Couldn't be more happy with the service he provided for my Daughter. She got up yesterday and the boiler wasn't working. I phoned numerous boiler repair firms with no luck, but thankfully got Jeff's number. He contacted my Daughter straight away and went through the fault with her. Jeff called around seen what the problem was then went and got A replacement fan for the boiler. it was now tea time but Jeff worked on and got the boiler back working, brilliant. my Daughter was delighted, she thought we wouldn't get hold of anyone to come out as it was the beginning of the weekend she was so relieved, nice one Jeff. Definitely recommend Jeff to anyone, a smashing man. Very disappointing experience. I paid the agreed amount for the engineer to attend and service the boiler. He sent me a photograph of a Gas Installation/Safety Record stating that the boiler had been serviced, the installation was satisfactory and the safety controls were working. However, he left the property with the boiler still not working and abandoning the job. When I asked what fault he had diagnosed, he refused to tell me unless I paid more money upfront. I was therefore left with a non-working boiler, no clear diagnosis, no explanation of what further work was required and no proper opportunity to consider a written repair quotation before paying again. Based on this i would not recommend using this man.

After two years of dealing with a broken boiler Geoff was quick to respond when our boiler finally gave in. I contacted Geoff on a Friday evening desperate to have someone look at the central heating boiler at a house in Wavertree, L15, which was providing hot water and no heat. He arrived within the hour. Unfortunately, the boiler needed a part he didn't have so couldn't be fixed that evening, but he was back the next day with the required part to fix it. Very efficient and friendly service. Came home from weekend away on a Sunday evening to a broken combi boiler, no water and heating. Geoff was kind enough to come out within the hour to take a look. Unfortunately boiler was beyond repair ( it's old ) but he did manage to get it going for hot water. He then re arranged his diary to prioritise fitting a new boiler for us the next day, which he duly did. Geoff is a legend! I had an issue with a previous heating engineer and he was trying to charge me £3-4k to install a new boiler. I called Geoff and after inspection said it could be repaired. He sources the parts and fixed the boiler for a fraction of the cost. Gas Safe, all good. He also found a leak behind a newly fitted kitchen and managed to fix that too without any damage to the kitchen units. That's why Geoff is a legend. F9 Glow Worm fault code and F14 flexicom 30 cx was flashing on my broken boiler. We had no hot water and no central heating, we called Response boiler repair and we had a gas boiler repair engineer arrived on the same day. Exceptional and Swift Service My recent experience with Geoff was nothing short of excellent. Over the years I've had my boiler serviced, replaced and a leaky shower fixed. His swift and skilled approach made the experience significantly better. Having my boiler replaced in just one day was brilliant. It greatly minimised the downtime I had to endure, saving me considerable stress and discomfort. This is a testament to his expertise and ability to deliver reliable, quick solutions when needed. In addition to the boiler, he repaired my leaking shower. He managed to find a nearly identical replacement unit to the original. This ensured the continuity of my bathroom's aesthetic and saved me the worry of having a noticeably different fixture. Beyond his technical skills, what impressed me most was his pleasant personality. He was always friendly and approachable throughout the service period. He's been my go-to plumber because of the level of trust and rapport we've established over the years. I am thoroughly satisfied with the services provided. Geoff came out the same day for a central heating boiler emergency ,no heat or hot water,found the fault,ordered the part and repaired the next day.Great communication ,kept me up to date all way,very friendly,reliable and knows his stuff. Prompt, friendly and efficient service. Geoff has carried out repairs and servicing to the boiler so that the central heating works really well. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable about all aspects of gas and heating work. He's also fitted a shower for me - he's handy to know and prices are reasonable

Geoff is always fantastic. He came at very short notice, and really got me out of a pickle. There's no nonsense or trouble; just gets the job done so you can get on with something else! Used a few times already, and will use again in the future.
