I’m an older lady with big mobility issues. I’ve had a couple of electrical problems for a while And been searching for a tradesperson to come . John came promptly, to his time frame And is just the nicest person. I have read from people saying how long they have used him and wouldn’t have anyone else. Well now I understand why. Very reasonably priced too! Can certainly recommend if your worried a job may be too small. My kitchen switch took a strong man to put on. Changed in seconds and perfect now. Also I had a loose fitting in my chandelier fitting He sorted and replaced all my bulbs 💡 I can definitely pass his number on with confidence!
I have been using JOHN DIAMOND ELECTRICAL since 2016, for works both on my own home and on several rental properties, and have always found the service and price to be excellent. Always a thorough job with the best options available, and a great disposition rarely seen in tradesmen nowadays. DO NOT RETIRE ! We need you.
John has always been very helpful and accommodating. He has done numerous jobs for me at work and at home, all of which have been to a high standard and competitively priced. I would certainly recommend him and I am sure I will using him again in the near future.

I have used John as my electrician for the past 21 years. My mother in law recommend him to me so I had John rewire my Victorian house. His work was exceptional and fairly priced. I was so pleased to find a good contractor/electrician I have continued to use John for all other electrical work required over the past 21 years. He always turns up no matter the size of the job required. I recently have had all safety checks completed on a rental property I own and again I was pleased with John's very high standard of care and attention to detail with a prompt return the following day to fix any issues found. Excellent service provided.
Always helpful and responsive
John fitted an additional light over our kitchen sink where there was limited access to hook into the existing wiring - but he managed it easily and quickly and cleaned up completely where he had cut the hole into the plaster ceiling. A great job promptly and safely done.
John is a first-class electrician and our first call on any occasion. Over a twenty year period he has sorted out our domestic, business and security requirements with speed, good work and great advice. I would never think of going else where.
I have used John for my electrical needs for the last 3 years or so, whether it is to repair light fittings, install new spotlights/ light fittings, fix "electrical stuff", install bathroom lighting/ mirrors etc.... John is always there when he says he will, carries out the work to a high standard, and has never let me down. I would happily recommend him to friends and family, and will no doubt require his services again when we remodel a couple of the rooms in the house at the end of the year.
Very poor customer service from the moment John stepped into the property he had bad attitude and was not willing to help us. He left myself and my pregnant wife with no electricity. I'm not sure how this man gets any work at all. Disgusting!
