Very good experience from start to finish. I had tried several places to get quotes but it serms companies dont want to work around furniture but when you only have a 1 bed flat, where does it go! Carpets 4 U was recommended by a work colleague. Holly was extremely proficient and accommodating. She brought enough samples to choose from and covered wide variety. Gary the fitter was also very conscientious, did an excellent job of laminating one room and laying vinyl in another 2 rooms. He worked around and moved furniture as necessary. I cant comment on value for money as i never found anyone willing to quote but i am happy with what i paid. Highly recommend.

Needed some new carpet on the stairs in my home, spoke to Holly at Carpets4u, was super easy to discuss options, pricing is very fair and booking in to get the work done was also stress free. The fitting team turned up on time, removed the old carpet and mess, fitted the new carpet and answered any questions I had. Top service all round! A very professional service from Holly and her team. It was ideal as Holly visited us at home with carpet samples which made it very easy for us. She was polite and accommodating, kept in touch with what was happening through the process, which was very quick - from ordering to laying the carpet. When the team came to lay the carpet they did an excellent job, were very friendly, quick and neat and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again.

We had new stair carpet fitted 2 weeks ago. It was a very hot day but the fitter was brilliant just got on with the job. We had a striped carpet. Holly did inform us that because the stairs bend round it might not be possible to get the stripes to line up on the first two stairs. However the fitter has lined up the strips on these two stairs. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended Holly and her team.

Excellent service from start to finish. It was obvious Holly is an expert at this carpet lark and gave invaluable advice. Her fitters were too, they moved furniture as needed and accommodated wires between battens under the carpet so no unsightly leads running round the room. What a great job the carpet looks great.
I thought Holly and her team of fitters were excellant. I had several rooms that needed new flooring and Holly came and went through different options, and it was decided that the living room and bedroom would be carpeted, the hall laminated and vinyl in the kitchen. The team of fitters arrived and carpeted the living room and bedroom one day and came again four days later to laminate hall and lay vinyl in the kitchen. Holly, Gary, Ross and Cliff were all very polite, professional and accomadating especially as I have 3 cats that needed to be kept under control. Excellant service, would recommend to anyone who wants new flooring!

Generally great! I can't believe however you can fit a whole bedroom carpet so quickly, and perfectly - can't find a single problem with it (not even a single scratch on the newly painted skirting board!)
Holly whom we have used over the years came round with her samples and had a good chat with Barbara, measure the bedroom and discussed carpet and underlay after choosing a date for laying carpet was agreed. Carpet laying time confirmed the day before laying. The two fitters were brilliant first class job the room looks transformed, can't thank them enough for the help they gave me with the large heavy bed. They cleaned up and left the old carpet and remnants in my Skip great job done. So thanks one an all for another excellent job from Holly and her team.

Refund was simple and easy. Holly's dad came and gave us a quote for laminate flooring which we initially accepted and paid a deposit but then after further consideration my wife and I felt we were not quite ready for the work to go ahead. I’ve used Carpets 4 U Ltd a few times on various properties I’ve owned for both carpet and vinyl. They offer a good selection and it’s very convenient when they come to your house with large samples so you can test shades in your own property. The floorings are all very reasonably priced as you’re cutting out shop prices. Their customer service is excellent. I recently had an incidence where my puppy chewed a hole in the stair carpet. Luckily I had a remnant left over in the loft and they fitted the carpet free of charge - and fitted me in before Xmas. Always helpful and the fitters are always very courteous. I would highly recommend.

Lounge and dining room carpets laid, bathroom vinyl replaced. Began with Holly visiting, options discussed. No pressure just helpful. Decision made, order placed. Date arranged to fit. Forward two weeks three fitters arrived fitted the lounge carpet in about an hour. All rubbish removed carpet vacuumed. Two days later two fitters arrived (fitting split at my request). A fiddly job in both rooms with many cuts took about two hours. Again, all rubbish cleared and vacuumed. Interactions with the staff were pleasant the fitters were helpful and cheerful and willing to help move items of furniture that I couldn't. The fitters are company employees not independent/ self employed. Came across this company through a local magazine. I have not thought to Buy carpet this way. It is far more pleasant than traipsing around shops with staff interested in a sale but no knowledgeable of the product. Give it a go.

Guys were friendly and professional but needed a little prompt to remember to clean up their mess in adjoining rooms and still left scraps in the hallway. Overall mostly left in a good state but hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. Having said that - I’d still definitely use Holly and the team again.

Having used Holly before, she was my first choice when I urgently needed a carpet last week when moving. A phone call on the Monday, she came around at 7am on the Tuesday morning, carpet was picked and fitting took place at 8am on the Friday. Holly came round on a Saturday morning to measure up she was very friendly and professional we explained that we were going away and the room was being decorated while away and that i would need it fitted before we came back it was no problem she sorted out the date and contacted my decorators to fit it .Wow when we came back carpet looked amazing and the colour was great .Carpet was well fitted and the fitters cleaned up afterwards .Would recommend Holly and carpets 4 u if you are looking to replace your carpets

Carpets 4 U are a family owned and run business. Doug (Managing Director) is a lovely, salt of the earth guy and Holly (Director) is his daughter, who is equally lovely. I recently needed new carpets in my house and I saw carpets 4 u recommended highly on Facebook and so pursued a quote. Not only were all communications dealt with efficiently and professionally but the meeting with Holly was so relaxed and easy to go through our family needs. Then it was carpet installation time and within 2 hours the boys were done. I have a really beautiful hall stairs and landing carpet. Had laminate flooring laid yesterday, fitter turned up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, left all areas in a clean and tidy condition on completion. Very happy with finished job. I had mishap after the fitter left and damaged one of the planks, they came out today and took up a large section of the floor to replace the damaged plank. I would highly urge company to anyone looking for flooring to be laid they are reliable and have exceeded my expectations

Recently I encountered a minor issue, which was actually due to something on my end, not the installation. When I reached out to the company, they were incredibly helpful, sending someone out quickly to assess the problem. To my surprise, they carried out the repair at no extra charge, even though it wasn’t their responsibility.
