Lee seems like a nice bloke, but unfortunately the job was executed really poorly. He quoted us for removing the carpet and replacing it with laminate. When he visited/inspected the house, though, he didn't realise that one one the rooms didn't have any skirting. So, he never fitted any beading/skirting there. The beading in the living room was also not cut well and not attached to the skirting properly. When removing the carpet near the chimney hearths, he left two gaps – and again, didn't put any skirting where there used to be a cabinet. The floor in parts of the living room is also uneven. Finally, he left the step between living/kitchen unfinished – saying that, if I wanted, I could buy some self adhesive angle and fit it myself. Tried to contact him a few times to come back and finish the job. Lee wasn't very responsive at first and eventually never got back to me.
Lee seems like a really nice guy, but unfortunately the work carried out by his team was not good. Work started 3 days late, and then the job was rushed. The screed wasn’t done well, so we now have various (visible) lumps under the floor. They fitted skirting board upside down. They managed to get glue all over our (newly painted) walls and doors (and we had it oozing out of the tiles for weeks afterwards). There’s gaps between planks that now need sealing. We have a number of planks that are now lifting – and a hole where the flooring meets the stairs. They also completely butchered our (brand new) kitchen kick plates (although Lee has covered the cost of replacements). We barely saw Lee himself throughout the job. To make up for lost time at the start of the week, his team had to work on a Saturday morning – and spent the entire time moaning about not wanting to be there (not something a customer wants to hear – particularly when it wasn’t our fault the job was running late, and we’d spent a lot of money for them to be there at all). The last we saw of them was in September. We chased Lee for 2 months. Although very apologetic - and despite various promises to attend to fix things - the work remains unfinished. We’ve heard nothing from him since November. We chose this company due to their excellent online reviews, so I'm not sure quite what went wrong here, but we're now having to pay someone else to complete the work.
Lee and the team done a great job turning around flooring, both carpet and vinyl, in an apartment that very much needed it They worked efficiently and were reasonably priced I'd recommend using them for your flooring needs

The guys from LPH fitted carpet across the first floor of my property. They did a fantastic job and I would strongly reccomend them. They were very professional and their prices were very reasonable.

Lee is such a lovely, helpful and professional guy. He’s done a brilliant job laying a super toe-curly carpet in the room I’ve just decorated. Will definitely be asking him back as I go through decorating the rest of the house. Have recommended to my parents and would highly recommend to anyone else!
I had seen Lees work previously and had no hesitation on asking him to come around and give me a quote for my stairs and entrance, he arrived on time with some sample books, and while my wife and I flicked through the books he measured up. Within a week the carpet was layed and we're delighted, Lee and his brother were very respectful of our house and cleared up when finished. I can't recommend them enough.

They were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, with them navigating their way up to my 1st floor apartment by unrolling the carpet to get it past the corners. Job done quick and efficiently and Lee even said he'd come back and put in an extra door bar in the future if needed. I will definitely use again.

This company is amazing! After seeing the work they did at my daughters house I had no hesitation in asking these people to do some work at my house as they were so good. They arrived on time and were also polite and courteous as well and nothing was too much of an effort. There was no faffing about and no corners cut or cut wrong as you could say!!! I'm planning on having more work done and will most definitely be calling these lovely people out to do the job.
Lee and his brother have installed Amtico flooring in my home with high quality. They have done fantastic job.Finishing is very good. They are very punctual and very responsive. I will definitely take Lee and his brother help for my future flooring work if required.
