Andy came to Wimborne on a Saturday lunchtime when we locked our keys inside the garage. Was with us in half an hour, no fee if he couldn't pick it. Turns out, he had to replace the cylinder which he did for the cost of picking it. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Nice guy, kept us informed and worked swiftly without a fuss. Will use again if we ever need any lock smithery 👍

I'm not a fervent reviewer — usually it's only necessary as a warning to others. This is the opposite. Andrew isn't old by any stretch, but the service is from a bygone era. My elderly mother, who has genuine security concerns, discovered her spare set of keys had gone missing and decided to call a locksmith. Worried she'd dial an emergency number and get ripped off, I asked her to wait. Moments later her call was returned, and before I'd even arrived the door was already being fixed. My mother lives in a nice house but was recently defrauded and is now living hand to mouth. Ninety-nine percent of tradesmen would have priced the job by the postcode. Andrew didn't. Within thirty minutes of the call, the lock was sorted — barrel replaced, and when he noticed an interior lock was also broken, he fixed that too at no extra charge. She is almost eighty, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and what the most cost-effective option was. Considerate, efficient, and the finish was excellent. Home security comes down to trust. Whether you're locked out or developing a property, Nopas is the only call I'd make. I referred Andrew to a friend last week who's developing his house — the feedback came back the same.

Great and quick service, I was in a very unfortunate situation where my ONLY key was locked in my boot and they were able to get to me within 15 minutes and unlock the car allowing me to carry on with my day! No damage to the car and service was very friendly.

Locked myself out of my flat and was back inside within 30 minutes. 10 minutes of panicking, 15 minutes wait and then the 5 minutes it took him to get back inside a pretty tough door. Could not have asked for a quicker and more effective service. Would give an extra star if I could
Andy was absolutely amazing, patient and helpful! He got here super quickly and tried everything to get me back in which eventually resulted in having to drill the lock. Apart for a can’t beat price he was kind and reassuring through it! Would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs assistance with anything locks/security!
I cannot recommend Andy enough he was a absolute star he came to me on a Sunday afternoon and dropped his dinner to assist me after my son had locked himself in the van with the keys he normally does houses but he came anyway to see if he could do anything as none of the local companies could assist on the day. After twenty minutes or so he managed to gain access to retrieve my child if you're stuck please give him a try he is amazing and a true gentleman and he saved me smashing the van window.
