Roofline Design

We had our fascia boards and soffits replaced by Roofline Design. Scott and Darren were friendly and professional and did a wonderful job. The scaffold was removed promptly by an equally pleasant team. Happy to recommend Roofline Design.

Roofline Design are probably the most professional and efficient company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in regards to home improvements. I had seen the roof line work that they carried out for my parents neighbour and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of workmanship and products used. I was handed an excellent illustrated booklet by one of the fitters and then contacted their office to arrange a quote for my parents home. I spoke to Gemma who was very knowledgeable, helpful and customer focused throughout the whole of the process. I was given an excellent quote by Lance who came over and explained exactly how and when the work would be carried out as well as showing me the various colours that I could choose for the facias, soffits, gutters, downpipes and barge boards. A date was set to put the scaffolding in place and then carry out the work. Both the in house scaffolding and the fitting teams were very friendly and very highly skilled in their work..I could not have asked for a better final result...The work was completed to schedule and even exceeded my own expectations...I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the services of Roofline Design to anyone who is looking to improve the roofline of their home with maintenance free materials that look and perform amazingly. Thank you so much to all of the team at Roofline design.

We recently had Soffits, Facias and Tudor cladding replaced by Roofline Design. The process from survey, quote, scaffolding and fitting was exceptional. Special mention must be made for our fitters, Andrew and Keith. From the first knock on the door, these chaps exuded a friendly, professional manner that gave us great confidence throughout the job. They came across unexpected issues which were explained to us and solutions discussed. The final result was excellent and has evoked positive comment from neighbours and general passer bys. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with the job Roofline Design have done on our fascias and soffits. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and everything was left clean and tidy each day, which makes a big difference. A special mention to James, who handled the quote. He was professional, straightforward and genuinely helpful throughout – no pressure, just clear advice. His quote was also very competitive, and in all honesty he was the main reason we chose to go with Roofline Design. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

We recently had the fascia and soffits replaced, and I’m very pleased with the service provided. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful throughout, and they all worked really well together. From my perspective, the work appears to be of very good quality and finished to a high standard.

We chose Roofline to carry out the replacement of soffits, fascia’s and guttering because of their competitively priced quote and recommendation from a neighbour. How glad we were that we made this decision. Daz and Scott completed the work inside 2 days. They were quick, efficient and tidied up after themselves each day. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family for any roof works that are required.

Very happy with the work done by roofline. Installation completed to a high standard and the guys cleaned up each day and at the end of the job. One small issue due to a mutual misunderstanding, which was rectified quickly. I would recommend this company.

Anyone who is thinking of having any work done by Roofline Design... believe me you can't go wrong, the men who came out to do the work were polite, good time keepers , respected my property, cleaned up after them selves, the work is to high standard I love how it changes the look of my bungalow i can't fault it at all ..thank you. Leon the owner of Roofline Design worked along side the men on a couple of days to see the work through, you can tell they are all proud of what they do also would like to say thank you to Gemma the office manager who kept me informed of any changes so lovely to speak to....Thank you to you all for work well done, I will be looking at having more work done later in the year. Mrs Sharon wilkinson.

After having a really good priced qoute from James for our soffets and facias we booked Roofline, on the back of very good reviews online with a lead date of March- April. A few days later we were called to say there had been a cancellation, and we were thrilled to accept a date the week after.. Scott and Darren arrived and introduced themselves. From day one I was really impressed with the fitters. They were hard grafters and nothing was too much trouble for them. They had awful weather to contend with. But never moaned once. They were so tidy and ensured all rubbish and debris cleared up at the end if each day. They were courteous and thoughtful for our property and garden and for the driveway and the other neighbours too. Which I thought was lovely. They removed an old satellite dish for me and disposed of it too. We were absolutely thrilled with the work done and will definitely recommend Roofline to others. Thankyou to Scott and Darren. Nicola Cullen

I can only give positive feedback re Roofline from start to finish, they came and gave me a detailed appointment in the initial stages and were very professional and knew their stuff. I further received a detailed quote with even drawings of what we had discussed that was needed , and then the start date was given after signing the contract. They were extremely helpful as I was concerned with having a job like this done and they totally put be at ease and made everything effortless and stress free. The scaffold guys down to the installers were brilliant and they finished the job on time even though it was pushed back abit due to weather conditions , but I did not mind that and it was not an issue. The work was excellent and they were extremely tidy workmen and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who was having this job done. They also give a 20 year guarantee so all in all a very satisfied customer . Thankyou all for your help with this it a fabulous job and workmanship.

Great Job done by Roofline Design. Given my house a lovely makeover…. The guys who fitted were great and worked on in extreme conditions… well done 👍

Very pleased with Roofline-Design. They do exactly as they promise. They are prompt helpful and polite.

Wow I can't believe how Great Roofline Design are. Surveyour came to my home explaining everything and showing me exactly what was going to be done. Emails were sent for me to read and aprove with price which was Very reasonable.Emails were sent letting me know time and date the Workemen were coming . Then Surveyour came to make sure everything was correct and to go through any questions I had. On the Day Scaffolding was put up and then I even had a Bird cage to prevent the Sparrrows from ever coming back and nesting going in through my Soffits I had the Gutters, Soffits, Facias, Down Pipes all replaced I just can't believe what a transformation. its made. The work was done to the Best Quality And Highest of Standard and so is the PVC Product they used the workmen were very respectable they even cleaned up after themselves Front and back and were gracious enough to wash down my shared driveway in the Front including my neighbours I want to thank ALL the Surveyours who came out at the beginning and before the work was started. ALL the Workmen for a Brilliant Job Done and to Gemma at the Office for all her Help and Assistance she has given me. I DO Give this Company more than 5 × and Truly Recommend Roofline Design they take Pride In There Work. Mrs Sivia Rose

I would like to say that dealing with Roofline Design from our initial enquiry on your website to completion of works was an absolute pleasure in a world of of companies who regularly let you down by way of false promises, failed delivery and poor attitude. Every member of your team arrived on time, understood our requirements and equally importantly were able to offer us the most appropriate solution. Each member of your team were polite and efficient all the way to cleaning up upon completion of their respective tasks. We would not hesitate to either use Roofline Design or recommend them

Really pleased with the work that has been done i would really recommend.

From our meeting with James Lowe, who took us through how the work would be done, to the guys who did the work, we can say it all went very smoothly. We were able to have the work done a month early, which was better for us. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the scaffolding was taken down quickly on request.

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. James the surveyor was very helpful and the team who did our roofline were fantastic and did a first rate job. Would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had our ‘Tudors’ replaced by Roofline Design UK Ltd and would highly recommend this company. Every aspect of the job from quoting to completion went smoothly. No high pressure sales, great communication from the admin team, competitive pricing. The fitters, Scott and Darren are a credit to the company, they arrived on time, were polite, friendly and liaised with us along the way about the work to ensure it was exactly to our liking and they left our property clean and tidy on completion. We would gladly have them back to work on our property anytime.

I mean where do I start... we had a few local firms out and we had James out from Roofline Design... James was the only person to, instead of state what was wrong and tons of problems, provide us solutions and reassurances. It also worked out that Roofline Design were very competitively priced vs even local roofers but Roofline offered to do more for us. James was just great in answering our plethora of probably quite silly questions too and actually advised us rather than just going 'well it's your choice'. Moving onto installation, the scaffolders arrived on time and were a really friendly bunch who made sure everything was perfect and didn't affect us getting on with our lives and using our outdoor areas as much as possible as we have two young children. A few days later, we were greeted by Keith & Andrew and I just cannot describe how fantastic the brothers were... Their attention to detail in not just the installation, but also our property was just incredible... One of the first things they did were make sure enough bins were placed around the property etc which I've just not seen before. In addition, they made sure that even our back garden was covered without us needing to ask. I also want to mention how fantastic they were with our kids! We have a very nosey 3 year old who wanted to look at everything and constantly wave and stick his tongue out at them and they were so polite and friendly with him, always taking the time to talk to him and play his silly games through the windows or speaking to him whenever we left the house. Furthermore, any problems that did arise were dealt with all within the original quote which is just amazing. I also want to mention how other firms said they could do our job in a day... Keith & Andrew worked their absolute socks off for 3 days straight and I can honestly say, if we would have used anyone else, it wouldn't have looked anywhere near as good... nor can I understand how anyone could do a proper job in 1 day! We've had neighbours asking us already who we've used. Words cannot describe how great the whole team at Roofline has been throughout the process (Gemma, Dan & Lance) and I can honestly say that they have a customer for life - we're looking forward to getting our front door booked in with them next! For context, we had facias, soffits & guttering at the front and back, side capping, bay window cladding replacement with insulation and we had ours and next doors porch roof rebuilt by Roofline. I've added before and after photos so you can see just how nice it all looks.

This is the company who were brought in to sort out the mess the previous company had made. They know what they are doing and very professional would highly recommend

This is the third time I have used this company. I can say, hand on heart that you will never get better service or workmanship. They are really professional and their communication is spot on. Your property is left spotless when they have finished and they take real pride in their work. They lads that have worked on my property worked really hard and they were lovely to talk to.

Brothers Andy and Keith are a top rate professional team. Brilliant service from start to finish. Our neighbour recommended them to us and we're delighted to pass on our recommendation too.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional. I had an issue which Gemma sorted immediately and the team were fantastic. The work completed was to a very high standard. Would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you.

I would like to say that the entire experience of dealing with your team was a pleasure. From the survey right through to dealing with my queries and then the eventual fitting was a delightful experience. The fitters were fabulous and worked quickly and tidily and they were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone who is looking to replace their roofline.

From initial contact to completion everything went smoothly and with friendly professionalism and respect for my home. Installation of fascias, soffits and guttering was completed in a day by father and son team who worked really hard to get the job done satisfactorily. (thanks for removing old sky dish!). Really pleased with the end product and appreciative of the way the mess was cleared along the way and ultimately just disappeared. All left as though it had never happened apart from a lovely, shiny roofline. Would reccomend without hesitation. Thanks all.

The team have been absolutely fantastic! Every interaction with each person, the speed of the responses and the customer service has been outstanding. Especially the two lads who completed the windows and guttering work. What lovely people, they were so friendly with our daughter and nothing was a problem. They communicated every stage of the process and managed our expectations thoroughly. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I couldn’t be happier with what they have done. Our windows and guttering look gorgeous! On top of that you wouldn’t even think they’d been inside the house, they were so clean and tidy and they did our daughter’s room first so that she wasn’t unsettled. I could not recommend Roofline Design enough and I would definitely use the company again :).

I have been very impressed with this company from meeting James getting a price and no messing with sales price, and giving good advice, having Gareth do the survey and then Andy and Keith completing the job. Excellent services from all and Andy and Keith are a credit to this company, kept me informed on the work being done and pointed out the issues I was having, also enjoyed the banter about my footy team ( Man Utd) great lads and will recommend to anyone.

Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication. The work was completed within the day & everything was left neat and tidy. Lovely guys that came to do the job - they kindly chatted to my little boys, who were very interested in what was going on!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Andrew and Keith were excellent and worked so hard to get the job completed to a high standard. They were great at keeping me informed of the progress, sorting out any issues and answering any questions. I am so pleased with the completed work and would highly recommend Roofline design

From start to finish Roofline Design were terrific. Great communication, punctual and professional. Their lads that fitted the scaffold the day before the fitters came were a pleasant crew who were extremely careful working in a tight space in my small garden. Daniel in the office kept me up to speed with timescales etc. The fitters worked tirelessly cleaning up as they worked, taking care to work around and relocate telecommunication, alarm and cctv cabling that was attached to my old fascia boards. The finished job looks superb and at a surprisingly good price too.

From initial survey to final finish, roofline design were excellent, especially our installers Andrew and Keith. After moving into our new house we noticed leaking guttering and a hole in the roofline that birds were taking interest in, so needed it sorting ASAP. Instead of cheap overboarding, roofline design gave us a very competitive price for full replacement of the original wooden roofline and guttering. The work was carried out quickly after placing the order, with a great finish. The 20 year workmanship guarantee shows the company is confident in the quality and we would easily recommend.

I have used Roofline for two jobs on my house. The first replaced gutters and down pipes together with cladding on two dormers. The second replaced all wood on a balcony roof. Communication with the company was excellent for both mails and telephone. Jobs were completed according to an agreed time frame. Work was meticulous and finished product looks amazing. The guys were friendly, considerate and cleaned up well on completion. I consider it was good value for money and very unusual that no deposit was required.

Friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend

Perfect throughout. Very reasonable price and what looks like a very good job.

Hi my whole experience with roofline was a excellent one the whole team from start to finish we're brilliant my semi detached house was completed with new facias front back and gable end new gutters and downpipes front and back I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to have any further work done.

Roofline came and carried out a comprehensive survey and quote for soffits and fascias. The price was reasonable and we agreed to go ahead with the job. The installation was completed in just one day. All the old fittings were removed and all the waste was taken away. The new soffits and fascias look really smart and they did a really neat and tidy job. The scaffolding was removed promptly after just a couple of days of completion of the job. We have already recommended Roofline to our neighbours!

I had a good experience with Roofline Designs . They were helpful, straightforward and clear with their services and pricing. The process for receiving a quotation through to arranging the installation was low-hassle and efficient. The workmen were friendly and professional. They were very thoughtful about keeping the area organized and tidy, and they cleaned up very well after the work was completed. Overall I am very happy with the work and the installation process

Very good service and very good and pleasant installers.

I can’t fault the process from start to finish—everything was handled professionally. From the very beginning, I was given a detailed explanation of the process, including an installation date. The installation was even brought forward—an added bonus! The team of three who carried out the work were fantastic. They were hardworking and never stopped. Truly impressed with the service!

I am very happy with the whole roofing job, It could not of gone better, The new roof looks and is much better than the old roof, The roof gutters on re-roofed part of the job are better than the old ones, The new Twinplas on the front of the house look Brilliant. The workmanship is outstanding the roofers worked very efficiently, I am very pleased "GOOD JOB WELL DONE" Five Star + S.Hounsell

We found roofline very efficient and did a great job on the two occasion we have used them recently.

Roofline Design replaced the Tudor boarding at the entire back of my home. They did an absolutely amazing job. Darren and Scott were excellent. They were professional, courteous, very tidy and the work looked amazing. Will now use Roofline for the front of my home.

Excellent work. Installation team, plasterer, sales team and everyone at RLD were brilliant. Polite, professional and efficient. Well done. My flat roof lean to conservatory is now usable again without leaks. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly than I do, they were great. Thanks again Roofline Design. 👍

Roofline-design came and tiled our Conservstory Roof to make it warmer in Winter and Cooler in Summer. They have done a great job, plus electrian installing the lights and plasterer who boarded the ceiling. All workmen were friendly and poliet. Overall a good job done. Would recommend

Had fascias and soffit plus a gable end window fitted, brilliant work very good quality, great company very professional. Just what we wanted ,thank you.

Keith and Andrew were fantastic, they were punctual, respectful and hard working, they even tried to continue on in the snow but it eventually became too dangerous and they had to cut the day short but came back bright and early the next day to continue the work. Everything was completed to a beautiful standard and communication has been excellent, receiving full guarantee and after care. Fantastic company would highly recommend.

Contacted them for a quote on line on the 28th Dec 2023. An agent called us to arrange a booking for the 5th January. The agent came out had a look and gave a verbal quote & advised that we would receive a written quote within 2 days , also advised if we replied to them within 7 days we would receive discount of £200.00. We received a phone call from the agent the evening after and I advised I needed the estimate emailing to the correct address before we confirmed anything. Still not received the quote. Why advertise for business if the company don’t want the work. Thanks for wasting my time

New soffits and fascias fitted. Very professional organisation, good communication throughout and our fitting team, Darren and Scott worked extremely hard and were very polite and friendly.

Excellent work by Darren and Scott, polite and kept us informed. Worked in terrible weather, Very happy with end result

Fantastic company from quote to installation. Very polite workmen, with no inappropriate language, who kept us up to date with the progression of the installation. Recommended by my daughter and I would recommend to others

We had mock tudor boards put back on our 1930s house. It has really changed our homes appearance and brought back its character. Very professional, took less than half a day and they were on time and easy to discuss the job with the company.

I had replacement guttering and soffits done and I have to say they did a first class job, it looks really nice and the whole thing was completed in a day. The service was professional, polite. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Having decided to have our fascias and soffits replaced on our bungalow we researched companies and decided on Roofline-design, and it was absolutely the right choice. From start to finish everything went as described. The quality of materials used were excellent and Darren and Scott worked non stop to complete the job on time. They were friendly, helpful and very efficient. To say we are satisfied with the job is an understatement, and we have no hesitation in recommending Roofline-design.

Excellent work carried out by real professionals. Both fitters and scaffolding team arrived together and the attitude of the workers involved was very polite in total consideration of local next-door-neighbour's anxiety difficulties. I recommend Roofline-design.

Highly professional from the quote all the way to installation and clean-up. Very happy with the look and quality of the new soffits, fascias, gutters and mock tudor front. Would definitely recommend.

Roofline are a reliable company. Appointments were kept at a good time , and the staff were knowledgeable , efficient and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the fascia work Roofline Design Uk team carried out at my house, from Quotation to doing the job, Expert and friendly fitters, very clean and tidy work , from start to finish very happy. Thank you

Professional from start to finish and a really good job. Turned up when they said they would, polite, tidied up after themselves. The house looks amazing!

My parents wanted me to post their review: We will definitely recommend Roofline Design to others wanting to have similar work carried out. We've had a really positive experience from the initial call right through to installation. Scott and Darren, who installed the fascia soffits and gutters, were friendly, polite and had great attention to detail. Parents love how the exterior of their home looks now!

Would highly recommend this company for any roof or guttering work. They were very professional and courteous. We were kept informed of all timelines and schedules of work. Would definitely use this company again

Darren and Scott were extremely helpful and skilled fitters. The replacement soffits, fascia boards and gutters were installed to a high standard. Thank you

Hi Ashley thank you for a great job, from start to finish very professional service would highly recommend, their craftsmanship speaks volumes as we are 4th on our street to have used Roofline Design, Quality at a good price.

Amazing work on our Fascia’s and guttering cannot reccomend them enough. Amazing guys and brilliant customer services. Quick response

We were very pleased with Darren and Scott's workmanship. They were very polite, efficient and did a thoroughly professional job. We would certainly recommend this company.

Roofline Design recently completed 2 jobs for us this month. They replaced the main facias and soffits on our bungalow and then we asked them to replace the roof and cladding on our dorma. In these challenging times I felt daunted by the prospect of dealing with companies and getting quotes for home improvements but I needn't have worried, every communication and interaction we have had with the Roofline Design team has been positive. What we really liked was: 1. The fact that the initial survey included a full explanation of the work you complete. It gave us confidence that the work would be completed to a very high standard. 2. They provided quality services at a very competitive prices that didn't change. 3. They completed our jobs quickly and professionally to a very high standard 4. All of the Roofline personnel were friendly and helpful. 5. At the end of the jobs the team tidied up and removed the debris, we wouldn't know that they had been there - apart from the fact that our dorma, facias and soffits now look fantastic! The entire process has been completely hassle free, which is just what we needed and we are very grateful for that. We would highly recommend Roofline Dedign to others.

I would just like to relay my thanks to firstly Scott and Darren (Daz) for their professionalism and continuous dedication, during their installation of the fascia's, soffits, and guttering etc to our property. They were pleasant, extremely hard working, clean and respectful to our property. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have them working here. The quality of the work could only be described as 'first class'. And when they were finished, ahead of time, I might add, Darren cleaned up with his new brush. Thanks again lads. In relation to the organisation, to completion, the transaction, whilst a little more than other quotes, was well worth the extra, with the old wood completely removed and the new plastics fitted by experts (Scott and Darren). All others wanted to fit the plastic over the old wood. A big NO for me, thus why I elected to use Roofline-Design. Excellent work and finish, again thanks lads. Trevor.

I’ve been very impressed with Roofline Design. From communication to efficiency to quality of product. I would definitely use them again.

Roofline design carried out removal and replacement of soffits and fascia’s, gutters and down pipes to my property. The lads worked very tidily and cleaned up after the work was completed in atrocious weather conditions. The workmanship was top notch and I chose roofline because their price was competitive and they specialise in the type of work required.

Replacement of facias and soffits - professional service from start to finish. Work completed to very high standard. Left the area in clean and tidy state. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very professional and efficient service provided from the first site survey to installation of new facials, soffits and guttering. The installers, Darren and Scott, were very courteous and very thorough during the installation. It was an excellent job and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Amazing company

Roofline Design installed a tiled Conservatory Roof for us back in 2019 & also did some remedial work for us in 2022. We are extremely happy with the work carried out and it is standing the test of time extremely well. The guys who came out & did the work were extremely professional & friendly. We are really pleased with the results, apologies for taking so long to post but we thought that it deserved this praise, even after all this time (busy lives). Keith & Jan Pilkington - Burnley

Roofline Design did an incredible job in removing old and fitting new soffits, facias and gutters at our house. From quote to completion the whole process was first class and professional. Andy was extremely thorough using understandable layman's terms when describing what work would be done before providing the very competitive quote. He was never pushy and remained totally professional and personable throughout. The work was done by Darren and Scott. Both were 100% professional and polite. Despite travelling a long distance, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard to complete in the promised timeframe. The standard of their work throughout was top class and to the highest quality. They did not leave a single piece of debris to the point that you would not have known they had been here. All of this was done with no upfront deposit. I 100% recommend Roofline Design.

In dire need of gutter/facia/downpipes etc replacement. I contacted several so called leading companies. Roof line immediately jumped to the top of the list with a quick response and survey but most importantly, that no money needed to be paid upfront, only at the completion of all the work and to my satisfaction. At this point I suspected our large Dorma at the rear of the property would also require attention as it had been 20 odd years since the installation. It did, they videoed it for me to show the full extent of the wear and tear and I gave them the go ahead for a full replacement. All the team were polite & professional throughout, leaving the property in a very clean and tidy condition. Whenever I had a question, it was answered in full. A great job from start to finish with a particular thanks to Darren and Scott. Considering the additional work I had done, the price tag was very realistic and did not shock compared to other companies who had quoted. I would highly recommend Roofline Design.

Roofline have just completed the installation of new gutters, fascias and soffits on our house. We are really pleased with the result. Communication has been excellent from the initial survey through to completion. The fitters were great and left everything clean and tidy.We would definitely recommend.

Had a very positive experience with the company. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry. The work was carried out in a very professional manner. Really happy with the work and communication was really clear and helpful.

Very impressed with Roofline from initial contact through to completion. Everything was explained to us by the surveyor in terms that we understood and the job was completed in the time frame specified by the installers who were efficient, hardworking and friendly. The customer service team were also helpful and all paperwork was dealt with in a timely manner. We are happy with our new guttering and so pleased that everything was left in a clean and tidy state. Overall, a decent company that we would recommend.

Had a good quote...seen there work ...more to come when job is done ....now had the job.. done... I cannot fault the two guys that did the job ... Absolutely top class job.... they're at the top of there game & attitude spot on .....no slacking ....100% great guys ... 100%. Company ......

Communication was excellent throughout, from first contact through to receiving the insurance backed guarantee, including communication about when the scaffolding would arrive and be collected. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team and the installation is of high quality. Highly satisfied with the finished job and the service provided.

We are extremely pleased with the works that have been carried out to the property. The product quality and workmanship is excellent. What we have been most impressed with is the workmanship of the installation team, Andrew and Keith. From the moment they arrived on site on Friday morning until they left on Monday, their work ethic has been fantastic. They have worked continuously and conscientiously, taking great pride and care in their work. We cannot thank them enough and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them for future works. Neither would we hesitate to recommend the overall service we have received from Roofline Design. Any queries have been dealt with efficiently and overall, the service has been fabulous.

Excellent service removed our concrete gutters replaced with plastic very pleased. From the scaffolders to fitters brilliant set of lads well done

Roofline Design replaced all our soffits, barge boards and cladding. They were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. All communication was clear and prompt. The installation team worked very hard and completed the work on time and to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Had replacement facias, gutters etc. From the first contact the company were excellent with surveys and pricing. The work was carried out ahead of schedule to an exceptional standard. Keith & Andy were great, very friendly and left the property as it was when they started, no debris or mess. I’d highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a similar work, first class job!

We ordered to change all gutters, soffits, fascia and waterpipes, and, most importantly, the replacement of old timber Tudor boards with the plastic ones (it was a pain to find a good installer!). The team did the job professionally and to the highest quality standard (despite the freezing conditions in December 2022). Roofline Design have an excellent customer service -- responsive and considerate, very impressive. Last not least, they are very competitively priced (but with no compromise to the quality of service). Overall, top notch, highly recommended!

We had our facias, soffits and gutters replaced. Very pleased with all aspects of service provided and special thanks to Darren and Scott for their professional attitude and very pleasant manner.

Brilliant job completed by Darren & Scott. Very high quality we are delighted with the results. Would definitely recommend Roofline Design & the guys were very friendly, kept us informed & worked tirelessly to get the job done.

Although not the cheapest company to quote but by far the most professional presentation and this was backed up by the administration team regarding arrangements to the technical team who came to conduct the site measurement and of course the installation team who treated our property with respect and completed the installation work within the quoted time period and to an extremely high standard I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

We engaged Roofline Design to replace existing Tudor boarding and rendering. All communication was excellent and any questions dealt with promptly. The work was well planned and organised and materials used appear to be of good quality. The installers worked efficiently and skilfully and were very professional. I can confidently recommend the company.

Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic communication, always kept me in the loop. Good hard working guys, got straight on with the job ni messing about. This company is very refreshing in my eyes. I would highly recommend, especially if you have anyone in the home with additional needs.

Used Roofline to have new gutters, fascias, soffits & backboards fitted in early October & they look great, really pleased & impressed with the work, & so would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roofline. From initial contact, to the surveyor coming out to provide a quote, to the 2 guys who did the work, it was excellent. Massive shout out to Keith & Andrew (brothers), who worked tirelessly, at speed & completed all the work within 3.5 days, & 1 of these days the weather was horrendous. Best 2 workmen I've met, hard working, polite (& funny!), tidied up after themselves & they travelled a long way each day (I don't live near Leeds). Thank you

We are really pleased with the finished work. We received excellent service from start to finish. I would gladly recommend this company.

Quality service from the whole team at Roofline Design, from quoting to fitting and also replacing damaged tiles after the work was completed. Communication is easy and problems are sorted quickly. The guttering and facia looks great. Thanks to all the team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

With the gutters on our home leaking and the soffits and facias looking tatty it was time for a change. We contacted a number of different suppliers but Roofline Design stood out. The initial visit was informative and efficient, no hard sell, and very honest, supported by clear brochures and product specifications. Installation was booked to replace our soffits, facias, gutters and associated downpipes, with an agreed date, which was brought forward when an opportunity arose, but only after a confirmatory telephone call. Andrew and Keith , the fitting team, turned up on time , were extremely courteous and answered all questions patiently, and explained all the process, even demonstrating the different materials being used. At the end of each working day they cleaned up effectively and left a minimum of residual materials for the next day. They even extended the working , by coming back for a further day, rather than rushing to complete what they anticipated could be a tricky installation around our bay window. It has left us very confident the work they have completed is to a high standard. Really impressed with the finished work, it really has improved the look of our house ( a number of our neighbours have made complimentary remarks) and importantly we feel confident we are ready for the winter weather. Based on our experience I would recommend using this company.

An excellent service from the whole of the Roofline Design team for a completely hassle free and efficient experience in having our facia, soffits and gutters upgraded to uPVC. Roofline Design gave a significantly more competitive quotation than other local specialist installers and included a 20 year guarantee on workmanship along with a 10 year guarantee on materials. The installation team worked virtually non-stop from arrival to departure, completing the job far quicker than expected. They attended to any of our concerns directly in a friendly and supportive manner. The scaffolders noticed a cracked tile during removal of the scaffolding and replaced the tile with a new one. I would not have been aware of it, so an excellent service from the scaffolders as well. Very pleased with the appearance of the house now that the work is complete Highly recommended.

Roofline Design fitted my guttering, facias and soffits this week - a MONTH earlier than the expected date which was absolutely amazing as we wanted it done before the bad weather hits... From the first initial contact through to the installation the service we have received has been amazing. The guys that came out to complete the installation we're on time, friendly and exceptionally clean with their work. This was highlighted further when they completed a full search to ensure no nails had been missed as they had seen my toddler children wandering around. I appreciated this as we have a gravel driveway so it was no easy feat and one could of easily been missed! Couldn't recommend them more! Thanks for your help Roofline - will certainly be recommending you to others!

I have just had replacement fascias, soffits and gutters done by Roofline. I have been very impressed with the company. From the initial quote where everything was explained to me clearly and concisely to the completion of the works, I can't fault. The job was completed in a timely manner and the workforce were polite, extremely hard working and left the place clean and tidy once finished. Really happy with how the house looks and that it is now ready to face up to the winter months. Good communication throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Had soffits, facias and guttering replaced. Everything ran really smoothly, from our initial contact, survey and installation. The fitters Darren and Scott arrived on time and we’re very friendly and professional. They did not stop until the job was finished, explained everything that had been done and moved everything off site, you could not tell they had been here. Communication has been really good throughout the whole process and we would not hesitate in using the company again if we require further work doing and would also highly recommend them. It is nice in this day and age to find a reliable company and fitters that you feel comfortable with, working on your home.

We engaged Roofline Design (UK) Ltd to replace fascia boards soffits and guttering. From getting a quote to finishing the work they were very professional. The installation team Andy and Keith worked at pace but with great attention to detail. Polite, friendly and obliging, they regularly checked we were happy with their work as they progressed. Everything was left clean and tidy. A very high standard of workmanship. From our own experience we highly recommend this company.

Just had Roofline Design replace my fascia’s and guttering. They did a a fantastic job and all done within a day! Darren, Scott, Andy and Keith were very professional and we are really happy with the overall work and great value. 2 weeks later and we have just had them back again to replace our old conservatory roof. Again, Matt and Aaron have done a fantastic job at a great price. We are really pleased with all the work completed and highly recommend them.

Great service from quote to installation. Always in contact and quite to respond to any queries. Lads did a great job on installing the guttering. Scaffold put up few days before and come down few days after. Looks so much better now. Been up few days and we have had some rain and doesn’t seem to be any issues. Very pleased with service. 10 year guarantee provided.

Fascias, Soffits and Gutter in Wyke (Bradford). First class job good quality materials at a competitive price.;

Very good job, arrived early and lads were polite and quick

We used roofline design to replace our soffits, guttering and two new windows, they were actually able to install our soffits and gutters earlier than the date they gave us, they were very professional and did the work on our bungalow in a day, the windows were down for a later date, but again ,we’re able to come earlier, one of the windows arrived damaged and they wouldn’t fit it as it was not up to their standard, a new one had to be ordered and made, no problem for us, these things happen, the new window arrived and fitted in a morning, all to a high professional standard, we are very pleased we chose roofline, our house now looks very smart .All the people involved from start to finish were very courteous and professional, we would definitely recommend roofline design and won’t hesitate to use them again when our other windows need replacing… Alan & Sue YORK

Don't do what is agreed from the start

We recently had our facias and soffits replaced by Roofline Design. We went with them despite their quote being higher than others as we thought we would get a professional job and we were told it was a 25yr guarantee. Unfortunately this was not the case, we had problems with the scaffold company climbing on the porch roof despite being told not to, throwing bars down from roof level onto the garden and damaging the conservatory roof. When we complained to Roofline design we were told that the scaffolding company had denied this and were asked to provide proof. So we sent videos and photos and got no response. When we pushed for a response we were told that the scaffold company was nothing to do with them. We went back to them again and pointed out our contract was with them and they employed the scaffold company. We did not get a satisfactory response and they would not come out and look at the damage to the conservatory roof. The actual job took 2 days and the scaffold was up for 8. We were told on 3 consecutive days they would be there first thing to remove the scaffold and they finally turned up at lunch time on day 4. All in all very unprofessional and very poor custormer service.

The work carried out by Roofline Design has been excellent from start to finish. They quoted efficiently and gave good detail including showing samples of the materials. The price was fair and given clearly in writing, with no upfront payment demanded. While there was a fairly long delay between ordering the job and doing it, this was advised at the time. The men turned up exactly on time to do the work. They worked extremely hard over two days, despite a day’s interruption due to December weather, and did a thoroughly professional job. The result is excellent, and makes our house look better, and certainly more durable against the elements.

I recently had a solid roof fitted on my conservatory. Contact and response from start to finish with Roofline was 100%. The fitters... who I never saw once, were efficient and very tidy and did a brilliant job. The whole thing from first phone call to last contact was so smooth and easy and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. The roof is amazing. A very professional and friendly company at realistic prices. Fantasic all round. Thank you.

Roofline design installed a new flat roof to my property in February. We had good weather during April/May however it soon became apparent that there was a dripping from the roof when it rained, which then started to show inside the house. I reported this to Roofline who sent some one out to check the roof and their workmanship, I was sent a report confirming their roof was absolutely fine however it said the ridge tiles on the main roof and the chimney required some work, and blamed those for the ingress of water. I had several builders to quote on the work recommended by Roofline and went ahead with it at an additional cost of £600. It soon became apparent that water was still getting inside and was becoming worse if anything, not better. Water was running down the inside of my walls inside the hallway upstairs and down into the living room. My builders were incredibly helpful and came back out several times to identify why their work had failed and where the water was actually getting into my home. They identified the water was actually getting in via the edge of the Roofline flat roof due to incorrect installation. Roofline had not made my roof watertight ever, and their work was incomplete and quite simply ‘bodged’ They had left a 1ft diameter gaping hole in the roof with felt draping down into the cavity below. This was located at the edging and under the joining roof tiles and it was as water proof as a sieve. Of course this means their inspection and report was a totally fictitious finger pointing exercise trying to blame something else for their shoddy and incomplete work. It also means I spent £600 for absolutely no valid reason on work that was never actually required. I contacted roofline in writing along with photographs and am yet to receive a reply however, they did send a workman round the following day who advised he was there to fix the roof. Great I thought, job done! But it was not to be. Their workman point blank refused to touch the roof when he saw we had applied a temporary sealant around the tiles above where the huge hole they created was, in an effort to slow down the ingress of water as further heavy rain was expected. The Roofline workman said he would need to refer to his manager and then went as far to blame the construction of my house for the water ingress and not their roof ?!! My house was built in 1961 and is a solid semi detached dorma bungalow, along with the rest of the houses on the street of the same construction. None of them have had an issue until Roofline got involved! I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I am still waiting for my roof to FINALLY be watertight. I am still almost £3000 out of pocket and have serious damage inside my home to show for it. I lay awake at night listening to the droplets of water coming in, knowing each one causes further damage to my home. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the way I’ve been treated and the aftercare provided and absolutely sick of the blame game they keep playing. The main reason we went with this company was the guarantee provided. Unfortunately this now seems absolutely worthless as the roof was never installed correctly to begin with. Google won’t let me award zero stars. I live in hope they get my home fixed and finally watertight, stop lying to me and playing the blame game, so they earn their one star review EDIT 03.11.20 Roofline contacted me asking me to remove this review or leave a more appropriate one. I advised I believe it’s dishonest to hide a true account of my experience, or mislead people in any way, so decided to provide an update instead. Since the above, a director contacted me and came out roughly a week later, along with a colleague, to inspect the roof himself. They decided that they would perform further works to my roof to make it watertight and were on site a few hours. I believe that so far, this further work now appears to have resolved the issue, although my walls inside are still drying out. 1 star review finally earned??

Good quality work but take ages to take scaffolding down

Very helpful

Had new gutters, fascias and soffits fitted in September 2019. The job was completed on schedule by the installation team of Elliot and Gareth. They were both excellent craftsmen, extremely hard working and very polite and tidy. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone wanting similar work done.

Cant comment on the actual work but having agreed a price, contracts signed and a start date given they rang to say that they had made a mistake and had not included scaffolding in the price. Hearing this our confidence and trust in them fell and we pulled out.

I would like to take this opportunity by expressing my gratitude for an outstanding job, the two fitters were excellent throughout "craftsmen". Their workmanship was second to none. very clean afterwards...very polite and a pleasure to meet. Would highly recommend this company for they're competitiveness...attention to detail and no pressure sales. 10 out of 10 from start to finish... Mr Ian Slater Cedar Pest Control Garforth LS25 2PN A pleasure to use a company who's been great from the initial phone call to the finished product.

Very professional, cleaned up after the job, highly satisfied.

Just finished my doors and porch i am over the moon with the wofk and products. The lads that did it were fantastic.

We hired the services of this company and can not express enough how happy we are with their work, materials and expert service. The two guys who came to fit our new sofits and guttering (Elliot and Gaz) were professional, efficient, polite and tidy during and after their work. Because of their standards and service I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have just had my soffit's, facias, gutters and down-pipes replaced by Roofline design. The quality of their work and the products they use is excellent. There was no pressure selling or continuous follow up calls chasing for the job offering ever increasing discounts as some of their competitors did. Roofline simply quoted a competitive price from the outset and had the conviction in their workmanship and product quality to justify it, they gave me confidence in heir knowledge and I have no doubts I made the right choice. They didn't even play their radio too loud or upset my neighbours ;-) I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had new gutters, fascias and soffits fitted in November 2017. The job was done on time by an extremely polite, hardworking crew and the price quoted was very very good. Everywhere was left very tidy on completion of the job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I would certainly use them again.

This company were contracted to do some work on a property over the road from my house. For 2 days they had music on full volume in the street. When I went to ask if they could turn it down I was asked if it was before 8pm, I said it was so the reply was "Well we can do what we want then" The chap was very rude and told me to piss off. I was polite but wasn't given the same courtesy. I said it wasn't about what he could or couldn't do, it was about being courteous to others. He said he didn't care about that and he wanted to listen to his music. **update - I have spoken with their manager who was very apologetic on their behalf, the star rating stands tjough**

This company did a great job for me at a great price can't fault them the conservatory looks fantastic now a few snag jobs at the end but put right straight away yes I would recommend this company to anyone ten out of ten
