Mint Glazing

I'm absolutely delighted with my replacement windows and patio door. The whole process went very smoothly from the initial contact right through to the fitting. The work was completed to a very high standard, the fitters were very friendly, experienced and did the fitting with the minimal disruption I would highly recommend mint windows to all my friends.

Great service. Zero hassle! Windows are perfect! Thanks Mint Glazing team!

I had my patio sliding doors installed by Mint Glazing and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The installers only placed dust sheets on the floor and did not cover any furniture, plants, or surfaces in the room. As a result, construction dust spread throughout the living room and settled on everything including the sofa, beanbag, plants, bookshelf, and other furnishings. When I raised this concern with the installers, one of them responded with a dismissive attitude, asked me what my problem was as they had covered the floor, and said they would clean afterwards. While they did attempt to tidy up, the amount of dust created during the work was significant and the cleaning carried out was not sufficient. Dust remains embedded in fabrics and across multiple surfaces in the room. Whilst one of the installers apologised, the other was extremely unprofessional. I would have expected a professional installation company to properly protect the space before starting work, particularly when removing and installing large glass doors that create substantial dust. In addition, after I raised the concern, my partner returned home and overheard members of the installation team speaking negatively about me because I had raised the issue. That behaviour was unprofessional and not acceptable. Overall the installation process lacked the level of care and professionalism I would expect when work is being carried out inside someone’s home. Follow up to Nathan's response: The picture of the shelf, as well as the white table with the dust were taken after the cleaning and installation had been completed and the workers had left my flat. If I could upload a video of the dust that emerges when I hit my sofa, cushions and when I shook my blanket, I would. Furthermore, the manner in which one of the workers spoke to me directly, as well as the way I was spoken about outside of my building in a public space, which my partner overheard, was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. This behaviour fell well below the standard of professionalism I would expect when addressing a customer and discussing matters related to my home. Update – 14 May 2026: My landlord has since informed me that the cleaning company sent to our flat following the installation was arranged and paid for by Mint Glazing, which I appreciate and feel is important to acknowledge. In light of this, I have updated my original one-star review. Whilst I remain unhappy with the level of dust created during the installation, the manner in which concerns were handled at the time, and the unprofessional comments later overheard by my partner, I do want to fairly acknowledge that the company did contribute towards resolving the aftermath by arranging professional cleaning.

I wanted to get a new window that opened on both sides and got a quote visit very promptly. The options were explained clearly (no 'selling' just explaining) and my new window was installed within just a few weeks. The price was far more reasonable that the quote (very hard sell speech!) I'd had from one of the big glazing companies - actually about a third of their price. The person who put my window in did a very fast and tidy job and even stayed to make sure I could open and close the window safely and easily. I'm really happy with the price, product and customer service from this company and will use them again for further projects.

Mint have provided a quick efficient service on the 2 occasions in the last few years where we have needed replacement glass units for our conservatory and house. Fairly priced and fitted without fuss. I definitely recommend their products and services.

Our experience with Nathan and the mint glazing team was fantastic. Well priced, quick availability, fantastic work and a seamless experience. Would Highly recommend.

Moved into a new property last week, so as I’m sure you could imagine needed quite a lot of work doing. 10 new windows, 2 new doors and all locks changed. Dealt with a pleasant chap called Nathan for the quotations, before his team popped over to get all work completed at short notice. Would highly recommend the Mint team 👍

Really happy with the work done. Nice team who made sure I knew what was needed and why. Happy to answer questions and work around my schedule. Quality is great and communication has been really good during whole process. I would highly recommend and will be using them again for my next glazing project. Thank you all!

I have recently had Mint Glazing out to my home in Poole, to replace some tired, old wooden windows and also replace some blown double glazing. The whole experience was pleasant from quoting to installation. Dealing with Nathan was a pleasure and was extremely easy to understand his detailed quote and also his brief on how the job would be planned out. The fitting team, was extremely polite, professional and tidy. It was an absolute pleasure to have the 2 guys in my home doing the work. It was actually quite refreshing after dealing with some other well known companies in the area who wasn’t interested in the job. I would highly recommend Mint Glazing, Nathan and his team to anyone wanting: new windows and doors, or any window/door repairs. They are highly equipped to tackle any task! Thanks again Nathan, will definitely use you again in the future!

Very happy with service provided. We had a sealed unit replaced and the qoute we received for the work was the best of any in the area. Fast friendly customer service and a quick tidy job done by install team. We would recommend this company to all. Thanks to all at Mint.

We recently had all the windows in our house replaced by Mint Glazing and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The installers arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. Replacing a full house of windows could have been very disruptive, but they made the process feel easy and stress-free. The quality of the windows themselves is fantastic — they look great and have already made a noticeable difference in insulation and noise reduction. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the care they took with our home. They made sure every window was fitted perfectly and took the time to check everything before finishing. I would highly recommend Mint Glazing to anyone considering new windows or doors. Great service, great workmanship, and a great result. Five stars all the way! A big thank you to the team Barry, Darren and Allen. I will definitely be recommending. Best regards Cameron and Lucy

Can't recommend highly enough. Replaced all our windows,.front and back doors. Tidy, friendly and efficient. Good value too. Thanks Mint!

I only had a small job to replace a couple of broken window handles. The 2 guys from Mint Glazing were quick and efficient. The invoice matched the quote. I can't rate them high enough!

Used Mint Glazing to remove set of bi fold doors and install new set. The team arrived at agreed time and completed the task in half a day. All work carried out in a professional manner and site left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Mint Glazing for similar work.

Fantastic service by Mint Glazing - from the speedy response to my Checkatrade request, to coming out promptly to provide a quote, to the final seamless work, I couldn’t be happier. Very professional, tidy and clean. My windows now fit like they should and there's no draught! Thank you Mint Glazing - I cannot recommend you highly enough.

An excellent service from start to finish. I needed 4 glazed units replacing as they had misted and a single pane of cracked glass changing. This was all done for a very reasonable cost and to a very high standard by Nathan and the fitting team.

Had French doors fitted, after a slight accident with our patio door. Was really impressed with the fitters and service provided by Nathan and the team, decided to get the lounge window done as well. Brilliant service, the fitters even took time to make friends with the dog. The window and french door look amazing and had great communication from start to finish. The fitters left everything neat and tidy and their attention to detail was excellent. Highly recommend Nathan and the team. 5 stars is not enough....

Excellent service from start to Finnish, good communication, job completed quickly, meticulous attention to detail with high quality products.would highly recommend

Super impressed by the team at Mint Glazing. Fitted new French doors for us recently and they managed to sort our slightly odd request for a cat /rabbit flap. The animals are living their best lives with their new found freedom! Great service, attention to detail and just really nice guys, Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic service from Mint Glazing when we really needed it. Having returned from a week away we found our rear French doors had been compromised following a break in. Nathan attended in the early hours of the morning to secure the doors temporarily. He quoted us the next day for replacement glazing and suggested a more secure spec to prevent this happening again. He then returned just a few days later to install the new glass. We couldn’t fault this company!

Had a new front door and windows replaced and wow what service. The windows and doors look amazing, communication was great and the fitters were so neat and tidy. Highly recommend

Mint Glazing - experts in their field! The team were prompt, reliable and a pleasure to have on site. They worked efficiently while keeping everything tidy and well-organised throughout the job. Their friendliness and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would strongly recommend Mint Glazing. 5*

We recently had a new front door and several windows fitted by Nathan from Mint Glazing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was excellent — professional, friendly, and efficient. Nathan clearly takes pride in his work, and the quality of the installation speaks for itself. Everything was done on time, with great attention to detail, and the area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended if you're looking for reliable, high-quality glazing work!

Nathan came out to my house and measured up for several windows due to the blown seals. Contacted me to arrange fitting as soon as the new units arrived. On the day of the fitting the boys were very polite and their work was of great quality and very efficient. All expertly completed and tidied up within a couple of hours. Great job. I highly recommend Nathan and his team.

Used Mint Glazing for a home repair and now a work repair. Excellent company and great communication throughout, would highly recommend.

There when you need them. A storm broke one of our windows, I rang these guys and was given a quote on the phone, the guys where there within the hour, window fixed half an hour later. They were friendly and professional, brilliant service.

I received quotes from a handful of companies to get a large downstairs window replaced. Mint Glazing provided the best quote & provided an excellent service.
