We recently had our windows and doors fitted by C P Glazing after doing a little research into local companies, and they stood out from the rest. Carl came out to measure up our windows and doors and within just four weeks we had our new windows fitted. When our front door arrived with a mark on it, Carl contacted us straight away to let us know that they had returned it and would not install a door unless they were completely happy with the quality of the product. We found this incredibly reassuring and felt it really reflected the high standards and pride they have in their work. We are absolutely over the moon with the end result. The quality of the work has been fantastic and we were so impressed that we have already asked Carl to carry out some further work for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use C P Glazing again in the future and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service, excellent workmanship and a company that genuinely cares about getting things right.

During our renovation, our builder installed a lounge window that was completely non-compliant with building regulations because it didn't open wide enough. To make matters worse, the builder then stopped answering our calls, leaving us in a really difficult position. We found this company through Checkatrade and their excellent reviews—and they certainly lived up to the reputation. From the first call, Carl was incredibly friendly and professional. He immediately put our minds at ease by sending over detailed diagrams of the measurements and openings to guarantee the new window would be fully compliant. The service was seamless: Prompt: His father came round the very next day to take measurements. Expertise: As a family-run business, they clearly know their stuff and take pride in their work. Fast Turnaround: The window was manufactured and fitted remarkably quickly. We were naturally nervous because our house had just been rendered and the interior was newly decorated. However, we needn't have worried! The installation was spotless. There was absolutely no damage to the inside or outside. In fact, other than having a much better window, you wouldn't even know they had been there. The new window is significantly higher quality than the old one—it looks much smarter and more modern.
