VJR Roofing Services

Ryan came out within a week to look at our gutter replacement and provided a fair quote. we didn`t have to wait very long for the job to be done. Gutters and all brackets were replaced and they left the site neat and tidy. No complaints, will use VJR Roofing Servicves again.

Completed the work when they said and did a good clean job.

VJR roofing were excellent when the garage roof was leaking in they came out promptly and assessed the damage and then booked me in for a repair straightaway. It was a can do attitude from the start and priced accordingly I was so grateful, when you have a leak you need it fixing as soon as possible and VJR were willing to do that and what impressed me was the fact that they were willing to take on a smaller job it all adds up. 5 stars well earned. A satisfied customer that will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Sue Aslett Barwick in Elmet

I called this company after very strong winds dislodged a tile from our roof. Ryan responded very quickly and they came out to replace the tile within a couple of days. They were quick, efficient and very tidy, and able to reassure us that our roof was otherwise fine. Often companies seem quite reluctant to carry out small jobs, but this was not the case with Peter and Ryan. We will not hesitate to contact them for any future roof problems. They charge fair prices and seem to be a very trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

Ryan turned up quickly after my initial enquiry and provided a written quote including the provision of a scaffolding tower and VAT. 1 day after I accepted the quote the scaffolding went up and Ryan and his colleague carried out the work 3 working days later. Would recommend.

Peter @ lads did good job replaced garage roof.Fair priced @good service all round .I would recommend to anyone.

Had 2 velux windows fitted in an extremely awkward place. Completed and fitted in 1 day on either side of the house. Was a clean and professional job throughout. Highly recommended and will use again for any roofing work.

We got in touch with VJR after noticing damp coming through into our upstairs bedroom. They were very quick in coming out to find the issue and offer a solution. They completed a chimney removal in a timely manner and at a competitive price. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the lads were very friendly and professional. Thanks again!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Peter and the team. They couldn’t have made it easier for us. They kept in touch every step of the way. The weather wasn’t great but we knew exactly when they were coming and they always turned up as promised. The finish was superb and very happy with the whole experience. Thank you.

Super quick and very professional job. Had a fully ground out and repointed chimney stack, a full flashing leadwork and 2 brand new cap chimney cowls. Highly recommended.

In short, Ryan and Pete have been great to deal with. They quickly came out to quote, and came up with a pragmatic suggestion of how best to address the issues we were having. The leadwork they did for us has been fitted to an excellent standard, and I'm confident in their work. They have been helpful and in no way pushy, and I will definitely use them again in the future should we need to. Highly recommended.

Excellent and good value service all the way through the job. They sorted the leaky roof out. Very happy all round

Fantastic service from start to finish. Really happy with our new roof & the service we received. 100% recommend

Easy to deal with, arrive when they say they will (much quicker than I'd expected), did a great job and already recommended to a friend!

Pete from VJR came out and talked us through several options. Quick turn around, worked full days, tidied up after themselves each day, good quality work, came when they said they would, final price was the same as quoted. Couldn't ask for more

VJR Roofing are a family-run roofing company who made the whole process of recovering my roof easy and stress-free. From the moment they came out for the quote, they were genuine and friendly, answering all my questions and making sure I understood every step. The finished roof looks fantastic, and it feels great knowing I got top-notch quality workship and value for money - I’d definitely call them again if I ever need more work done

Peter and the team did a great job, full re-roofing. Peter kept me informed all the way through and they tidied up really well at the end of the work. Thanks.

Peter and his team did a great job for us, completely redoing our roof, adding insulation and replacing guttering. Peter always got back to us promptly and kept us well informed of progress and costs. We'd definitely recommend VJR.

Excellent service and very efficient. Good quality workmanship and very friendly. I will definitely recommend

Pete ,Ryan and his team carried out a quality job on our new roof. The work was neat clean and very professional .Pete kept us informed as the job progressed. Thanks for all your hard work . P and J

Pete & Ryan were great. Definitely recommend this roofing company. Pete kept us informed all the way through & nothing was too much trouble. Very professional & obliging. Thank you Sam & David

Full roof re-tile by Peter & Ryan. Good clean job at a decent price.

Second time I have used Peter and Ryan at VJR Roofing. Excellent work completed in a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend.

Peter and Ryan have been brilliant from start to finish! Really pleased with my new roof, looks great!

Needed a whole new roof on my house including my dormer fixing as it was full of leaks that were getting worse by the minute. Peter and his team where friendly and reliable, scaffolding was up nice and quick, the job was completed in just a few days and it looks great.

Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. I cannot recommend VJR roofing services highly enough.

Can't rate VJR roofing highly enough. They are a freindly family business who replaced all of our gutters and down pipes at a great price with zero fuss. Thanks again

2 weeks from quoting to full reroof. Top work from Pete, Ryan and the lads great communication and kept the area tidy. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Strung me along for weeks promising to look at two leaks, eventually turned up and repaired one, said second one was condensation ( it wasn't) drove to his house in Leeds and paid him in cash, the day after, promised to send invoice on his return from holiday, second leak (that he said was condensation) worsened, asked him to go back, after two weeks of empty promises, claimed he'd been back( he hadn't) and still claimed condensation, clearly not interested in doing a proper job, and despite repeated requests for a recieted invoice, still not sent one, asked on 4th Nov to send me it within 7 days, still waiting after another 5 weeks!! Not a proper business, not a proper service.

Very happy to recommend Pete, Ryan and their crew. They made sure we understood the options, kept the costs down where they could, worked really hard and fast, cleaned up after themselves and all in all did an excellent job.

Ryan helped me to replace all gutter, upvc fascia and soffits and install a downpipe on the correct side. The work was done perfectly and efficiently with a fair price.

When it comes to the big jobs that need doing, you can’t help but worry about finding the right company to put your trust in. Thank goodness we found VJR Roofing! I’d like to thank Pete, Ryan and the rest of the team once again for all their hard work - They were outstanding from start to finish - the dream team! They kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process, they were polite, courteous, super organised, efficient and kept everything meticulously clean and tidy. What else can I say other than I would whole-heartedly recommend them. Quality craftsmanship and materials at a fair price - good luck guys and thanks again!

Peter and his team did a great job on our roof, lovely guys and super speedy! Highly recommend.

Pete came and quoted for a flat roof replacement, received a quote a few days later, very reasonably priced, came to do works a week later, took 1 day to do. Came with his son Ryan, both worked hard and kept us informed at all times. Had a tile blown off a few weeks earlier and Ryan replaced it free of charge, thank you both very much for your professionalism and hard work. I would without hesitation recommend VJR roofing.

Pete came out to quote for a re roof (tiles and flat roof), soffits, fascia plus down pipes. Gave a rough indication of costs on site followed by a written quote. I found Pete to be honest, down to earth and very knowledgeable. Constantly kept me up to date with start times due to changes in bad weather then when completing the job. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Pete and his team were friendly and they completed our new roof quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I would recommend highly!

Very happy with the service received from VJR roofing. I had seen Peter and the team work on a house in our neighbourhood and impressed with the organisation and professionalism of the job. He came back to me with a competitive quote and communicated throughout the roof journey from start to finish. the project was well managed to plan. we were grateful he was considerate and could prioritise us due to the severity if our leak and fit us in before Christmas. very organised, efficient, tidy and clean. his team were all very friendly and trustworthy. job well done in cookridge, would recommend.

VJR renewed the roof on our home during very difficult weather conditions, with persistent problems with wind and rain, They worked hard when it was possible, but made sure the property was watertight at all times. Peter kept us updated about any delays and the work was carried out to a high standard. Some minor additional work was carried out at my request without any request for additional funding. The initial quote was very competitive and less than I expected. At the end of the work they cleared up after themselves, so that the only clearing up we had to do was the bits and pieces left when the scaffolding came down. Overall very pleased with the work.

sent an enquiry for a quote - very poor communication . Never came back with a quote after wasting my time with messages.

Peter was quick to deliver a competitive quote. The team replaced our roof to a high standard, on schedule, and within budget. Site left clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend.

Great service. Tidy work and done quickly. Reasonable price and we're very happy with the results.

Had a new roof fitted VJR did a great job, very pleased with outcome. Quoted quickly and competitive kept us informed of what was needed. 5 stars without a doubt would recommend Thank you Barry Stewart

Definitely recommend. We've recently used VJR to remove our damaged chimney which was causing leaks into the living room. The work was carried out in a very efficient and timely manner and the property has been left spotless. Will be using them again for future work required.

Recently this company complated some work at my parents, including full roof replace and flat roof on the extension. We were delighted with the quality of the service provided. They were friendly, reliable and trustworthy, nothing was too much trouble would recommend them to for their services.

I am very happy to recommend VJR Roofing. Peter, Ryan and their team recently re-roofed our 140 year old 3 storey Leeds home. Far from a straight forward project, this involved stripping the entire roof of the old slate tiles and modernising it with a completely new, larger format cement tile roof, replacing 2 skylights and installing a sun tunnel. Our roof does not have many right angles and Peter and the guys worked diligently to complete one half, then the other. We spent a long time considering which companies to approach with our project as we wanted care, skill and trustworthiness. I am happy to say VJR delivered on all the above and we now have an excellent new roof. The guys were very tidy, cleaning up where they made a mess and leaving the outside tidy every day. They cleaned our gutters and fixed a lot of little items to make sure we were left with a great end result that would last. They arrived promptly every day and we felt we had their teams full attention whilst the job took place. Thank you!

I didn't use Peter's roofing services in the end, as time was of the essence and VJR Roofing is understandably very well booked. It's easy to see why - he and his team are friendly and professional. In an industry that is often littered with cowboys, it was refreshing to speak to somebody that is knowledgeable but not pushy. Peter made the effort to visit the property twice and provided a detailed quote that was very competitive. Will not hesitate to use VJR in the future.

Excellent service! Great team worked so hard and finished the job quickly and as promised. Reliable and absolutely recommend VJR Roofing! Thank you!

I decided to replace my leaking roof and, despite inclement weather, Peter and his team managed to find two clear days to complete the work. Very pleased with the result. Peter’s a pleasant man to deal with and had made me a good price for the work. Highly recommended!

Great service. Quoted, stuck to price. Coordinated joiner (dormer extended) , and other suppliers seamlessly. Communication throughout was faultless. Quality of workmanship is excellent and very fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had an entirely new roof, gutters, facia boards, chimney work and repointing etc July 2022… Peter and Ryan were fantastic, really nice guys, considerate, clean and did a brilliant job. They weren’t the cheapest but they also weren’t the most expensive. However the quality and professionalism was outstanding so actually they’re great value compared to others. They managed everything including scaffolding, skip hire and a specialist team they outsourced for the pointing work. Everything was done on schedule and as agreed. 10/10 would definitely use again.

We contacted VJR Roofing services based on the reviews from other customers and we were not disappointed. Peter came out to see us straight away, provided us with a competitive quote and the new roof was completed 4 days after the start date. Peter and Ryan were both very friendly and helpful and the new roof looks great. You won't go wrong using this company.

Pete and the crew did a stellar job repointing my chimneys and getting them back up to scratch. Professional all round with no fuss. Can't ask for more!

Thoroughly recommended! Peter, Ryan and team have replaced the roof of our house and to say that we are pleased with the result is an understatement. We asked that they also replace the garage roof, and that too has been superbly renovated. Both projects have been professionally completed, neatly, without fuss, and with good humour. The team were prompt and reliable. We can wholeheartedly endorse employing VJR Roofing Outstanding work. Thank you

We have just had a new roof installed by Pete and Ryan and new guttering, facias, soffits too. We definitely now have the best roof on the street and it's all thanks to VJR roofing. From the initial quotation through to completion we've been happy every step of the way. We would definitely recommend!

Great Service honest and reliable. Friendly approachable team.Always leave the area safe clean and tidy

Peter,Ryan and all the team removed and replaced our roof.Gave excellent friendly service from quotation to completion.Always approachable totally trustworthy.Kept informed throughout the process.Always left the area safe clean and tidy.Would highly recommend.

Used VJR for roof repair after the storms damaged our garage roof, great company, fixed roof and looks great, punctual and efficient, couldn't fault

While there was initial setbacks to the start of project due to horrendous whether, once on site VJR were rapid and professional with no excuses or delays. VJR went over and above to get our roof replaced, install a Velux window, replace ageing guttering and a new fascia for the dormer extension. Couldn't be happier with their work and would recommend them highly.

Good quality and professional service. Roof was replaced in less than a week (Feb 2022), including re-felting the top of the bay windows. Very neat and tidy clean up after removing the roof. The team were friendly and approachable and easy to make contact with for any enquiries. Would recommend if you are looking to replace your roof. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Would highly recommend Pete, Ryan and their team. VJR were highly professional and considerate at all times. We were given regular updates and the work was completed to a really high standard. Thank you!

Good professional job on the day. Good advice/discussion of options at the start. Very pleased with the whole job.

Pete was asked to quote for a new roof. The quote was reasonable and accepted. When the team came to replace the roof, they did so in a quick & efficient manner and have done a great job. They quickly took all the old roof away & tidied up so as not to leave a mess on the driveway. Am very happy with their work and have already recommended them to friends who are thinking of having a new roof in the next year.

Peter & Ryan came to inspect my roof in Rothwell as rain water was getting into my garage. They found the issue & was able to make the repair there & then. Absolutely top service and great guys

Excellent service. Took before and after photos. Provided a very reasonable quote. Cleaned up afterwards to a high standard. Professional and friendly. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Would happily recommend VJR Roofing, sorted everything out for us, provided lots of feedback, manged 3rd party work, tidied up after themselves each day. A first class job. Thanks.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial quote where Pete was prompt, to also giving our neighbours a quote and to the finished product Pete and Ryan, as well as the other men working with him were incredibly efficient, hardworking, tidy, quiet and lovely to have work for us. They communicated throughout the whole process and finished so much quicker than we anticipated. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roofer in Leeds.

Pete did a full re-roof and all plastics (gutters, soffits etc). He gave me regular updates, did the work to a great standard and left the place cleaner than when he started. Nice bloke too! We have used VJR in the past for a velux window and a re-roof on a different house. We have always been happy and impressed!

Peter, Ryan and the team replaced our roof. They provided an excellent service from quotation through to completion. We benefited from their experience and expertise. We are delighted with our new roof and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The service offered was excellent from start to finish. Having never needed a roofer before, VJR offered advice after inspecting our roof. They were there within 24 hours, with a more than competitive quote (cheaper than others that had said we required more work completing!). Excellent service all round, highly recommend.

Peter, Ryan and his team did a complete roof, facia and soffit replacement on our Bungalow ( March 2021 ) The work was completed very professionally and to the highest standards at a very competitive price. Peters attention to detail is second to none and I would definitely recommend VJR Roofing .

Peter and the lads replaced my roof and facia panels , did a great job always on time workmanship to a high standard ,polite and always kept us informed would recommend to anyone top job.

Removed chimney stack on bungalow down to first floor. Quick efficient and very tidy. Good job

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Extremely impressed with the professionalism of Peter and the lads, and the quality of their work. I called after reading their excellent reviews, got a prompt (and competitive) quote and they turned up on time yesterday to do a brilliant job of replacing my garage roof. I would have certainly use VJR Roofing again, and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any roofing work.

Thanks to Peter and your team for doing a great job on my extension roof .

Peter and his team replaced my roof. I am absolutely delighted with their work. They were very professional. They made sure each evening that the area was clean and safe. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing requirements.

Peter and team replaced mine and three neighbours garage roofs. Good price and job was completed earlier than planned to a high standard. Would definitely recommend

Pete & the team were great, had a full reroof done within the week and organised the scaffolding, skip & materials perfectly. Cleared up after themselves and the roof looks great! Appreciate it all!

Full re-roof carried out. Turned up when they said, got on with the job. Kept the site clean and tidy. Work finished within the expected timeframe and as far as I can see to a very good standard. Would use again.

Very helpful and honest advice, quick response time, friendly and professional. Would use again and recommend to others.

We couldn't have wished for a better experience with VJR Roofing. We received really good, honest advice on what we were looking for – a skylight installation and a repair to the flashing on our roof. The result was fantastic – the skylight is even bigger than we'd hoped, making a massive difference to the light in the top floor of our home, and the flashing is now fixed. The team at VJR even installed a vent for our shower while they were working on the roof that same day, and cleaned our guttering out while they were up there! The customer service and responsiveness we received was top notch, with constant communication throughout the process and the whole job was finished in less than a day. We were really impressed and over the moon with the results. We would 100% recommend VJR and will be using them again if we ever need roofing experts.

Excellent service, new roof completed on time, everything left clean and tidy.

VJR roofing are a very friendly and professional team. They worked really hard to complete our new roof in 4 days. They tidied up along the way, leaving no mess (our neighbours were impressed with how tidy everything was kept). We are delighted with the finished work and can highly recommend Pete, Ryan and their team.

been using these guys for about 5 years for various repairs to several of my propertys always been competative fast and profesional

Just finished using Peter and his team for the second time in a year of so on two different houses. Delighted both times with the service I got and the issues we had have noted been resolved. Would highly recommend.

I have used the services of VJR Roofing on my rental properties and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are prompt, skilful but above all you can expect a very honest appraisal of your problem and cost.

At 8.30 pm last night we experienced water running down the landing walls, it was entering through the side of a old water boiler vent. I Rang Peter who said they would be round at 8.00am to fix the problem. They arrived promptly and quickly removed the vent and made good the roof. Even though it is two years since he replaced the roof he would not take any payment for his time or materials.Would recommend any one to use this company

Agreed on a quote and never turned up.

VJR roofing have just completed work on my home, fitting new fascias, soffits and guttering. They are a very friendly and professional team. They work hard, and completed the job sooner than I thought. They tidied up along the way, leaving no mess. I am delighted with the finished work. I can highly recommend.

Responded quickly to my request for a price to replace the garage roof. Once I accepted the price he offered it was plane sailing. He came as promised on the day and did the job perfectly. I can recommend VJR Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement. Everything was OK including the removal of any waste materials

We requested a roof survey prior to purchasing our property. Peter was happy to help at short notice, which we were very grateful, and reassured us to proceed with the purchase. We expected a written report which never came even though I did chase this up twice. The survey cost £100 which I think is a bit steep for just a very brief verbal report.

We contacted VJR Roofing to get our house roof redone and the garage - we decided to go with them as their price was highly competitive. They began the work earlier than expected, which considering british winter weather was brilliant. When they arrived, they were friendly lads, who quickly got to work. They completed the job in 2 days! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We had our roof replaced, new fascias, soffits and downpipes, they gave a detailed quote which was lower than other quote I got. Everything was completed to a high standard in 3 1/2 days with good communication

How refreshing - work completed to a very high standard, when it was scheduled and at a fair price. Peter and his team worked very hard and we are delighted with the result. We would have no hesitation in recommending VJR

I phoned Peter for a quote on 8 July 19 and had a quick response to my request .Work started on my mid terrace victorian house on 6 August and was completed on Tuesday 13 August after a one day break due to weather plus an intervening weekend i.e a total of 5 working days to completion. Punctuality and professionalism are the hallmarks of this firm. They start early and, except for a mid morning break ,they work continuously until arriving at a suitable stage in the work ,to finish for the day .Careful attention is paid to weather conditions in order to avoid any possibility of damage to exposed areas of the structure during any period of inclement weather. The whole team work diligently throughout their time on task and even phoned on a Saturday morning to ensure that there had been no problems. We have been kept informed at all stages of the project about progress and anticipated termination dates . I have no hesitation in recommending Peter and his team for any roof related work that one might require in the future. Finally I would like to thank the whole team for their pleasantness and the attention to cleanliness of the working area during and after the project period.

Phoned Pete to have a look at my mum's gutter. He went round that day and gave a price which was very reasonable for the work and went back and completed it all within the week. HIGHLY recommended

Called VJR expecting good thing with all the positive reviews. Instead the person answering the phone was very rude and condescending, fair enough he was on a roof and asked me to send him a text. As requested I did and am yet to hear from them.

We cannot thank Peter and his team enough for the fantastic job they’ve done in removing our old roof and fitting a new one. It was a big job being four bedroom, but they did everything from sorting out the scaffolding and skips to fully replacing the existing tiles and repairing two flat roofs. They left a clean site afterwards and came in on budget and a day early. Both Pete and his team were highly professional, quiet, friendly and polite. They were totally trustworthy, have done a fantastic job and we cannot praise them enough. We would 100% recommended VJR Roofing Services to anyone thinking of having this kind of work done.

This company did a fantastic job fitting two Velux windows. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended

They put on a new roof on my house, plus porch and extension. As well removing my chimney. They were done and dusted within 4 days. The end result looks great excellent. Clean, tidy, quick and professional service. Highly recommend.

I was happy with the work VJR did for me and also, they were reliable and everything they said they'd do, they did and on time. So reassuring when you are worried about your leaking roof! The before and after photos were helpful too!

VJR have done a good job for my elderly relative, very nice people to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Peter and Ryan have completed a range of roofing work for us. This includes a full reroof, fascias and guttering, garage reroof and even replacing our plastic conservatory roof with a fully tiled one. Each and every job was of a very high standard, with minimal disruption. The team have also re re roofed my in laws (and their neighbours) and due to start on my parents house. Thanks guys

Our second time using VJR in the last few years. After having all our facias and gutters replaced previously we decided it was time to repair the flat roof on our kitchen extension and contacted Peter for a quote. As promised he turned up the next day on time and quoted us a fair price. However, Peter also came up with a few different options that we hadn’t considered and in the end we are so pleased we took his advice. Peter has opened up our kitchen with a new pitched roof and VELUX window that looks great compared to the old flat felt roof. Work was completed in less than 2 days and all mess was cleared away - we would highly recommend Peter and his team.

VJR Roofing replaced our garage roof. The work was done to a very high standard, and Peter and his team were quick, courteous and very tidy. Highly recommended!

Peter and the rest of the VJR roofing team have done a great job on our roof repairs. They took time before starting work to understand what was required and the best way to complete the work on our listed property. Work was completed in a timely way, without any fuss and they ensured that any noise and disruption was kept to a minimum. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody needing a roofing company.

Totally recommended VJR Roofing - when your (terrace) neighbours compliment you on your choice of company because of the speed of work, lack of noise & lack of mess, you know you made the right choice! Peter, Ryan and the team have worked with us to get the right solution for our roof and done an amazing job. Really professional work/attitude - turned up on time, worked full time and completed early. Am delighted - and the neighbours are too! much appreciated

Really pleased I chose VJR Roofing for my new bungalow roof. Peter, Ryan & their team where superb. The Skips & scaffolding were ready on the start date, every went so smoothly & I'm thrilled to bits with the finished job. Everything was left clean & tidy, what more could you ask for. Iv'e no hesitation in highly recommending VJR roofing Services * * * * *

Peter and his team have just done an excellent job re-roofing our bungalow and adding sun tubes. They turned up on time stayed full time on job and left clean and tidy site. All the lads were polite and hard working would definitely recommend. (My dad is in industrial roofing and is a very particular and critical. He gives peter 10 out of 10 for his quality of work) Thank you for a great job done!

Emergency repair need to an old flat roof for a 90 year old lady rang for quote, Peter went out of his way to help, gave a no messing about price & did the work in extra quick time. The company keep us well informed of what was happening with timescales nothing was too much trouble for them. The work was completed to a very high standard & all rubbish was fully cleared from the site, it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional outfit & would recommend them to anyone - check them out you will not be disappointed with the quality & value from a local roofer.

I found VJR Roofing via a Google search and was impressed by the high rating in the customer reviews. A telephone call to the company resulted in a site visit that day (We were lucky in that a delay on work elsewhere created that opportunity. A verbal quotation, quickly followed by email confirmation allowed us to place our order. Work was on the specified date, completely to my satisfaction. Peter and his son Ryan worked very well, tidied up after themselves and left everything clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them for flat roof work.

Needed a repair to a leak in our roof which the guys fixed promptly and for a fair price. Would definitely recommend using VJR Roofing again.

I called Peter on the basis of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. He responded to my phone call immediately and arranged to call the same day. The problem was identified with photographs and options for resolution discussed. The scaffold tower was arranged and erected the next day and then Peter and his son completed the work the following day. The work was efficiently and tidily completed with photographs again showing the extent of the work as well as the damaged gulley etc being retained for examination. The scaffold was dismantled the day the work was completed and the property back to normal within 2 days of contacting Peter. Overall a very positive experience leading to this positive review.

Peter was really helpful, explaining the existing problem to me before he gave a quote. He then honoured that quote even with a substantial time delay. When I asked if he could wait to do the work until a specific date he was happy to do so, although he had said he could do the work sooner if it suited me. Once he began the work he was always punctual and efficient. When he noticed additional problems with the house he pointed them out and recommended ways to mitigate/ solve them. He then recommended additional tradesmen for internal jobs I had pending. The quality of the work is perfect and was completed swiftly, in less time that was originally proposed. Overall a very good experience, particularly after having had several cowboys over the last few years!

I was very impressed with Peter and his team, and have already recommended them to my neighbour. I particularly needed someone who could repair a chimney stack as well as re-tiling a bay window and replacing/repairing gutters. I felt confident that Peter knew what he was talking about when he looked at the condition of the chimney stack, and he was able to show me photos of the damage and explain what needed to be done. I felt that his quotation was very fair considering the amount of work that he and his team did. In the next year or so, our entire roof will need re-tiling and I will definitely be asking Peter back to do this work. As well as the standard of work being very good, and the price being fair, it's always a bonus to deal with a company that turns up when they say they will, completes the work as scheduled, and does a really good job tidying up afterwards. I can't praise them highly enough!

Came as arranged, did a good job quickly - recommended

We had VJR Roofing in to replace all the ridge tiles on our bungalow and garage with a dry ridge tile system. Our bungalow has an envelope-style roof, so the job was not simple and straightforward. Peter and his team arrived at 7.30am on the day as promised. They were quick, worked hard, and left our place clean and tidy. The job was completed in a day and we are very pleased with the results. Our bungalow and garage roofs now both look smart instead of tatty and tired. We are happy to recommend these guys to anyone.

I have used VJR roofing services several times now, all the jobs have been to a high standard with realistic quotes, Pete & his son do a great job and are reliable they tuned when said & did the jobs leaving the site clean. I would not consider going anywhere else for a flat roof felt or house roof slated. Top job guys keep up the good work.

Very professional service

Peter and his team re-roofed my house December 2016. Id highly recommend their services. Fast, clean, reliable and the only people I've had work on my house that refused a cup of tea due to 'cracking on'. And he certainly did, they worked flat out and the house was 99% finished in one day. Roof looks great, really pleased.

Pete and Ryan of VJR just completed two new roofs, new guttering and a dormer window for me in January 2017. I met with 5 other roofing companies before deciding to go ahead with VJR Roofing and I'm glad I did. Despite awful weather, Pete did a fabulous job promptly and efficiently. He is honest, reliable and trust worthy - 100% recommend.

Pete did a re-roof and dormer re-felt on a rental property I own. He gave me regular updates, did the work to a great standard and left the place cleaner than when he started. Nice bloke too!
