It wasn’t an easy problem to figure out but he persevered trying one thing after another, pulling out the washing machine and getting under units until eventually finding the issue, which he then fixed. Tom rewired my flat and performed a safety check. Friendly, efficient, and attentive.
Tom came round to look at the electrics in my bathroom that was showing some odd behaviour that I couldn't diagnose, flickering and broken lights and a mysteriously broken extractor fan. He was on the case immediately and was quick and effective and had the problem fixed in no time. Great communication as well, couldn't recommend him more.
