Stratford Energy Solutions

Fantastic install, hassle free, excellent support, thank you! To add some detail to this, I have been considering solar panels for a long time. I have held off as I had concerns about potential damage to the roof and/or poor installation. You do not need to worry about that with Stratford Energy. From first contact with Anna, who proposed the design, to Tim who planned how it would work on our roof, to the roofers and electricians who completed the job, the experience has been fantastic. Another worry was that my roof would be covered in cables and that it would look an eyesore. Tim planned it out to ensure that it would look as aesthetically pleasing as possible. DNO sign off and other approvals handled for me, so arranging to sell energy to the grid was an absolute breeze. Granted owning a newer property helped this, but a colleague who recommended Stratford Energy and owns an older property had a similarly brilliant and stress free experience. With friendly support for the system at your fingertips, you’d be foolish to go elsewhere.

12 panels and a Tesla battery all in, up and running. Great planning and service.

Stratford Energy Solutions Ltd have recently installed a solar system including battery for me. From the initial point of contact, through to the fitment of the system, to the aftercare of paperwork etc they have been superb in every way possible. They sent a team of six guys to fit the system and each and every one of them is a credit to the company. The staff behind the scenes that you don’t get to meet, have also been fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting solar system. 100% from me.

Excellent service top class kit, first class technicians worked in some challenging conditions can fault it well done all 👍🙂

Excellent service, respectful installers and all done on the timescales agreed

Excellent service form start to finish. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, pre and post installation, as well as a great team who did the install. Very neat and tidy install as that was a priority. Will recommend!

From start to finish, helpful, friendly, informative and responsive and we are super happy with our new system especially now the sun is out!

Whole team start to finish were helpful and professional. We are really pleased with our solar panel & battery set-up and we would highly recommend Stratford Energy Solutions

Was recommended Stratford Energy Solutions through a colleague at work after getting nowhere with two other "recommended" local providers. The whole team were super helpful and knowledgeable from the get-go, and worked with me and my other contractors to fit the installation in the most efficent way. Very pleased with the 15 panel system we settled on and already addicted to the generation app! Would recommend to anyone else!

We had our solar and battery installation done by Stratford energy. They were extremely professional and did the work very efficiently. Contacting them and support has also been very useful and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had about the setup. It is very neatly designed and works really well so far! Highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to completion. The guys who fitted the system where very considerate, competent and polite.

Had Stratford Energy recommended to us for Solar & Battery by my Brother-in-law and this proved to be an excellent choice. From start to finish we received excellent service. They delivered on all aspects of the project and on time. The Sales and installation teams I cannot fault were friendly and informative. I would have no problem recommending this company to any perspective new Clients.

Professional service from start to finish. Answered all my questions before work commenced, and completed job on time despite the storm weather.

An excellent team of dedicated fitters and electricians. They fitted my solar array and battery in just over one day. All the electric work in my garage was where I wanted it and the workmanship was superb. Stratford Energy handled all the necessary paperwork for electrical approvals and upgrading my existing electricity supply. I cannot thank Jason and his team enough for the way they did this installation and when they left they had cleaned all the work areas. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of fitting solar panels and associated equipment.

If you are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable company to fit solar panels and battery storage I would recommend Stratford Energy Solutions. They suggested the Sigen Energy storage solution with a 24kWh battery and this means that I only use cheap, off peak electricity (7p vs 28.7p/kWh). I was their first customer on this system and I am very pleased with it and the associated App makes it very easy to use. The whole process from initial contact to installation was seamless and the team were quick to correct and sort out any issues. Very neat job. They are not the cheapest but the products and service come with longer warranties and guarantees that others. Will be recommending them to friends and clients.

Great experience from start to finish. No sales pressure & everything thoroughly explained before I committed to buy. More than happy to fully recommend their services.

I was recommended to Stratford Energy Solutions by a friend who had used them recently. The service I received was excellent from the initial quotation, dealing with my requests for multiple changes, the fitting itself and the aftercare. I could not fault anything. The team who carried out the installation were amazing, never seen.so many people working on a.job at one time. I would definately recommend.

A great experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff. Good product at a fair price fitted quickly and efficiently. Care taken over aesthetics. Each step and process clearly explained. I can't rate this company highly enough.

Brilliant experience from start to finish with Stratford Energy, they demonstrated expertise at all stages from design through to dealing with DNO challenges and then a brilliant job on the installation. Definitely recommend them if you are looking at solar, battery or an EV charger installation.

I can’t recommend Stratford Energy Solutions highly enough. Their team installed my solar system a few years ago, and more recently, my father’s. Every interaction has been marked by professionalism, deep expertise, and genuine helpfulness. When my electricity provider recently replaced our meter and incorrectly rewired it for solar, Paul and Aidan from Stratford Energy Solutions responded swiftly. They diagnosed and resolved the issue with care and precision—at a time that was incredibly stressful for me. Their support made all the difference. Thank you, Stratford Energy Solutions—brilliant as always!

Stratford Energy Solutions have been fantastic in dealing with our PV and battery storage systems as part of house renovations. SES have liaised with our builders so that everything has gone smoothly. SES also helped us to upgrade our powerwall system and pointed us to how to sell our existing system. I really appreciate their help and professionalism.

I found the whole experience with Stratford Energy Solutions very positive from my first meeting with Michael, who gave me excellent advice on the system suitable for my property, to installation. There was no heavy selling tactics. The team turned up at 8am and were finished by 2pm, with my system up and running. They talk you through how to use the app. Since installation I have enjoyed the use of free solar electricity. I find I can use my larger appliances throughout the day, whereas before I would limit use to once per day, at off peak times. I would totally recommend this company to anyone considering solar energy.

I sought assistance from Stratford Energy Solutions as my previous installer refused to provide after sales service when I transfered the Supplier of Broadband to another provider. Although the transfer went well, my App controlling the battery and inverter went offline. After 5 months trying to get the issue rectified by the original supplier, I was fortunate enough to find Stratford Energy Solutions who quickly attended to my problem which is now 100%. We were delighted by their prompt response and excellent service from very competent staff in both Admin and from the technical team. I would highly recommend this company because you will enjoy their efficiency and attention and get the best solution possible for your Solar journey.

A good friend of mine is a solar energy consultant and it was he that encouraged me to have the PV panels and a Teslaa battery fitted. He also recommended Stratford Energy Solutions ltd as he has also used them in the past. My first contact was with Georgia who was excellent, she provided a quote with several options and the projected savings that I would make from generating my own electricity. Jess then messaged me to ask if I had any questions of which I had several as this technology was new to me. Jess answered all of my questions and helped me to decide which option I wanted. We then arranged for a surveyor to visit who talked me through what would happen on the installation day and discussed where I wanted the battery to be fitted. The installation team arrived on time on the day and were all lovely people who knew what they were doing and my eleven panels and battery were all fitted by 2pm and I have been enjoying the free power ever since. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, every person I have interacted with from the office to the installation team have been wonderful to deal with, they gave me the feeling that I was in safe, professional hands, nothing was too much trouble and they certainly do go the extra mile. Thank you all at Stratford Energy Solutions Ltd

Brilliant service from beginning to end

Stratford energy solutions installed 14 solaredge panels and a house battery in January 23 in my previous property in Alcester. The solution was expensive when compared to other contractors I heard about after installation. When I had problems after completion with the battery and app I found their people not particularly interested or helpful. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Stratford Energy have been absolutely fantastic in all areas with our new extension. With it all being new it was required to be done in stages where I was kept updated throughout, always prompt arrival with polite friendly employees. The office girls (Georgia and Jess) are brilliant, always friendly and happy to assist and the team carrying out the work were great too 🙏🏽 cannot recommend them enough 5* service throughout

I just had my solar and battery system installed today by the Stratford Energy team. They were very professional and hard working . They were also very helpful in setting up the Tesla app and did and very neat job. I would 100% recommend them excellent . Thanks Garry

Aiden & Luke are brilliant, great service , everything explained throughout. Thank you

2nd time using Stratford Energy. Amazing service from the very first interaction. The two guys who installed my new charger were fun, very knowledgeable and professional. They left my house in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Will definitely use again.

I reached out to Stratford Energy Solutions after doing my own research into the best solar panels to buy and they were one of the nearest installers. From the very start of dealing with Georgia and quotation and her clear guidance around my requirements and options to Charlie doing the survey and Jess with the administration I have to say they were all first class. There was no hard sell at any point and their communication was always very timely and clear. and right up to and after the fitting date I was kept up to date with the schedule. The fitters were very neat and tidy (pictures included) and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the Stratford team to anybody considering installing solar and battery in the future. If only all trades people could be so professional.

Professional, fantastic communication and brilliant quote. The work carried out by SES has been brilliant, a really tidy neat job, we had been looking at SES for years prior and when the time came to install our Solar system we received quotes from multiple companies but the quality of product and quote set SES apart for what they were offering. The work involved in running several quotes adjusted to the many questions I had and then the follow up as we waited for the PW3 to come available was top notch. We would highly recommend SES.

One year on we are very pleased with our Solar & Powerwall system. The whole thing sits there quietly and unobtrusively doing just what it is supposed to – During 2024 we have been 79% solar powered and have sent 1.12 Mwh to the grid. In 2023 we were 57% solar but as the install was mid-August this seems quite acceptable given that we were into the winter period quite soon after. We have not changed our routine much – where possible I do now put the dishwasher and washing machine on during the day when the panels are generating but we have continued to use the oven as necessary in the evenings. Obviously, our energy bills have dropped significantly! The Apps have been really useful for monitoring battery charge etc and just for being able to show off!! (I always recommend Stratford Energy as we were very impressed with the whole process) It has also helped that I have been able to demonstrate to Chris (who you may recall was less devoted to the idea of solar than me) how beneficial the system is. Since installing the solar system, we have also been motivated to upgrade a couple of radiators and put internal wall insulation onto the wall in our back family room that is always difficult to keep warm. So, it has been a major first step in improving our green credentials and helping future proof the house!

I had issues with my Zappi home charger earlier this year. I tried contacting MyEnergi directly but wasn't getting anywhere fast. I contacted Stratford Energy Solutions who had installed it. Lisa was fantastic she made contact with MyEnergi on my behalf and kept me up to date as to the progress of my issue. She really went the extra mile when often people don't. The issue has been resolved and the Zappi was replaced under warranty. Stratford Energy came out to fit the new one. Thank you so much.

We were their 15th customer when Stratford Energy set up. We were so pleased with the service we have not considered another firm. First with solar panels in 2011, then a Tesla Powerwall, then a car charger and last month a second Tesla Powerwall. You receive good and accurate advice with options to consider. The fitting is undertaken by knowledgeable, professional and pleasant staff; always a neat job and they clear up afterwards. Support is excellent even after fitting from the office to the owners. We recommend them without hesitation.

Great company, good communication and support, good installation engineers, all round good experience

Great service 👏. Solar Inverter went kaput and needed to be replaced. Its, SO noticeable when you are without the system and how much your electric usage costs! So, huge thanks for the timely action from the Stratford Energy team in getting a replacement and sending super M to fit it. The system is now back up and running smoothly. Love watching the monitoring app showing the solar generation and seeing my usage covered. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone to get a Solar and /or battery storage system, especially from Stratford Energy Solutions, the after sales, sales and system installed is top dollar! Thanks team.

Thanks for the very efficient and helpful cleaning service you provided recently for my solar panels. Its great to see all that dirt and algae disappear!

Stratford Energy Solutions The customer service was excellent, Georgia answered all my questions regarding the SunPower PV panels and advised on choice of inverters, following up with an invitation to look round their showroom to see the products and consider the specifications of each product and their efficiency. On the day of installation, the fitters were punctual and arrived at 08:00am and were also very knowledgeable. The work was completed in a day, there was no mess and the system worked first time. Chloe who provided follow up support by emailing warranty certificate insurance cover and invoices was also very efficient in her diligence to all my requests. I have no hesitation in recommending them. https://www.stratfordenergy.co.uk/

Stratford Energy installed Solar and a Tesla Powerwall to complement an ASHP in our cottage. Great professional job, installation looks amazing and delivers better results than expected. Staff is very friendly and always happy to answer questions. Highly recommended.

An unusually amazing experience. From initial enquiry to completed installation-this company is exceptional. Engineers turned up exactly when they said they would and talked me through the installation process. 2 chaps went up on the roof at around 9am & another 2 set to with the wiring. they just did not stop & by 1pm at the latest I had a fully functioning solar PV system that was explained to me fully. I must not forget the office staff-leading up to installation they were extremely helpful & patient answering my many queries. Well done Stratford Energy solutions and Thank you!

Very Satisfied.

Came to investigate problems with my solar system caused by previous installers' incompetence. The only engineers so far who demonstrated familiarity with my installed components (SolarEdge inverters, GivEnergy battery). Quickly solved a comms problem and diagnosed an intermittent fault caused by problems with the initial installation. Highly Recommended

Your team did and excellent, professional and very fast job of installing everything. This is the third installment you've done for me & about the sixth when I take into account jobs done for friends that I've recommended. They too are also very happy with their installations.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I am delighted with my new installation of solar panels and battery. I highly recommend Stratford Energy Solutions.

Jason and the team from Stratford Energy Solutions have been brilliant throughout. Customer service is excellent and telephone calls dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. The process was amazingly slick. The firm clearly know their business in detail and were incredibly helpful and efficient from quote and specification stage, through to obtaining the necessary permissions and the remarkably quick installation; taking no more than 5-6 weeks from initial contact to completion. Contractors on site were knowledgeable and competent and installation completed to a high standard, with effective handover at the end. A first class company whom I would have no hesitation in recommending. 5 March 2024 4 years after the original solar installation, the team returned yesterday to install another Tesla battery. Standards have certainly not changed: the installation was quick and efficient, the guys certainly knew their stuff and everything was left immaculate. Thank you Stratford Energy!!

Really excellent service once again from Stratford Energy. Competitive quote, very smooth ordering and planning, and really good service from the technical team who installed our battery. I recommend Stratford Energy very highly.

Stratford energy solutions provided an excellent service for us, the process from start to finish was straight forward, simple and efficient. We had previously investigated getting solar and battery storage from another supplier, but they messed us about and had made lots of excuses about the potential install. Dealing with Stratford energy solutions was the opposite; open, transparent, courteous and above all professional. The install was carried out quickly and cleanly and neatly and the system is working exactly as expected. I highly recommend Stratford Energy Solutions.

Having recently had solar panels and a storage battery installed by Stratford Energy Solutions I’d strongly recommend this company to you. I started considering a solar system some months ago and having spoken to friends who already had one I shortlisted 2 companies to get quotes from, one being Stratford Energy Solutions. From the beginning of the process the people I spoke to were helpful and informative and it became clear to me they were more knowledgeable than the other company I was considering. A particular shout out in this regard to Georgia Howson, the Operations Manager. Having decided to go ahead with them they pulled out the all the stops to get the system in by the end of the year so I could benefit from a deal that was on offer from the battery supplier. They organised the scaffolding company (who were great BTW) and then their installation team of 4 arrived the day after to complete the work. Without exception all of the installers were polite, hard-working and clearly knew what they had to do, which the did very professionally. Having successfully completed the job by 4pm they left everything neat and tidy, with the scaffolders returning two days later to remove their three scaffold installations. Without doubt the whole experience was stress-free and at all times Stratford Energy Solutions did what they said they’d do. Yours truly…one very happy customer.

Excellent service throughout, helpful and friendly, no hard sell. Installation day was amazing, work completed in less than 6 hours, the team were all polite and respectful, high standard of workmanship, neat and tidy. The system seems to be working well so far; I'm looking forward to longer and sunnier days. Scaffolding company used were also efficient and polite; erected the afternoon before installation and removed 2 days later.

I would highly recommend Stratford Energy Solutions! From start to finish. The communication, organisation and information/advice from the office/clerical team was excellent. The installation team were exemplary, they turned up at the time stated, they were polite, tidy and respectful of the property. They were all great ambassadors for the company. The wiring is neat, tidy and largely invisible, the panels are perfectly symmetrical and everything is level. The whole installation looks better than I could have wished for.

They installed my EV charger a few years ago, and I was very impressed, so went back to them to install solar panels and a Powerwall. Great job!

Excellent service from quotation to installation. The installation was managed really well. They send their own team and work to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone thinking of solar/battery.

Very efficient & knowledgeable. Just what we needed & Tesla battery does the job. Having 3 phase was proving difficult but the Tesla battery works well. Installers were considerate, tidy & explained what we needed. Minor issue following installation resolved next working day. Would wholly recommend

Stratford Energy Solutions has been efficient and helpful in organising the supply and installation of solar panels on my home roof. The installation has been carried out in a highly skilled and professional way. It is most satisfying to be able to watch the increase in solar power generation as the sun comes up.

Very happy with Stratford Energy. Fair price and excellent service. The process was made very easy for me. Thank you.

I can fully recommend Stratford Energy solutions based on my experience with them. Solar PV panels and Tesla Powerwall 2 fitted with no issues, all staff I spoke with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful along the way. The installers fitted the products well and they look very neat and well placed.

Great service from initial consultation to installation of Tesla Powerwall, first class communication throughout and Daren and Will were exceptional doing the installation. Would recommend 100%👍😊

We found Stratford Energy Solutions Ltd really easy to work with throughout the whole process of quotation, preparation for installation and installation and post installation. The staff installing on the day were quick and professional and polite. They responded quickly to emails and phone calls and kept us up to date. The system has been installed for two months now and is performing really well. There was no messing about in the initial quotation phase but they were open to some negotiation. The other national companies we dealt with tried the hard sell approach but we didn't get that with Stratford Energy Solutions. Ultimately, we feel we got a better quality system than offered by the other national companies and although more expensive it was competitively priced.

Great company and so glad I chose them for my installation. Due to building delays at our end it was around a year between installation and commissioning but, once I advised we were ready to go, it was finalised and commissioned when they said and how they said - smoothly without drama. great communication and really nice people to deal with. The installation looks amazing and is generating lots of electricity!

The team from Stratford Energy have been helpful and efficient from my 1st enquiry through to the installation and commissioning of my solar PV + battery system. An excellent job that I am very happy with. I would recommend.

Excellent workmanship. Always have to time to explain everything in detail. Very efficient. Install quality products

Delightful to work with Stratford Energy Solutions, without exception all the people we have talked to and met have been friendly, efficient, and highly professional. It has been a most enjoyable and worthwhile project getting the solar panels and batteries installed and working. We should have done it years ago.

I was impressed by the technical knowledge of Georgia, who has explained the systems to me with great skill and patience. The installation was efficient and the engineers considerate and tidy. I am delighted now we are up and running to see the indications of production of electrical energy on the apps and pleased to be making this contribution reducing CO2 emissions - at last!

Brilliant service from initial quote through to installation. Installed solar panels and GivEnergy storage.

After a less than satisfactory interaction with another solar supplier we contacted Stratford Energy Solutions. They were very efficient throughout, in particular the survey was very thorough, with the surveyor actually getting onto the roof to measure to make sure they could fit what we asked for. The fitting of the whole system was carried out in one day and the site was left clean and tidy. We had solar panels with a powerwall and the system has exceeded all expectations. I don’t normally do reviews but in this case I think five stars is thoroughly deserved.

SES supplied and installed a Tesla Powerwall this week and the installation was quick, professional and tidy. The installing team were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The back office staff were very responsive and all in all, a very professional company to deal with.

Stratford Energy Solutions were highly recommended to me, and that recommendation was absolutely correct. I've had Solar Panels and a Tesla Powerwall fitted. Excellent from the very beginning. First class advice and guidance, a surprisingly good quote, clear project management and I'm delighted with the work and final outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Highly recommended. Installation of a Tesla Power wall. I had a car charger fitted by Stratford Energy Solutions about 4 years ago and they did a really neat job, therefore I contacted them again to fit a Power Wall for me. Easy process to get started after supplying a few details and photos. One of the installation team came round before they started because it looked like a difficult job so they wanted to be prepared. Installation itself took about 5 hours and was really neat. They cleared up after themselves and took some time to explain everything I needed to know about the system. Overall I'm really pleased with the job they have done and the Power Wall. The team I dealt with were Georgia for communication - fast, efficient and organised - Very helpful. Will and Dan for installation, did a great job and came up with good solutions for where the equipment was to be placed. Mark commissioned the system, helped set up the app and talked me through everything I needed to know. Top Chap !! overall experience was 10/10. I would certainly use them again.

Our panels were installed quickly and efficiently with no fuss. The App is great which allows you to monitor your system. A job well done.

From start to finish , SES Ltd have been an excellent team and they have produced a great install and result. Its definitely been a good decision for us. Very pleased

More than happy to share our experience. We had panels, battery, diverter and bird guard installed in January, the installation team all knew their jobs and did them well, we were generating our own power by 3pm that day. Obviously questions arise with something new like this, and the office team has been very helpful, friendly and cheerful while sorting us out! Georgia as Ops Manager is really efficient and always responds quickly, Jason as Director too, who carried out a follow up site visit and inspection, was able to answer all our queries. Can recommend without hesitation, as can several other residents of our village who have used them, which says a lot.

Great communications from Stratford Energy in finalising who I should use to install solar panels. The job was carried out efficiently and without fuss from the build team and surveyor. Would recommend them if you’re considering having solar panels. The only thing I would recommend is that a face to face meeting at a potential clients property would be beneficial as dealing with unknown companies on- line can be a little daunting when considering the financial outlay. Great job.

Thanks to Stratford Energy Solutions for a competitive quote. The staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions. I was particularly impressed with the installation team. They were very professional, made sure to take care of my property during the process and kept me updated with progress. Shame the weather was full and wet on the day they did the installation. I would highly recommend Stratford Energy Solutions.

Excellent service from this professional local business. This is the second time we’ve used SES to fit an EV charger and cannot fault them. Friendly service and patience (thanks Jess!) whilst we had some adjustment made to our energy supply. This time we’ve chosen an Anderson charger and are very happy with the function and the styling.

Too busy to come out and look at possible car charger

Solar PV and Energy Storage : Superb service from start to finish. Highly recommend. From initial quote, home survey, advice, planning and fitting Startford Energy Solutions have been a pleasure to work with.

Thank you Stratford energy for our solar pv and battery installation this week. Your team kept going through the very -7c cold weather. They were on time every day, very polite and extremely professional . I cannot fault anything, from the initial phone call at the start to scaffolding coming down, it’s been a pleasure to do business with you. 100% recommended this company.

Use these jokers at your peril. I had eight solar panels and an inverter installed by these idiots and then had to pay another company to come and sort out the mess. From start to finish they have been arrogant, troublesome and rude. A friend of mine warned me against using them, but like a fool I went ahead anyway. Weird how many positive reviews they get. I suppose they must have paid someone to write them.

One of the best companies we have dealt with. We had solar panels fitted in October and we were supported brilliantly throughout the process. They listened to our requirements and advised the optimal panel layout. They do their own site survey meaning no surprises when then come to fit. The scaffolders are superb arriving on day one; panels fitted on day two; and scaffolding down on day three. We are delighted with our end product. We had a Zappi car charger that was installed a couple of years ago and developed a fault. Although this was nothing to do with our panel installation, Stratford energy helped us with the repair, where other installers probably would not. The staff at this wonderful company were at all times friendly, professional and extremely competent. emails were answered within one working day which is very reassuring. If you are thinking of getting solar panels fitted we highly recommend Stratford energy.

I just have solar panels and car charger installed. The team was very professional and did not leave any mess. They first installed a wrong charger in error but it was rectified in a couple of days.

The installation of the panels was excellent, the lads that installed them were conscientious and did a really neat job. They even cleaned up well afterwards. The system has only been in for a couple of days but so far they have really impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales team were very informative and talked me through the various options. The installation team were very clean and tidy, explained the install process and ran through the operating systems. Back up support from the accounts department was fantastic and managed efficiently with assistance provided to install the mobile app registration and understanding the statistics. Highly recommend.

Great job all round, ten solar panels and Eddi installed and working in a day. Hot water heated within a couple of hours even with some clouds, exporting power over daily use. Excellent service and communication, highly recommended.

From start to finish everyone my husband and I dealt with were professional, friendly and kept to agreed timeframes - something of a rarity! On the day of the installation the guys worked throughout the day as a team to install all the panels, battery/charging point and internal electrics seamlessly. I was given regular updates and checks to ensure even the smallest item that might have options were asked not assumed. I have total confidence in the company and would easily recommend them to anyone else considering fitting solar panels (and we’ve not used a single drop of ‘grid’ energy since they’ve been installed - and are selling it back in fact!). Well done all and thank you!

Everyone at Stratford Energy Solutions has offered great service. Starting with Jason taking the time to understand our requirements and answering any questions we had, helping us to understand the products and what to expect. The delivery was well executed, done quickly with a large team resulting in a very neat installation. The back office team have be helpful with good communincaiton about any updates. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking at solar PV or battery storage solutions.

We were most impressed with the installation of our solar system. This started with the scaffolding the day before a six strong Stratford Energy team arrived completing the installation in one day. The scaffolding was removed after 2 days - most impressed with the planning, workmanship and attitudes of all concerned, including the office staff. Thank you. Highly recommended. R Morris

Stratford Energy fitted a GivEnergy mains coupled battery/inverter for me. The engineers were excellent, very friendly and efficient. They made sure I was happy with the planned install location and did a very neat job with trunking to my consumer board. They left everything tidy and explained everything I needed to know (plus there is a GivEnergy community forum and other online resources where needed). They even offered to move my coat hooks, and fill in the screw holes, which would have been right above the inverter.

Excellent service throughout the process and a very professional fit. I would happily recommend Stratford’s services

Last week we had a Tesla charger fitted by Stratford Energy Solutions after having the necessary electrical work completed - despite our best efforts it won’t charge, so we called Stratford Energy Solutions back today at 7.50 am & an “engineer “ called us back @ 10.04 am & said he would be here in 25 minutes.. it’s 8 PM & we are STILL WAITING! A follow up call or 2 to them during the day have resulted in them denying that the call we got at 10.04 am was an engineer that works for them !! WHAT A JOKE ..

Hugely efficient company and brilliant staff, they have now installed both a EV charger and solar panels for us with a minimum of fuss

Fantastic engineers completed the installation quickly and professionally with a great finish.

Stratford Energy have just installed solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall battery back up system. They did an excellent job and it was a really well planned installation process. It is up and running with the app showing my energy use and my energy costs have reduced straight away. There was no hard sell and they explained the system well. Thanks for doing a great job.

We have had 3 visits from Stratford Energy Solutions over the past couple of months. To install our Zappi, fit our Solar PV and then come and install the MyEnergi EDDI. Fantastic people from the head office keeping you up to date with installation visits, professional and tidy work by the installation engineers and they make sure you are all set up with your Apps etc at the end. Highly recommended.

Had and Easee EV charger installed on Friday 26th Nov 2021, and genuinely could not be more pleased. From my first Enquiry , Stratford Energy solutions have been first class. Georgia , gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice . The installation engineer (Marcus) arrived on time and has made a fantastic job of installing the charger , Weather was absolutely awful but still left everything perfectly finished and completely tidy. Absolutely fantastic job and I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from initial discussions through to installation. The system installed is really impressive (solar panels and storage battery), and the monitoring apps are excellent. We're getting a really detailed analysis of how much energy we are producing and consuming. I'd throughly recommend Stratford Energy Solutions

Excellent service from start to finish. Electrician Luke fabulous explained everything very clearly and precisely

A good price for a good installation. Excellent bunch of guys who came to do the installation. Communication with the office could be improved, sometimes a little reactive rather than proactive.

I would like to thank Stratford Energy Solutions for fitting my EV charging point. Everyone I dealt with, right from the beginning, was very helpful and professional. They kept me informed and offered good advice during the whole process, right from the initial enquiry to the fitting of the product. Dave the electrician/installer was excellent and did a superb job on a , what seemed to me, a complicated fitting. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him. Excellent service from beginning to end. I would fully recommend them to all potential customers.

Stratford Energy Solutions installed a combined solar PV/storage in our home. Members of the team all appeared competent, knowledgeable and were very helpful throughout. The planning process instilled confidence in the company with all questions answered promptly and succinctly. Procurement and delivery of the project was much quicker than we had expected. Installation was well coordinated with minimal disruption. Customer care was excellent and the finished installation performance exceeds our expectations. Full credit to Stratford Energy Solutions for a well delivered project - we would happily recommend the company.

Great Charger Install at my Property, clean and professional install, well priced and good lead time.

Stratford Energy Solutions is a very efficient company to deal with. We were kept informed at every stage, their installers were polite and pleasant and did an excellent job on quite a tricky installation.

Luke and Marcus came to fit the EV charging point. They were polite and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised about how much consideration was given to making the cable as tucked away as reasonably possible. They finished a tidy job in good time and provided some basic instructions to connect a phone app to the charging point. Georgia was also great on the desk and made for me a last minute colour change on unit ordered. Great service, I would recommend Stratford energy. Ian

Painless transaction, everyone encountered could not have been more helpful and patient in achieving the result we needed. EV charger was fitted in the neatest way despite it maybe not being the quickest or easiest. Thank You

Very professional and competent installation. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Great, fast and reliable. Would recommend 100%

An excellent experience of a professional team. Even the scaffolding crew spoke highly of Stratford Energy's organisation and competence! Solar panels and battery were installed in one day, all very hassle free.

Had a lot of work done from Stratford Energy Solutions Ltd over the past few months. I found their advice to be very good, helpful and knowledgeable. They delivered experienced guidance through some difficult decisions (fuelled by my research and appetite to get the best out of my investment) relating to Solar Panels, Battery Storage and EV Charging. The installation process was a journey of discovery involving new cabling to the house, courtesy of our Distribution Network Operator (Western Power). Stratford Energy were attentive and proactive throughout the process and kept me updated along the way. Our Solar Panels, EV Charger and Tesla battery's were installed neatly, the guys onsite were polite and very careful. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

During the novel experience of buying an electric car and facilitating provision of a home charging point during these difficult times, Stratford Energy Solutions have been most supportive and timely. Not only did they handle the Government OLEV grant but sent up two electricians who fitted the Rolec Charging Point with the minimum of mess or disruption. Based on this experience I can thoroughly recommend them for EV purposes or any electrical installation.

Excellent service. Stratford Energy Solutions were able to advise us on the best charger for our needs, and the installation was very efficient with minimal disruption to us.

The team fitted an electric vehicle charger for us - they were very knowledgable and on the day of the fitting they worked in a covid safe way, communicated well so we knew when the electrics would be off due to working from home and were very tidy. They ensured it was set up on our mobiles and talked us through the safety points. We would definitely recommend them - great job!

Once we finally got western power to upgrade the mains, the SES engineers arrived on time and did a great job on the installation. It’s an old building so they were appropriately careful and professional with the installation. Would highly recommend

Stratford Energy Solutions have been superb from start to finish. They’ve been extremely knowledgeable, providing me with exactly the electric charger I needed to suit my needs and car. They were able to successfully save me money but utilising an energy grant (which the charger I had originally picked didn’t qualify) and installed it easily and efficiently. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be going back to them again for any future work and recommending them to everyone. Brilliant service.

Prompt and efficient service for these guys. Highly recommended!

Stratford Energy Solutions installed a post mounted EV charger for me. Neat job and well done, even though it was freezing cold weather!

My wife & I are so pleased we chose Straford Energy for the installation of our solar panels, Tesla Powerwall & Eddi. Everything was done efficiently & professionally & the system works like a charm.

I received excellent service. Georgia ensured a constant line of communication was left open and instructions were clear throughout. The installation process itself was exactly as promised and Luke did a very meticulous job. Paula too was very polite over the phone and I am so pleased with the services delivered. I would highly recommend the team. Thank you very much.

The installation of the new electric vehicle charging system was speedy and minimum disruption occurred. Mark talked me through each stage of the operation and helped me connect my APP to the newly installed charger. Mark and Jacob were very polite throughout their time at our house as well as maintaining social distancing. excellent job and service!

Stratford Energy Solutions installed an EV charger at my home in January 2021. They were able to advise on the best options and were helpful in setting up the government grant process. The pre-set-up process online, to post photos of our electrical kit, was very user friendly. They were very good at letting me know when I should expect the work to start. The installation engineer was friendly, tidy and conscientious, and being in Covid Times, he cleaned everything he touched before he left - even wiping his coffee cup down before returning it to me! Highly recommended. Thank you!

The team was brilliant. Very courteous and did a very clean job. Very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. From discussions with Jason pre-order to the interaction with the fitters everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Fitting of the Tesla Powerwall was quick and neat - and everything left tidy, good intro on how to use the app. Strongly recommend to anyone heading down this path.

Stratford Energy finished installing a solar panel system on our house yesterday. Their team was outstanding. Each member was courteous, friendly and efficient, and worked in freezing conditions without complaint. They are a credit to Stratford Energy.

Second time we have used Stratford Energy Solutions Ltd. - simply put, excellent service.

The personnel within the company right through were very knowledgeable and when the system was fitted the team of fitters worked hard and left no mess

Stratford Energy have installed the following at my property: 12 Solar panels with a Solar Edge inverter - allowing me to monitor my generation, usage and export remotely and in real time. An Eddi - giving me free hot water by diverting excess electricity that would be exported to my immersion heater. A Zappi - allowing me to charge my car on cheap overnight tariffs or purely from solar power when my panels are generating. All of the team I have interacted with are friendly, and helpful. With easy to read, competitive quotes for work, professional installers who clean up after themselves and courteous phone calls from all staff. For those looking to get Solar or a car charger I'd recommend Stratford Energy Solutions

Stratford Energy provided a very professional service from start to finish when installing solar panel systems on two of our new build properties. We would definitely use them on future projects.

Just had an EO Mini Pro 2 charger installed for my new EV and I am very pleased with the professionalism of Stratford Energy Solutions. Communication has been very good throughout the process and the installers did an efficient and neat job. They clearly explained what they were doing at different points throughout the installation, and then spent time explaining the set-up when they had completed the job. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent service from Stratford Energy from the team in the office and the fitting of my EV charger... recommend

Fitting car charger point. They were excellent all the way through. Clear guidance to enable me to give them the information they needed to fit and get the grant, easy to get through to on the phone, and the engineers went out of their way to do the neatest possible job. To achieve this they had to grovel in the loft and cut neatly into a wall to fit the earthing box. So I would recommend them strongly.

I can’t thank Stratford Energy Solutions enough for the fitment of my electric vehicle charging point. If you are considering these guys for doing any work don’t look any further... they are professional and caring from the very first enquiry all the way till the final install. Just brilliant. Special thanks go to Henri, Tracy, and of course Mark.

First class service from the quotation phase right up to installation. Jason was very accommodating with providing several different quotes while I decide on the best option. Installation was efficient and to schedule. Highly recommend Jason and the team.

Really neat job with the installation, very polite and friendly installers

The installation team were efficient and polite.

Outstanding quality and service. I had to wait until ages for Western Power un-looped me from my Neighbour supply and when the electrician from Stratford Energy Solutions finally came out to install my new ev charger he did an amazing job. So neat and tidy it looks like it was always there. Thank you! Would definitely recommend them!

Great service from start to finish. Made what could be seen as a complicated process smooth and efficient. All staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and always very helpful. Thanks again for your help.

Stratford Energy have been brilliant in supporting me through from my initial enquiry to the equipment installation which all took place through the Covid lock-down and shortly after when work was able to start again. Very happy with the service, installation and performance of the equipment supplied.

Totally professional outfit. Excellent communication throughout, and great service above and beyond provided by the installation team (Mark and Marcus!). I highly recommend this company.

Great service and always top quality workmanship

Great level of service. All of the staff were very friendly and the installation was quick and efficient. All mess was cleared up and the box was positioned where requested and looks very neat. Thank you!!

Nice staff and friendly service

These guys have just installed a Solar PV system at our house. A seamless transaction from start to finish with very tidy and efficient workforce. All the work was completed in a day with scaffold up the day before and down the day after. Would not hesitate to recommend Jason and his team.
