R J Miles Plumbing & Heating

Russell, just installed our new Boiler. Very competitive price. Very professional, made it looked quick and easy. Got my certificates. Got everything together for us within 10 days. Absolutely 💯 Recommended. We got a service with him too. Excellent 👌 Mr I. & Mrs A Woolman xx

I hired Russell and his colleague in June to fit a bathroom suite after being let down by another plumber and I'm really pleased I did. Russell was friendly, polite and tidy and completed the job to a high standard. I will be hiring him again later in the year to carry out another job for me. Highly recommend!

Russell has been to us several times over the last few years for various jobs, most recently to install a new boiler. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, clean and tidy. He makes suggestions for the customer's benefit and his rates are always very reasonable. Last but least he is a very nice guy to have around. Highly recommend.

Russell did an excellent job replacing my shower cubicle. He was extremely professional, punctual and very tidy. I would definitely recommend him.

Russell is a credit to his profession and is one of the rare gems that surprise you with his honesty and integrity. We have had Russell quote us for a boiler replacement, which was the most competitive quote we had but went elsewhere as we found a cheaper option which turned out to actually be more expensive once we had them on site. Lesson learned! We also had him out recently to fix a tap, fix 2 loos, a shower rail and tile in some pipes. We ended up paying less than we were quoted (when does that ever happen with tradesmen?). He's a busy guy but he is really, really good at what he does and prides himself on the service and work he provides. Edit: Moved house and got Russell and his apprentice in to fit a combi boiler for us. Perfect, tidy work and has done a great job. Highly recommended

Russell was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. His work is of the highest quality and I could not recommend him highly enough. His service was first class. Will of course be using his services again for all heating and plumbing.

Russell fitted a new boiler and radiators for us, and we are delighted with the job. Very competitive quote and excellent, thoughtful service. We are delighted and would highly recommend.

Russell provided an excellent service, with a prompt quote for a boiler replacement. He was very good at answering a lot of detailed questions and definitely very knowledgeable and genuine. The installation itself and a few other jobs were performed in a timely basis and efficiently. Very happy with the installation.

We've used Russell in the past for minor works to a shower and boiler, after being recommended. This time it was the replacement of our combi boiler with Nest control; all handled quickly, no stress, no mess, with a smile - wouldn't pause for a second to recommend to others. Shame there aren't more like Russell about! Thank you!

Work carried out on budget and on time. Very polite and clean workers. Highly recommended.

We contacted Russell about replacing two radiators in a period property. Russell came round and provided us with advice on sizes and types of radiators which was quickly followed up by a quote. We had an issue with the valve supplier which Russell resolved without impacting on the installation date. The radiators were installed quickly and with no mess and the final price was exactly as quoted. Will definitely use Russell again and would strongly recommend to others.

Russell did a fantastic job removing our old bathroom and replacing it with a new one. His quote was reasonable and Russell was very accommodating when we had to make several changes to our brief. It was great to have him working for us and I would thoroughly recommend..

Very pleased with the work and pleased I found you on the Internet

Russell is friendly and got back to us straightaway, which is not always a given. Clearly knows his stuff and no hard sell. In the end, following a service, we did require a replacement boiler and again he fitted us in at what must be peak time as an emergency job as we had no heating. Fantastic.

Russell was very approachable and responsive when I first contacted him through a recommendation. He professionaly relocated my boiler and associated pipes from my kitchen to a new-build utility room. Despite challenging conditions given the construction site and liaising with builders they managed to complete the works within the etimated timframe limiting the time we were without hot water and heating. Russell also gave me regular updates of progress along the way. Definitely will recommend.

Russell came to the rescue when our boiler stopped working on the coldest night of the year, he tried his best to get it working over the phone, but this wasn’t possible. He quickly visited and located the problem, unfortunately we did need a new boiler, but this was fitted quickly and efficiently – would definitely recommend!

Russell and Charlie done a fantastic job Of my bathroom can recommend 100% Trusted them to be there when I wasn't Left it nice and clean and tidy thankyou For all your help

Russell recently refurbished our bathroom, and we are delighted with the result. He gave very helpful advice to improve the layout and look of the room. Russell is very professional, well organised and works very neatly. The room left spotless and all working perfectly. We highly recommend him.

I've used Russell a few times now after a colleague recommended him- it's great to finally find a plumber I will keep going back to. He's fixed up a number of things previous plumbers haven't managed to sort out with our boiler and piped underfloor heating. He is professional, returns phonecalls, is on-time and a friendly and thoroughly trustworthy person.

Fantastic!!! Had 3 other plumbers come and tell us we had to re pipe pull up floors spend thousands. Russell was here 2 minutes said you need new valves, an hour and half later we had our heating working after 2 years!!! On top of that all done at a tiny fraction of the cost. I literally cannot recommend enough.

Russell was fantastic, friendly, gave great advice, bathroom fitted smoothly and efficiently. Really happy and would recommend to anyone.

Russell removed our old bathroom and refitted and new one. We are beyond happy with the end result, Russell took the time to talk to us regularly during the project to ensure we were happy with plans and where things were being fitted. Russell and his labourer were a delight to have in the house, as were all of the tradesmen he used (plasterer and tiler), they were quiet and took care of the existing house, protecting carpets and being careful when moving products between rooms. I really can’t recommend highly enough, thank you Russell!

Russel repaired our toilet, such a pleasant surprise to firstly get a return call, then Russel called to give a time and finally arrived on time. He was pleasant, said what was needed and gave a reasonable price, I can highly recommend him.

First class service. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Russell performed a routine boiler service for us but also answered all of our questions regarding the c/heating in our new house and provided helpful advice. Would use again and have no hesitation recommending.

Extremely professional, great rates, solid. Highly recommend!

Very personable guy with great expertise. Brilliant job replacing our boiler, no disruption and place left spotless. Will most definitely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!

I have used Russell on several occasions. I have found him to be reliable, friendly, prompt and he always gets the job done. When I need a plumber, it's Russell I call! I have used Russell to replace a boiler, fix a leaky shower, replace taps, unblock sinks (kitchen and bathroom), do a gas safety certificate, and for a few other bits and pieces. He never lets me down, and as I already mentioned, always gets the job done. I have no hesitations in recommending Russell.

Russell stepped in to complete the supply and fit of our new bathroom after we were let down by a previous supplier. Russell assisted with the purchase of the suite, choosing tiles and general advice on things that I would never have thought about. He always turned up when he said he would and left the area where he was working clean and tidy at the end of the day. He made sure the job was completed within the fairly tight deadline we agreed at the start. The end result is a fantastic bathroom that my wife and I are extremely pleased with. I would not hesitate to recommend Russell for any plumbing or heating work having called on his services again myself recently, and will do again in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the work done (complete refurbishment of a bathroom) is outstanding and I would have no hesitation recommending Russel. All the work was completed on time and both he and his assistant were a pleasure to have in our home. Rosena Monaghan

Russell provided an absolutely first class service. He was punctual, polite, hard working, and never made a mess. He helped us figure out all our slight quirks and therefore make the best possible decision. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine and would not hesitate to highly recommend his services on to others.

Russell is brilliant and has come to our rescue once again, very friendly and helpful, excellent from start to finish, quick response to enquiry and service delivered on time.

Our boiler had come to the end of it’s natural life and Russell was able to fit us in within short notice at a competitive price to replace it. Very friendly can-do approach and he turned up exactly when he said he that he would. The work was carried out in a very tidy and professional way and within hours we had a new boiler all up and running with minimum disruption. We would have no hesitation recommending R J Miles Plumbing & Heating to anyone else. Great job! Jonathan Clark

Russell was able to fit us in at short notice and installed a mains water softener. Everything is working great, completed to a high standard, and left the site neat and tidy.

We recently employed Russell to come and make-good a disaster bathroom installation that another 'so-called' plumber managed to completely screw up. Russell came immediately, fixed all the 'niggles' and was able to also identify the issue with the faulty installation and help to rectify it as quickly as he could. Exceptional service and really genuine guy, only wish we'd gone to him in the first place - he's certainly our 'go-to' plumber now (recent boiler service and another ensuite shower issue both efficiently carried out). Highly recommend!

Russell has fitted a new shower enclosure for me. From start to finish the communication and the quality of work were excellent. I would highly recommend RJ Miles Plumbing and Heating.

Excellent. Fitted my gas hob. Did a great job. Quick, tidy, polite and would highly recommend.

Russell Miles replaced our boiler and hot water system. He gave us very good advice and a very competitive price plus we liked his attitude. He turned up when he said he would and carried out all the work in a thoroughly professional way, respected our home and protected our carpets/furniture. I don't usually write reviews mostly because I don't usually feel so positive about anything we have done. If we need any plumbing or heating work in future I will be straight on the phone to Russell so I have no hesitation in recommending R J Miles Plumbing & Heating to anyone else. Excellent service all round. Ron Roberts

How all tradesmen should be. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!

Russell installed a new boiler and entire central heating system in our house. He did a fantastic job, from the quote and advice, which gave us options to tailor it for our budget and requirements, through to really careful and precise installation. He is very friendly and personable. We're thrilled with the outcome and also very pleased we have a plumber we can rely on, we couldn't recommend him enough!

Russell is a friend of a close friend, and I think it's always good to get a personal recommendation. He's also a really nice guy. Russell and his assistant Ben created the most amazing bathroom for us. Their work was on time, on budget and of an impeccable standard and finish. Russell uses Neil for tiling and this work looks terrific too. I'd recommend to anyone!

Russell did a an excellent job of my cloakroom WC. Ripped the old shower cubicle out, moved the toilet and plumed in new basin and towel rail. He hid the new pipes nicely under the new concrete floor. Very amenable and takes obvious pride in completing the work to a high standard. Was always on time and reliable.

An excellent plumber. Pleasant, intelligent and gets the job done with a minimum of fuss

Reliable, personable and trustworthy. Highly recommend for piece of mind

Russell was very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. He made extra time in what was clearly a busy day for him to come and install my ancient Cannon gas cooker. He explained what he needed to do to get it connected. His charges are very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

This plumber comes highly recommended. !! The service is impeccable, be it responding to messages/phone calls, breakdowns or boiler installation the treatment is first class. Thank you.

What can I say. Russell is truly one of the best guys we have found for our heating needs. We happened to call him on a Sunday morning and he was on holiday in Italy. He called us back. Who else would do that whilst on holiday if they were not truly genuine!! We could have got the work done before he got back 5 days later but did not as we felt that if he made the effort to call us back from Italy, he deserved the work and was genuine and interested. We first used him to fit a new gas hob. Russell is reliable and communicates with you all the time to ensure that you are aware of what needs to be done and how. We were very impressed with his professionalism and genuine desire to do a perfect job. He is clear with his quotes and can be trusted 100% to do a perfect job. He fitted the hob perfectly and left everything working. His workmanship was neat and tidy and he did only what he had to. We then used him again, twice, for connecting pipes to a gas meter and a landlord safety check. Both times, again, absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It is very difficult to find true, genuine people these days but Russell is one in a million. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Please do not have any doubts - if you need anything to do with plumbing or heating, give Russell a call. I guarantee, hand on heart, you won't be disappointed.

First time that I have used Russell, and definitely won't be the last. Russell did an excellent job installing out new boiler. He made what seem like a tricky job look easy!!! Also made good the inside and outside wall (look brand new!), fixing the poor job that was done by the previous plumber. Thanks Very Much Russell, will be recommending you to any body that is in need of a plumber!
