Bright Spark Electrical Installations Limited

From the beginning we felt at ease with Efkan. His knowledge and expertise is wonderful he even charmed my grandmother who is stubborn at the best of times 😂. Job completed on a great timescale. Really clean and tidy. Will definitely be using again for any electrical problems in the future. Thanks Efkan

Very efficient and polite. Called yesterday with a problem light switch and it was sorted by 9.30 am today. Would highly recommend.

I can’t rate Bright Spark highly enough. Amazing professional service installing a new electric board and resolving ongoing issue. Efkan is an incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous electrician with a clear passion for his trade and doing things the proper way. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Fabulous service, prompt and nothing is too much trouble. Would HIGHLY recommend

I recently had some electrical work done by Efkan at Brightspark Electrical and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the initial phone call through to the job itself, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He took the time to properly assess the setup, explain what was needed, and make sure everything was positioned and installed correctly. On the day, he was punctual, polite and very thorough. What really stood out was the attention to detail - not just carrying out the work, but checking everything properly (including safety tests) and even taking the initiative to seal around the external socket where there was a potential risk from the outdoor tap above. That’s the kind of thing most people wouldn’t think to do, but makes a big difference long term. It’s clear Efkan takes pride in doing things properly rather than rushing through the job. I’d have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again.

I would recommend Bright Sparks to everyone, for their high quality, professional service. My smoke alarm system broke and required replacement over a bank holiday. I was amazed how quickly Efkan came out and replaced everything, explaining everything throughout. I'm extremely grateful and will definitely be using their excellent services again.

Fantastic service, fitted a ceiling fan and outdoor sockets, timely service, very quick turnaround, and always makes time for little chat, would 100% recommend 👌

I booked Efkan based on the positive reviews and I’m delighted with the service he provided. He installed outdoor lights and indoor power sockets throughout the house. The quality of work is exceptional. He’s very polite and kept me informed on progress. A hard worker with attention to detail. He tidied up after himself and left the house as he found it. I plan to order more work from him. Highly recommended.

Left a message for Efkan who called back promptly. Had a visit the same day and he was able to fit us in between jobs the following day. He arrived on time, installed an additional double socket. Job took just over an hour, He cleared up the debris from the job and when he finished you couldn't tell he'd been in the house. . On top of this the job was priced at a correct level, and was well below some of the estimates we had received. We would highly recommend this small family business for electrical work definitely 5 star service.

We have used Bright Spark for all electrical work in our house and will continue to do so. It is an old house with a few challenges and the team approach every job in the same professional manner. They are the type of company, that once they have done one job, you don't want to get anyone else in! Response is quick to any query and the team turn up exactly when they tell you they will. First time using Bright Spark but will certainly use them again and would strongly recommend them. Efkan and Lauren were very professional, helpful, efficient and left no mess. Excellent local, family business well worth supporting.

I was in a bit of a flap as I'd lost power. Contacted Efkan and he helped me out over the phone and Whatsapp as he was already working. He could have come out to me and charged me (quite rightly of course) but he was generous to help me over the phone. A true gent. Will certainly use BSEI Ltd for all future work.

The second time I've used BrightSpark. Both times they have been highly professional, considered and take obvious pride in the quality of their work. Efkan always responds quickly and offers a high quality, friendly, professional service. He installed my EV charger much sooner than a larger company who quoted me for a similar price.

Efkan came to do an EICR in relation to the sale of ours house. He highlighted issues in relation to our current electrical panel. He provided us with options and quotes in order to have it fixed and booked us in quickly so our house sale wasn’t delayed. Very pleased with the service.

Efkan and son did quite a few job's for us, very professional. Very clean and tidy throughout. Having them back next month to put in more sockets. Thank you both.

After calling around a few electricians, Efkan was the only one I could get in touch with when the circuit breaker tripped over and over. He was very thorough with his work, checking all possibilities carefully and testing for faults as well. He was incredibly professional and explained exactly what he was doing at each point, also offering advice on maintaining and keeping electrics safe. Would 100% use again.

Excellent response to our call for help, very professional approach. Installed new equipment as discussed and finished very satisfactory in time scale as promised. Excellent job highly recommend. Alan Cottrill

We used Bright Spark Electrical for a consumer unit upgrade and fitting of garage lights. The standard of the work cannot be faltered. Price was more than other quotes however we went with Efkan as felt like he would provide the best quality finished items. I would recommend Efkan to anyone who values peace of mind and the highest of quality finish. All in all happy with the service provided.

So pleased I read other google reviews and chose this company. Efkan (aided by daughter Laura) were a pleasure to have around. Efkan is highly knowledgeable, tidy and methodical. He explains exactly what he is doing, advises what could be done to improve and make more safe what is installed, and altered, by possibly many other electricians in an older house. No other electrician has ever provided me with this information. Advice is never with pressure - just a realistic informed choice. Efkan will definitely be my first choice in the future for any electrical work.

Efkan was professional and his work was extremely tidy. I would definitely recommend him.

I can highly recommend Bright Spark Electrical, courteous, efficient, professional service. 100% recommend

This company is amazing, they are so efficient and caring. They are also great at what they do. Highly recommended, very personal and encouraging. Easy to get hold of! 5 star from us. The Music Cafe, Stratford Upon Avon !

Efkan and his team did a wonderful job fixing the power to my garage (which had failed) and then resolving some issues with an outdated fusebox and insecure wiring as well as installing a new outdoor power socket. They were courteous, unintrusive, and tidy in their work Highly recommended.

I've used Efkan at Bright Spark on a number of jobs/projects over the last three or four years. I can not recommend him highly enough. He is by a long way the most professional, efficient, helpful and tidy electrician we have ever used - we wouldn't go anywhere else now. Efkan and his family are a pleasure to deal with. If I could have given him and his business six stars I would - that good !

We recently bought a house and we were looking for someone to come and safety check our electrics throughout, upgrade and replace our existing fuse board, supply and fit 20-30+ socket faces, supply and fit all new ceiling light fittings, move some existing sockets to other places, new bulbs all around the house and check everything again and basically just freshen up all over with a clean and quality job. At first we contacted multiple electricians and none of them showed any real interest and lacked the professionalism that we were looking for when quoting. Then we contacted these guys and to be honest I'm so relieved that we are so picky when it comes to getting a proper quality job done. Choosing the right people is so important and these guys are brilliant, everything sorted within a week and all for a great price. Cheers guys!

Fitted new electricity sockets into wall, chased in to wall mount TV. Efkan went to great lengths to check everything was done as I wanted and left everything vacuumed, clean and tidy.

Efkan fitted an outdoor double socket in carport for us. Very pleased with the professional standard of work carried out. Very polite, clean&tidy and would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you very much. Mr Roy Davis

Bright Spark were amazingly knowledgable, courteous and extremely professional .Efkan and his family apprentices updated the light fixtures in our sitting / living rooms, installed two outdoor sockets and several new light switches. On time, great communication and fairly priced. We are happy with the service and would recommend Bright Spark wholeheartedly. Fabulous.

I would recommend Bright Spark - they responded quickly and professionally to my queries ahead of the work, and were able to book me in quite quickly. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and to a high standard, and were friendly and professional throughout. They replaced 5 light fittings for me, and installed a new external PIR light by the front door at an existing electrical point. Additionally, they were accommodating when I asked for a light fitting to be adjusted after initial installation (it was not aligned how I imagined but the room is not 'square' so no fault on their part!) They also cleaned up after themselves, were COVID-conscious, and offered to take away my old fittings and the cardboard from the new fittings for me. I would use them for any future work!

Efkan, his daughter and son are a great team and work quickly, quietly and efficiently. They have done a lot of work for me over the past week and I'm very pleased with it. Efkan came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed.

Great efficient service, and communicated well which is hard to find in a lot of tradesman
