Highly Recommended: Professional, Reliable, and Stress-Free! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a nightmare experience with our previous builder, this family-run business was a total breath of fresh air. During our renovation, our builder installed a lounge window that was completely non-compliant with building regulations because it didn't open wide enough. To make matters worse, the builder then stopped answering our calls, leaving us in a really difficult position. We found this company through Checkatrade and their excellent reviews—and they certainly lived up to the reputation. From the first call, Carl was incredibly friendly and professional. He immediately put our minds at ease by sending over detailed diagrams of the measurements and openings to guarantee the new window would be fully compliant. The service was seamless: Prompt: His father came round the very next day to take measurements. Expertise: As a family-run business, they clearly know their stuff and take pride in their work. Fast Turnaround: The window was manufactured and fitted remarkably quickly. We were naturally nervous because our house had just been rendered and the interior was newly decorated. However, we needn't have worried! The installation was spotless. There was absolutely no damage to the inside or outside. In fact, other than having a much better window, you wouldn't even know they had been there. The new window is significantly higher quality than the old one—it looks much smarter and more modern. If you are looking for window installation in Poole or Bournemouth, don’t hesitate to call them. They are lovely, polite, and very clean workers. Thank you, Carl and team, for fixing a stressful situation so perfectly!
