MHT Flat roofing do a top job. I have used them for my house and they have just done both my factory roofs. They know there stuff.
Miguel and the team did an excellent job. They are professional, courteous, very rapid and very good value for money. Not only did they do what they said they would but they also went the extra mile to replace rotten wood that they came across during their work. MHT Flat Roofing have recently finished a replacement roof to a small block of flats for us, approx 120sq.m. It has been upgraded from from an old felted roof to an Alwitra single ply membrane finish with additional insulation. We are delighted with the quality of the work. Miguel kept us informed throughout, he and his team were very approachable, keen to assist with any queries we had. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Miguel and his team replaced our old felt flat roof with an Alwitra single ply system, including new roof lights and vents, and did a great job. From the outset he was clear, organised, and easy to deal with. He kept us informed throughout, coordinated with our heating engineer, and worked around the weather, always keeping us in the loop. The workmanship is excellent and we’re very happy with how everything turned out.
Finding a good roofing contractor can be a minefield. Not so with Miguel Torres and his MHT Flat Roofing. Miguel and his team have carried out two replacement roofs for us: one a complex roof on a curved building on which the original lead had rotted and replacement was needed right down to the baseboard. The second was the shallow-pitch roof on a summerhouse. Miguel and his team were a pleasure to have around and did first-rate jobs using both their top-end patent membrane and rubber systems. They went the extra mile to provide technically excellent and good-looking results at a very fair price. I recommend MHT Roofing highly.

Miguel and the guys at MHT flat roofing recently completed a job for me on my garden office build. MHT flat roofing was recommended to me from one of my friends, and from start to finish I was really impressed with the service. Miguel was happy to field questions and do a site visit leading up to the quote, and then managed to fit me in for install shortly after that. The guys did a great job fitting the EPDM rubber roof, fascia, soffit, guttering and down pipe, and were professional throughout. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a similar service.

Our flat roof had sprung a leak so we used the opportunity to redo the whole thing and wanted to put a roof light in too. Finding a roofer who could do it at the same time and had good reviews was tricky but I’m so glad we found Miguel. No problem with getting a roof light or making some changes to the size we wanted. It was stress free for us and I’d happily use them again for our other flat roofs. Something I thought would be a big job was a breeze for Miguel and team, very friendly guy, left everything clean and tidy. Definitely recommend! We’re so pleased with how much light comes into our dining room now 🤩
Migel and his team were just excellent. The standard of workmanship is exceptionally high with exacting attention to detail. The fitters were very considerate, and the site was always left tidy. Migel replaced a previously failed Zinc roof the result and finish is very pleasing. I would definitely recommend MHT.

Miguel and his team worked flat out because of impending bad weather. I am so pleased with this membrane roof covering, 56sq. m., so much better than the original felt covering which lifts with resultant leaks over time. This job has a 20 year guarantee and all done at a very reasonable price. Clearing up unwanted waste, timber and debris was exemplary MHT is fully recommended for flat roof replacement and repair.

Miguel came recommended by several other companies who wouldn’t deal with flat roofs - He gave me options for repair work, talked through all aspects of the build and took photos to explain both before and after. Replaced old felt with new rubber compound material, membrane, insulation and proper ventilation. Very polite and professional team, always on time and tidy. Even replaced afew tiles on front of house that he had seen were missing. Excellent job. Highly recommend.
