Reviewers of ATS Electrical Solutions often describe Alex as knowledgeable and say the team responds quickly. They also repeatedly call the service friendly. Several reviewers say they would recommend the business. One reviewer said Alex explained the available options and answered their young daughter's questions politely, and another praised the clear labelling of a new distribution box. The same reviewer who recommended the business also referred to "no hidden cost", but no review reports a specific problem with the work.
I selected ATS to install a new interior light fitting and a wired Ring doorbell. I got a quick response, visit and estimate and the job was done quickly, professionally and tidily at a good price. Throughout, Alex was a joy to deal with - v knowledgeable, patient and an all-round good guy! No hesitation recommending his work.
We asked alex to replace old light fittings with down lighters. He was very helpful and friendly, at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend
ATS electrical solutions are by far the best in the area, good customer service and coupled with a good knowledge of how to approach and execute the job, this is backed up good after service. Alex is my go to electrician👍
They are great, always responsive and knowledge! Our house is old and has some legacy electrical issues - ATS understands this, always diligent to ensure that they fix the issue first time. The service is first class and friendly. Thoroughly recommend!
Alex did some work for me recently and he is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend and will only use Alex for all electrical work in the future
ATS Electrical solutions carried out a full electrical audit of our 5 bedroom house before it was put on the market. Every single electrical item in the house was checked and all light fittings and electric sockets. At all times we were kept informed as to what was going on and any faults found were fixed and unsafe fittings replaced. The old distribution box was replaced and a new one fitted that is a 100% improvement with everything clearly labelled. We were extremely pleased with the work carried out, the way it was carried out and the pricing. I can thoroughly recommend ATS as a very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly electrical contractor and have no hesitation in giving 5*.
ATS were recommended to us by a friend who had their kitchen lights fitted by Alex and his team. We needed a similar job for ours. We are very happy with the service and quality. Highly recommend
Alex and the team did work at our branch. Hard working, polite and tidy. Certainly would recommend.
We used ATS to install a wall mounted fire which involved fitting new cables and sockets. Really impressed with the attention to detail and the post-installation cleaning. Would highly recommend.
We use Alex and the ATS team at several of our offices and retail outlets in the UK, whether it is a major job or changing a switch they are always reliable. They are all a pleasure to deal with, responsive, knowledgeable and their workmanship is second to none.
The thing about Alex and the whole ATS team is that as well as being totally thorough and professional, they're also the sort of people you actually want to have in your home. Warm, kind, respectful and do precisely what they say they'll do. They'll continue to be our go-to choice for electrical work :)
I have booked Alex multiple times since moving to Stratford-Upon-Avon and have never been disappointed. He gets back to me promptly when I contact him and has done great work both for normal electrical house work (changing a fuse board and replacing switches and sockets) and while fitting out a garage (high powered LED lights for table tennis training). While planning work, Alex has given very useful information in terms of available options which made me more comfortable I was getting the correct work done. When working in the house he is always polite and takes the time to chat to my young daughter and answer all her questions which makes me and her happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done.
Alex agreed to fix even on bank holiday! He was super efficient, neat and tidy with no hidden cost! I can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you!
