Infinity Electrical customers report good work, including full rewires and fixing faults at short notice. Several reviewers say problems were explained to them and that jobs were left tidy, and one customer said Jack came out on his day off to restore power for a disabled household member. Communication is often mentioned, with one reviewer describing it as flawless and another saying they were told when the job would be done and it arrived on time. A customer reported that unexpected problems in an older house were handled, and another said they were listened to and kept informed with suggestions. No reviewer reported any criticism.
Excellent job done the job explained everything to me why the problem happened. And checked everything for me. I would recommend them and use then again
Lovely guys and a great job! Listened to all our thoughts and ideas. They had to work around us and all the dogs but had our place rewired from top to bottom in a few days, with hardly any mess... i dont know how they did it!! Very good price too. Highly recommended.
Great service and communication. Told me exactly when job would be done and arrived on time. Jobs were done to a high standard and no mess was left. Happy to recommend.
Fabulous service. All electricity failed. My husband is disabled and relies on a stairlift. Jack arrived within 30 minutes of me phoning him, although it was his day off. Problem solved and explained. Very efficient, helpful and friendly. Will definately use again whenever needed.
Infinity Electrical was absolutely amazing, Jack went above and beyond. We had a full rewiring of the property and he a fantastic job I would highly recommend him for any Electrical issues you have.
House alarm sounded just after seven at night and could not be silenced by inputting code! Rang Jack and he was outside my house within minutes. He silenced the alarm by working internally and externally. His fee was very reasonable and I would recommend him highly. Such a friendly gentleman. I need not look further for an electrician. Great work at a great price. Many thanks Jack.
Yet again excellent work. Very professional, reliable. Completely trust Jack to get whatever needs doing done!
Jack was awesome, communication flawless throughout, super professional, friendly and honest. By far the best tradesman I have come across and should be an example for the whole trade. He followed up quickly with a written fair quote for the work - listened to what I wanted and was very positive and open with suggestions and comments. He was also able to fit the job in which was appreciated. With it being an older house, some unexpected challenges came up but he went above & beyond and handled them. Overall just very impressed and definitely would recommend Infinity Electrical to anybody needing electrical work, will 100% be calling again to do ongoing work.
