Great, friendly and quick service by Stephen and Chris he's going to be my regular electrian now.

I contacted 1st electrical to repair a broken light fixture and it was done the very next morning. Service was very well priced, efficient and friendly. Would recommend!

Stef arranged to come to my house and was able to come the very next day to fit my new lights. He was friendly, professional and immediately made me feel comfortable enough to leave him to get on with the work. He explained everything that needed explaining clearly and worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish, and I was really pleased with the finished result. It’s always reassuring to find someone who is reliable, approachable and clearly knows what they’re doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Stef again for any future electrical work and would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you!

5 stars is not enough ! Stef and Chris came out to me after a power failure and I had been conned by another company. They have meticulously sorted the problem without any fuss and always mindful of my safety. Stefs advice was always honest and truthful. If you have a problem go straight to these guys - you will not regret it **********

I had a kitchen extractor fan fitted today by Steph and Chris. The service was excellent. Came on time and done a great job. Left the surrounding areas tidy . Wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again

I called 1st Electrical UK to look into a bad smell we'd been getting from our hot water, and I have to admit I was pretty anxious not knowing what was causing it. Stefan came and properly checked the electric boiler installation and tested the water there and then. He was very professional and explained everything clearly, which put my mind at ease that there was nothing seriously wrong. Genuinely knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Very efficient and professional service from Stefan. Second to none.

He was very nice and professional and even helped me set it up as the remote needed pairing with the fan. He made sure everything was working correctly. Couldn't be happier, I'm already looking for 2 more ceiling fans and will use them again for the installation. 10/10!

1st Electrical have done a good few jobs for our commercial clients. They are very responsive, very professional - highly recommend!

He's what I would call a veteran in the game; he knows his stuff! I was originally sceptical about calling after the previous electrician was around.

Worked with them not just once, they are always responsive and willing to assist in any way they can. 🫡 issues sorted.

Stefan, at 1st Electrical UK was very helpful , and went to the trouble of answering my query about the Fuse box at my home, during the early part of the morning. Stefan, was polite and Professional and able to assertain where the electrical problem could have started. He then made an urgent visit to my home and was able to talk with me to explain how he would carry out electrical tests to the circuits in the home that could be causing the fuse in the main fuse box to keep tripping. Stefan was committed in his approach to the work , he was thorough in how he carried out the testing of my electrical circuits throughout the house with nothing that was too much trouble. He was neat and tidy in the work he did, and was careful to place everything that had to be moved in its proper place. All the work was carried out well and efficiently and all the work completed was very reasonably priced. I would be very happy to call Stefan to carry out future electrical work at my home, and thoroughly recommend Stefan for any electrical work you may have. Overall I was very pleased with the service provided. Jyoti RanchhodJi Soma Patel

Excellent service from start to finish. Really friendly and professional electrician who fitted our extractor hood promptly and to a very high standard. He was extremely knowledgeable not only in his electrical field, but also in the wider building trade industry, which gave us a lot of confidence in the work being carried out. Communication was great throughout, everything was completed efficiently and left clean and tidy afterwards. Very reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. The electrician, Stef was knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and did it in great time. Great communication too. Most importantly, he charged a fraction of what a different electrician was quoting me, a life saver. Would recommend and I'll be recommending to friends and family too.

Couldn’t fault the service, came out late on a Saturday night and went above and beyond to help with a tripped fuse which turned out to be a bigger problem. Would absolutely recommend to anybody and will definitely use again if needed. Thanks

Amazing electrician and lovely person. He looked after my parents like his own and made sure they were fully happy with everything. He explained everything carefully and is trust worthy and an exceptional honest person. First time using 1st Electrical UK. Impeccable service, extremely knowledgeable, well mannered and very reasonably priced. I can understand why they’re rated so highly. Very impressed and will certainly use them again.

I called 1st Electrical late on a Sunday night to enquire about help when I had a power cut suddenly. Stef was excellent at supporting me to identify the issues and very quick to respond, particularly being so late at night! He attended first thing the next morning and everything was back within an hour. He talked me through what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Would definitely recommend for any electrical issues

I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician.

December 8th 2025. I messaged about a job that needed doing. I had a swift reply, and was informed he could pop round the next day after a job he was already on. The next day, I received a message stating a time he would be at mine. True to form he was on my door step as I pulled up. He was very polite, did the job swiftly and the price was very decent. He also did a job I'd also mentioned 5* Thank you. Would I recommend 100% Thank you for your next day reliability and the job being completed. CNC (Hamilton).

5th attempt to find an electrician after 7:30 resulted in this company attending at around 9 ish for a tripping circuit. Located the issue and replaced the outside light to stop my fuse box from tripping. Will keep this number for any electrician jobs I need doing in the future.

Great service thanks outside lights for canopy

Called out after hours, good price. Energy restored after a quick diagnostic. Will use again and recommend to anyone needing a sufficient service.

Hey stef, thank you for coming to the rescue this evening. Our factory tonight lost power and our third attempt to get an electrician to attend resulted in our power restored. I shall be using stef again for our future works and emergency call outs. Thank you Stef once again. Mark

He's so knowledgeable in his field, compared to electricians I've come across. Thanks for the shower and cooker hood install. Recommended 10****

Good guys

Came round to fix the shower switch very professional would recommend them to anyone

Was easy to work with and provide a great service and did an amazing job.

Great communication and a very quick response. Stef was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He saved our home by repairing hidden, burnt-out wiring, unprofessionally installed by previous electricians, which could have easily caused a fire. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you, Stef.

Brilliant service by Stefan. Fixed the problem same day as calling. Brilliant price all round super service💪🏼👍🏼.

Excellent service, very informative, reliable and on time. I would definitely recommend.

Needed a small job doing. Called in the morning. Did the job for me the very same day. Really polite chap and great price. Will be using him for other jobs going forward! Would highly recommend!

Called out in a emergency early in morning as we had no electricity due to a burnt out rcd we had a quick response and let us know what he could do and how long it would be before he could get to us which was so reassuring as we have young children this service was definitely 5 star and so reasonably priced definitely recommend thanks.

Stefan at 1st Electrics is in my book the first person to call if you have any electrical work you need doing . We had a problem at 4.00 am in the morning that I could not fix. I rang him at 7.30 am and he was at my address by 9.15 am . He quickly explained what the problem was , isolated the problem and then came back when convenient to us and fixed it. Once you have met Stefan you will understand why we would recommend him , he is reliable, trustworthy, an excellent electrician , very polite and a very knowledgeable man. Very reasonably priced job, very pleased.

I had a really disappointing experience with 1st Electrical UK. From the very beginning, communication was terrible. They gave me a vague time slot, and when no one showed up, I had to chase them multiple times just to get an update. When the electrician finally arrived, he seemed rushed and unprepared, leaving the job half-done. The wiring issue I called them for was not properly fixed, and I ended up having to hire someone else to redo the work. For the price they charged, I expected at least a professional attitude, but the service was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electrical work.

I have dealt with Stefan in relation to a project based a residential apartment block in Liverpool and he has been fantastic from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and provide support following completion of works. Highly recommend!

Thankyou Stefan for a really quick and efficent service, very knowledgeable and came after working hours. Great pricing and i will definitely be using you again . Thanks again Lee.

Unbelievably quick response from Stefan. He's polite, reliable and very clean and tidy with his work. What more could you ask for?

Stefan provided prompt and professional service during an emergency call-out. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a dangerous fault in the kitchen that required rewiring, a conclusion that was different from a previous electrician's assessment. Stefan was incredibly thorough, explaining the issue and even providing video evidence of the fault so that I could understand the problem and research it myself. He made the property safe during the emergency call-out and gave me a clear breakdown of the repair options and timeline. The rewiring project was completed exactly as he had explained, in a single day. He continued his practice of excellent communication and transparency by providing new video evidence of the completed work. What truly sets Stefan apart is his willingness to go the extra mile; he provided the tenants with extension leads and spare bulbs at no extra cost, little things that other electricians might charge for. It is not easy to find a trustworthy and skilled tradesperson, but Stefan has proven to be both. His dedication to safety, clear communication, and passion for his work, combined with his excellent value for money, made the entire experience a positive one. I would definitely use Stefan again and highly recommend him for any electrical work.

1st Electrical UK were great. Very effective and efficient with very competitive rates. Stefan was a really pleasant electrician. He explained everything in layman's terms so that I could understand. He fixed the problem in no time. I was very happy with the service and would recommend 1st electrical UK to you, my family and friends.

A huge thank you to Stefan at 1st electrical, i had an issue appear out the blue today, a light switch that made noises which could have been a hazard, my autistic son was stressing about it, and within a few hours of getting in touch he came to our aid and solved the problem, and I have a happy son now and I'm at ease too. I would highly recommend Stefan 👌

From quote to installation the whole process only took 24hrs! Unbeleivable service from Stefan couldn’t recommend him enough professional friendly and everything done top quality! Definitely would use again and recommend without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Stefan has been really helpful with investigating and advising on an issue with a tenanted property. He was recommended to me and I can absolutely see why. From first call, he explained and shared his knowledge so I had an understanding of potential issues, he was able to visit the property the next day and resolve things. Really pleased with service and will be using him again in the future!

Called up in a desperate situation, gone 5 at night, picked up straight away, asked about the situation we were in, very friendly and felt instantly safe, came out within about 10 minutes, got the electric back on straight away, did all necessary tests, even went all the way to B&Q to get the correct plug socket and backplate, went above and beyond through out, made everything safe, and cleaned up after himself, he had no judgement as got to be honest the dog had peed around the plug socket so there was a stench. Very reasonably priced, top guy! Many Thanks

Steph responded quickly on a Friday evening to a niggling issue we had. Came on a Sunday to fix it for a fair price. Thank you
