Excellent service and communications. Mike, Dean and Shane were friendly and efficient. Works were dislodged tiles and blocked downpipe.
The guys did a great job, cleared out and fixed all my gutters, cleaned the soffits to look like new. Everyone from MIke to the guys on the job were faultless, polite and very tidy.
I couldn't be happier with the work done by Winchester Guttering and Services. Mike, the owner, is a true gentleman and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. His team is the definition of professional; their attention to detail is excellent, and they left the soffits looking brand new. The new guttering comes with a 10-year guarantee, which gives great peace of mind. I was so impressed that I asked them to paint the exterior of my house as well—another excellent job completed on time and on budget. Five stars for value, quality, honesty, and service. Mike is now my definite go-to for any outside services!
What can I say, Mike and his team are legends. We didn't hesitate to call Mike to fix our broken tiles and guttering as we had such great service the first time we had him to work on a different roof. They come and look and give simple advice on what actually needs to be done with no unnecessary work. They are reliable, tidy polite and friendly workers who get the job done quickly and efficiently.
End to end experience was perfect - prompt quote (same day I think), arrived when they said they would, courteous staff, reasonable price and I'm pleased with the final result.
Recently had my gutters repaired and cleaned by Mike and his team. Mike was very efficient with communication as well as completing the work in a timely manor. They went the extra mile and repaired damage to my roof that I was unaware of. It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely recommend and will be using their services in future.

Broken roof tiles and buckets in the loft to catch the water; complete nightmare as I did not know who to call out and was getting very stressed. I need not have worried as Mike and his team not only came to check it over within 24 hours (in atrociously wet and windy conditions I might add), but the very next day (sunny and dry thankfully) came to finish the job and went over and above what was required. Can't praise them enough for their attitude and work ethic. Highly recommend.
I had previously used Mike before for some guttering, and it was ok. But in September they came to fix a leak in the roof gulley, & filled in a hole in the roofing cement - for which I paid them. But it continued to leak and I agreed with them they'd come back and redo the complete gulley - paying them for the extra work. Despite calling them a dozen or more times and being promised several times that they'd come back they never have done. Two months later the roof continued to leak eventually causing problems with the plaster board & decorating in the room below (all of which they were aware of) - before I got another excellent firm in to do the work. Not sure what has happened to Mike but never seen his guys (or my money) again.....real shame.
Did a recce of a possible flat roof repair and suggested that they simply re-route the guttering which they did there and then, saving us almost £2000!
Mike's tradesmen have just finished our new fascias and guttering around the house. The quality of work is exceptional and all those involved were a pleasure to deal with. AND - the price was good. You won't do better.

Mike popped round to look at some guttering issues and figured it out there and then. Friendly and honest which was great. Would use again and recommend to others.
These guys were really professional, they worked around my schedule and kept me updated with photos and videos of the work they were doing while I was not home. They replaced all of my guttering and fixed broken roof panels for an excellent price and checked it was all OK afterwards with me. Oh and thanks for cleaning my patio! In summary, great price, great service, highly efficient and mindful of customer's needs.
I noticed that my guttering was leaking badly when it rained hard recently. I checked out my ten year guarantee from Winchester Guttering - it was one day out of guarantee! But Mick came and fixed the guttering brilliantly for free. I can’t recommend them high enough!
I had my chimneys done by this company, I couldn't be more pleased they look fantastic.The young men were very professional and polite.When finished all was left clean sand tidy.
