Really recommend TH Williams Plumbing and Heating Ltd, had a problem with toilet cistern, phoned Terry explained situation, he was at the house, responded quickly and identified the problem, the price was very reasonable, a bit nervous at first because I had never used this company before, But Terry was very professional and reassured me, he explained what the problem was, and any questions he answered me, I added on 2 more jobs, shower heads and toilet seat, which was included in the price, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family,

Fantastic speedy response from Terry to get a CP12 done for our property last minute. Kept well informed throughout - thank you!

Very happy with job done, we had our washing machine plumbed in and it’s working great. Thank you Terry! Best pricing we found too out of every company we got a quote from.

Terry recently relocated the boiler in my daughter’s house and also made an emergency call out when she discovered an unrelated leak in the kitchen. He and Jake were professional, helpful and knowledgeable - would highly recommend Terry and he’s definitely in my phone contacts now for when we need a plumber. Thanks Terry & Jake

Work is always done to the highest standard and everything left clean and tidy! I am more than happy to recommend them with complete confidence! Margaret , ROBY RD

TH Williams has completed a number of boiler and plumbing repairs for me now, and they are consistently excellent. Their team is professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They always diagnose the issue quickly, explain the fix clearly, and leave the workspace spotless. It is rare to find a company this reliable and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or heating work!

Very quick efficient and knowledgeable fixed my toilet flush in record time. Would recommend and use again

Installed new Combi Boiler, in Fazakerly Liverpool . Totally happy with the service!!!!! Very Professional

I can not recommend THWilliams enough. The call was picked up, and Terry asked a few investigative questions, and a request for photos to be sent. I got a reply 5 minutes after sending the photos, with an action plan, cost, and dates/times. Proactive and helpful communication. Appointment made for the following afternoon. Prompt, with updates in the morning. Straight to it, with fill-valve, siphon and pipe replaced within an hour. Tips and advice given, no mess left. Impeccable- prompt, professional, polite. And very helpful. No question, THWilliams is now my go-to plumber.

Absolutely great service!! Really efficient and knowledgable.

The lads have just replaced a ballcock valve for me, two nice bloke's and sorted job quickly, well pleased with work done 😊😊

Fantastic service from Terry. Professional efficient friendly thorough and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Terry I’ve a list of jobs I’ll be in touch with 👍

Our central heating system needed a whole new boiler replacement and fitting at just about the coldest point of the winter. T H Williams provided by far the most competitive and very, very reasonable quote for the work. The installation into a large property was completed within three days of continuous work. Subsequently, the system is running perfectly and efficiently, with the added warranty providing extra reassurance. Terry and Jake were great company to have around as they worked and nothing was too much trouble when it came to explanations of the new system and also very helpful advice regarding possible follow-on work and maintenance. I would highly recommend them!

From the moment I reached out to the team at THW plumbing, they were nothing but great. I contacted them to replace an old radiator and was able to get the job fully quoted over WhatsApp, which was perfect for me. We arranged a date and Terry messaged the night before to confirm. Jake turned up very punctual and completed the job without any fuss or mess! I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs and hopefully they’ll be fitting our new bathroom!

Really happy with the new radiator - I'd recommend and will be in touch again for any other work.

Excellent boiler service. Everything was checked thoroughly and left clean and tidy. It’s reassuring to know the boiler is running safely and efficiently. Would definitely use again.

Phoned Terry to replace a shower unit. Great guy, friendly and professional. He booked an appointment which was convenient for me as well him. He arrived on the day having phoned in advance. All these ‘little’ things make such a difference. He quoted a price AND kept to it. Tidied up and ensured I was ok working the unit. Absolutely perfect experience and a pleasure to deal. Would 100% recommend him for any plumbing jobs. Thanks Terry.

We’ve engaged Terry to do a couple of different jobs for us over the last few years and have never had an issue with the work done. He’s tidy, reliable and honest. Would recommend Terry!

Needed a new boiler, Terry came out and help us choose the right boiler for our needs, gave us a couple of prices .after two days Rob came to install the new boiler he was very good, fitted new boiler in one day no problems clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new boiler. Very happy excellente service.

Liverpool - New boiler and relocation in bathroom, job completed in 2 days. TBH, I was dreading all the mess, but I couldn't recommend Terry and Jake more! Reliable, told me of any issues and quickly sorted them, clean, and tidy, all at a competitive price. Excellent service and very happy.

Had a new garden tap installed today along with a boiler check and service. We've had Terry out a couple of times now and as usual he did a top-notch job. The new tap looks boss and he set my mind at ease over our combi boiler losing pressure occasionally. Very happy with the work done (as I have also been with our past couple of call-outs) and I genuinely appreciated the conversation throughout, which is saying a lot as I'm generally rubbish with people mostly! I fully recommend Terry and his company to all. Thanks again!

Terry came out on the day he promised and on time. Priced up the work and said it could range from X amount to X amount depending what work needed doing. He carried out the work and I gave him money for the higher price thinking it was going to require that amount of work but couldn't fault Terry. 1000% honesty from the man who refunded me the difference. Will definitely be recommending Terry to friends and family and also be using him again in future.

Got in contact with Terry as my shower broke. He came out the same day and figured out the issue. He got in contact with the shower company and managed to sort the pieces we need. He was honest and very reliable when advising me about the problems with the shower and cost. As soon as the parts arrived he sorted out a day to fix and managed to get it all up and running. Would highly recommend and any issues in the future will certainly go back

I had T H Williams come and source, replace and remove a bath at my house. From first contact to completing the job, they were 100% professional. They turned up on time when they said they would and were very thorough and friendly. The job was completed to a very high standard and for a competitive price. Everything was left tidy and clean at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend T H Williams Plumbing and Heating LTD to anyone.

We had a bathroom leak. Terry and Jake squeezed us in that weekend. They showed us what the problem was, gave us options to fix it with clear pricing and sorted it out in no time. They were professional, friendly and tidied up after themselves. We got them back again this week to replace the soil stack. Again, they fitted in around our schedule, gave clear pricing and got the job done. They even fixed another looming issue while they were at it. When we told him we were planning a bathroom revamp he took the time to give his advice and left us with brochures for inspiration. I'd definitely recommend TH Williams.

Everything you want from a good tradesperson! Reliable, honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Terry and his colleague have done a few jobs for us, all of which well priced, done to a top standard, on time and good communication throughout, cleaned up afterwards and just a friendly guy to have in the house 👍 the only plumber you need in your contact list.

I cannot fault these guys one tiny bit. He'd kept my old boiler going for a few years longer than it should have but eventually it had to go. He gave us a quote for various boilers with a range of warranty's and explained it to me in simple terms. I got quotes from other companies but T H Williams was the best deal and a decent price. We wanted it moving from the kitchen to the loft and they were happy to do it. They were able to do it within a few days of me saying yes. They got stuck in early morning and were finished early evening the same day and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. From day one I knew I had chosen a good honest gas engineer and I would happily recommend him to everyone. Thanks Terry and Jake 👍

He cleaned up afterwards and is very pleasant and polite to have around the house. I would highly recommend his services and I will certainly use TH Williams Plumbing in the future. Thank you Terry.

Very polite and professional. Strongly recommend!!!!

Terry did a fantastic job installing a full central heating system, boiler and 10 heavy column radiators. Terry also did a number of other plumbing jobs for us. The install was a big job, complicated by the fact that we had other trades in who Terry was happy to liaise with. Terry provided a very detailed and comprehensive quote. He's a good guy and his work is to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Terry made himself available very quickly, and his work was excellent, very clean and tidy, and a fair price. I can't recommend him highly enough. Very affable too.

I recently had my boiler serviced and some necessary repairs done to my radiators, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Terry and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and extensive knowledge throughout the process. They took the time to explain each step of the work in simple terms, ensuring that I understood what was happening. The quality of their service was truly commendable, and I have no hesitation in recommending Terry and his team for any boiler servicing or repairs. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction make them stand out in their field

Brilliant service and pricing overall. Terry was very quick to respond to our request of fault finding and repairing our boiler. We requested the quote late at night so his quick response was very helpful and put us at ease. He arrived when he said he would, was very informative and understanding throughout, and was willing to work into the evening to ensure our boiler was working again. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Fixed fault with our boiler, as we had no heating or hot water. Terry came out promptly, was reasonably priced and managed to fix the issue without any additional parts required. Really happy with service would use again.

We contacted T H Williams plumbing and heating as we wanted a quote for a new boiler. Terry came out the following day and gave us a really competitive quote and explained everything that would be carried out on the day of the installation. On the day they put floor coverings all the way through the house and were very clean and tidy throughout. We are really happy with the new boiler and would highly recommend

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Cheap price and done everything I asked on time. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service TH Williams again 😁 We have been using terry and the team for a couple of years. They are always on time and there work is exceptional. Thank you for all your hard work.

We got Terrys name and details from check a trade, for a boiler repair. We had a very fast response from him, coming out that same day and giving us the diagnosis of what was wrong with the boiler. We had to wait a day for parts, but he kept us fully informed and on the day of the repair was on time. He did an excellent job and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely call him again!
