Teesside Windows Ltd is widely praised for reliable communication, conscientious fitters, and tidy installations of windows, patio doors, and front doors. Homeowners and trade customers appreciate the friendly service and good value. However, there has been a complaint regarding follow-up support, with an issue reported over fees and unreturned calls for guarantee repairs.
Excellent service from the start to finish , Great communication, great service , fantastic product , can’t fault this company in any way , highly recommended.
thanks to martin and his team of great fitters for a great job fitting new window and patio doors. very conscientious and super helpful and unbeatable value. would not go anywhere else. thankyou again.
Had a new front door and made to measure window and base panel fitted. Top quality job. Fitters were very careful and cleaned up when finished.I would recommend Teesside windows.
Quality workmanship and a great office team. I expected a bit more mess, but really impressed with the finished job. Both big front bay windows fitted, two little ones and the large patio doors which has been redesigned for securer fixing and fitting. Thanks Team and Martin. Ian
I purchased a bifold door with 10 year guarantee. The door mechanisms have failed on numerous occasions. I called Teesside windows requesting a repair and the manager then asked for a £150 upfront fee. Once the fee was paid they did not respond to my calls, be warned do not use this company for any windows or doors!!
Brilliant company, nothing to much trouble. Great work. Outstanding care. Highly Recommend
