⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Appliance Repairs Direct highly enough. I contacted them with a leaking dishwasher and sent over a few photos of the problem. Rather than simply selling me parts or booking me in for a repair, they took the time to diagnose a couple of possible faults and talked me through what to look for. One of their suggestions turned out to be the issue, and I was able to fix the leak myself without needing any new parts or paying for a call-out. In a world where it would have been easy to recommend unnecessary work, their honesty and integrity really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely wants to help rather than make a quick sale. I’ll definitely be using Appliance Repairs Direct for any future appliance problems and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable advice and repairs.

Great service, punctual and a nice guy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and call again for future jobs.

Excellent service.

Contacted Ian about my baumatic dishwasher that had decided to dump water exactly 3 years and 1 day after we bought it! He was busy so could only come out a week later - no problem; its hardly something you can hold against a person if they are busy! Arranged for him to come out the next friday and as promised, he did. Calling to check he was still needed before travelling over and confirming we were in. Within seconds of looking at the dishwasher he knew the fault and set about fixing it. 30-60 minutes later, job done for the call out fee plus a nominal part cost. I have a baumatic dishwasher that was £250/260 - so deciding whether to call someone out or buy new was a balancing act. Some companies wanted £120 fixed price to look at and fix or say they couldn't. Fine for a £450 Neff, but not for me not having a clue if it was repairable or not - I simply cannot afford that then still having to replace. Ian was the solution I needed... His number is now saved in my phone for any future issues.... although I hope not to need him for a few years yet!

Excellent service recommended to anyone genuinely a good guy

I had an issue with my washer dryer and ian fixed it on the same day. I thought it would be expensive but he fixed it without any parts and on the same day. Thank you

My oven decided to stop working, with the current climate I couldn't afford a new one, I found this company and they come out to WA9 area quite fast, oven repaired and back to cooking in no time, if your needing any sort of repair appliance direct repairs will not rip you off, will call again with any future appliance issues

Had an issue with washing machine and from first contact to repair that guy was very professional. Got the job sorted with little mess and on time. Would recommend and definitely use again. Thanks

Spot on service, quick and cheaper than other quotes plus great customer service. Cooker was iffy and didnt take the engineer long to sort out. Would defo use again and recommend.

Nice friendly and professional quick response repaired at best price would recomend

After being quoted a ridiculous price from a different company, the engineer came, took one look and knew what to do. He fitted the new part, no problem and works like brand new. Dead friendly, and great service.
