Roscoe Roofing Services Ltd

Very happy with my new rooflight. Excellent service, very friendly and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.

Roscoe roofing where prompt to provide a quote which was reasonable for the job and carried out the works safely, in line with my expectations and importantly as required by the building control officer. Highly recommend

Would really recommend this firm for any roof work that needs doing. Very competitive price and great lads aswel. Thanks very much I will be using you again.

I recently used Paul for a roof repair on a rental property we have. Paul was efficient from start to finish. The job was extremely reasonably priced and completed to a high standard. Paul kept me updated and sent pictures through once he hadfinished the job. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend!

We had our chimney stack removed today by Paul and his team (Roseoe Roofing Services). All new tiles were matched with same existing tiles on our roof. The area was left clean and tidy and would recommend them to anyone in future. Reliable, honest and hard working A++++

We had gathered 2 quotes for a replacement roof and gutters when Paul and his team started working on a neighbour's roof. Asked him to give us a quote which he did later that day. Was very impressed with his knowledge, friendliness and the quote so agreed to get the work done with him in 2 weeks time. Paul, kept in touch leading up to the work, informing us when materials would be delivered, arranging scaffolding and would call to make sure everything was in order. On the day of the job, they arrived early, got straight to work and the old roof was removed in no time. Roof lining was put on and Paul told us to have a look, they then started placing the new tiles and kept us informed about all of the things they were doing. The team Paul has working for him are all very professional, tidy and friendly. They hardly ever stopped and as such, we had the whole job completed in a day. The communication is outstanding, workmanship is outstanding, the professionalism is outstanding, the team are outstanding, the cleanliness is outstanding. Overall, outstanding. Paul certainly cares about what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful job.

Used Roscoe Roofing to replace our current roof. The job was quite large and other quotes said the work would take around one to two weeks. Roscoe roofing said they could do it in two days over a weekend !! Thought this wouldn’t be possible, especially seeing they were cheaper as well, but Roscoe Roofing lived up to their expectations and completely replaced our roof on a five bed detached with a brand new one over the weekend ! They were fantastic from start to finish keeping me fully informed leading up to the job then being there spot on Saturday morning and working their socks off until they completed Sunday night. Couldn’t recommend them enough and professional throughout. Just to add it was freezing cold weather as well as mid December so the existing roof was full of ice. Undeterred they just got on with it. Fantastic work ethic !!

The job Roscoe Roofing did was remove the chimney stack to below the roofline, replace the whole roof, repair the flat roof above the bay windows and replace the guttering and downpipes. Before the work started, Paul kept in touch to let me know when the scaffolding and materials would arrive. Then Paul and his team completed all the work in two days. After the work was completed all the rubbish was cleared away. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend Roscoe Roofing - excellent work.

Paul has done a fantastic job replacing our old roof. He was polite, punctual and meticulous in his work. He worked hard He made sure everything was to the highest standard. He even came out the next day (after the work was complete) to check out the work that had been completed - brilliant aftercare. It's nice to have a tradesman who actually cares about his craftsmanship instead of just getting the job done to get paid - he came out after he was paid. Highly recommend Paul. Top roofer! 👍

Had a full roof replacement last weekend on our extension and I can't recommend these guys enough. From start to finish the whole job went perfectly smooth and being a joiner myself I can really appreciate the top quality craftmenship. Price was very reasonable, no scratching the chin and pulling prices out of the air, told me exactly what we would need and exactly what it would cost and it was all spot on. You just know they know what they're talking about, and always on hand to answer any questions and give you advise which is well worth listening to. The whole roof was stripped of old tiles, re-felt & battond and over a thousand tiles laid before 3 o'clock brilliant!! There's a lot of stressfull jobs to be done on an extension like ours but the roof definitely wasn't one of them thanks to Paul, Mark and all the lads. Big thanks

Paul and his crew a great job, complete re roof done in a day. Left the site nice and tidy. Highly recommended

Good lads and good roofers. Swapped an old slate roof for a new tile roof and also did the flat roof on my dormer too. Standard of work was good, turned up when they said they would and also communicated well with me throughout. Will use them again and would definitely recommend. Thanks Paul

"Roscoe roofing have done an amazing job on my new roof today; Paul gave me a great quote and kept me informed at all times with date and times of when the work will start and finish. They all worked so hard and were very professional throughout. Whole new roof completed in a day. They also made sure it was all clean and tidy on completion thank you so much. I would highly recommend this company."

Had a new roof on our terraced house. Very efficient and truly professional. A quality service at a reasonable price. I would recomend Paul and his gang of hard workers to anyone who wants any type of building work.

I found Roscoe Roofing on Instagram. I had done some work myself to the rear of the roof which I was never happy with, Paul gave me a very reasonable quote, and first impressions were good when he was the first and only out of 5 quotations including Paul to get his ladders out and inspect the work I had done, and told me he will rectify it all. Once I accepted the quotation Paul and his team were able to start work in less than 2 weeks, Paul kept things efficient and stress free, and gave a time scale of 2 days but completely shocked me when his team completed the whole roof in less than 7 hours!! I’ve been an electrician for 14 years so as a fellow tradesman I was really impressed! Paul is also very easy to stay in contact with and has good communication skills, he and his team are also trust worthy as after full payment he came back to finish a couple of very minor things. Also repaired one of my next door neighbours tiles as a good will gesture.

Came home on Friday evening to a leaking roof in our Kitchen, gave Paul at Roscoe roofing a call, he duly came round Saturday morning as arranged. He found out what the source of the leak, discussed a remedy all within 20 minutes of arriving. He went to get materials required came back, worked tirelessly fixed the roof. Paul and his boys cleaned up after themselves and we’re very polite. I’ve been a property developer for over 20 years and I honestly can’t recommend Roscoe Roofing highly enough. Keep up the good work Paul.

Just had a complete new roof from Paul And I couldn't fault the whole process. Initially we were calling around different roofing companies and getting different quotes but Paul was the only one to come and see me the next day, explained everything that he would be doing, gave a good fair price and kept in contact with me all week to make sure the scaffolding was on time and the skip and materials arrived. Turned up on time on the Saturday at 8am and Paul and the lads had the roof done by 5pm. Cleaned up after themselves and even wiped and cleaned all the gutters down! Would recommend to anyone wanting a new roof and everything sorted as it should be without any hassle. Steve and Jane.

I found Roscoe Roofing on Facebook and saw all their previous works. I went to a few addresses who had new roofs and spoke to the homeowners who highly recommended them! Paul and his team have done a great job, even though my roof design was problematic! Thanks again!

We had several quotes from traders for a re-roof of our 3-bed semi in south Liverpool but Paul from Roscoe stood out for his relaxed yet reassuring attitude. He gave me a quote that was more than fair, told me how long it would take and when he would do it. All proved to be exactly as he said. They organised everything to schedule and finished the works on time, despite appalling weather to a very high standard. The crew were really nice, friendly and genuine too. No hidden extras either. Very happy with the work they have done. Highly recommended.

I had a small leak appear and realised It was time to have a new roof, after 5 quotes I went with Paul and his team. He was punctual, polite, professional and reassured me the job could be done quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise this company enough. Being a single female I felt I was in good hands with such a reputable company. Work was done efficiently and site left clean. Arrangements for skip and scaffolding were seamless and all employees were courteous. I highly recommend Paul and his team. Thank you for a great job.

"5* from quote right through to finish. Be sure to take a look at the condition of my old roof before this lot arrived. Couldn't recommend these lads enough. Priced the job & even came for a second visit to talk through the proces and made certain every point was covered. Not a minute late each day, job completed on time and work finished to a high standard. Cheers Paul and the lads. I'll be ringing you again for sure!"

Found them via Facebook and was a bit wary as never booked a job via that before. Went with the reviews already made here. Paul was really good. I need not have worried. Velux window fitted. Quick. Neat and tidy. Cannot comment on price competitiveness but I was happy with price he quoted so all that mattered. No hesitation using again for any roofing issues and/or alterations. Thanks Paul.

Couldn't recommend this firm highly enough. If I could put 10 stars I would. Paul's a great lad. Kept me fully informed on everything all the way through the job. Quick, efficient and clean. Great firm

Paul was prompt , communicated well , and did the job effectively

Paul and the team was fantastic from start to finish, fair price, quick work, and also cleaned up really well at the end of the day! Very good really happy. People stop and ask who did my roof.

So pleased with the work carried out by Paul and his team. 5* communication from start to finish. Highly recommend

Had re roof done by Paul and his team. Must say they were all professional, pleasant and hard working. Whole job went with no problems and done in a great time, 7 hours in total. Roof looks great and everything left spotless. Would highly recommend these lads.

Thank you for a very good job. Paul and team from roscoe roofing were very professional and done the roof within the time scale. Arrived in time . Things were ordered in advance. Kept the place clean and tidy after the job was finished. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Sachin L10.
