Rheidol Electrical Services Ltd is named by reviewers for charger installation and warranty work, CCTV and consumer unit replacement. One customer says a warranty replacement for a Zappi charger was handled with excellent communication and a polite, knowledgeable service. Several reviewers describe the engineers as polite and professional, and one says they arrived early for a warranty repair and were finished within an hour. Two reviewers report problems with follow-up: one had additional work quoted but, despite chasing several times, was never given a price, and another accepted a quote for a charger after a home visit but heard nothing further despite voicemails and emails. One other reviewer said the installation was first class from quote to handover and that the engineers checked their work.
Rheidol engineers carried out a Myenergi warranty repair on my Zappi charger that needed replacing. Excellent communication and service throughout. Very polite and knowledgeable.
From booking the installation to completion I cannot fault, the engineer represented the company extremely well and gave valid information, total professional installation. Warranty installation was carried out at a suitable time for myself. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from the team today. My Zappi charger was due a repair under warranty. I requested an early slot as I was due to take my mother-in-law to a hospital appointment in the afternoon. They arrived at 7:30 and we're gone before 8:30am. A very efficient and polite team. Update on my original review. I did want some additional work doing and the contractors took details when they replaced the Zappi. Unfortunately, despite chasing several times, nobody has ever got back to me with a quote.
Unfortunately our Eddi regeneration unit developed a fault. After contacting Myenergi they arrange a replacement and Rheidol Electrical services were the designated representative to replace the faulty unit. Very pleased with the service, polite and good at communicating with constant updates of when they would come and replace the faulty unit. Would definitely recommend .
Surprised there are not many reviews on this company! I had my Zappi 2 charger installed today, due to the old one no longer updating and it was replaced under warranty. From start to finish I was very pleased with my experience. Many thanks love my new charger! 👍
Zappi Electric Car Charger Installation: First class service from the opening engagement through to handover post install. Clear and concise quote with several options presented at time of free home evaluation. Brilliant engineers who were polite, cared about the quality and look of the install and diligently checked all their work to ensure no future snags. I'd certainly put them high on my trades list for all future electrical work. Excellent.
I contacted Rheidol to fit an electric car charger. The initial contact was really friendly & engaging, providing me with a quote for various chargers After a visit to my home to confirm some details, I accepted a quote, but then received no further contact from them, despite leaving voicemails and sending emails Disappointed and had to find an alternative installer in the end
Thanks to Phil, Matt (and the apprentice), for a fantastic job of installing my Hypervolt charger and replacing my consumer unit. Very professional from the initial quote and survey, right through to the installation and clean up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you to Phil and Matt for doing a first class job fitting Cctv Cameras around my house. Quality cameras and service, highly recommended. Thanks again Rheidol
