of my house! The quality of the door is great, and the tradesman, Dave, was spot on. He was very professional throughout. He came and measured up when he said he would and gave me great advice on which door to get. I was really happy with the price and how quickly he did the work. I was also impressed with how clean they left the place. I can't wait to get the windows done next. I would definitely recommend Brightside Windows to anyone.

Front door fitted to a brilliant standard, had some remedial issues which Dave came out and sorted for us.
