Recently had Diamond to fit our front and back doors after previously having Diamond to fit new windows. Ruth was very knowledgeable informative and friendly offering a good product which was well fitted by clean and tidy workmen. Would definitely recommend.
We have used Diamond Home Improvement as a family for many years and cannot fault them. The customer service is always impeccable and a special thanks to Ruth and the team for always being forthcoming with any questions that I have had. I would recommend their products and services to anyone and have done so already to many friends.
I enquired about triple glazed windows and asked questions about U values which they didn't know, nor had a technical sheet they could refer to. They said they would find this out and let me know. I never heard from them again. Given their generally good reviews I was very surprised by their lack of knowledge and fact they didn't bother to get back to me. I can't have been the only customer to want or need this type important information.

The Diamond team, Ruth, Steve and all their employees have recently constructed a superb Porch and Conservatory. They first replaced all windows and doors soon after I moved in, then the above after gaining planning consent. I have been extremely pleased with their professionalism.
I recently had Diamond Home Improvements to install a UPC Shed Door and Back Door. Ordering doors was very easy. Competative prices. Apart from one or two problems with the back door, the problems were sorted very quickly. Martin and Mark were excellent fitters. Very polite, professional clean and tidy and took care into detail. The doors look great. Would recommend as a local company.

I can't really praise them enough......Steve and Heather were so good as well as the fitters, went over and beyond as the area some of the new windows had to go were too narrow for scaffolding so they fitted them from the inside. Special mention of Steve and we had work with really strict Council spec as the property was on a conservation area and Steve was so much help. 10 out of 10 from us.

Great installation and excellent, friendly service by Diamond's team - they installed 19 new windows and 4 sets of French doors in a Grade II listed house for us to a very high standard. We are very happy with the job.
Recently had a new porch done by Diamond and absolutely delighted! Martin and Mark the fitters were a pleasure to have around. Lots of my neighbours have commented on my beautiful front door which I love and one of them has since ordered a similar porch herself. I can highly recommend this company.

We used Diamond to replace all our guttering and downpipes, and to build a conservatory. Very pleased with both. Service was excellent and any queries have been promptly dealt with. Would recommend them.

We are very disappointed with the service we have received from Diamond Home improvements. The window this company has installed is too small, has not been correctly fitted meaning it falls outside of the correct installation process for building/trading regulations. In addition, the fitter had left the site without mention that he had spoiled our hallway carpet. The fitters where on site and we had a conversation about not placing fillers (plastic strips) on the side of this window because the plasterer was going to plaster to the edges for a clean look finish. The fitters agreed to this, however after they had left, and I returned to inspect he job i noticed that they had indeed glued plastic strips to the window. After removing the strips (see attached Pictures) I noticed that the window didn’t actually fit the frame, this is leaving a void of about 2 inches either side of the window which you can see light through and feel a draft. I complained, and they sent another couple of fitters round who were shocked with this terrible job, they pointed out in an attempt of the original fitter trying to cover up his mistake of measuring the window incorrectly he had glued the plastic strips on with a type of bonding agent which has now damaged the window. So, at this point we are left with an incorrectly/poorly fitted window and damaged carpets. Diamond have agreed to clean the carpeted area, but have yet to come up with an acceptable resolve for the window. I would suggest people stay clear of this company, as although their representative who sold us the window was very professional and nice to deal with, The job and after care is substandard and the fitters on the day were very dishonest to leave the site with the damaged carpet and incorrectly/poorly fitted window. Those who have had windows fitted by this firm I would suggest you get a second opinion to ensure they are indeed correct/safe as apparently the fitters have worked for diamond for over 20 years, and I would be surprised if this isn’t the first time he has done this.
I was disappointed to find that the non-sliding part of the patio door was incorrectly fitted. This caused several leaks, one of which damaged a carpet. DHI have refused to take any responsibility for damage. DHI reaction was to tell me that I was lucky only to have had three leaks! I expected none- don't know about you. I would never recommend this company. We considered replacing all our windows and doors, but alas not with DHI.
