My new bathroom has exceeded my expectations, I could not be happier with it. Interia walked me through every step, and made suggestions about things I wasn’t sure of. The installers, Wayne and Tom were fantastic - professional, friendly and respectful of my home and completed the bathroom in 9 days which was amazing. The work has been completed to such a high standard, I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their bathroom.

En suite: a truly bespoke design by Mal who ensured that my initial requirements were in fact exceeded. Interia also made certain that everything was delivered on time. Wayne and Tom, responsible for the installation, are clearly experienced professionals with an eye for detailed precision work, plus the ability to operate within the target time frame. An unexpected, and very welcome, bonus was their use of a high-powered air purifying unit plus door sealing to protect the remainder of my home during the inevitable disruption. Excellent teamwork by all involved with a superb result.

Bathroom was top quality, and the fitters Wayne and Tom were very reliable, great workers and I would 100% recommend there work. They done a great job and I could not fault anything. Totally transfered our bathroom.

Wonderful experience following a very disappointing experience with a well known big brand. We were about to order our kitchen through the big name supplier as we felt it was the only option for our kitchen needs and wants but weren't totally sold on it. A friend as a last resort said try Mal at interia. Expecting a similar experience But far from it. Mal managed to fit us into his diary that day and we never looked back. He really listened to us and has given us an amazing kitchen that we didn't think was possible based on previous meetings with other big names. From the first contact at the Interia showroom with Mal to the completion of a new en suite bathroom installation, all aspects were completed in a very friendly and professional manner. A home visit and agreed design was followed by an on site survey with the fitter. Selection of the bathroom equipment went equally smoothly with Haden back in the showroom. We had a really good experience, starting from the bathroom design stage, through measuring and ordering the goods with Mal, and then the fitting from the amazing team of Wayne and Tom. After deciding to update our ensuite bathroom and visiting local outlets and showrooms we chose Interia. Their showroom offered a comprehensive selection of bathroom furniture, fittings and tiling on site. Mal completed a free survey and visual design of the new bathroom, suggesting various different options and fittings. We were assisted in choosing all the bathroom furniture bath ,shower options wall and floor tiles by Hayden in the showroom. It was decided that Interia would supply all the bathroom goods and use their recommended fitter. All the bathroom furniture and equipment was supplied promptly and Wayne the fitter suggested a couple of improvements to the initial design. The job took a couple of weeks to be completed and Wayne and Tom used their vast experience to complete a superb professional job with great attention to detail of installing the bath ,electric shower ,lighting and tiling. We liked the efficient ,complete and friendly service provided by all the staff and fitters at Interia and are delighted with the result. We would highly recommend Interia to anyone needing to upgrade their bathroom.

From the outset Mal and the team at Interia were so helpful with the design of our new shower room. We were very lucky to have the work carried out by Wayne and his son Tom. They did a perfect job and arrived everyday on time and were very courteous. They were very tidy and finished on time with the shower room looking amazing upon completion. I am so pleased with the service and work I received from Inertia at Locks Heath. I already had a fitted kitchen but had a problem with my integrated larder fridge and freezer and needed new appliances and new doors and couldn’t go back to the original supplier. Mal was totally accommodating and showed me my options and I went for a contrast door and a Caple appliances. I was so pleased with every aspect, the fitter Jamie was so polite and professional. They came recommended from friends who had had a large kitchen fitted, and I would definitely recommend Inertia to do your bathroom or kitchen as the service + quality + value for money = a winning solution.

Wanted to say how pleased we are with our new bathroom. From start to finish everything has been fantastic. Mal gave us good ideas and options for the bathroom and seeing it all drawn up on the screen was great, no sketches on bits of paper here. The process of selecting the products was great, Mal was very patient and supportive helping us get to the decisions we were happy with. Wayne, the fitter, came around to survey before starting the job and even looked at a couple of problems we had with hot water pressure in the bathroom and a noisy shower in the en-suite. Wayne recommended changing from a gravity system to a pressurised system to cure those things so we decided to go ahead with that as well. Once the date was booked Wayne and his son Tom came and fitted the bathroom. They were excellent throughout, really great people, easy to talk to and full of ideas. Wayne suggested getting rid of an ugly bit of wall that was hiding the original stack pipe so we went with his idea and now the bathroom is bigger and looks better as a result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and Wayne's idea to cure the problems we had previously worked well, no pressure problems and an ultra quiet shower in our en-suite. All in all we are extremely pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Interia.

Excellent service as expected. Needing a replacement oven we visited the showroom on Saturday morning and the new NEFF oven was installed Monday lunchtime. It doesn't get any better than that.

Our new bathroom is fantastic. Interia provided excellent hardware which were fitted expertly by their fitters. They were on time and on budget. We are very pleased indeed and recommend them to anybody for a new bathroom.

What a fantastic result! The work exceeded our expectations beyond anything we could have thought. Some things don't change! We used Interia for the second time recently, this time for our kitchen and previously (c.10 years ago) for a bathroom. On both occasions the experience has been excellent! Patience at the design stage as we bounced ideas, changed our minds and agreed the plans, with a great team of guys who did the installation - professional, quality workmanship with attention to detail. We are very happy with the final kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Interia without hesitation.

We have just had 2 bathrooms fitted by these guys, and we couldn't be happier with the service we've received. From our initial enquiry in store with Mal and his team, who advised on what suited our needs all the way through to completion. The craftsmen who did the fitting were second to none, Wayne and his son Tom are a real asset to the organisation, constantly keeping us updated and dealing effortlessly with any oddities that popped up (and there were a few) felt as though we could have given them the keys to the house and gone on holiday. Highly recommend them.

These guys are so good at what they do we can’t seem to stop ordering through them! Our first job was a complete kitchen refit and re-design which went smoothly, right from design and conception to delivery and installation by Chris and the guys at Index. We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen - once we finally decided on the colour scheme! Second job more recently was our downstairs cloakroom and utility. Again, the options are plentiful and we like that there's options available for all budgets. So pleased we went with the blush pink! We were looking to refurbish our bedroom and settled on Interia due to friend recommendation and we were not disappointed. Good value and the installation team were professional, polite and always looking to provide solutions to any issue that arose. Removed artex, fitted downlights, moved electric sockets and installed the furniture. More than happy and would recommend.

Professional and courteous service throughout when getting a new bathroom installed at my mother's property. Mal took her needs into account (mobility issues) and designed a bathroom to the specs requested. Never felt rushed or pressured into going ahead with it, allowing us time to mull over options and choices. High quality products and furnishings throughout, with things like tile finishes and cabinet colours recommended by Mal to compliment each other, and give a really impressive look once installed. The fitters Wayne and Tom were friendly and pleasant throughout the installation, taking care around the house and working hard to get everything installed within the timeframe. Attention to detail was second to none - everything was expertly installed. One issue with a slightly damaged cupboard door identified on delivery from the manufacturer was quickly resolved without any issue, and the door replaced straight away. Thanks to Mal, Wayne and Tom for their hard work and attention to detail - the bathroom looks fantastic and would definitely recommend!

We recently purchased a whole new bathroom here. The team at Interia have been nothing but extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient while we ordered everything a little at a time. The team delivered everything to us in great time and went above and beyond with helping us. Everything is great quality and although we're only 90% through with installing everything, we absolutely love our new bathroom! We will definitely be back when it's time to do the kitchen (sorry guys!)

From our first meeting until the project was finished Mal and his fitting team where very professional. Communication was great they turned up when they said and got on with the refurbishment of our bathroom with little fuss and left the house tidy when they left for the evening. Final product is amazing just what we wanted. We then had them back to for an unvented water cylinder which again went with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Interia are an absolutely wonderful company. From start to finish, the entire experience of having a new bathroom was superb. Our first meet up was with the boss, Mal, looking at bathroom products - his knowledge at what we wanted was spot on immediately. He provided the computer aided design meet up to ensure we knew exactly what we had chosen and we were happy straightaway. The two installers, Wayne and Tom were first class. Their skills, knowledge and experience was incredible and more importantly were ‘people persons’ throughout the project. They communicated with us continuously and worked extremely hard every single day. The final day they cleaned throughout and the bathroom was stunning! Absolutely love it. We have had quite a few bathrooms fitted over the years, this one the best ever. We would thoroughly recommend Interia (especially Wayne and Tom), and the costs were worth every penny. We've used Interias three times so far, the most recent being to replace a broken shower door. The two previous times were for a new kitchen and bathroom. On each occasion we have nothing but praise for the work. Organisation of materials and workers was first class. Communication on all aspects was excellent. Fittings of a good quality at a reasonable price.The fitters were always friendly, very professional and willing to go that extra bit to ensure we ended up with exactly what we wanted. This is a local firm who are professional and approachable. We thoroughly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Wayne has just finished fitting our new bathroom and we are very pleased with his quality of workmanship. Mal’s design was very good an overall we are very happy.

Bathroom and ensuite replaced in August. Fitter Wayne absolutely brilliant, went out of his way to make sure everything was as we wanted and solved allthe problems found with our older property. Good finish, very tidy and helpful. Very pleased with units, door with very minor scratch replaced and minor changes made without fuss. Design service very helpful. Not the cheapest quote but well worth it. Would recommend.

A bit belated but really impressed with our new kitchen from Interia earlier this year. We went with them as we wanted someone who would organise and arrange everything and they did. The kitchen fitters we had - KBM Builders were excellent and worked really hard. The plans from Interia were great and the products also. It has really changed our house and couldn't recommend them enough.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Interia, Locks Heath! From our initial visit to the showroom through to the finished kitchen in our new extension, Mal and the team at Interia could not have been more helpful. His extensive knowledge of the kitchens and appliances available was invaluable when choosing what was right for us. The kitchen units were extremely well made and comparable with other more expensive kitchens. There was always someone on hand to give advice or answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. We felt the whole team had a genuine desire for us to be happy with every aspect of their service. The building work was quite stressful but Mal liaised with our builders regarding delivery times etc. so as to avoid delay where possible. A great service!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the fabulous showroom, and here we are over a year later and when something goes wrong and the warranty has already run out, they pay for the part themselves.

INTERIA provided me with a WHARF solid surface worktop. I can only say that the whole service has been faultless from start to finish. They have endless patience, and they needed it, as we took an age to make up our mind about the specific worktop that we wanted. After numerous samples, store and manufacturer visits we chose our worktops. Mitch fitted them for us and he proved to be a true craftsmen. So pleased with the whole service from start to finish. Mal managed the whole process for us and nothing went wrong. Fantastic !!
