One reviewer says James Roofing did not ring them back, and another comments that the driver needed to learn how to drive and use indicators. There is not enough consistent detail across the supplied reviews to draw a wider picture of James Roofing's work.
Recently had my roof done in Toxteth liverpool , very hard set of workers
Don't bank on them ringing you back
Need to learn how to drive and use indicators
Great job done by James & the lads. Really reliable, came when they said they would and they finished on time. Lovely set of workers, will be using again. More than happy with the job
Cant fault the work done by James. He gave great advice and was responsive to any questions i had. The workers were professional throughout the job and did not leave any mess when finished. Great quality work and would defintley recommend
I noticed a piece of slate leaning on our gutter from "nextdoor", I told the naighbour, Ian James came to look now, we live in a terraced house, our road slopes so, our chimney is encased into nextdoors roof and ours slopes down so, the roof that is higher than ours has a white guuter on the end and, you can see that but Ian James says it is our roof so, we had to pay £420 to have it repaired only to find, there is a gap at the back of the roof, I told him about it but, he is on holiday in Turkey with his wife & kids and will send somone now, I told him to forget it and to roast in Turkey with the money people have paid them to do their "job", and I though I could rely on a licenenced builder, what a joke, I told our neighbour, she is sorting it. You are a shambles and, hope everyone knows this in future.
Very happy with our experience of using James Roofing. The lads we're great, carried out the job in good time and would always recommend them again. Thanks lads.
