West Leeds Roofing

I messaged Brad regarding a reroof after he was recommended by a friend. We had a few roofers come to quote but chose to go with Brad. He gave us lots of updates throughout and always responded to questions promptly.

Great service to repair flashing and broken tiles. Thanks!

I had a recurring damp patch on my attic ceiling that other roofers had attempted to fix by working on the leadwork around the chimney, but without success. Bradley explained clearly what he thought the underlying problem was, turned up when he said he would, and kept me updated throughout. He was reliable, communication was great, and he sent photos of the work as it progressed. I’m pleased with the service and would happily recommend.

We used Brad and his team to redo our porch roof that had been done poorly by another company who refused to fix it. What a different expertise it was with West Leeds Roofing. Good communication, clear pricing and an excellent finish. Only wish we'd used them sooner!

Would definitely recommend - friendly and professional service and great communication throughout.

Brad and his team did a great job on our bay roof after another roofer failed miserably. After we contacted Brad about our badly leaking roof he called round the following day and covered it temporarily. He then came 3 days later and fixed it the same day,we are very grateful for his fast attention and recommend him highly.

Called Leeds Roofing along with a few other businesses, and decided to go with Brad as the quote for the work involved seemed the best. Chimney stack rerender caps and reflaunching and lead flashing. Finally completed this week(weather) and very happy with the result. Have asked Brad back for more work so would definitely recommend.

Bradley did a great job repairing the top of the chimney stack and even repointed some of the stonework whilst up on the roof that needed doing. Bradley was really helpful throughout and would definitely recommend

Great experience dealing with these guys. Had a leak in my roof and the response was quick. They came and checked out the problem using a drone initially (embracing modern technology!) and evaluated the whole roof rather than just the possible leak. They explained what they were going to do and used the photos from the drone to illustrate. The work was completed the next week and the leak has been fixed. They then again used photographs to illustrate the before and after. They even came back to look at something again after I had further questions. Will definitely use their services again in the future. Thanks!

Bradley and the team did a fantastic job patching up our roof and rebuilding our dormer roof that had been letting in water. Kept to their word at every step, great communication and provided photographic evidence of all the before and after. Would highly recommend

Can’t say enough good things about Bradley and the team. Recommended to me by a friend and would definitely recommend to others. From start to finish in contact with updates, very clear about what the work would involve and pricing. Easy to contact and very reassuring with explanations about what was being done and why. Went over and above to make sure I was happy with the work done (which I am). Would absolutely use again in future if needed. Thanks so much for my nice dry house!

Bradley was really quick with his communication and came out to assess our roof the day I enquired. The team that came to do the work were great and quick workers. They even had plastic boot covers as they had to carry the window through the house. Very pleased with the work and I really recommend this company. I'll be calling on them in the new year for some work around our dormer window.

Responded quickly and my roof was repaired the next day - very professional and helpful

From start to finish they were professional, reliable and friendly. Bradley came out next day after a storm, we had a look at the roof with his drone then he kept me updated throughout the job, explaining everything clearly and giving honest advice. The team turned up on time, worked hard, and left everything tidy at the end of the day.

Really impressed with West Leeds Roofing. Bradley is friendly, honest, well mannered and very informative about his trade. Excellent communication on initial enquiry & during the work process e.g. Phoning ahead to let me know he was on his way. Letting me know he needed to leave for 20 minutes to purchase more roofing tiles. Also on completion of the job, to make sure I was happy with their work. Bradley showed me via his drone what roofing repairs required attention and then again when the work was completed Bradley and Nathan worked well as a team, both worked very neatly and tidied up after themselves. Price for the work was very reasonable, especially for the quality of their work. It's not often I would use the same roofing company twice, but I would definately have Bradley and Nathan back for any roofing repairs or a new roof the future. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Bradley & Nathan. 😁

As a new homeowner, I noticed a small hole in my roof and just wanted someone to check it. Literally within minutes of submitting a contact back form, I was contacted by Bradley. He organized to attend and give me a quote. From when he attended, to organizing scaffolders etc acted with 100% professionalism start to finish. The quote was a straight forward number, no bullcrap trying to add costs on for extra supplies etc. Quoted a number and stuck to it The guys carrying out the repair were great, took pictures of each step and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend these fellas, and would definitely use them again should I need them! Cheers guys!

Brad and the team at West Leeds Roofing completed work on our property. We wanted to express our appreciation at the work undertaken from quotation to completion. The entire process was smooth and kept us informed of progress after we had our Finlock concrete guttering removed and replaced with upto date traditional guttering. We needed our old failing guttering to be totally replaced and Bradley quoted to get our work sorted. An excellent local service providing customers with the confidence that whatever the issue with your house, that West Leeds Roofing can sort it at competitive pricing. Any further work we may require in the future, we know who to call upon and would recommend them to others who may need work to be done. Excellent allround.

West leeds roofing totally stripped and relaid slate roof reusing slates to preserve environment. New felt and insulation laid. Very pleased, they were very reliable and efficient

Bradley and team did a great job on my chimney, great service, great price and even replace some broken tiles which they spotted had broke. Would definitely recommend if anyone needed any work. Reliable, friendly and professional. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

Recently repaired my roof and were really good and efficient and very reasonably priced

Did a small repair for me. Brilliant service fast and reliable. Very punctual and polite. Great set of lads will be using them for in the future and will definitely be recommending to close family and friends

Had a chimney stack taken down by West Leeds Roofing, it was supposed to be a re-render but on starting the job, the chimney was discovered to be unsafe so changed the job to have it taken down. Bradley was very helpful, providing updates, options and solutions. Job done in one day, honoured the original price, very hard working team, very pleased with the job. Sent pictures to me of all the stages of the job to see what work had been done which was very helpful. Would definitely use West Leeds Roofing again, very impressed!

Great job by Bradley and the team on mine and my neighbours houses last week. Three new roofs (flat and pitched). Very happy with the job.

Excellent service by West Leeds Roofing. A professional job was done by all, including the sweeping up! The team were hardworking and friendly completing a terraced house roof and 2 large flat roofs in 5 days. Would definitely recommend them. Big thank you to all from Sandra & Jack, Manchester

Bradley and his team did a great job on our New Roof and in record time 3 days - kept me informed as to what was happening each day. Reasonable price too. Very happy ! Would recommend West Leeds Roofing Co.

I had the entire roof replaced on my end terrace back-to-back and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Bradley and West Leeds Roofing. From the offset with the initial email exchange and drone survey, to communication throughout the large job and the quality of the work undertaken itself, I couldn't be happier. The scaffolding was erected only days before the work began and was removed days afterwards while others on my street have been stuck with it for upwards of a month. Bradley also offered advice on the likely replastering work I'll be requiring next. Great experience and highly recommended.

Great company to deal with and always turn up on time, Brad always explains the work in detail and there is no hidden extra cost 🍟

Extremely happy with the service received from West Leeds Roofing, efficient, friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended 👌 haven't stopped from start to finish stripping old ridge tiles and replacing with a Dry Ridge System. Will definitely be recommending West Leeds Roofing 👍 👌. Thank you Bradley.

Really responsive when making the initial enquiry, did a great job with the various repairs that were needed on our chimney, very quick and efficient (everything done in half a day), really good communication throughout and helpful to see before/after photos.

I contacted West Leeds Roofing from overseas to remove an aerial that was not secured properly. Bradley was out there in a couple of days and safely removed the old aerial. Communication was excellent throughout and he kept me informed of progress. Great job - thoroughly recommend them.

They were recommended to us by our neighbour. They did a fantastic job and kept us well informed. I've recommended them to our son, and we would use them again.

West Leeds Roofing did a great job repointing my chimney, rendering the roof edges, and redoing the lead flashing. They were quick, efficient, and got everything sorted without any fuss. The place was left clean afterwards too. I’d definitely recommend them if you need any roofing work done.

Had a dangerous loose tile hanging from the guttering. Came and removed it within hours of ringing. Very efficient and professional

After a heavy recent rain storm, my roof ,that I knew had some minor problems ,then became an issue. West Leeds Roofing was the first company I called. I left a message . Bradley called back almost immediately. Within 20 west leeds roofers had been on the roof for inspection and given me a quote. Which I accepted. In less than a week the work is finished. My roof has had an overhaul as well my chimney. I wasn't expecting such a positive response and experience. Which makes such a change. Highly recommended .

Bradley came across with a competitive quote and was able to complete the job of repointing my verge and replacing missing tiles really quickly. And also managed to get the scaffolding removed promptly which isn’t always a given . Highly recommended.

Great service from the guys at West Leeds Roofing. Replaced the guttering at the rear of my property quickly and for a good price. Will be having them back for more work soon. Thanks guys!

Bradley and his team have done two, fantastic jobs for us, firstly fitting a new Velux, something we had been trying to get done for years, and had had many roofers "fix" it, only to have it leak again, and none wanted to replace it. When Bradley came, he explained, very clearly, that it was an old model, and different size to new ones so there would be some work to do to make a new, larger one fit. The other roofers clearly didn't want a tricky job, so never came back with quotes and cut us off but West Leeds roofing did an amazing job. Bradley also sorted a leaking gutter and added a new downpipe, in a long gutter run, so it would not sag and leak when the rain was heavy. He really knows his stuff!!

Just had this firm carry out an overhaul on our business premises, the building is high ( 4 floors) the saved us a fortune in scaffolding by hiring a cherry picker to carry out the works. A great job done on time at at the price quoted. Professional company and I would recommend West Leeds Roofing and will use them for all our roofing work

Hard to find a reliable, decent roofer these days that doesn't charge you the earth. Got recommended by a family member to this company. Gave a buzz & WhatsApp and they came out to have a look. Decent quote so went ahead with ridge tiles repointing. Our lass at home & lads doing work were polite & sound. Did a good job. We needed chimney repair too & they came back this year (2024) after liaising dates & weather via WhatsApp. Done another cracking job for decent price. Now awaiting warmer weather ready for to GRP our bay roof. Would highly recommend. Sound, down to earth company that does a great job.

Great work!

We had a leaky gutter and West Leeds Roofing have been great in making it work like new again. They re-alligned it, replaced the joints and fixed the dry cap verge. Easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, no stress or hassle. Would recommend. Thank you!

Very reliable and excellent communication. Good quality work was done replacing the chimney pots and fitting cowls.

Absolutely brilliant team - went above and beyond on cleaning and repairing our roof. Even picked up and repaired some bits we didnt even know about. Left everything clean and tidy.

I had a leak which Bradley came over to take a look at. I'd seen a couple of roofers before who for whatever reason would rather be on the ground and guess what the issue was rather than actually go up a ladder and take a look. Thankfully Bradley went onto the roof to investigate thoroughly and brought down with him some photos on his phone to explain the likely (and very obvious) cause. He then provided a quote for the repair needed. I knew my roof wasn't in a great state so I eventually came to the conclusion that I should just have the whole thing done now and not worry about again for good while! This included a lot of replacement slates, new breathable membrane, New battens, new insulation, flashings, guttering, chimney stack pointing. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Bradley's two colleagues who carried out the work under his instruction were polite, conscientious, hardworking guys. I'm very pleased with the standard of work carried out and the attention to detail. I am particularly impressed with the professional attitude of Bradley and his team. Roof all done and ready for the winter ahead! Thanks guys 😊👍

excellent service and high quality work. Bradley and his team are highly experienced roofers that inspire confidence. I would highly recommend this company.

Bradley and his team completed repairs to our roof following storm damage. The repairs were carried out as per the quote provided to a high standard. Great communication and clean tidy work. We would use West Leeds Roofing again for any future repairs. Many thanks.

Some masonry fell from my roof and it was important to have this repaired especially as there are children who play in the garden below. I contacted West Leeds Roofing and the next day Bradley came and advised on options to solve the issue. I had the work done a week later and the guys arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard. I would recommend this company

Excellent service and quality work. We have used West Leeds Roofing a couple of times now and they have been professional, tidy and meticulous in their work. A high recommendation from us and would without doubt use them again.

Really happy with the service. They responded quickly, provided a written quote and arrived promptly on the day. Just got on with the job no issues, all done to a high standard. Had issues with other companies agreeing the job then never turning up but also not responding to calls so never found out why they didn't come. West Leeds Roofing were easy to deal with at every step. Would definitely use them again.

Very relieable came when they said and did a first class job.

Bradley and his team replaced my old leaky roof, working against the elements! They were quick, responsive to my queries and friendly. Very pleased with the results and service, thank you!

Would definitely recommend West Leeds Roofing. Bradley was great from getting us a quote quickly at first, scheduling in the work and completing our new flat roof. Would recommend to anyone looking for roofers.

I got touch with this company to fix my roof. They showed me pictures how was my roof before and after they fixed. They checked my roof aswell. They explained everything about what they did. Nice people and everthing was perferct. I highly recommend this company.

After accidentally breaking a few tiles on a customers roof when doing some tree work, I asked West Leeds Roofing to help! After speaking to Bradley via message, he was very quick to respond and had the tiles replaced within a couple of days. Highly recommend and will certainly use in the future.

Amazing company! Bradley is clearly a perfectionist and very thorough. From the initial quote for our new roof to tidying up afterwards, his attention to detail was remarkable. He was one of only two roofers we contacted who responded immediately, and he instilled a level of confidence in us that made choosing his company really easy. In addition, Bradley and his guys are really friendly, easy to get along with and always turn up when they say they will. We simply cannot fault the work they have carried out!

Bradley came to give a quote and was really informative. He talked through everything with me. A week later, the work was carried out to a really high standard. There were just a couple of things I wanted to double check and Bradley sent two people round straight away the next day to finish up on a couple of bits. His communication from initial contact right through until the work was finished was brilliant. It was reassuring to have a reliable roofer that turns up on time and is honest. Would highly recommend his services.

Bradley is the most responsive roofer I have found. Keen for work, turned up when he said he would, gave good advice, completed the job and fixed a longstanding leak on a shallow pitch roof. Maybe he could have charged a bit less but he is a breath of fresh air in a building repair sector that is still tainted by rogues. Have already had him price a repair at my work premises

Bradley and his team did a great job. Work was completed in the timeframe, reasonable quote given. Tidied up and put everything back when finished. Would recommend.

Very good and prompt arrival when attending for quotation. Price quoted was the price paid. Workman was very polite and just got on with his work. Good quality repairs carried out would definitely use again and recommend this company.

I called for some advice on my roof and he was very honest and direct. Very helpful and professional with very obvious good knowledge of his trade.

Brilliant company and really nice lads. Replaced a missing tile, came out within 24 hours and very professional. Also excellent value. Would strongly recommend.

Really happy, they were prompt with getting in touch, started the work on time and the work was quality, will use again.

Used West Leeds Roofing to replace our roof membrane and perform a few other much needed repairs. The team have done a fantastic job. I am really pleased with the quality of work which is evident inside and out. We had to change plans a few times during the work as some of the wear and tear became evident but Bradley kept us fully informed with options. If I had to use a roofer again, it'd be these guys I use.

Recently moved into our new property which needed some repair work according to the surveyor. Booked Bradley in who was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to add on non needed costs etc. Considerably cheaper than other quotes, very friendly team and the work was of an excellent standard, could not fault them at all. I would highly recommend these roofers to everyone in Leeds. 10/10 roofers.

Just had a complete new roof installed by West Leeds Roofers and can't recommend them highly enough. Really helpful, sound advice upfront, clear options, quick and very competitive quote, friendly, professional and extremely competent team, delivered on every promise made, clear updates and comms throughout the work - overall a fab job by a great set of lads.

West Leeds Roofing installed three large Velux Windows into our Kitchen roof. From quotation through to installation we received an excellent service and was kept informed all along the way. The end result exceeds our expectations and the kitchen feels like a completely different room with a lot more natural light coming in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

West Leeds Roofing were fantastic. Super professional and always kept in touch with updates. Would hire them again!
