Gary & team are excellent. They've re-plumbed our entire house and we couldn't be happier with the initial work and ongoing maintenance services. In short, they know their stuff, do what they say they're going to do on time, and always charge a reasonable rate. We'll be having them back for more as we continue to renovate. Everyone on the team is polite & helpful, and Gary's knowledge and (re)design skills are invaluable. Nothing is too much trouble to explain; which you see not only as the customer, but also in the daily team briefings when they're on site. We've had a lot of trades through the house, and it's a pleasure to see, where patience and attention to detail aren't as common as they should be. And it shows in the quality of the work. We've had small jobs (replacing a underfloor heating valve or an annual service), through to big jobs (new boiler, accumulator, hot water tank, modernising the system from multiple gravity-fed roof tanks to pressurised, hotel pump install, new thermostats, etc), and can't recommend GMH highly enough.
Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Their prices are good and from regular servicing to replacing the boiler the work is excellent.
