J.C.Smith Electrical Ltd

We found ourselves with no lighting downstairs, in the hall, on the landing and all upstairs. I called Jamie and explained our situation. He very kindly came to see us the same day at the end of what must have been a very busy day. We were grateful for his visit and will recommend him to all our family and friends. He was very polite and very friendly.

Jamie is helpful, friendly and professional and happy to talk through what I needed every time. I am a return customer, and will happily use this company again when I need.

Jamie did an excellent job at our shop, very efficient, quick and clean work. Would 100% recommend him :)

I highly recommend Jamie as an electrician. My experience with him has been nothing short of fantastic. After being let down multiple times I was recommended Jamie by a friend. Jamie has helped me install a smart thermostat at an HMO and has recently completed an Electrical Installation Condition Report. As a part-time landlord, the reasons why I highly recommend Jamie are: 1) Knowledge and due diligence: With the installation of the HMO smart thermostat, I explained to Jamie the issues I was trying to solve with the installation. I was impressed that Jamie took away the problem and researched the pros and cons of multiple options and presented an option that was economical and well thought out. Jamie impressed me with his work ethic here. He took his time explaining the pros and cons and showed patience when responding to numerous questions. There was a risk that I may have spent a significant amount of money on another option without his guidance and expertise. 2) Availability: Jamie is a busy tradesman. However, I have found he has always made time to return calls promptly and is willing to talk outside business hours. I have found this trait to be incredibly re-assuring based on previous negative experiences of no replies. 3) Reliability: Jamie has always turned up on time for the jobs I have asked him to do. This sounds like a simple thing but it’s not always a given. He is a man of his word and trustworthy. 4) Willing to go above and beyond: There have been a couple of times where I have had non-electrical issues and Jamie has shown a willingness to help me find the right tradesman for the job. I have appreciated the time he has taken to help me when I was facing stressful issues. I look forward to working with Jamie on a continual basis in the future.

Love this guy. Jamie came up with ideas and solutions for our lighting within our business premises. Workmanship was excellent, on time and within budget.
