Alex is simply second to none. He is very professional, friendly and understanding of a customers requirements and aims to please in every way possible. He also keeps you updated with what he is doing especially when it comes to him outsourcing his other recommended sub-contractors from electrics to tiling - each of whom are excellent too. Alex ripped out and completely transformed an old main bathroom into an en-suite. And at the same time made a new bigger bathroom from one of our spare bedrooms. He had answers to all the challenges experienced and didn't make anything a big issue, but rather looked for solutions and implemented them in his very efficient way without compromising the final result. He went above and beyond what we asked for and we couldn't be happier. We certainly recommend Alex without hesitation.
Alex has been amazing. We had some awful plumbers leave us in the lurch and we needed work completing quickly so we could move in. Alex managed to fit us in and did an excellent job fitting us a new rain shower with 2 niches, a toilet, sink, bath waste and kitchen sink water supply. He also managed to arrange for tiling to be done too with his colleague who did such an amazing job. Alex had great communication, always on time and was really tidy. He really saved us a lot of stress, I'd highly recommend Epsom and Leatherhead bathrooms!

Alex was excellent. From the first moment he provided a very realistic and reasonable quote to fit a new bathroom. He was booked up for months so when I said I could be flexible and provide a key for him to come and go as he pleased, he fitted me in early. Alex provided a brochure and I selected my choices. When I changed my mind he sorted this and negotiated a compromise so I wasn’t punished financially. Alex was such a careful and clean worker. I trusted him completely in my house and I don’t do that easily. I can’t speak highly enough of the service Alex provided. I now have a beautiful new bathroom and am very pleased. I recommend Alex without reservation. He really is excellent. And he’s a nice guy to work with.
Earlier this year we decided that we needed to get our bathroom remodelled. After some searching we came across Epsom and Leatherhead Bathrooms whom we then contacted to obtain a quotation. We were visited by Alex who immediately we warmed to. He was absolutely charming and took full account of our aspirations and most importantly our budget. We received a detailed estimate from Alex and were made aware that due to his busy schedule it would be a couple of months before he would be available to commence the work. We accepted the quote and a commencement date was agreed. The work commenced on the date given and from that point through to completion of the project we were kept fully informed of the planned work schedule and details of the trades people who would be undertaking each aspect of the works. From beginning to end we were totally delighted with the work being undertaken with the final result exceeding our wishes. We have no hesitation in recommending Alex to others looking for a reliable, professional and value for money service. We would like to extend a huge thank you to Alex along with Elliott the Electrician, Columb the tiler and Kieran the plasterer. All together a 5 star team (and above). Thank you all. George and Lin.
We had a few quotes and Alex’s was very competitive. He also provided valuable advice as to how our bathrooms could be configurated. He sourced a unique shower tray which looks excellent. Alex is very personable, and is a good listener and hard worker. We’re very happy with the final result. As with any major project, there are always a few snagging problems. It’s never been too much trouble for Alex to come back and remedy. Whilst he was doing our bathrooms, he also attended to some other jobs we needed doing. We have used Alex subsequently, and it appears no job is too small! Highly recommended, and clearly a fitter in demand! We had to wait 3 to 4 months for a slot but it was worth it.

It was a pleasure working with Alex. He was pro-active and had a very high level of ownership, thinking ahead and approaching everything as though he was dealing with his own home. He thoughtfully found ways of overcoming various design challenges during the refurbishment of my shower room, which led to an excellent result. He responded flexibly to inevitable changes of plan on my part along the way. He also has very high standards and took care to work with sub-contractors who shared his values. Overall a great result.
Apart from being right on top of his game, it has been a pleasure to deal with Alex, whose approach seems to be "over and above", in that, if we are typical of his customers, he has gone out of his way to ensure we are happy. He seems to have a good relationship with his subcontractors (tiler, plasterer and electrician) all of whom were in the same mould as Alex. Everything happened on time and we are pleased with the result.
We are delighted with the renovation of our en-suite shower carried out by Epsom and Leatherhead Bathrooms. Alex listened carefully to our aims and concerns and devised a perfect solution. The work took place as booked and took three days with the minimum of disruption. He struck a good balance, consulting us where necessary and using initiative where not. Alex was meticulously tidy, vacuuming the work area and access route regularly. It was a pleasure having him working in our home. The end result exceeded our hopes and we consider the price very reasonable.

I recently had a feature wall tiled around my fire place and was recommended Alex. Alex came promptly on time and did not stop working. I underestimated the amount of work that was needed, but nothing was too hard or a hastle for Alex to achieve such a brilliant job. He was precise, tidy and paid attention to detail. Alex came and did a full bathroom refit for us. Including removing the old suite (and carpet!) and replacing with the new suite which we bought online. He also re-tiled our kitchen. Throughout the time Alex was with us he was extremely hard working, always making sure he left the flat clean and tidy at the end of each day (even though we weren’t living in it yet!) All the work carried out was done meticulously, Alex has a great eye for detail, taking time and care to make sure all aspects of the job were completed to the highest standard. We encountered a couple of difficulties with our job, due to ageing pipe work, which Alex took in his stride and sorted quickly and efficiently. He always took care to double check everything with us before he proceeded with making alterations or installing anything. I would highly recommend Alex for all aspects of plumbing, bathroom fitting and tiling. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and kitchen. We will definitely be using Alex again for future plumbing needs.
