Carpets 4 U Ltd

A high quality carpet at a very keen price laid by a friendly expert who was happy to pause due to an unforeseen issue during the works what more could I ask. The result looks amazing

Thank you. So happy with the carpet and the mat. Something I wouldn't have thought of doing, saving me lots of money. As I'll be selling up soon. Great experience from start to finish. I'll be back when I get my new home

Recently appointed Carpets 4 U for the second time, to lay two carpets and wood laminate flooring in my new house. Once again was very pleased with all aspects of the service - communication, price, and finished results. Holly is wonderful - very approachable and decent. And her team of fitters are great. I’m really pleased with how it’s all turned out. Recommend this company.

Am so happy l chose Carpets 4 U Ltd. Holly was amazing not rushing me for a decision but giving good advice on which carpets to choose. The carpet fitters arrived on time and were very professional, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. I am so happy with my carpets and would thoroughly recommend this company if you want brilliant customer service.

We are so pleased with our new carpet. From initial contact with Holly who came to us with samples and provided excellent advice, to delivery and installation which was completed very quickly and the guys did an excellent job. we would highly recommend Carpets4u

We have had carpets put in place by Carpets 4 U twice over the last four years. They are always on time, very clear in communication, super organised and most importantly they always get the work done properly and well.

Great service from initial site visit to fitting. I would strongly recommend. 👍

Very good experience from start to finish. I had tried several places to get quotes but it serms companies dont want to work around furniture but when you only have a 1 bed flat, where does it go! Carpets 4 U was recommended by a work colleague. Holly was extremely proficient and accommodating. She brought enough samples to choose from and covered wide variety. Gary the fitter was also very conscientious, did an excellent job of laminating one room and laying vinyl in another 2 rooms. He worked around and moved furniture as necessary. I cant comment on value for money as i never found anyone willing to quote but i am happy with what i paid. Highly recommend.

Another excellent experience, plenty of choice, all very efficient and a good price. Very much recommended.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Would strongly recommend this company.

Needed some new carpet on the stairs in my home, spoke to Holly at Carpets4u, was super easy to discuss options, pricing is very fair and booking in to get the work done was also stress free. The fitting team turned up on time, removed the old carpet and mess, fitted the new carpet and answered any questions I had. Top service all round! If anyone is after new flooring would 100% recommend. Great work Carpets4u!!

A very professional service from Holly and her team. It was ideal as Holly visited us at home with carpet samples which made it very easy for us. She was polite and accommodating, kept in touch with what was happening through the process, which was very quick - from ordering to laying the carpet. When the team came to lay the carpet they did an excellent job, were very friendly, quick and neat and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again.

No hesitation in recommending this business. Holly took time to establish exactly what we needed and delivered everything as agreed. The fitters were polite, efficient and went above and beyond to make fitting easy for me. Great business.

This is the second time I have used this company. Lovely guys, arrived on time, very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Very helpful help and advice from holly and the fitters were very good and professional Reasonably priced and very pleased with carpet

The best service ever by the best team of professionals. Looks amazing and we were advised on the correct product expertly at the sales stage!

We recently used Carpets4u and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Holly was fantastic during the presales consultation — friendly, engaging, and genuinely helpful in guiding us through the options. She made the process feel easy and straightforward. On installation day, the fitters were absolute stars. They worked incredibly hard, even though it happened to be the hottest day of the year, and still delivered a great finish and in good time. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out. Highly recommended for both service and quality.

Second time I’ve used them and I would highly recommend. Holly is friendly and knowledgable. Smooth process from choosing to fitting. My carpets look amazing and superb quality. Fitters were friendly and professional did an excellent job and very tidy. Don’t hesitate to use carpets 4 u.

We had new stair carpet fitted 2 weeks ago. It was a very hot day but the fitter was brilliant just got on with the job. We had a striped carpet. Holly did inform us that because the stairs bend round it might not be possible to get the stripes to line up on the first two stairs. However the fitter has lined up the strips on these two stairs. Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended Holly and her team.

Lovely vinyl expertly laid - despite extreme heat. Friendly, cheerful, professional service.

I used Carpets4U for the first time and couldn’t be more thrilled. Four lovely guys arrived on Monday and laid carpets in the lounge, hall, stairs and landing. They did a fantastic job. The whole process was easy from ordering to paying. Holly and her father were so helpful. I really couldn’t rate this company higher. Absolutely great service, the fitters were amazing. I have already booked for them to come back to do the dining room. I would certainly always recommend Carpets4U to family and friends.

Holly was excellent from communication to going through the process and being flexible with my schedule! Gary and Ross were pleasant and got the new carpet all sorted within record time! Highly recommend! I discovered the company via an advert on Radio Jackie!

Excellent service from start to finish. It was obvious Holly is an expert at this carpet lark and gave invaluable advice. Her fitters were too, they moved furniture as needed and accommodated wires between battens under the carpet so no unsightly leads running round the room. What a great job the carpet looks great.

I thought Holly and her team of fitters were excellant. I had several rooms that needed new flooring and Holly came and went through different options, and it was decided that the living room and bedroom would be carpeted, the hall laminated and vinyl in the kitchen. The team of fitters arrived and carpeted the living room and bedroom one day and came again four days later to laminate hall and lay vinyl in the kitchen. Holly, Gary, Ross and Cliff were all very polite, professional and accomadating especially as I have 3 cats that needed to be kept under control. Excellant service, would recommend to anyone who wants new flooring!

3rd time using this company which speaks for itself. Holly is great and her team are fantastic

Holly was superb when she came to measure up for replacing our 4 bedroom carpets and underlay. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gave lots of advice. She also came with lots of samples, which was great. Order and timings sorted out quickly while at our house. The carpet fitters turned up on time and were polite, hard working and thorough. The new carpets look excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Holly and her team, for excellent, professional service all round, and all at a very reasonable price. Thank you, Holly!

We recently had our entire house re-carpeted, and I can honestly say that Carpets 4 U were amazing from start to finish. One of my biggest concerns was how we would manage moving all the furniture, but the team took care of everything and immediately put our minds at ease. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy throughout the whole process. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Carpets 4 U to anyone looking for new carpets and would happily recommend them to family and friends.

Holly and her team offer a fantastic service. Holly visited us and bought a wide range of samples to choose from and the fitters are absolute experts - no damage at all to our freshly decorated hallway. We highly recommend and will return to Carpets4U as our renovations continue.

From the beginning Holly was really helpful and accepting when we had to change timings twice in one morning. Then after agreeing a fitting date was extremely understanding when we had to delay everything for 3 months. The fitters were very quick, helpful and absolutely no nonsense guys. In all we are very pleased with the whole transaction. We highly recommend Carpets 4 U.

Delighted with my new carpets in the hall and spare bedroom. The entire team were professional and Doug, Holly, and my two fitters did an exceptional job. Tidy, fast and exceeded my expectations. Thanks team am looking forward to you returning to finish the other rooms.

First rate service from Holly and her team. Thanks so much for an excellent and efficient job all done in a timely manner. Brilliant!

Fantastic service from Holly who came and showed us samples. We had 2 rooms done, but were only ready for 1 room at a time, easy booking for a week later for the 2nd room. The carpet fitters are fantastic and do a great job. They leave everything clean and the carpets look amazing. Will continue to use again and again.

Carpets 4U have just finished putting new carpets throughout my mother's flat. Holly was a delight to work with and the job they did was excellent. Certainly would highly recommend.

Seamless process , great choice and great service, highly recommend!

Great service, friendly and helpful. Love my new carpet

Amazing service!!! Fantastic fitters!!! Very happy customer. Thank you.

Generally great! I can't believe however you can fit a whole bedroom carpet so quickly, and perfectly - can't find a single problem with it (not even a single scratch on the newly painted skirting board!)

Holly whom we have used over the years came round with her samples and had a good chat with Barbara, measure the bedroom and discussed carpet and underlay after choosing a date for laying carpet was agreed. Carpet laying time confirmed the day before laying. The two fitters were brilliant first class job the room looks transformed, can't thank them enough for the help they gave me with the large heavy bed. They cleaned up and left the old carpet and remnants in my Skip great job done. So thanks one an all for another excellent job from Holly and her team.

Great experience from choosing the carpet to having it fitted. Very nice people, competative prices, excellent fitting of stairs and landing carpet. All very professional

Refund was simple and easy. Holly's dad came and gave us a quote for laminate flooring which we initially accepted and paid a deposit but then after further consideration my wife and I felt we were not quite ready for the work to go ahead. I contacted Holly and she promptly gave us the refund of the deposit. Very impressed with the friendly and professional approach by Holly and her dad.

Really happy with the service from Carpets 4 U. We have had many carpets from the company and we are always pleased with the service from start to finish. We ordered a new living room carpet and underlay with removal. We had contact from the company the day before to confirm the service and time of arrival. All went smoothly. Will definitely use again in the future.

Helpful advice in choosing the carpet. The installation was careful, efficient and looked very good when finished. This is the second time we have used them and we fully recommend them.

An easy process - samples arranged to view at home, carpet chosen and fitted. The carpet fitters were very efficient and pleasant. A great job, I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you all

Absolutely chuffed to bits with the quality of service and our new carpet .. Nothing was too much trouble for Holly & her dad, from the minute they arrived for the initial quote to fitting, the whole process ran like a well oiled machine and Brian & Cliff have transformed our upstairs and they hoovered before they left 😁. Wonderful service. Thank you so much 💓

Just had Gary and Ross from Carpets 4 U fit our lounge carpet and also stairs and landing. Professional service and highest standards were shown. Two great guys with pride in their work. Very friendly and respectful of our home. Will definitely use again and absolutely recommend to anyone. Would give more than 5 stars if we could to Gary, Ross and Holly and her dad

Luxury vinyl tiles laid in the kitchen by Gary and Ross, who were professional, efficient and tidy, and a pleasure to have around. Great planning, advice, and communication from Holly and Doug. Fantastic result. Very pleased. Will definitely have them back for our next job.

We always use Holly and Carpets 4 U. Very nice lady who comes to your home with samples so you can choose the right one to match in with your room. Fitters are great guys too. She also recommended a really good Carpenter who shaved our door so it would open properly over carpet. Thanks very much

We are really happy with our new carpet . Holly was very helpful when she came to give as a quote. The 2 fitters that came were very good . Moved all the heavy furniture and helped move it back . Hovered up and took all the rubbish away with them . All done in 2 hour . Excellent service.

Holly was extremely pleasant to deal with when she visited to measure-up, provide samples and provide a quote. Gary and Ross did an excellent job of installing vinyl flooring in my kitchen. The work was very neat and closely cut to the edges. They left no mess to clear up. They also left a couple of off-cuts for me as requested. Thank you.

Would highly recommend this company so pleased with the vinyl flooring. The fitters done a great job and friendly service. Also great to have the samples brought to your home to choose from. Great service from Holly turned up when said would definitely use this company again.

I’ve used Carpets 4 U Ltd a few times on various properties I’ve owned for both carpet and vinyl. They offer a good selection and it’s very convenient when they come to your house with large samples so you can test shades in your own property. The floorings are all very reasonably priced as you’re cutting out shop prices. Their customer service is excellent. I recently had an incidence where my puppy chewed a hole in the stair carpet. Luckily I had a remnant left over in the loft and they fitted the carpet free of charge - and fitted me in before Xmas. Always helpful and the fitters are always very courteous. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Quick to lay carpet. Left everything clean and tidy

Excellent service the fitters moved our furniture with care thank you ☺️ The carpets look fantastic.

Gary and Ross did a brilliant job for Carpets 4U including moving lots of heavy furniture. We are delighted with the results now 4 double bedrooms have Comar Carpets and the moth eaten wool carpets have gone.

Good price. Great communication. Friendly fitters.

Great service and very polite and helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Stair carpet fitted by Cliff and Ross. Friendly, informative, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend from sales to fitting.

Lounge and dining room carpets laid, bathroom vinyl replaced. Began with Holly visiting, options discussed. No pressure just helpful. Decision made, order placed. Date arranged to fit. Forward two weeks three fitters arrived fitted the lounge carpet in about an hour. All rubbish removed carpet vacuumed. Two days later two fitters arrived (fitting split at my request). A fiddly job in both rooms with many cuts took about two hours. Again, all rubbish cleared and vacuumed. Interactions with the staff were pleasant the fitters were helpful and cheerful and willing to help move items of furniture that I couldn't. The fitters are company employees not independent/ self employed. Came across this company through a local magazine. I have not thought to Buy carpet this way. It is far more pleasant than traipsing around shops with staff interested in a sale but no knowledgeable of the product. Give it a go.

I am absolutely delighted with my polypropylene carpets, having previously had wool carpet moth damage. This is a fantastic service from Holly and her Team of hard working Carpet Fitters. I would 💯% recommend.

Great service and looks great!

Great service from a family run firm. They come to you with samples, fitters were efficient and did a great job.

Fabulous guys who installed my carpet today. Good service all round with updates. Thank you

Really good advice from Holly when choosing the carpet and very pleased with the fitting. Guys were friendly and professional but needed a little prompt to remember to clean up their mess in adjoining rooms and still left scraps in the hallway. Overall mostly left in a good state but hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. Having said that - I’d still definitely use Holly and the team again.

Great quality carpet. Amazing finish. Quick and efficient. Nice experience. Would definitely recommend it! Thank you carpets4u :))

Excellent service again today for our 5th and 6th carpets from Carpets 4U. Holly came round promptly to quote and we were able to get carpets fitted in 2 weeks as required. The fitters were on time, did a great job and are always polite, professional and clean up afterwards.

Having used Holly before, she was my first choice when I urgently needed a carpet last week when moving. A phone call on the Monday, she came around at 7am on the Tuesday morning, carpet was picked and fitting took place at 8am on the Friday. Fantastic customer service, a good price and to do it all within 4 days she really came up trumps. The carpet is great and would highly recommend Holly and her team at Carpets4U

Holly and her team did a fantastic job on the two flights of stairs that we had carpeted. From the initial call, looking through the samples, to the installation - all went very well. Holly's advice on "profiling" was spot on! The stairs look great!

I recently needed new carpets in my house and I saw carpets 4 u recommended highly on Facebook and so pursued a quote. Not only were all communications dealt with efficiently and professionally but the meeting with Holly was so relaxed and easy to go through our family needs. Then it was carpet installation time and within 2 hours the boys were done. I have a really beautiful hall stairs and landing carpet. Really highly recommend this local business to anyone that needs fair prices and great service.

Very good service 😃

Great job and always a pleasure to work with Kashif! Highly recommend

I used this company to have new carpet fitted about a year and half ago and they were great then. Recently I encountered a minor issue, which was actually due to something on my end, not the installation. When I reached out to the company, they were incredibly helpful, sending someone out quickly to assess the problem. To my surprise, they carried out the repair at no extra charge, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I’m so impressed with their professionalism, dedication to customer service, and going above and beyond. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality carpet fitting and outstanding service!”

Amazing service, bring samples to you, very accommodating to my parents.

Excellent service and we are very pleased with our new carpet

This company is lovely. We used them about several years ago when we got new carpet fitted. They are family business and always go the extra Mile. I would highly recommend this place. Fantastic service.
