Adam did the initial assessment to replace a very old water tank, cylinder & pipes & costs quote was honest & fair. Other local plumbers gave very different advice & quotes from £2k to £4k! Dan carried out the work, was very professional, knowledgeable, the new pipes were so neat, & he explained all my queries, arrived early, & the apprentice also worked very well. I felt so confident having Dan and Adam take on the job! Am definitely going to use them again for other works.

I needed a kitchen tap fitted and Dan did an amazing job. He also took the time to check another issue with damp spots on my bathroom ceiling and gave me some really helpful advice about what might be causing it. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. I’ve used Eco Flame Solutions twice previously and I highly recommend them.
We had a boiler issue and Adam was so helpful in sorting our issue out. He responded quickly and sorted the issue on the day. He even followed up to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend them.
My boiler failed and needed to be replaced only a few weeks after it was serviced (standard annual service) by an Eco Flame engineer. The boiler was fully functional beforehand, but the service they carried out left it in a worse condition. Following the service, two different Vaillant-authorised engineers inspected the boiler. Both confirmed that the previous service had not been done properly. One even showed me that the container collecting system debris had not been emptied. I was also told that the heat exchanger had been damaged due to the way the service had been performed. When I attempted to contact Eco Flame for an explanation, they did not answer. They took no responsibility or accountability for the issue. As a result, I had no choice but to replace the boiler entirely. I have now purchased a new boiler for £3,500. Please see the correspondence, invoices, and warranty confirmation for the new boiler. Read the dates, and it will make sense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Adam is on a local WhatsApp group and I knew he runs Eco Flame. I reached out last night with a boiler leak and asked if he might be able to attend either today (Sunday) or early next week to have a look. Following a brief message and a chat, he arrived today and dealt with the issue in an hour. Quick, clean, very helpful and I’m happy with the cost for what was effectively an emergency repair (combi boiler with no other hot water source). Really happy with response and work, 100% would recommend.
Adam, Dan and the team continue to impress. We have and are still getting extraordinary service from the team. Everything, from quick guidance on the phone today, to a recent radiator replacement, bathroom re-plumb and fit, a boiler replacement a few years back and many more high quality jobs over the years. Adam, from Ecoflame, came out at short notice to fix a sudden leak from our boiler. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. His charges are very fair and significantly less than the bigger 'named' companies. We will be using Ecoflame again and would happily recommend them.

On each occasion Adam has arranged a prompt response which has been a life saver when I have been in the middle of fitting a kitchen, and when I have had water dripping through the ceiling. He took me through what he was going to do during the servicing of my boiler and megaflo and he walked me through everything he did after the service. Excellent service from Eco Flame Heating Solutions. Our boiler could not have picked the worst time to pack up. During the festive period during the lock-down and with young children in doors. Adam was responsive and immediately resolved the issue. We are firing on all cylinders now. Thanks for taking into consideration COVID safe working measures as we were concerned prior to meeting Adam. He kept his mask on and gloves which assured us of safe working during a tough climate with the pandemic.
