He responded promptly, was extremely friendly, and managed to visit the property and complete all the work in under 24 hours. He also provided photos once the job was finished. We were very impressed with his service and will definitely be using Andrew again in the future - thank you!!

Andrew and Josh were lovely they worked on my commercial premises. They were both respectful to the customers, staff and me and they are also going to continue to do some work for me. I would recommend these guys .😊

Had a great experience using Electraplus. After booking with them to have a couple of jobs done in my property they had the fixes done within a couple of days of booking. Not only this but they let me know one of the jobs wasn’t actually needed for my requirements and thus they dropped the price a significant amount. I was very impressed with their service and will be sure to use them again.

Electric check and work done to meet today’s standards. Josh and Andrew were polite, informative and professional throughout

Good service from first telephone call to the last. Shower fitted by Josh, he was punctual, polite and pleasant. He was respectful of my home and to me. He cleaned up and checked that everything was in working order. My follow up call from Andrew checking that all was well only cemented my high opinion of the company. Would highly recommend them.

Andrew’s knowledge is unmatched, his efficiency is off the scale and his eye for detail is magnificent. No matter what obstacles are in place Andrew always finds a way. 10/10

Excellent service. I contacted Andrew with short notice for changing extractor fans and a cooker hood at short notice for a rental property. He arrived quickly and on time and a very resonable quote was agreed. Two days later he managed to fit the job in and the work was completed efficiently and with no mess. Now a good contact for any future electrical work I need.

Electraplus and Andrew were amazing, quick and responsive and exceptionally thorough

Great business. Just had a few jobs done and a 5 year electrical inspection. Andrew has kept me informed every step and talked me through any next steps. Will definitely continue to use.

Andrew and Josh came to my house to troubleshoot a stray voltage issue in my shower that a prior electrician completely missed. Both gentlemen were very professional, kind, and efficient, explaining everything in layman’s terms. The work was fair and thorough, and I felt confident in their approach. I am very happy with the service I received at ElectraPlus and highly recommend :)

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional lads. Get the job done to a high standard. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had Andrew and Josh from Electraplus carry out a full rewire of my kitchen, including installing new sockets, connecting my appliances directly to the mains with isolation switches, and fitting a brand new fuse box. They were fantastic from start to finish—efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality electricians.

I contacted Electraplus Contracting at random for a none urgent job, so glad I did. Amazed at how quickly Andrew and Josh could accommodate the work which was completed with the utmost professionalism. Asked for a quotation for another two jobs before they left.

Great service from Andrew and the team.

Excellent helpful and flexible service on a range of asks from outside lights to inside lights and additional sockets around the house. Good communication as well. Definitely recommend.

I built a new stud wall partition, but needed sockets put in it. I asked Electraplus for a price on installing a new ring circuit, but when Andrew came round he pointed out that the load I needed to pull wasn't great, so Electraplus could safely extend the existing ring and save me a good chunk of money. A few days later, Josh came round to do the work. He was professional, clean, fast at his job, tidied up afterwards... And did what I wanted! He also planned out the positioning of the sockets with me, so I know they're within regulations and exactly where I need them to be. It's all signed off with the correct Part P certificate, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you, Electraplus!

We had an unexpected electrical issue and reached out to Electraplus—and they were fantastic from start to finish. They responded incredibly fast, came out the same day, and handled everything without any hassle. The technician was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend Electraplus!

Andrew installed a 7kW charger for me and did an excellent job. The quote was very competitive, he turned up when he said he would and the quality was first class

Very quick, friendly and professional. I had an idea of what I wanted to do with the electrics and lighting but I was guided by the contractor with regard to products to use and placement and I am really happy with the results. The electrician actually stayed longer than expected and left the place cleaner than it was before. Thank you.

I had 4 spot lights and 2 sockets in my bed room. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. Very great service from both Andrew and Josh. Highly recommend if you need any electrical works

Easy to work with. Andrew and Josh were absolutely fantastic. They came out the very next day after I got in touch, which was a huge help. They quickly found and fixed the electrical fault with no fuss, and their work was top-notch, efficient, tidy, and clearly very experienced. On top of that they were very clear with their pricing. Friendly, reliable, and professional from start to finish, highly recommended. Mary

If you're looking for a fast, reliable, friendly, efficiant and courteous electrician then look no further. Andrew completed a thorough check of all my electrical sockets and switches that had lost power overnight in my home. He even rectified a rather dodgy wall socket that had been wired wrong by a previous handyman. I contacted Andrew, in rather a panic, and he arrived within 3 hours of my call. I cannot recommend Electraplus highly enough. Many thanks!

Andrew and the team at Electraplus were great to work with! Great communication from the outset with Andrew when agreeing the price. Our project was to install new bathroom lighting and extract fans for a recent renovation. The work it's self was done to a high standard and in an efficient manner. Andrew even picked up some faults with our current system and rectified them, which was reassuring. The property was left clean and tidy and the test certificates were sent over promptly afterward. I would highly recommend Electraplus for any electrical works, they are great!

Andrew and Josh did an electric check as I was selling my house. They arrived when they said they would, carried out the check quickly and kept me informed throughout. There was some remedial work needed to get to compliance and they came up with a quick and easy solution. Really pleased with their response and communication that allowed me to keep to the agreed completion date for the house sale.

Andrew and Josh carried out a brilliant job of replacing 30+ ceiling lights in Cyncoed Methodist Church, removing and replacing pews too. They were very professional and courteous and went the extra mile. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and am sure to call upon them for future needs. Thank you Andrew

5 stars and I would definitely recommend this company. Andrew and Josh have carried out a complete kitchen rewiring for me to a very high standard. Polite, professional and reliable, they are ambassadors for their trade and expertise. They also carried out the reparition work on the electrics in my bathroom following a shoddy job by the company that refurbished it. All certification provided for the work carried out, including the installation of a new consumer unit. I will certainly use them for any future electrical work.

Andrew and his team are brilliant, really easy to get hold of and turn up when they say they will, they have done three house with us, from full re wires, built in wifi extender systems and new sockets and lights. Andrew always has a great finish, cleans up after himself and we have never had any problems with the work done. Also has great contacts and recommendations of other trades he works with.

Installed two defibrillator cabinets and re-located a cabinet from a vacant building in Pontypridd town centre. Pleasure to work with, very professional and delivered exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend/use again.
