Leeds And District Roofing Services LTD

Great set of roofers, came on time and the job was finished to a high standard

I have used Ben 3 times now and each and every time the job was done to a very good standard

Arranged to call round and give a quote. Never turned up. No explanation. Update: I am not fake, Indian or a scammer. I live in North Leeds and posted a fair 3 star review as you did not turn up. I think you are mixing me up with some 1 star reviews you've just received.

Ben and his team did a full replacement on our rear extension flat roof. Ben have us a competitive quote and all work completed to an excellent standard and good clean up job after, with all waste disposed of. Nice group of guys on the job as well. Would recommend!

Delighted with the service from Ben and his team. Ben was incredibly responsive in the lead up to the work being done and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. The scaffolding went up the day before and came down the day after with no issues. The team that did the work on our roof were brilliant. They were incredibly professional and polite. They checked in with us on the day to verify the work that was to be done. They were very considerate whilst doing the work. It was completed to an excellent standard and they left the place neat and tidy afterwards. We would highly recommend Leeds and District Roofing. Thank you Ben and team!

Used multiple times for guttering and flat roof maintenance, would recommend.

Ben and his team replaced the roof and fascias on our bungalow last week, the job was completed quickly and looks great ,a couple of snagging bits but quickly rectified. Ben kept us up too date with the work and his advice was spot on.Already recieved good comments from neighbours and friends. Will add photos when scaffolding comes down. Darren Angela.

Attended to assess the job as promised. Quoted fairly. Did a great job. Also advised freely on a wider need.

I needed a new roof at my property. Ben and his team were very prompt in replacing the roof and at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Leeds and District Roofing and will be using them for any future roofing needs

Punctual, did a great job. Will definitely contact them again if needed, highly recommend

Punctual, did the job well, didn't leave any mess, professional. Would recommend.

Can't recommend Ben highly enough. We were left with real problems after a previous roofer ditched mid job and left us with a leaking roof. Ben came out incredibly quickly and gave us a full quote and got the work completed in record time...for cheaper than the quote! The roofers cleared up as they went so everything was left clean and tidy. Very impressed.

Would definitely recommend very happy with my new roof definitely the best

Ben was very accommodating. Booked us in very quickly due to storm damage. Roofer did a great job. Scaffolders came out to remove scaffolding in bad weather, which was much appreciated. Just in time for our new driveway to be installed. Thank you.

Leeds and District Roofing Services attended a serious leak along the roofline between my neighbours property and mine. This was causing major damp down the entire wall. We contacted Leeds Roofing to see if they could help and they responded immediately. They identified the cause, provided a detailed quote, attended and resolved the problem promptly. They left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Furthermore they provided 20 year guarantee. The entire team were excellent! I would definitely call them for any future roofing issues Top job!

This service booked an appointment to look at our gutters, never showed up or replied and now I can't get through to their phone. Fed up of unreliable maintenance services.

Theres just not enough stars to rate Ben and his team. Absolutely over the moon with the job they have done. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a Brillaint Roofing company.

Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Ben arrived on time and provided a competitive quote that evening, set up the job soon after, and his team were brilliant. The guttering and fascias look lovely and come with a 20 year guarantee. We asked Ben his thoughts on some tiles that were loose on the roof and his team replaced them at no extra cost. I would certainly recommend Leeds and District to others!

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of my roof replacement. All the workmen were very polite and quietly spoken and did a great job of cleaning up when finished, even my neighbour commented on how good they were .I would recommend them 100%.

Just had a new roof done by this company. Would definitely recommend this company. Very professional, friendly, excellent workmanship and also tidied up as they went along. A big thank you again.

Ben and his team did a great job replacing our flat roof, they were able to respond quickly to the leak and completed the replacement in one day. When there was an issue afterwards with a leaking pipe, they also responded quickly to come out and resolve that. Would recommend using Leeds and District Roofing Services.

Leeds and District Roofing Services LTD replaced the dry verge and fitted a Velux window. The work was completed within 2 weeks from initial contact which was ideal due to other work planned at the house. The work was completed within one day and the roofers were polite and professional at all times. No waste was left behind and the area was left in a tidy condition. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

Ben and his team did a fantastic job. Ben had time to discuss the job in some detail which I appreciated at the start. The quote was detailed and comprehensive which was reassuring. Ben also responded very promptly to any questions or queries I might have during or after completion. The team turned up on time and the roof looks great. I would recommend Leeds and District Roofing Services Ltd. They seemed professional, reliable and very hassle-free to work with. Thank you.

I asked Ben at Leeds And District Roofing Services Ltd to replace a leaking gutter caused by next door neighbour's roofers. Ben looked at it, and although he admitted it might not be easy - even if he replaced my guttering like for like - he put on his thinking cap and came up with a solution which he said would work, namely a different type of guttering. Ben looks for 'solutions' to solve roofing issues. The guttering was replaced and we have a 20 year guarantee. Well done Ben.

The guys did a great job of refurbishing the flat roof of our office attached to our house. They were there on time every morning until the job was done. No mess no fuss and did what they said they would do so no hesitation in recommending them.

Second time they did a job for us. Needed an urgent flat roof repair. Despite having a 2 month lead time, Ben kindly arranged to visit the next day and got it done within 2 days time because we were a returning client. Thank you for sorting this so promptly.

Replaced a leaking porch Flat roof, quote was given within 24 hours after a visiting my property. When the work was carried out it was done to a high standard and the guys were really clean and tidy with all rubbish removed and the guys were polite. Really happy with the end result and would highly recommend Leeds and District Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing work carrying out.

Had a really positive experience with this company, Ben was really friendly, came out to inspect the roof quickly, answered all my questions and got back to me straight away. The team that attended to carry out the works were friendly and professional, they carried out the full roof replacement so quickly I was really impressed. Very satisfied with work replacing fascia boards and guttering. In line with quote, fully guaranteed 20 years. Started and finished as expected. Hard workers. Recommended.

Leeds and District roofing LTD recently replaced our pitched roof and also the flat roof sections of our property. The team were professional, polite and considerate. In addition to this they did a really first class job and we were very happy with their work for us. When I chose this company I looked at their on line reviews and also was impressed that with this company there had been 3 generations of the same family working. We highly commend and recommend Ben and his team. Nicky and Trisha Joyce Leeds 17.

Very professional. Would 100% recommend.

Ben quickly fixed a leaky downpipe that was causing water to come into the room. His team replaced the downpipe and fixed the wall. Great service!

I was very pleased with the standard of workmanship, the quality of the new roof and reboarding of the dormer. My garden was left in a tidy condition and all of the workers to be pleasant. I found the company responsive from the initial enquiry to answering my queries during the job and completed the work in a timely fashion.

The service provided was exceptional from beginning to end. Starting with the initial quote and extending to offering our neighbors a quote as well, the team demonstrated efficiency, hard work, tidiness, and professionalism. Their communication throughout was outstanding, and they completed the project well ahead of schedule. The workers, alongside the main contractor, were not only quick but also a pleasure to have around. I enthusiastically endorse them to anyone in need of roofing services in Leeds.

The service was very prompt and efficient. I really appreciated the detailed estimate, which clearly outlined what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly, neatly, and with a cheerful attitude. They even took the time to explain the process, which gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend their professional and friendly approach.

Didn’t turn up despite repeated assurances and multiple phone calls. Unprofessional

I had a lot of work completed by this team, and all of it was done to an excellent standard.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Leeds & District Roofing, and I must say, their team was not only polite but also delivered exceptional work. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy roofing company for their home projects.

I had been dealing with roof leaks for months despite three failed attempts by roofers to fix the issue. However, when these guys showed up, they managed to resolve it on their first try.

A friend recommended Ldrs to me, so I gave them a call to check out a leak in my roof. The service they provided was outstanding, and I will definitely be spreading the word to my friends and family about how great they are.

Recently, I hired Leeds & District Roofing to waterproof my chimney. They promptly offered a competitive quote and efficiently completed the work in a timely manner.

Ben and his team, Mark and Paul, of Leeds and District Roofing did an excellent job rectifying the subpar work done by a previous local Cross Gates company. Without naming names, known for their poor workmanship, Ben provided helpful consultations and recommendations for improving the situation, resulting in a final outcome that is truly impressive. Great job by the team.

We were presented with a competitive quote for a roof replacement, allowing us to go over the detailed materials list with Ben, who proved to be quite accommodating. The project kicked off swiftly, and we were truly impressed by the roofing crew. They demonstrated unwavering dedication and a consistently courteous demeanor throughout the process. Working tirelessly, they managed to complete the roof within just 5 business days, while the guttering and scaffolding teams were equally diligent and respectful. We are exceedingly pleased with the outcome of our new roof and are delighted to recommend the excellent services of Leeds and District Roofing.

Excellent service whole roof , gutters and fascia’s done in 3 days on semi detached house . Very professional company would highly recommend them

Bravo Ben and team!…. To our rescue where others have let us down. Came and repaired a rather tricky leaking roof that was traced to beneath our existing solar panels, but no problem for Leeds and District Roofing. Scaffolding organised and solar panels removed enabling access for the remedial work to be carried out in a prompt and professional manner, keeping us informed at every stage. Needless to say, it rained the very next day after work completed and hey presto!….. the leak was gone. All in all, a job well done, at a very fair price by a very professional and experienced team….I highly recommend this company.

My hubby Paul rang Leeds district roofing coz our flat roof was leaking really bad, with the weather we have had, Ben came out took a look and within days he had a two man team out to re - roof it. We are highly delighted with the work they did,Took away all the rubbish, you couldn’t tell they had been, brilliant job competitive price. Would highly recommend

Leeds District Roofing Services repaired our chimneys The guys were efficient, came when they said they would despite poor weather and the cost was in line with the quote. A few weeks later in very heavy winds we lost some roof tiles which they kindly replaced for us. Very happy with the service and would use again.

Tidy and efficient roofer. When I had a leak he originally thought it was a chimney problem. When that didn't sort the leak he came and sorted the real problem for free. 👌♥️👍

We contacted Leeds and District Roofing Services, following a recommendation from a neighbour. We received a quotation for a reroof that was competitive and we were able to discuss the itemised list of materials with Ben who was helpful. The work started promptly and we were impressed with the roofing team. They worked hard and were always polite. The roofers worked consecutive days so that the roof was complete within 5 working days, the other teams who carried out the guttering and scaffolding were also hard-working and polite. We are impressed with our roof and very happy to endorse the work of Leeds and District Roofing Services.

Great service, my gutter replaced and guaranteed. Thank you.

Recently had Leeds & District Roofing do some work waterproofing my chimney. They were fast to provide me a competitive quote and had the work completed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

*I added this review a few months back but it wasn’t showing on the review page as I added pictures* PLEASE do your research. Go see previous work and actually knock on the door and speak to previous customers. Left the gutters and fascia broken and hanging off the walls didn’t replace them even though it says on contract they would if needed (it was needed). Having to pay more money for a different company to do the work. Left damage on property. I paid over 10k for a new roof and they did a horrible job and then got aggressive (I have texts) Remember fake reviews are thing! ** reply** can’t add pictures, none of your reviews have pictures? Maybe you have changed the settings which won’t allow it? Im not going to read your reply word for word as I know you will tell lies and I don’t have the energy to deal with nonsense. Glancing over it I can tell you’re being aggressive and telling rehearsed lies. Your mask has fallen, you are super AGGRESSIVE and RUDE. I was happy to pay over 10k for a small 3 bed semi roof in Leeds why would I leave old rotting gutters/facias if you hadn't lied about them? If I’m lying and don’t have pictures, texts and a contract then you should take me to court for defamation? I value my sanity more then the money I have lost so won’t take your business to court but I leave this review to save others from losing their hard earned money. **edit** edited his reply on google and has toned down how rude he was initially and deleted the name calling. I have screen shots of all text conversations and pictures of the roof with time stamps. I have no reason to lie, we paid over 10k in full and have the contract. Why would I be willing to pay over 10k for a new roof on a 3 bed semi but want to lie about facias and gutters? Wouldn’t I have found someone cheaper and have the gutters done with it etc? Also the new roof itself was a terrible job! Why do none of the reviews have pictures for this company? If you post with a picture it doesn't show your review to others (I tried to post pictures of my roof and contract). Seeing is believing. The only pictures anyone can see are those posted by this company it self on Facebook or their website BUT it’s far from the truth.

Great work from Ben and his workers - Mark and Paul. Leeds and District Roofing rectified the shoddy work that a local Cross Gates company (which i won't name but they are notoriously bad) did a few years ago. Ben consulted and advised on various courses of action and the final work certainly looks good. I would certainly recommend this company.

2 gpr roofs done very good service fast and professional

I would highly recommend this company. Fixed the roof after tiles blew off in the wind. Prompt and efficient and even fixed something else he noticed when he was up there.

I have just had a complete roof replaced by Leeds And District Roofing Services LTD. From my very first phone call I have been impressed by the service I have received. A quotation was provided within 24 hours and once accepted, an early start date was given and adhered to. The detail of the quotation was excellent and the price of the work carried out was competitive. The job was completed in good time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again if I need any more roofing work done.

Best roofing company in Leeds, Ben couldn't do enough really helpful Would highly recommend

Would definitely recommend, honest and reliable firm. Replaced my flat roof after a leak and repaired everything in no time at all, friendly bunch of workers and all completed on schedule with no mess. Thanks Ben and all the lads at Leeds and district roofing x 5 star ⭐️ service

Had Ben and his team replace our guttering system recently. Had done a bay window roof previously for us. It’s obviously a busy time of year for them and the weather was poor the days they did the work but came out a number of times after the job was completed to look at stuff again that I wasn’t completely happy with and sort out. They were only tweaks really to the overall job they’d done and in terms of that as a whole they cracked on and got the work done when they said and to a high standard so I’d definitely recommend and certainly use again (if they’d have me! :-))

Excellent roofing contractors came along and redone work carried by another roofer who had made a complete botch of it. They understood I was overseeing everything they did. They talked me through what they were doing and was OK that I needed to test before parting with my money. “Once bitten” and all that!

Highly recommended - I had my full roof replaced, including 2 dormer roofs, as well as the tiling between our bay windows. The team were professional, polite, tidy and did a great job.

Ben and his team did a great job from start to finish. He was recommended by my brother who was very happy with his new roof done by Ben. Prompt response to my request, came and inspected the roof, discussed what work was needed and price, sent written quote the same day. The work was done by Jordan and Kian, arrived on time, very polite. Worked very hard to get the job finished, left everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ben’s business again in the future.

Lads did some great work on my flat roof highly recommended

The initial meeting with Ben gave us confidence in the company. After the scaffolding had been erected the roofing team were very efficient, pleasant and got on with their job without interruption, even in the rain. We are highly delighted with our new roof and would recommend Leeds and District Roofing to anyone wishing to replace their roof. An excellent job all round.

Called L & D out to fix a bodge job on my daughter's roof in Kirkstall previous owners roofers had not replaced or fitted the leading out properly resulting in a leak into the attic bedroom and damp into the chimneybreast. I can see from the street what a smart job they've done. Thanks to Ben and the guys, I highly recommend

After reading the reviews we decided to go with Leeds and District Roofing to do a whole new roof for us. They started work a week after I made contact for the quote and within 3 days the job was completed. We are really happy with the work done, the team were polite and friendly, they cleaned up after themselves and communication all round was excellent. Thank you guys.

I was concerned about my roof and Ben came to look and advised it needed replacing. It was around 53 years old. His team were there within a couple of weeks and installed it within three days in very hot temperatures! The guys were friendly and professional and any debris was cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend Leeds and District roofing.

Ben, the owner, professional, prompt when booked in for the quote and was very thorough when estimating what was required. He was quick to respond with any queries and questions. The team were professional, friendly, on time and hard working, even in the rain. We would recommend them without reservation.

Recently fit a new roof of my concrete shed and repaired gutters on house. Brilliant service, on time and left no mess. Cannot recommend enough!

I first contacted Ben when my roof was leaking and I got a quotation from Him. After I accepted the quotation online I was sent a start date the same day. Job was done on time and looks amazing

wouldn’t bother, turned up late for appointment. never even replyd with a quote. AVOID! yes good reviews are they family and friends ?

Within a week of being given a competitive price for a new roof work commenced on replacing our condemned old roof. The scaffolders came on time and as soon as it was erected work began stripping the roof. Jordan and Ryan who headed up the team were very professional, punctual and polite and reassured us about the progress despite poor weather. After the roof was complete we had the finishing touches done to an excellent looking roof and commented on by passers by. Within a week of being erected the scaffolding was removed and we are very happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend the workmanship and professionalism of Leeds and District Roofing Services which also includes a 20 year guarantee. Many thanks to all who worked so hard and conscientiously on our roof. Regards Dave and Elaine

I have a few properties around Leeds and I can say with confidence I'm likely to exclusively use Ben (Leeds and district roofing services) from here on out. I've had so many dreadful experiences with others not turning up / giving ridiculous quotes / not responding.... that it's a breath of fresh air to have someone actually be prompt, provide reasonable quotes and get the job done in good time! Would definitely recommend!

Agreed an appointment for 'Leeds and District Roofing Services LTD', to have a look at my roof issue. But the guy never showed up and never bothered to phone. You are wasting your time with these guys.

Excellent work. Three good workers, a very professional company, would definitely use them again and highly recommend

Leeds & District Roofing Services Ltd worked to a high standard, efficiently doing a number jobs for us including flat roofs, chimney stack removal & fascias + guttering. Ben was v.responsive, quickly getting back to me on a number of queries. The guys doing the job were v.nice too!

Following a leaking flat roof extension (from a different builder/roofer), Ben and his team talked through the options available, arrived promptly and did a thorough job within one day. Key thing for me was a manufacturer’s guarantee and insurance backed guarantee, both of which Ben was happy to provide. Very happy with the work carried out and peace of mind that should there be any further issues I know I’m covered.

Good job done few issues sorted straight away good price for the work done

Great company to work with - quick and easy to arrange quote, then also quick and easy to agree to have the work done. They turned up when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done on time. Cleaned up well after themselves and took all the old roof away as well.

The guys came at short notice, and got a lot of work done very quickly. I would recommend them.

Leeds and District were great. Arrived on time, worked quickly and tidily and were happy to install products that matched my existing roof tiles and dry verge. Would recommend.

This company did an excellent job installing a fibreglass roof to our ground floor extension. The owner deserves the highest praise for his customer service and the roofers who did the job were friendly and knowledgeable. They are returning to fibreglass our bay roof shortly.Highly recommended.

Excellent and neat garage fibreglass roof replacement. Definitely recommend

I was really impressed with Ben when he came round to quote on a small flat roof replacement we needed and he booked us in quite promptly. The repair was done quickly and to a very good standard. We have a few more jobs to do and Ben will be our first point of contact for these.

No payment made until after work completed . Would highly recommend Ben and his team.

The company was very prompt, both for giving an estimate and doing the work on the roof. They were very polite and friendly and tidied up well upon completion

Very fast response with an estimate and then carrying out the work. And with a 20 year guarantee!

Had a leak in a downpipe where two different materials had been joined that was bleeding leaking through the wall into the room internal, Ben came out and assessed the problem immediately, and 3 days later the crew came around, replaced my downpipe and even patched up the broken mortar in the walls that the water had leaked through! Top notch service, happily recommend.

Great service, would definitely recommend L&D Roofing.

Contacted due to bedroom ceiling leaking. Came on time carried out repair on chimney stack. Work being carried out explained. After work carried out property left clean and tidy. Will use them again.

Leeds and District Roofing LTD provided a professional service of the highest standard. Ben and his team are fully qualified tradesmen with many years of experience and an excellent reputation. We have used them twice now and would not trust anybody else on our roof. The materials used were the best materials available and all the work we had done came with a 20 year guarantee. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Positive: Provision of written estimate, efficient and seemigly competent workmanship, undertaken in a timely fashion Negative: Insistence on payment prior to scaffolding damage repaired. Ignoring subsequent contact; failure to undertake damage repairs despite assurances to the contrary.

Ben was a complete gent and gave us a great consultation to help solve our roofing problem. He was extremely communicative and had excellent follow-up. I would very much recommend Ben and his team for workmanship and service.

Ben, Danny and the team were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They removed our chimney breast and made the roof good plus sorted out a leak along the front of our roof. Their prices are competitive and the service stress free and easy. I would highly recommend them!!!

Contacted Leeds & District Roofing about getting a roof report done on a house we were purchasing. Ben was able to fit this in at short notice and the roof report and accompanying quote were thorough and came with lots of photos to show the state of the roof. Haven't actually had any work done by them (yet) so cannot comment on that but overall had a positive experience.

Delighted with the work done on my extension roof. Ben and the team were very professional. The lads worked extremely hard. They were always courteous and did a fantastic job. They had a very positive attitude and sorted out a number of unexpected issues. They clearly took pride in their work. Everywhere was left neat and tidy and they were quick to call back to deal with a minor issue. Highly recommended

Very responsive, good communication, and helpful from the beginning. Quality installation as well. Highly recommended.

Ben was available for telephone calls, replied promptly and turned up on time. The roofers also turned up on time, were professional, friendly, worked hard and tidied up afterwards. They were very helpful when I did not understand certain details about roofing.

If you're looking for a roofing company in the Leeds area, I highly recommend you asking these fellas to quote. Ben, the gaffer, is knowledgeable and very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure the work they do meets and exceeds expectations. All the lads working for him are professional and skilled at what they do. I can't fault them and if you get them in, I'm sure you won't either.

Ben and his team did a great job of re-roofing my house. Ben came around to do an initial inspection before providing a quote, and he talked me through all the options and what the work would involve. He then provided a detailed quotation which included information about the materials that would be used. The work was carried out very quickly, within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote, and it was done to a good standard. There was one issue with the installation of a velux window, but the team came back out the following day and sorted it without any problems. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would recommend this contractor to others.

Never responded to me, online or returned any calls, why offer an online quotation service if it's not an option?

Great job done to strip and replace the existing garage roof. Highly recommended

Profesional quotation giving clear breakdown of costs. Arrived on time, site staff very courteous. Company easy to contact.

Excellent service from prompt answer to quote to the actual work done . Lads who did the work were very good and respectful in all aspects

I have had 2 new complete roofs and a dormer flat roof done over the last 18 months and have always found the workers excellent And far more than efficient, always on the go and helpful even to the cleaning up afterwards, no sooner than stripping the roof a wagon was here to take it all away like a well oiled machine. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody and to prove the point as previously mentioned I have I have used them 3 times now

I contacted these guys over the Christmas break, our extension roof had a serious leak. We had used other local companies in the past to try fix the roof, but the problem kept coming back and worse each time. Ben came out, identified the issue (poor roof instalation by the builders 5 years ago) and booked us in for early January to fully romove and fit a new fibre glass roof. The team showed up, in force, 3 vans and 8+ lads managed to do the whole extension roof (wrap around, so not a small job) in 1 day. Time will tell, but with the 20 year guarantee, I'm confident they have solved our roof problem once and for all. Also, considering the crazy way prices are going at the moment, I was happy with the price. It wasnt cheap, but by no means do I feel ripped off, especially considering how quick they came and sorted it out. I would highly reccomend

Really excellent service from Ben and team. Good advice about the best course of action - no pressure to agree to the most expensive option. In the end we had a full flat roof replacement - turned up to do the job when they said they would. Quote included VAT and job was done within the amount quoted. Tidy job and all rubbish removed. Fast reply to emails and came out really quickly when a couple of roof tiles came off on the other side of the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Ben and his team have installed a new roof for me. Excellent job and cleaned up after work completed. I would recommend Ben and his team to anyone who requires a new roof or repairs. I have had some bad experience with previous roofer who installed my roof and did not do a good job at all. The roof was not installed properly and leaking all over. I will definitely be using Leeds & District Roofing again with any roofing jobs going forward. Thanks

Got more then one quote for the work, This co tried to tell me I needed a whole new roof. I went with the same contractor I've used before who quoted a fraction of the cost to fix the leak.

Ben and his team provided an efficient, prompt and professional service when they replaced the guttering at my property. Based on the service that I received, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team did an excellent job of replacing all sofits, fascia boards and guttering and also the flat roof on our outhouse brick shed which needed the felt flat roof replacing. All done in one day and all swept up and tidied away. A top job guys!

Ben's team did a roof replacement for me, very pleased with it. They started on time and worked nonstop in difficult conditions (a big heatwave). They couldn't quite complete it within the week as they had hoped so they turned up to finish on the Saturday morning. Recommended.

Fantastic company - I would definitely recommend them. The whole service was very high quality and professional. The men arrived incredibly promptly to do the work and did a fantastic job. They were polite, highly skilled, worked hard all day and left everything very tidy.

Ben and the team at L&DRS replaced our (sizeable) garage roof, along with all the guttering, and did a great job. It only became apparent when they removed the old roof that the end of the timbers (buried in the wall) were completely rotten at the end and needed replacing. The support beam, holding the roof to the wall of the house, had also slipped down and needed putting back in place. The team dealt with these issues with no fuss and still finished the the job on time. Bens team are a great bunch of lads, really pleasant, friendly and chatty, which really puts you at ease (one questionable football team allegiance but I got over that). We're very pleased with the new roof and highly recommend L&DRS

Ben and his team have been repairing with all my roof problems for the last 2-3 years. I had been let down with 3 roofers in the past so I was glad to come across this Company on the Search Engine. Ben and his team are truly professional and always punctual in whatever weather condition. I have recommended many of my friends and they are all very satisfied with this Company. Respond very quickly and Ben knows what's the best for your roof. I would highly recommend this Company. Thank you so much Ben for all your help.

Very professional company. Right from the start the team worked non stop throughout the day explaining everything. I have recommended this company to family and friends. Thank you once again for a fabulous job.

Great communication great workmanship a pleasure to deal with from start to finish would highly recommend

Very professional and punctual, provided a great service and made all my issues disappear, would use again for any other problems I may have in the future

We had a leak which two other roofing companies couldn’t find These guys found it instantaneously And repaired the leak Thanks guys for a pleasant and satisfying experience

Ben came out at the weekend when we had the heavy rain because we had a leak in our bathroom extension. At the time Ben said all he could do was tarp it over till he can get someone out on Monday to fix it. The tarp stopped any further water getting in and Ben had paul here on Monday morning who replaced the felt on the flat roof. The job looks good as paul took loads of pictures which was helpful as I could see the work that had been done. Thanks Ben and Paul for helping me out so fast. 👍

Can't fault the service ben provided would definitely use again

Ben and Simon completed my re-roof yesterday in record time. The job looks good and I will be hoping I have no leaks when it rains

Made an appointment for someone to come and look at my roof and give me a quote. This appointment was supposed to be at 16:00, however after waiting 15 mins very patiently I phoned up. I was told that the driver was 5/10 mins away. We waited until 16:45, no one had turned up and my phone calls were no longer being answered. Very poor. Not happy at all. Would not recommend. EDIT: You called me once which I also have proof of. You called at 17:15 which is over 1 hour after the original appointment. I haven't once received an apology which is all I wanted. Really not impressed with your customer service.

Cannot fault Leeds & District Roofing, they were excellent from start to finish. They did a fantastic job did the Roofers and hardly stopped. They cleaned up any mess and I would very highly recommend this company

Leeds And District Roofing Services put a complete new roof on my dad's house, and also new gutters and downpipes. We are absolutely delighted with the results. They turned up exactly when they said they would and worked tirelessly every day until the job was done. All the work was carried out to the highest possible standard with the best quality materials and now our roof and gutters are the best on the street. Not only that, Ben and his team went out of their way to be helpful with some extra jobs that I needed doing. Just a superb company to deal with from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing a roofing contractor. Many thanks to everyone at Leeds And District Roofing Services from my dad and me.

Ben, Luke and the team work incredibly hard. They arrive at 7.20am and work hard all day long until 5pm or after, including through hail storms. They are obviously all passionate about doing a good job. They completely re-roofed our large house using tlx gold insulation. The house is now warmer. It looks very smart, all cut tiles perfectly straight and they checked we were happy with everything along the way. They did a great job in just 7 days. Ben is very responsive replying to messages and calls straight away, which makes a big difference in getting a job done.

Very pleased with the work carried out, the team were diligent and professional. I would definitely use Leeds and District Roofing Services again.

Left my property as if they hadn't been here....other than the fabulous new roof and velux windows!!! Throughout the process all my questions were answered and the end result is great, even followed up in person when I was unsure with the velux fitting (which there was no major problem with just minor adjustment), all the while I felt well informed and that everyone working on the job wanted to do the best job, thanks lads for a job well done!!

Ben and Simon and the lads were always professional and did what they said they would. We had a significant problem with a roof leak which wasn't easy to identify and fix. They came up with different solutions to try and luckily the first one worked. I still had some worries that there was still a problem but through extensive chats on the phone and a series of tests and suggestions we decided that what I could hear wasn't a leak but the water draining into the gutter. Ben could easily have just said OK to doing extra work but instead took the time to try and ensure there was a problem first. We live in a town house so any roof repair is a significant process. You have to trust people you've never met to tell you what the problem and solution is and it can be very stressful. In my experience Ben, Simon and the team are honest trustworthy people who truly try and do the best job they can for their customers.

Friendly and helpful service. Repair well done. Needed to rearrange the repair, but was quick to get that sorted when contacted.

Arrived on time, did a perfect job, great group of lads I would highly recommend.

Ben and his team removed an old bay window leaded roof and fit a new fibre glass system. We are really pleased with their workmanship and the finished job. We chose this company after reading all the positive reviews and would recommend them to others needing roofing repairs

Ben fit me a grip flat roof just before Christmas. His work staff were very polite and worked all day with no trouble. I received a 20 year cureit guarantee and so far so good

After 2 roofers let me down I came across Leeds and District Roofing. The reviews were great, I called Ben who came over , I actually didn't hear the door when he called so rung to see if he was still coming which he said he had been, but he turned straight round and came back in rush hour traffic. He did a thorough inspection and actually shows you what's wrong instead of just his word. Due to severe weather we have been having Ben managed to push forward my new roof. Lads who came were fantastic, never stopped all day .The roof is now complete and looks amazing. The drive and conservatory roof were spotless all the rubbish taken away. If you are planning on any roof work I wouldn't bother calling anyone else, call these guys and you won't regret it first class from start to finish. Even the scaffolders they use were great they put the scaffold up in Torrential rain on a Sunday and were soaked to the bone But still smiling and great lads. Many many thanks Robert

We are delighted with our new roof. The team worked in awful weather and finished the job much quicker than we thought. Would certainly recommend Ben and his team.
