What can I say from start to finish excellent communication from Janice in the office. Ryan visited gave a very good outlay of what work was going to be undertaken and what was needed to complete the job. No hidden extras. Dan the installer arrived and just cracked on with the work required very professional. Overall really pleased with my new boiler. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient! Took out our old radiators replaced with new ones. Called RP Plumbing in again when we wanted a new toilet. Also very efficient and they leave everything so clean.We are about to ask RP Plumbing about taking out our bath and having a walkin shower put in.

If you want professialism, high quality and reliability, look no further than RP. They assessed, recommended and fitted a replacement for my 15 year old boiler , exactly on the day they stated. It works even better than we expected. The new pipework needed to link with the old boiler's would be a tribute to any professional engineering company. Their price was very acceptable and when they had gone, it was cleaner than when they started. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After 3 price quotes across three different boiler installers, these guys were the best price by a few hundred quid despite being 30 miles away from my house. When our boiler failed during the coldest part of January, RP Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and arranged to install a new boiler within days. Their customer service was excellent, the price was very competitive and they turned up when they said they would, completing the job within the day. The plumber (Dan) did a very tidy and professional job and we are completely satisfied with the work. Thank you to all involved.
I have used Ryan and his team for all my plumbing & heating needs for many years now. This has ranged from changing radiator valves through trouble shooting a failed component to a brand new boiler as well as fitting water softener and kitchen taps. RP could work on my old system which was fairly complicated - pressurised system and cold water accumulator and when I moved house the Under floor Heating system was also no problem for him (replaced and reloacted the manifold) and helped me spec and get installed new controls. The main reason I use RP is whoever comes they always arrive on time, are corteous and considerate, try to make the least mess and disruption possible and get the job done right first time and neatly.
Rob certainly knows his stuff. Very reliable and certainly worth every penny. I have recommended him time and time again and never hear any bad words about him or his workmanship.
I live in a 1st floor flat and am doing a kitchen/diner, hallway and bathroom renovation. Ryan and his team have completely isolated my old hot and cold water services that were buried in my concrete floors and installed new pipes through the ceilings. Delivering services to my kitchen, boiler and 2 x bathrooms. The flow and cleanliness of the water is astounding. They have also re-positioned a boiler on to an adjacent wall, chased new radiators pipes and installed 2 x new radiators. Ryan and the team are the neatest workers I have seen and pride themselves in what they deliver. They come highly recommended
Absolute life saver. We had an issue with our boiler that was setting off Carbon monoxide alarm. We were without heating and hot water for 4 weeks. We called lots of boiler engineers who all tried to upsell us a whole new system without looking at the root cause. Rob came out and was the first person to actually open up the boiler and look. He managed to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly and at a good price by changing out some of the parts. Would 100% recommend to anyone else. RP Plumbing actually want to help rather than try upsell you for a £6k job to fit a new boiler on a 3rd floor flat when it wasn't needed

Dear Ryan, I would just like to say how pleased Alison and I were with the way in which you resolved the space issue in our Boiler room/airing cupboard. You assessed the situation and calmly asked the salient questions in order to find a solution. Not only that but you initiated the changes there and then but cutting the 4 pipes that needed re-routing. Shortly after Dom had completed moving the storage cylinder and continued with the rest of the installation. We are both extremely pleased with the work carried out by your team and feel that the work your guys carry out is to a very high standard.
