The team turned up when they said they would and worked in a clean, tidy and courteous manner. We were given useful aftercare instructions and all rubbish was removed promptly at the end of the work. We are really delighted with our new bathroom.

Aqua Bathrooms refitted our bathroom, replacing the bath with a walk-in shower and retiling the whole room. The standard of workmanship was excellent and we were very pleased with the end result. The workmen were friendly and consulted us over the positioning of the units. They arrived early each day and kept to schedule. There was a long delay (6 months) between accepting the quote and starting the work, which was much longer than we had anticipated. We then had less than 24 hours warning of when the work would commence. All the rubbish from the work (the old bathroom fittings, and packaging for the new, etc) was initially placed in our small front garden, which destroyed many of the plants there. While this was efficiently removed at the end of the work, it would have been better if this could have been be placed in a skip in the driveway, rather than the garden. The only initial disappointment was the size of the washbasin. The one installed was too small and clashed with the cabinet above it. We had not appreciated these dimensions when we accepted the quotation. This was efficiently exchanged afterwards for one of a more appropriate size.

John and his team did a great job refurbishing my cloakroom/utility room. They were really friendly and professional. The quality of work was done to an excellent standard and I was really pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and high standard of workmanship, 10/10!

John turned up on time and provided a quote as he said he would. He alerted us to the earliest start date once we had committed to them carrying out the work. John listened to our needs and having years of experience in plumbing and bathroom fitting, gave us good advice regarding the options and work required. His quote included a hypothetical product and materials price list alongside the usual labour costs, which was very helpful. He knew where we could go locally to see a good range of fixtures and fittings and especially those we were considering having (we did not want to rely simply on catalogues). He was good at suggesting products that suited our tastes and the limitations of our bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom space. Indeed, we ended up using many of items from his initial product list. John was responsible for supplying fixtures and fittings and has a good network of local companies. We were very impressed with the work carried out by Rob (the main fitter) and the other guys contracted to do the plastering, painting and floor tiles. Rob was exceptional in everything he did, whether it was wall tiling, electrical or solving a plumbing challenge. The team was always helpful in answering questions and consulted us whenever there was a small decision to be made, to ensure everything was right for us, eg the positioning of a mirror, a light or toilet roll. We enjoyed having them in the house and were fully confident in their ability to do the job well.

John has designed our two bathroom renovations last year and this year with Rob and Brandon installing both. Their problem solving, attention to detail and general hard work really shine through in the finished product. So pleased with both bathrooms and very grateful to them all.

We had two separate projects (Shower room and a Bathroom) that ran one after the other. John, the owner has 44 years experience in the trade and it was immediately apparent that he is very knowledgeable. We had great communication from him throughout the two projects. The three tradesmen Rob, Callum and Brandon carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard and had a very good work ethic

About 4 months ago Aqua bathrooms refurbished my bathroom. When I say refurbished it was a total understatement as everything needed replacing including some floor joists! I was very impressed with the work and the end result. Coming up to 4 months on I havent found anything I do not like or am annoyed by. So it was obvious that I would use Aqua bathrooms for my shower room. Yet again Rob, Callum and Brandon were amazing and very easy to get on with, everything was cleaned up before they left each day and also after they finished. Again I am really happy with the end result, Rob is so incredibly precise and quite a perfectionist and is able to give great advice. I found right from the quote everything was easy, John selected everything for the quote, which for me made my life easy, all I then had to do was decide if I wanted something different or stick with the quote. Throughout the work if Rob thought something was wrong he would tell you rather than blindly fit whatever was on the quote. Yet another excellent job, thank you Aqua bathrooms.

Cloakroom renovated by Aqua Bathrooms Installations Ltd, the end result is fabulous! Craftsmanship involved in the fitting of the wall and floor tiles, sanitary ware, and units is to a very high standard.

Update- BATHROOM they fitted is now being ripped out due to the shower tray not supported correctly and now has a split in. All the wates has fallen apart and our down stairs ceilings need re-boarding and skimming. Thanks John ,why couldn't you do the job others have complemented on. Not to mention your attitude towards us .. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!! Had major problems with John, whistle doing our bathroom and not to mention my mothers bathroom which had to be ripped out and done again..!!! Now just over a year later I'm having to redecorate and re-plaster the celling as .!. Well basically its falling apart. Don't be fooled by this conman .. You will understand when he gets you to sign the wavier at the end. Also shower screen leaking Cabinet falling apart One skim of plaster on supposedly new celling. Stay away form them .. That's if there still trading??? Now to add to the shoddy workmanship our ceilings have fallen down due to bad fitting of the incorrect sized shower tray that is NOT supported.. Why couldn't of you just done a good job like you supposedly do on everyone else's bathroom. Updated once again. The proof is clear john . You and your team are a let down to the trade. Why did my mums bathroom have to be removed then after you fitted it. ?????? Our bathroom has been ripped out and clear photo evidence of the tray NOT being supported correctly. As for aggression you have top marks for passing your anger on to us and my elderly mother. Anyone wishing to see these photos or proof of the letter from Check a trade, that Leach had to write to us apologising for the mess, please feel free to contact me.

Aqua installed a new en-suite, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Very professional, punctual and hard working. The workmanship was excellent and the fitters were great company, they explained everything they were doing, solved a few problems and nothing was too much trouble. Water softener supplied and fitted. Installation was completed to a very high standard with attention to detail being excellent.

With horror stories about tradesmen being commonplace we were cautious from the outset; we did our homework and checked out everything; we researched the project and asked the technical questions to demonstrate we knew what should be happening. As it turned out, we needn't have worried; these people are professionals who are only interested in furthering their reputation by doing the job they are paid for. Excellent standard of workmanship, at the price quoted. You have nothing to fear from this outfit.

Very pleased with the work Rob and Callum completed on our en suite bathroom, the quote John gave us initially didn't change other than some tweaks we requested and also some unforeseen work required that couldn't be seen before removal of the old tiles. We were briefed on this before work took place and while Rob and Callum were progressing through the job they regularly checked we were happy with positioning of certain items. Small local company, the boss came for a couple of site visits and the fitter was polite, tidy, professional and reliable. I left during the days to let him get on with things. The job took a little longer than planned due to delays caused by suppliers, not Aqua Bathrooms fault. There were some other snags evidently, but the project only went a few days over the projected time frame.

This is the second installation we have employed Aqua to do, and like the first, this has been completed to a very high standard. As perviously we have no hesitation is recommending this firm.
