I was referred to Renovate via the Solidor website. The Process was very well arranged and found the price to be very competitive compared to other suppliers. Fitting was superb, done by a very experienced and friendly fitter Glyn. Tidied up after himself. Would highly recommend this company. Thank You

Before we chose them to replace our bathroom window, we exchanged several emails. The responses were always prompt, professional, and gave no impression that we were asking too many questions. That really left a great impression. When Kevin and Finley arrived for the installation, you could tell right away that they are experts at what they do. They made sure every little detail was handled perfectly. We are extremely happy with their work.

After an attempted breakin Renovate were round the same day to quickly replace and make good the damage. 5/5 would recommend 👍

Renovate Leeds recently carried out work on the block of apartments I manage and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was completed to a high standard. What really stood out was their communication throughout the project. They kept both me and the tenants fully informed about when they needed access to each apartment, how long the work would take, and made sure everyone knew what to expect. The team were professional, organised and considerate, which made the whole process run smoothly with very little disruption. Both the tenants and I are really pleased with the finished result and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Renovate Leeds.

I had my door lock repaired yesterday. I was kept updated as to how long it would be before the engineer would arrive. This was not an emergency but it was attended within 4 hrs of my call. Job completed to a high standard and a great price. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

UPDATED REVIEW Following my review, I was contacted by the owner on 3 occasions asking me to remove it and explaining that the cancellation was due to a sudden family bereavement. Whilst I have every sympathy if that was the case, it differs from the impression I was given at the time. When I called the office the following day to ask why my appointment had been cancelled, the the assistant said she wasn't sure or was unaware what had happened and commented that everything had seemed fine because Lee had been go-karting the previous evening. I have since seen a social media post from the business showing he attended a go-karting networking event the night before. These conflicting explanations have unfortunately left me with more questions than answers and have reinforced why I stand by my review. My review reflects my own experience as a customer and the disruption caused, not a judgement on anyone's personal circumstances. ———————————— I visited Renovate Leeds over a week ago after purchasing an 1880s house that requires extensive renovation. We spent around 30 minutes discussing a substantial project involving the replacement of 18 large R9-style windows, a new front door, and work around a greenhouse attached to the property. This is a significant contract, likely worth £40,000–£60,000. The director knew how important timing was. I had gone to considerable effort to coordinate access with the estate agent, as well as arrange for my joiner and electrician to attend the property at the same time. Due to my schedule, this was the only opportunity I had to get everyone together. During that week, I experienced a close family bereavement and also underwent surgery to have a lump removed. Despite everything, I made sure I was organised and ready for the appointment. On the day of the visit, instead of a phone call, I simply received an email saying the appointment was cancelled and offering another date the following Friday or the week after. There was no personal call, no real apology, no attempt to send another representative, and no appreciation of the inconvenience caused. I found the whole experience extremely disappointing. For a company that promotes professionalism and customer service, I expected far better communication and consideration—especially for a project of this size. It left me feeling that my business simply wasn't valued and that existing commitments can be cancelled with very little regard for the customer's time or circumstances. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Renovate Leeds.

The work was completed in less then two hours no mess cleaning was done by the fixers and the job was extremely personal done top job and as I was in the trade for over 45 years I know a good job thanks a lot to all the staff at Renovat

Renovate have been an invaluable partner to YPP during the several months that we worked together to complete decorating work across our property portfolio. We were always incredibly satisfied with the quality of work, the attentiveness of the team and the value provided by Renovate. We would highly recommend them to anybody who require decorating work. Both Josie and Lee were a pleasure to work with, and will be our first port of call in the future should be require further assistance with decorations.

Fantastic customer service. Landlord here and I used Renovate to repair/replace main door lock . Their engineer needed to visit the property twice. Everything was arranged by Sara from start to finish with the tenant. Great experience- would highly recommend.

If there is ever a company to trust and support more, Lee and the team at Renovate at it for me. The care that they had for me and my sudden emergency of being locked out of my house with a dodgy front door lock (we couldn’t get in) left us feeling helpless. A quick call to Lee and he had someone to the house the same day (I’m sure at much complication also as no doubt the day had to be shifted around). They came, they sorted and the finish was spot on. They repaired what was needed and no hard sell or BS about forcing the new door dale. As it happens, once broke, something is clearly on its way out and I have opted for a new door. The door came, it’s fitted superbly and swiftly. The team in the office helped me navigate which of the many doors and designs they do and helped make the e process so much easier. Very happy customer and certainly returning in the future and have recommended to everyone I know!

We bought a Solidoor 'Barn Door' to replace our ageing back door. A Barn Door can open fully as a normal door, or just the top panel, so as to receive parcels (and stop dogs escaping...). Renovate's details were shown on a list of preferred installers that Solidoor sent us. Renovate conducted a survey of our current door and frame and then gave us an installation date. Glynn from Renovate arrived with the new door at the appointed time and quickly made friends with our dogs. He explained what he was going to do, approximately how long it would take, and then got on with the job. Well within his predicted completion time Glynn had removed our old door, cleared and prepared the frame, and fitted the new door. He then talked my wife and I through the security aspects of it. The door came with two Ultion locks (upper and lower panels) fitted with 'Thumbturn' cylinders. In the event of a fire, one doesn't have to find two keys to unlock both panels from the inside, but simply twist each thumbturn finger-grip to swiftly unlock them. Three keys are supplied to provide a high level of secure external protection. Glynn made a beautiful job of the installation, removed all rubble and waste, along with our old door too. We are extremely pleased with the final result and are happy to fully recommend Renovate for this work.

Really pleased with a new window fitted last week. It was a complex job as we had ordered bespoke glass separately, which had to be exact measurements and fitted into the frame. Thankfully all went smoothly, window looks great. Friendly and professional service - cleaned up all mess inside and out. Previously had a side door installed with same firm. Would recommend.

Great service from Renovate. We have used them twice recently. Once for a set of new interior sliding doors. We have just moved into a new house and the decor was really old fashioned. Along with a lick of paint etc these new doors have brought a modern and stylish look into the downstairs of the house whilst also making the living room more private. Secondly, we had a patio door that completely smashed due to the heat. They came to measure up and replaced it all in good time. Each time they treated our property with respect and left it just as they found it. Would highly recommend.

The whole team is such a power team. From the admin to the labour workers to the financial department. Very professional. Very polite. And very communicative. Very sufficient too! I suffer with severe anxiety but the two men who came to replace the window (sorry didn’t catch their names) made me feel so at ease. Like I was speaking with my dad actually which is comforting. Got my broken window taken and replaced in no longer than 20 mins if that too. Didn’t mind I was jibber jabbering and taking some photos for my landlady. Renovate overhauled all our double glazing - Lee replaced hinges and handles and adjusted all our windows to ensure they fit snugly. From our first contact, through the initial survey and the work itself, everything was handled promptly and professionally. We have noticed a significant improvement in sound pollution, draughts on windy days, and humidity on rainy days. The house felt immediately cosier, and we wish we’d got the work done years ago. It was money well spent, and we intend to use Renovate again for any future work we need doing. Highly recommended.

Renovate replaced 3 existing Aluminium Patio Doors for us. 2 doors were replaced with full picture windows and 1 door replaced for a new door. I could not recommend Renovate highly enough. Second time I've used them (different houses) and they've been fantastic both times. We recently moved house and a number of the windows were drafty. Renovate assessed the windows, provided a quote, and booked in the work prompt. I asked for a couple of additional things adding on the day and it was no problem for them. We're very pleased with the installation of our new Quickslide windows. The site assessment and measurements were carried out by Steve who was professional and knowledgeable about the product. He gave good clear advice and carefully planned the job in advance. The installation was completed rapidly and involved minimal disruption. All debris was removed and the house left in good order. Renovate were superb from start to finish. Even during a pandemic they hit every date and were always available for any queries. They even sorted a replacement window quickly when another of my tradesmen smashed it. Took all the stress away from me and my family during the works which is so important. Due to the global delays in materials etc we did wait quite a while for our installation date but once the door arrived from the suppliers they were really quick to book us in. I’ve always found them friendly and helpful via email. I will certainly use their services again! They deserve a top rating.

We had real problems finding someone to fix our window. After many failed attempts with other contractors I found Renovates number and Lee was brilliant from the get go. Arrived on time, kept in touch before the appointment for reminders and gave me a quote by reviewing the situation from a video. Came in and fixed the window with no problems. Great knowledge of housing structures when accompanying us on a house viewing to price up some structural work that needs doing. After having a firework put through our letterbox on Halloween evening and it blowing off and out our letterbox, Lee at Renovate Leeds contacted us and offered to replace and fit for free a new one for us. Great service, good quality product. we needed a new set of main doors for our reception area as the old automatic doors had failed. Despite the Covid crisis they managed to get the doors built and installed without any bother.

Would strongly recommend Lee and the team at Renovate. I have had the double glazing on my entire house replaced including new patio doors and front door. Lee clearly has a lot of experience which was really helpful in determining where to have my opening windows etc. as there were some points I hadn’t thought of which I’m glad were factored in before fitting. The fitter was extremely professional, has done a great job. Had a small manufacturing snag on a patio door screw following completion of the work which Lee spotted on a final check and was quickly resolved within a few days.

Fantastic service. Had an issue with the lock on my front door for weeks. A few days after contacting Renovate, it was fully fixed. Have also used Renovate to replace the full window in our box room - assessed, quoted and replaced within 10 days of initial contact. Great service and very reasonably priced.
