Feel The Heat's Steve was able to come to my home and replace a gas hob within a couple of days of me contacting him, arriving on the day and at the time we had arranged. He was friendly and polite while in my home, completing the work for the price quoted, and left no mess for me to clean up afterwards. It's now been a couple of weeks since he did this job and I've had no problems since then and feel confident that he replaced my gas hob safely.

Top fella, came out asap with fair and reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone.

If you're reading this then you're probably looking for a boiler guy and I can't recommend Ste enough. My boiler of almost 20 yrs started leaking and could no longer be fixed, so from a recommendation off my next door neighbour my husband contacted Ste and he came out same day, had a go himself at fixing it (it really was beyond repair) then quoted us a very fair price for a new one, and today (within a week) he has been and installed our new boiler, plus a few new radiator valves I wanted, and we're absolutely delighted, so I'm recommending him to you like he was recommended to us. Very experienced, hard working, genuinely nice guy who deserves your business. We'll be getting Ste to do our annual services for sure 💯🤩

Rang up ste at feel the heat Monday morning, regarding my broken boiler, he came out later in the afternoon, 30 minutes later boiler up and running, kept me Informed on what was broken and how much to fix, very reasonable price, it's nice to find someone reliable and knows his job.

I had a good experience with this engineer and would happily recommend him. He responded very quickly to my enquiry and was able to offer a clear ETA for the very next day, which was really helpful when our boiler was playing up. The callout fee was £140, which is a bit higher than some others I’d seen locally, but it did include his time, diagnosis, and labour. In the end, he identified the issue properly, cleaned the system, and replaced the flame sensor (about £25 for the part), bringing the total to £165. Most importantly, he fixed the problem — the boiler has been working well since, and he explained things clearly without pushing unnecessary work. Overall, I was happy with the service and would use him again.

This heating engineer, Ste, I really highly recommend. It's always a gamble using someone you have found on the Internet but he had 153 reviews and had a rating of 5 stars. From the start there was good communication, he turned up as promised, diagnosed the issues with the boiler and fixed it straight off fitting new parts. Price charged was more than fair. Having spoken to him, he has many years experience as a gas engineer and he seems a sound bloke to boot. He gets my 5 stars with no hesitation.

I have a few rental properties, so i had met quite a numbers of gas engineers, most of them were only around average in ratting. So i was going to give Feel The Heat Ltd a try, I had got in touch with Mr Stephen Rees who's the boss and the engineer, with such a quick respond he was offering he could come straight out on that night, cause it's not urgent so i had make an arrangement 2 days later. He had turned up on time and did the checking, so the result had come out with a faulty pump, luckily he had the part in his van so he could replace it and also did a service and safety check as well free of charge. Friendly , reasonable price, fast responding Well recommend

First plumber gave us a quote of nearly3K to replace our boiler which Ste said might just need a service,so we asked him to go ahead and service our boiler which he told us still had plenty of life in it . Nice man and honestly could not recommend highly enough , needed a new valve which he did not have on his van but he drove home and returned to fit .£90 all in ! Including the service .

Ste visited at the arranged time to check my gas fire. Although it was not repairable, I have no hesitation in recommending Ste. He was very thorough, and clearly explained the reasons for not being able to repair the fire. He cleaned up the area and replaced all of the fire components - it looked like he was never there! Ste attended my daughters home in Wavertree to look at her central heating boiler that was not providing heat only hot water. He called in and spent a good 30 minutes checking the boiler with NO charge. A few days later he was able to come back and fix the boiler at a very reasonable charge. Interestingly a couple of other gas engineers said they couldn’t repair the boiler and said a new boiler was needed at £1600 plus! Thanks Ste a good honest and excellent gas engineer.Firmly recommended.

Enquired through local heroes for a heating engineer as I couldn't build the pressure in my boiler and no heating or hot water, Ste contacted me he came out the same afternoon he said the pipes were frozen, he got the boiler working after a lot of perseverance and didnt leave until I had heat he couldn't do anything about the pipes until I had heat in the house so hopefully with the heat the pipes will thaw, highly recommended I would use him again.

Everything was carried out on the job as agreed and Steve offered his own suggestions on which combi boiler to choose based on performance and price always looking to get us the best of both.Steve even went above and beyond removing redundant pipework. Ste came out on a Saturday to fix my elderly dad’s heating. He managed to source the part needed and fit it the same day to ensure my dad had the hot water & heating he needed. Brilliant service, would highly recommend.

I just want to share my reviews about my boiler. I had one feeling come out and told me what was wrong with my boiler which was dripping and said it was the filling loop that needed replacing asap but never did returned back or my calls. This team 'Feel the heat' came out to look at the boiler to tell me something completely different from the first guy but good enough he went and got the part to turn back the same day and fit it, which I'm extremely greatful that it's now fixed and no more emptying buckets. I will definitely be using them again if I have any trouble. Thank you so much for your time.

Steve was brilliant! He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came and fixed our boiler the next morning. Great to have hot water again. Lovely guy ..no messing about. Job done!

I got in touch with this company because I felt like I needed a second opinion on my boiler and I'm very glad I did. I was told by a previous engineer that I needed a new boiler but after Steve from feel the heat gave it a once over he informed me all I needed was a new manifold thus saving me a potential few grand. After four plumbers didn’t turn up, got this fellas number off a neighbour who has the same boiler. Called him and he was there the next day on time. Proper uniform and van. Ex British Gas engineer. Got it sorted at a decent price. No call out fee just parts and labour. Straightforward no nonsense. 👍👍

They were a lifesaver! The best boiler engineer in Liverpool! Our house was without heating and hot water for 2 weeks due to the previous engineer saying he was going to fix it every day but never showed up, when our landlord wrote him and explained that we had small children and that everyone in the house got sick he immediately came to our house and fix it in 25 minutes. NOTE: it was 7 p.m. which was after his open hours. Highly Professional and caring! Thank you

Fast to respond to (burst radiator pipe) done a service on our boiler aswell. We have asked for a quote for a few more things (radiator replacement etc) honest tradesman. We have had a few high quotes from couple of companies and independant tradesmen. Would highly recommend👍🏼

I can't recommend Steve highly enough. After a disastrous leak due to an exploding expansion tank we called Feel The Heat. Steve came out to the house on Sunday morning to help fix the problem. On delivery of a part the following day he was back at the house to fit it. Really grateful for his quick response and professionalism.

Cannot thank Steve enough. Boiler broke down NYE. Found it really difficult to get anyone out to look at boiler once we gave the make/model. My boiler broke down December 10. Steve responded quickly and jumped through hoops to get us back with heat and water. He's very trustworthy, reasonably priced and has great customer care. I would highly recommend him.

My boiler kept tripping at the main fuse board when it was switched on.The electrician stated the boiler was the fault. Called Stephen and he arranged to come around. He got the boiler working without tripping and confirmed there was no issues with the boiler. After he left the boiler tripped again. I called him and he came around straight away. Stephen brought a new mother board but before just instead of installing it and charging me for it he was adament the boiler was fine. He established the switches connected to the boiler were the issue and the electrician would need to resolve this issue which would stop the boiler tripping out. Stephen advised me not to use certain switches in the house which caused the boiler to trip. I now have a working boiler during these cold nights. Once the electrician comes the issue should be resolved. Stephen was honest persisted in resolving my issue and helping me. Thank you. Would higher recommend Stephen.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, Ste knows what he's talking about, he is 100% professional, honest and transparent. Fixed my boiler issues the same day. This is the 2nd time I've used Ste for various jobs. It's been a pleasure and cheap too! Ste knows what customer service is all about, much better then the service I was getting from my British Gas Homecare cover. I cannot fault him or recommend him enough.

Stev, provided an excellent service when my elderly fathers boiler broke down . He arrived at short notice and alerted my dad to a problem with his gas meter, he then went the extra mile by calling the gas provider and arranging for an emergency engineer to come out that evening to fix the problem. The following morning Stev was back to give my dads boiler a full service so he is now lovely and warm again. Stev provided excellent value for money and he is now our ‘go to’ plumber. Steve has done a few jobs for me now as quality neat trustworthy tradesmen are hard to find. From a new boiler to a leak coming through my hall ceiling. He quickly traced the leak and sorted it with little fuss and mess. He’s one of the good ones and I would recommend him to anyone.
