Leak Proof Roofing Services Liverpool

Best lads around

Loverly lads always on time brilliant communication have done a great job once again thank you so much guys😁

Brilliant job by the lads. Lovely manners arrived on time and kept everything clean an tidy. Outstanding quality of work. Will definitely be recommending to others

I commissioned this company to fit new gutters and re-flaunch my chimney and remove the caps, at the back end of 2025 due to leaks in both. After chasing the owner several times, he attended and quoted to remove the caps, re-flaunch and weatherproof the chimney. He did this without actually getting on the roof to check. He was convincing enough so I thought I would go ahead with the work and paid a cash deposit. They made me wait for several weeks until they could be bothered to show up. They eventually did the job just before Christmas and left. The gutters were left with issues and the chimney with the caps...and leak. I have been back and forth with them since about getting this resolved and while they have tried to rectify, they have left me out of pocket with more issues. I am a very unhappy customer and will be looking to escalate this matter if possible. Disrespectful. Rude. Unhelpful. Avoid!

Highly recommended on time and polite

highly recommend very professional lads

Job well done, very happy with the team of workmen, hardworking, clean and tidy . Would recommend Thanks again 👍

Ryan and the team came to our rescue after we got home from holiday to a bad leak from roof into our bedroom. I contacted them at almost 10pm in a desperate panick as rain was forecast for the whole following week- they were at my house by 7.30am. They assessed the issue when got materials and returned and resolved the issue within the same morning! They are professional efficient and I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience, very professional and helpful team would absolutely use them again for any future work in my roof

Would not reccomend at all. When job was originally booked and I booked with finance I was tried to upsell into a whole new roof despite only needing a small gutter repair and from then on Communication was absolutely abysmal. Had to chase them multiple times for the job and was always told that someone would call me back and they never did I was always the one initiating it. Would give me 5 minutes notice before turning up and had to come multiple times as the operatives were bot given the correct information about the job Sue on the phone was especially rude, disrespectful and didn't ever have the information that should have been simple. Avoid.

Great company, really friendly, would recommend!

Had some storm damage repaired to my roof, guys were quick, efficient and really communicative about when they’d be able to come pending the weather, which was really helpful.

Amazing job start to finish, really nice lads and very helpful, everything was explained really well couldn’t be more happy, thanks again for the perfect job.

Called the firm they was out in the hour sorted me out thank you boys.

Fantastic job by this team.. definitely recommend them if you need work 👌🏽

Had an emergency repair stopped the leak would highly recommend good service.

After spending the last seven years purchasing and renovating run down properties in Merseyside, the workmanship and quality provided by leakproof is something I have no problem in thoroughly recommending. Absolute quality service provided on numerous occasions at this point.

I called leak proof out for an emergency during the stormy weather we had last week, I was in such a panic as all the water was coming in through to my kitchen. Ryan and his team were excellent! They arrived approx 2 hours after my call to them which was such a relief. They really reassured me they would resolve the issue as quickly as they could even in the most terrible wind & rain. The team were straight on the ball and up on the roof with no delay and had the area of concern investigated, repaired, replaced and fixed up within an hour. I couldn't recommend these guys enough 👍🏼 Thankyou for such an excellent service 💯

Highly recommended. Ryan sorted my house roof and Garrage roof within a few days. Lads he’s got working for him top grafters they don’t stop. If your looking for a new roof leak proof are the people you want 👍

Leakproof replaced our entire roof and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. The work was completed on time, the team clearly knew what they were doing, and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Communication was clear throughout and everything was left tidy. Would highly recommend.

Replaced whole roof including gutters and downpipes. Great service clear quotes no hidden extra costs. Good communication all along stuck at it despite foul weather and x mas. Would recommend. Very friendly and helpful and great job.

Paid for a roofing survey, asked for the copies of the photos and have been emailing multiple times but they have been ignoring my emails. Not sure i would trust to carry out work based on that after-care. Edit: still outstanding

Professional from start to finish. Good job done with all rubbish removed. Site was left cleaner than before they came. Thank you Ryan and also the lads

Some ridge tiles blew off during recent strong winds. They came out and repaired the roof very quickly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Perfect service the ladies in the office are second to none with communication commercial premises had a leak and where out to fix within 48hr the lads explained all works very knowledgeable second time we've had these out on personal property and unit

Brilliant service from Leak Proof. Came out to do the emergency works initially. Then a week later came out to do the full job. explained everything clearly, showed us progress pictures and kept us updated. The completed work was very high quality. A good bunch of lads too. Nice one.

Leakproof The lads done a fantastic job of replacing my bay roof that had perished. From my 1st Phone call they turned up Very fast and torched on a temp fix until they booked me in and done the permanent fix. Fast, efficient, great all round job they removed all waste and even brushed the street after the job was completed. Highly recommend Leak Proof Great team of Lads

Done a great job on my root looked fantastic kept it clean very reasonable price.

Had work done not long on my roof the lads are boss at what they do very neat and efficient I highly recommend

Very good service. Punctual, polite and helpful

Quick response. Good advice and fixed longstanding bay roof problem. Shared pictures of before and after and cleared neighbours downpipe for free and cleared mess away

Ryan and the guys did an amazing job on our garage roof, couldn’t have asked for a better service. All the lads were respectful and cleaned up very well, quality roofing work, completed quickly and for a very good price! Couldn’t ask for more, thanks lads!

Fixed and cleaned cast iron gutters. Great job and great price. Would recommend

Great service. Came to fix old cast iron gutters which were leaking. Friendly, professional and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous bunch of hard working lads super polite. Great work at a great price. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Ryan and co. Would highly recommend

First class service fixed my roof fitted me in while doing a neighbours definitely recommend 👌

Work was well done, gable end terrace Thank you very much 100% would recommend this company.

Excellent reliable service

It’s absolutely wonderful job

I was not at all satisfied with the job that was done. I had a leak straight after the work, which they blamed on the scaffolders. Then I needed further work done on the gutter. Some of the tiles were not nailed on and the sealing around chimney was not properly done. Furthermore, there was a mess left in next door's gutter and back garden (which was also very embarrassing to explain and apologise to my neighbour for). When I raised these issues, I was met with a defensive and I felt aggressive attitude in person, which made me decide to write off my losses. I now have a very good roofer who is repairing all the issues. I do NOT recommend this company. Update: The reply to my post by Leak Proof (of 9 April) makes claims about "resolved" actions that are simply UNTRUE. The issue of neighbouring gutters was not resolved while the blaming of the scaffolders was not something that could be "resolved."

Leak Proof Roofing Services have just completed the renewal of the roof on my house. The whole process has been smooth, efficient and professional right the way through, from the scaffolding going up to the roof being completed. The team doing the work were really excellent and did a great job, I can’t praise them too highly. All in all I’m delighted I chose Ryan and his team to do the job!

Arrived on time, done a really good, thorough job and left everything nice and clean afterwards, would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lads are very polite got th roof fixed in a day haven't had an issue since an they tidied up afterwards 10/10

Last year, Leak Proof Roofing rebuilt 2 of our chimneys which we subsequently had swept. We only used the fireplaces for the first time in January. When we did, however, the bedroom directly above the fireplace filled with smoke which set off the carbon monoxide alarm. The fire brigade came out the next day and carried out a safety check. They told us not to use the fireplace again until Leak Proof Roofing rectified the problem. This was my children's bedroom (ages 6 and 4). They had to sleep in with us until the fumes and smell dissipated (after about one week). I have spent the following weeks until now trying to get the company to come and look at the problem. They have stalled, deferred and failed to reply until yesterday when they advised us that we would need to pay for scaffolding as the work isn't under guarantee. They haven't even inspected the chimney to ascertain what the issue may be. I'll leave others to decide whether this is the action of a safe and responsible company.

Great team of workers quick job all left clean an tidy a great price well recommended 👍

Had the lads out last week after some bad wether that we had have they had sorted all my problems in my roof kept the jobs nice a tidy and all the lads were very respectful

I would like to say a massive thank you to the team that came out today to help me with removing the led flashing that was hanging over the public foot path in town centre after the high winds we have just had . I would highly recommend this company to other businesses in Merseyside With any roofing issues . Boss bunch of lads

I arranged with this company to visit me to give me a quote for replacing mortar around my house in various places that had fell out at the last heavy gales that we had. The owner (Ryan) visited me and together we walked around the perimeter of my house and I pointed out the various areas (all mainly at the end of the roof edges) But some higher up and Ryan agreed a price with me that I accepted.Today 16/12/24 a representative of leak proof roofing came to do the job so again I walked the chap around my house and again pointed out the various issues. The chap also had been given black mortar which was wrong as my house is pointed with a reddish/brown colour so the chap had to call the boss to clarify and was told by Ryan that if I wanted all around my house repointing it would be a higher price which I found disgraceful as what was the point of the initial quote in the first place, did he think I only wanted a part repair ? Obviously not So I politely told the chap that I no longer wanted their services as I felt I was being conned.

Storm Darragh blew one of my slate tiles off and damaged some guttering on its way down, I rang Leak proof roofing services and they turned up within 24 hours, even though they only came to quote the damage, the guys could see the hole in my roof and repaired it there and then along with the gutter, very reasonable on price, I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend this company, thanks lads 👍

Ryan and his gang done a fantastic job thanks again lads

Great team and hard work guys get the job done and the finish is great and beautiful so come one people you know what to do if you need your roof done or any other things these are the people to call check them out on Facebook and instagram

Absolute Professionals from Start to Finish, Could not recommend a better company to work on my premises I had a Full New Roof supplied and fitted on my semi detached house not only good on price but amazing workmanship too will be recommending to my friends and family

Just had the leakproof team look at all my properties over the North West area from repairs to full roofs the lads was very pleasent and the office staff was very fast and efficient in getting all the work sorted now I'm ready for winter thank you

I contacted Leak Proof Roofing for a quote for some work. I took half a day off work to be in, they didn’t turn up and have now stopped replying to emails.

Amazing work by Ryan and his team, professional, polite and explained everything they were doing for my roof repair, would recommend 💯 percent to anyone Thanks again for such great work

Accepted a quote on the 27th September 2024 took them over 7 weeks to agree to do the work on front and back gutters. Following this they agreed to start the work that should had started on Monday 4th november failed to turn up after waiting in from 12 even though they re assured me they would turn up 3 o'clock came and they said they couldn't do the work that day due to another call. Got promised the work would start at 9 am following day it DIDNT 11 am the man said he's here all day making sure this work gets done he was their for 30 mins and left to get some blue roll to dry my.gutters out. From 11 30 am he was gone to 3pm I was ringing the office telling me he will be an hour 3 hours he was gone all I got was lies from the office when he got back they story what he told me was completely different to the roofer as he got told to load a van and to price a job up even though I got let down the day before and he said he would have to turn up tommrow morning to finish the job pretty unprofessional in my opinion I've worked in the construction trade when I can tell they was lying from the get go avoid if you wanna get let down on day or timings they promise you.

Callout booked for this morning. No-one showed up or made contact.

Would recommend Very professional thank you for great job Adam and the team

Great work from these guys, just had a full roof done and couldn’t be happier. From the first contact to the roof being completed was completely stress free, they awnsered any questions I had and put my mind at ease. I would 100% recommend these guys to do any works.

Highly recommend and friendly service 👍

Excellent service quick to get there and job spot on thanks

unbelievable service so happy with the work thanks lads!

Brilliant job on our commercial property, from contacting to fixing the job was 48hrs! Couldn’t recommend you enough! Thank you

Avoid! Quoted £300+ to fix leak in roof lantern. Came out and did no more than apply sealant without removing plastic covering. Said that was unnecessary. Needless to say the problem wasn't fixed. Response now is it wasn't guaranteed and they will only return to quote for replacement lantern!! Cowboys.

Absolute pleasure dealing with these guys. We had an emergency that needed some urgent repair.. lads came out and repaired the damages from the storms which saved me thousands in costs.. Highly recommend

just had the conservatory flashing repaired by leak proof , professional and very quick in response to my leak, the price was brilliant too. Lovely lads great service 👍 thankyou so much

We contacted leak proof roofing after my elderly parents had being scammed out of 5k plus from a rogue trader on a quote comparison site. Kayleigh and Ryan were sympathetic and helpful, we felt confident they were able to put right the bodge disaster that had been left from the previous scam artist. They absolutely did, they provided transparent quotes and offered answers to all questions asked. They understood the need to communicate with us clearly and promptly. They had scaffold erected and the team attended to carry outvthe works as soon as weather permitted. They have installed a 2 layer felt roof with a 10 year warranty. Had some very heavy rain recently and true to their name this is leak proof. Thanks to the team for everything, would recommend to others.

Very good! Visited and provided a quote within one day of request - then carried out the job the next day, due to the urgent nature of the problem. Ryan was very pleasant and helpful. Will use again / would recommend.

Great service, very reliable and fair priced. Very happy with the work carried out by the lads.

We recently contacted Leak Proof Roofing to get a quote for a new roof on our extension. We were told someone would visit on Monday 19th to assess the job, but no one showed up. When we called them, they promised a visit on Tuesday 20th, but again, nobody came. After another call, we found out that our appointment was pushed to the 27th without any heads-up from them. When we asked for an explanation, the receptionist, Kayleigh, simply hung up on us, and further calls were ignored. This whole situation has shown us that the company really struggles with communication and customer service. We've decided to look elsewhere for our roofing needs, and considering the reviews we've seen on Trustpilot, it seems like we're better off avoiding them.

Just had my flat roof extension completed by Leakproof roofing, Our experience from start to finish was smooth and reliable the team worked hard and completed the roof within the time scale given, I had constant communication from Kayleigh and Ryan very respectable team, left my roof and house clean and tidy would recommend this company. Great work guys thank you so much.

We've just had a full roof replaced on our house by Leak Proof Roofing Services. From the initial contact with Kayleigh and Ryan. Right through to completion, everything was effortless and the end result speaks for itself. We couldn't be happier with the new roof. The lads are polite, respectful and work extremely hard all day long. They leave everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day too. We wouldn't hesitate to use Leak Proof Roofing Services again. Their work is 100% perfect and the lads turn up on time and just get the job done. Don't waste your money with other roofing companies!!! Big thanks to all the hard working staff at Leakproof Roofing Services. Ian & Anita.

They put a new roof on my neighbours last year. Respectful of my property and tidied as they worked. Just had the lads do a repair on my roof. Very efficient, easy to deal with. Great communication from Kayleigh.

Mark who came and fixed my roof was very professional and worked very considerable whilst fixing my roof. I would recomend this young man and the company he worked for. Thank you so very much.

Great service. Really friendly. Very efficient. Will definitely ring them again if we need anything.

Absolute pleasure doing business with these lads very polite and and respectful and workmanship is absolutely outstanding would definitely recommend to others

Amazing lads and A really professional job.. I will be contacting them again if any jobs in the future need doing plus I. highly Recommend This company to anybody.

We had a new roof on one of our properties and the team came out and completed the work within 1 week of our first enquiry. They cleaned up after themselves and the new roof is brilliant. We will be using leakproof again in the future 🤝

Very friendly team and easy to deal with from a communication aspect. The lads that did the job were very respectful, polite and took care/time with the job. The work looks great and nothing was too much for them. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future if needed.

I was very pleased with the work carried out ,the work men were very polite and professional .excellent

I have to say I received an outstanding service from start to finish with leak proof roofing from first contact with the office to being booked in for my quote and receiving the information of what work needed to be complete within 24 hours I had the work that needed to be carried out booked in to be done. I had updates from Stacey when the skip was being delivered and scaffold was being put up and what time the lads would be here to start their work. Any questions I had were answered by either Stacey or Ryan I was really put at ease. My property was left clean and tidy and work was carried out at a high standard the gentlemen were respectful and worked away until the job was complete. I would recommend this company for any work needed and in future would definitely use them if I need to.

Great service. I recommend this company

Had damp issues due to no eaves tray being installed after new roof being completed. Leak proof were very fast and friendly got the job done for a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend the company. Thank you

A fantastic experience dealing with Leak Proof Roofing. They were efficient, proactive and put my mind at ease. Fixed the roof in great time and prevented any further damage. I would definitely recommend!

Great all round service all round from the moment I called the office, job booked in, gave me a quote, accepted and work carried out within a few days even though only a small job. Polite, professional couldn't fault would definitely recommend and use again.

Had two ridge tiles replaced shown pictures before and after work done top quality work. Even offered the two lads a few bob as thank you they refused saying it's there job. Good communication with Stacey in office who was very helpful.

Amazing job, great communication and lovely people.

Done our main and extension roof. Great service. Would use again and recommend.

Excellent communication from arranging a quote to getting our leaking flat roof repaired. Everyone turned up when they said they would and I was given advice and options and the job was done when I wanted it to be done. The lads were all pleasant and polite and tidy and kept me informed about what they were doing. Thank you all for making what was a traumatic time for me run so smoothly. It was such a relief to not have to keep chasing up on progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great job by this company, very professional friendly service done on time

The wonderful crew who came & fixed my roof were all so professional, efficient and polite. From my first contact they responded immediately, explained everything in great detail, were very punctual and left everything clean and tidy. I cannot thank them enough and will always recommend their services. Once again a very big thank you.

Turned up over 90 minutes late, sat in van for 10 minutes on phone. Then took a look at the gutter from the ground for about 30 seconds, no ladder, no checks and said the office would send a price. I asked was that it, guy was very rude. Estimate was also ridiculous expensive.

During the rough weather we endured during the recent storm Babet, a leak appeared in the upstairs. The guys turned up on the same day in bad weather it was raining and made a temporary fix to the roof and stop any further rain coming in. It was a relief as the weather got worse. Thank you to the lads who were great and considerate.

Professional from the point of contact - Stacey, through to the lads doing the job. The workers were respectful and tidy. Good job done, very happy.

Leak proof came out to our commercial building in the city center this weekend for an emergency, they erected a scaffold and got the job fixed really quick without any fuss. I was really pleased to get this issue sorted so fast before any major damage . Great response, I definitely recommend this company for any roofing work.

Great service, quality work and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The woman who answered the call was so so rude. I was willing to pay the call out charge (for Management Companies) but before I could even accept, she put the phone down. I will not be calling back!

Ryan and his team were brilliant very respectful cleaned up every evening the job on my roof two bays and soffits and down pipes was very professional and done properly I would never use anyone else to work on my house thank you my house in not the worst on the street now and looks great speak soon Andrea

Came in an emergency lads were really helpful, explained the problem and a temporary fix for now. But will be getting back to fix the problem

Absolutely superb work - highly recommend A+++

Needed original skylight replacing and a false ceiling installing. Wanted to retain some natural light so Ryan recommended a sun tunnel. Great job, guys turned up on time, kept me informed all the way through the work and made sure everywhere was tidied when they finished. Would definitely recommend.

Refelted a flat roof. Job was done quickly and there was good communication throughout.

Great! Really friendly & polite staff throughout the company. New roof installed, super quick and very tidy!

Quick and great service

Fantastic service provided, from my initial contact until completion all staff were friendly, reassuring and extremely helpful and responsive in their work. The quality of the job done cannot be faulted and we felt reassured by the staff that we had the right people for the job. They were both professional but more important friendly, engaging with us about the progress of the job throughout. All work was done to an excellent standard, extremely neat and tidy, leaving no stone unturned. We cannot thank Leak Proof enough and would definitely recommend in the future.

Called for emergency service, arrived in 2 hours. Big relief for me. Recommended

Very quick and easy to book. Brilliant repair job on our guttering. Have booked in for another job in October. 5 stars.

Quick and thorough work. Really pleased with it all. Thanks, Waqar

Really grateful for the expediency of this company. I was also very pleased with the two gentleman who attended today when my over-flowing gutter was causing a leak into my property from pooling on my bay window. They cleared the guttering, provided a temporary cover & offered advice for further remedial work needed. From the initial call with Stacey in the office who kindly offered a re-negotiated price, the two gentleman attended within a 2hr time frame & I feel confident the cause of the problem has been stopped for now. Really grateful for the responsive & professional service. I will certainly be a returning customer for the remedial works needed. Happy customer ☺

Ryan and the team at Leak Proof Roofing Services helped us with emergency repairs following some damage to our chimney stack and roof. They kept us updated, and I can’t believe how quickly they worked clearing the area to make our house safe and secure. They worked tirelessly in the heat getting cherry pickers, scaffolding out and all the work done within 8 hours. We will be using them to complete the long term repairs no question. Even the office staff called us to check in and make sure we were doing okay, and all the paperwork and reports were shared quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all your help so far! Review Update (21/7/2023) Since the initial emergency work that Ryan and the team did, Leak Proof Roofing has since done a brilliant job on our home, completing all the necessary repairs. Our gable wall was repaired to an excellent standard and looks amazing. We've also had a new roof - and despite storms/wind and rain, the team worked through all the bad weather to complete this big job. They cleared up our garden from all the building damage as well and went above and beyond to getting our home back better than before! We would recommend them for any building work - big or small! Absolute gents!

Most professional friendly roofer, installed our boiler flue yesterday, they fitted us in last minute and done an amazing job, very thorough and he was in and out within a flash, made up with the work! Would highly reccomend.

Very happy with the service provided. Ryan gave a clear plan of the work which included a new full roof replacement and two flat roofs, and gave regular updates as the work progressed. The crew were hard working and respectful. They completed the work ahead of the initial timescale and cleared up each evening before they left. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again if I needed additional work doing. Well done to everyone in this company.

Proper belt and braces lad. Up front Honnest and no messing. Had a small issue but was fixed within the week. Super happy Will be using again Thanks shaun

Really pleased with the service from this company. I needed an emergency repair to some roof tiles which had come loose and were unsafe. They were able to come out within the hour and made everything good, from the lady who I dealt with on to the two men who came out to do the job, the service was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to use Leaf Proof Roofing again.

We were very pleased with the excellent job that was done on our leantoo roof by Leak Proof Roofing Services and polite and tidy workmen.

First class service. Came out on Tuesday to look at a leaking roof and found the issue straight away. Full quote was then sent to my phone later that afternoon and then they came out on Wednesday to fix the problem. Clean, tidy work and took all debris with them. I would definitely use these again.

I have used this company now on a few occasions and have always had excellent service. Yesterday Ryan visited my home and inspected an area of my roof where I thought I had a leak. Ryan gives great advice, I didn't need any work doing this time so I was grateful to know this and have that reassurance. I will always use Leak Proof Roofing as they are very responsive, do great work and I know I can trust them and get an honest assessment for any work that needs doing.

Couldn’t fault anything about them. Arrived when they said they would kept us updated with what they were doing. Very professional and likeable lads. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them

Excellent service from start to finish. Very tidy.

I have had this company come today to replace the lead flashing on the flue on my roof. I only found out about it on Monday when getting gutters cleaned. I called Leadproof and they booked me in for today (Thursday the same week). Arrived when they said they would. Courteous and professional (that includes the lady in the office!). Job done in great time and pictures of before and after provided. I would recommend and will use again myself.

Honestly the nicest guy I’ve met in a while, huge help. Would highly recommend.

Fixed my roof, despite it being horrid stormy weather when they were working. Friendly and polite.

I used this company 2 weeks ago, from the first call to getting the job done was all done within 24 hrs, the first lad Ryan came out assessed the job and within 1 hr he sent his men out and they completed the job. I will always use this company and would highly recommend them to anyone with any roofing issues or gutter problems. Once again thanks lads

The lads were great, very helpful, very professional job. My conservatory roof looks fab and its a lot warmer. All rubbish tidied away after the job. Would recommend Leakproof and will use them again.

Fast, reliable and did a great job on my roof after some bad weather tiles loose. Would definitely recommend. So thankful

Ryan came round to have a look at my roof after mulitple other roofers have tried and failed to fix my leaking roof. He used the cherrypicker had a look and fixed the issue on the spot for a very reasonable price. I couldnt be happier with the service provided from leakproof, i would reccommend to anyone.

Was in a bit of a sticky situation and Ryan came to the rescue no question! Genuinely saved our bacon and I cannot recommend him enough. A really genuine guy and a massive help when he really didn't have to be.

Good job cleaned up afterwards nocomplaint

Professional, clean and honest - worked out the best value and best solution for our issues and made sure everything was compliant with conservation area regulations. Worked through horrendous weather to get it done too. Were kind to the dogs and polite and courteous throughout. No hesitation to fully recommend.

We had a bad leak in our roof they were out within the same week to sort it pronto, thanks lads very chirpy happy lads too haha

We would highly recommend Leak Proof Roofing, particulary for customer service and a super fast response time. we will defiantly use them again in the future👍

Since you have responded to my Partner's review with "your side" I just want to add further context to the deserved 1 star: Charged £700 plus VAT for an emergency repair that lasted less than 12 hours. When I called to say our ceiling was leaking again they said they might not be able to give us any money back because the repair lasted the night. Yknow. When it wasn't raining anymore. I was told someone would call me back and they didn't. Felt really ripped off and the person who did fix our roof said they did a poor job. I know they will reply to this defending and defending and not taking any responsibility for such a poor outcome but I don't know how you can expect us to be pleased with what you did. I feel sick that we spent such a crazy amount of money for what we got. If it was a temporary repair that couldn't withstand any further rain, why charge so much?

Provided an emergency fix that leaked the next day when it rained. The roofer who did fix it said the emergency fix would have actually been channeling more water into the holes and made their job harder. Wouldn't offer any compensation because it wasn't leaking when they left, when the rain had stopped.

I rang to do little leaking on my roofe they charge me 700 pounds Then after few months same issue same place called again they said 360 pounds Then after few months same place same issue called again they ask for more money So they didn’t investigate exact problem less than a year twice I been charge in total 1060 pounds Not fixed same place leaking Even they said one year guarantee it’s not true

I telephoned yo say I thought I had a problem with a flat roof. They came out the next day and after inspecting it said it needed felting. They explained what the job entailed and shown pictures of how the roof would look afterwards. A date was arranged for the following week. On the day I was contacted to say the previous job had overrun so they arranged another date. How refreshing to be contacted. The job was completed today and the work was carried out very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Responded quickly to initial enquiry and problems found supported by photos. Not the cheapest but work undertaken was of an excellent standard and again fully explained, supported by photos plus full guarantee given.

Our roof was leaking and inaccessible as it is higher than can be accessed by ladder. A quick call to Leak Proof and Ryan was on site the next day with a cherry picker, he took photos of the problem, gave a quote and repaired it all within 2 hours. Following up with fresh photos of the repair. No mess and no hassle. Great work and very competitive. This is the second time I have used Leak Proof and I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan and team were great. called as we had a leak after a day of extremely heavy rain. They arrived within hours even though it was already dark and late! Showed me the problem with photos and made emergency repairs quickly. just what we needed. We're getting them back in a few weeks for more permanent repairs. we're thankful they helped us out so quickly and efficiently!

Very efficient, thorough and friendly service. Will definitely be using Leak Proof Roofing again. Thank you.

Fantastic company! Came out to inspect our roof and gutters the same week of ringing them. From contacting them, the roof was repaired within less than two weeks. All repairs were done to a high standard - we've no leaks and everything looks neat - and the inspector even returned following the repairs to double check all work. Jobs included gutter replacing, flashing replacement and roof tile replacement.

Great team of guys, five star service, very polite, very professional at what they do, job well done, highly recommend, *****

Contacted Leak Proof after a large leak into a 3 floor building. They were there with a cherry picker within an hour and a half to complete the repair. Great communication throughout, highly recommend.

The guys who came out told me it would cost £245 to put in a single vent tile for an inline extractor fine. They also said it cost £110 for the vent tile alone. I ended up paying £80 in total elsewhere. -------- Thanks for the reply but I'm not particularly bothered whether your employees keep thorough records of every job they quote for. The price they quoted me was not just extortionate but they lied about how much a vent tile costs to justify it.

We needed to replace the entire roof! And LEAKPROOF did the Job very WELL indeed. Ryan and his team responded quickly to my request for a quote for a roof replacement. Ryan was very helpful, honest and the only one who appeared to give us an honest evaluation of what work was needed. They were on the job in a matter of days and kept me updated throughout as to how the work was progressing at every stage as the old roof was removed and each new layer applied. They went above and beyond assisting us with things outside of their task which we highly appreciated. They were here promptly each day and the work completed on time and to the agreed budget. Very good customer service and a BIG THANK YOU to Libby who was a STAR. I would definitely recommend this company and will contact them for any additional work I may need in the future.

Roofing is a minefield to the uninitiated, and after spending countless hours trawling through websites and reviews, I stumbled upon Leakproof Roofing Services. From the outset the whole team were both professional, honest and knowledgeable putting an anxious customer at ease. Thanks to Libby, Ryan and the rest of the team for such a great job. Full roof replacement completed in a matter of days in the searing heat. The roof isn't something you would normally look at, unless something goes wrong, but it seems to be my new hobby 😊 Would definitely recommend Leakproof Roofing Services.

Had to ring this company as own Rental properties and during the storms had to get numerous Temporary repairs, speedy response to all jobs reliable and great work done by his team. Will using Leak proof for all repairs going forward thank you

Unfortunately the leak returned within six weeks, and was then advised by Ryan it was caused by something different.

Shaun and his team were fantastic. Very professional & efficient - he explained in detail everything that was going on. Within 5 days scaffolding went up, skip arrived and a new roof was put on. Roof looks amazing and he left our house, garden and drive very clean and tidy. Highly recommend and would use again.

Can't thank Ryan & the lads enough for a great job. Originally made good storm damage and returned later to complete ridge tile work. Great communicator, great work ethic and good price.

Very friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.

Just after a storm they were the only firm I could find that remained responsive. Others were too busy to even answer the phone or return calls. The repairs were quoted for in advance in writing, the work completed on time and photos of the repairs provided, making the insurance claim very straightforward. Thanks to Ryan and his team. Will definitely use again for general roof maintenance.

Brilliant service overall, would recommend!

Nice guys, turned up on time and did a great job. Can't ask for more.

Had an emergency job on my bay window in the storms. Ryan and his colleague came out on a Sunday morning, they were polite and professional. They spotted the issue with my roof immediately and patched it up to prevent further leaking. It has held for 3 weeks now and I am having them back to do the full job after New Year. They were absolute lifesavers! I would definitely recommend them!

I would Highley Recommend this company, No messing about, friendly and left no mess and very reasonably priced

Ryan did roof repairs earlier in the year for me. He replaced lead flashing down the side of the roof that needed to be replaced, plus some tiles. I was very happy with the work that was done. I had no hesitation in contacting him again when the storm we had recently left some damage to the chimney caps. All in all I would use Ryan and his colleagues again and I would recommend him to family and friends..

Rang them on Monday when I noticed my drain pipe loose, they came round right away and confirmed what was needed. Turned up on the Tuesday and job done! If you need a fast repair then give these guys a try.

Very quick response, arrived on time. Nice guy to deal with

Leak proof roofing came out almost immediately first thing on a Sunday morning to repair a leaking roof for us. Very much appreciated. Thanks, Ryan.

Came quickly, on a sunday afternoon after the storm had ripped tiles from the roof and caused a leak in the master bedroom. Can't really say it was value for money until the next storm haha, but i have faith they done a good job. Repaired it quickly, and visually it looks perfect. Just want to say a big thenk you for coming out as quick as you did! Amazing service! Thanks fellas 😊

Super fast respond and service! Really happy with the job they done! Thank You! would recommend to everyone! (Job was done in Speke)

Ryan's team of roofers were superb. Taking photos before and after just showed what a great job they did. Ryan turned up on time to do the job and didn't leave until the job was finished, not like some roofers who start a job and then disappear on another job before they have completed the first one. He is the best roofer I have come across and would thoroughly recommended him.

Ryan turned up on time to quote for the job. He detected the causes of the ceiling and wall dampness and rectified them through cleaning / repairing the gutter and roof tiles etc. Quick turnaround and completed his work by going the extra miles of rectifying other minor works within a few hours. His quote was good value for money .Would not hesitate recommending him to my friends or family members who need similar work.

Ryan provided a roof survey and quotation for the works quick and on time, notwithstanding how busy the industry is right now

Ryan clearly explained our options, took photos to show us the problem and an emergency roof repair was carried out within half an hour of me calling. Very impressive. Could not fault. A neighbour had already asked for Ryan's details!

Top quality of 100% job

I have waited a month to write this review. Liverpool has experienced very heavy rainfall during this time and I'm relieved to say that we no longer have a problem. I saw one of Leakproof Roofing Services' vans outisde a property having repairs carried out. One of our rental properties has lead lined guttering and we have been trying to find someone with the knowledge to carry out repairs for months. I contacted Leakproof via the website and received a call from Ryan within a few hours. We arranged for him to visit the property in a couple of days. He inspected the roof, chimney and guttering and identified the causes of damp and leaks in the property. He sent photos to show us the problems which was followed up with a quote. I didn't understand some of the terminology so Ryan took the time to phone and explain exactly what he proposed to do. We arranged for the work to be carried out in a couple of weeks dependent upon the weather and Ryan gave us a couple of days notice before he and the team would be there. All of the work was completed in half a day and again Ryan sent photos. The reason we chose Leakproof and Ryan was because he had the knowledge and experience to repair the lead lined guttering rather than suggesting replacement upvc, he offers genuine guarantees on his work, gives reasonable quotes and does what he says he will when he says he will. Since this job Ryan has also carried out repairs on another of our properties and we are pleased to be able to recommend Leakproof.

Just had flat roof refeled the men have done a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services a big thank you from Paul & Tracy also gutter replacement yet again a splendid job

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job repairing a leak in the valley of my roof they were professional from start to end of the job.Ryan explained everything they were doing to fix the leak. They we’re clean and tidy Since it has been done we had plenty of rain and I haven’t had anymore leaks,I would highly recommend Ryan and his team if you have problems with your roof

came on time reliable very good job

Wow, if only other roofers in this city, were this prompt and professional. This is the 4th roofer we have tried, as all the others simply didn’t show up or won’t answer the phone. Ryan showed up with his gang and were crawling all over the roof to locate the problems and rang me up and gave me a fair price. It’s not often I’m glad to spend money, but he’s worth the money just for answering the phone. The roofers in Liverpool need a good lesson in customer service and Ryan should be their tutor.

Came next day and did the job there and then. All seems good. Thank you. Would use again and recommend!

I Recently moved house and I noticed a leak coming from the roof. Ryan came out the next morning and had it fixed within the hour for a great price. Very professional service. I can not recommend these guys enough!

I would not hesitate to recommend Leak Proof Roofing Services. Ryan and the lads turned up on time, quickly identified the issues with our slate roof and fixed the problem straight away. There’s no messing around or hidden costs, Ryan was upfront and honest and they even saved us some money on the day which was really appreciated. We will be using Leak Proof Roofing Services for some other work that needs doing. Top class professional service from Ryan and the team. Thanks again!

Ryan arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient. He managed to sort most of the problem straight away and was reasonably priced. Awaiting quote for a bigger job as was satisfied with the service and will definitely use his company again.

Would recommended Ryan and the lads. Came when they said they would and called to confirm on the day. Knew what the problem was straight away and gave a fair price. They even helped me out getting back into the house after locking myself out!!! Thanks again lads.

Ryan and his team have been great from start to finish. They came out and completed a quote before we purchased our property for remedial work to be done and after completion literally arrived the next week to carry it out and it was all to a high standard. There were some additional big jobs like loft boarding and insulation we asked for last minute which they even managed to fit in the next day! Overall really easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. Would use again and highly recommend.

Ryan visited at very short notice to fix a leak. He provided evidence of the issue, fixed the problem and was very informative. Fair price and Would highly recommend
