Charlie and Rachel did a complete refurbishment of our shower room, which wasn't without its problems. We are delighted with the results and it has definitely future proofed it. They were efficient, tidy and kept to the time plan. 2 years later we had a small problem with a tap. Charlie sourced a replacement and sorted out the issue without any fuss or charge. Highly recommended.

Clear Plumbing did a fantastic job refurbishing our downstairs cloakroom. It's a very small space with quite a few challenges but Charlie discussed solutions with us which worked out brilliantly. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient and friendly. Charlie communicated clearly about every stage of the work. The attention to detail is exceptional, the new fittings look great and the finish is top quality. Charlie (and Rachel!) clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the result. I have used Charlie & his team for a bathroom refit into a shower room for my elderly father, and for a complete kitchen renovation at my own address. Clear Plumbing and Building are a throwback to a past time when providing a real quality of service was simply the simply and most important factor. Charlie always turns up on time, works hard, is reliable and trustworthy and genuinely takes pleasure in doing a good job to the customers specifications. Always happy to advise and suggest things, his input is always sound and based on his considerable experience. Charlie possesses a range of building skills and in the unlikely event that he can't do something, he has a a team of skilled colleagues that he can ask to assist. If you are looking for a no-nonsense job done at a fair price then have no hesitation in calling. You will not be disappointed. I do not generally leave reviews and indeed was not ask to do so, but the outstanding service that Charlie and his team provide deserves recognition. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future, nor to recommend them to friends and family.
Charlie and his team did a fabulous job of our bathroom. Having previously used him - and been delighted with that work, we had no doubts about engaging him again. As with any great trade at the moment, he was booked up well in advance, but we were willing to wait. We weren't disappointed at all. The fit & finish are superb, with lots of little polished details. As with all major jobs, there's always a few unexpected hiccups particularly with the state of our existing bathroom and its plumbing, but Charlie took it all in his stride. He also proposed a significant improvement to our bathroom, that hadn't even crossed our minds! Although dust was inevitable, Charlie and his team did a great job of preparing for the work, covering carpets and bookshelves to minimise the impact! We have no hesitation in highly recommending Clear Plumbing and Building! :o)
Charlie and his team did fantastic job transforming an unused room with a complete bathroom installation. Doing all the necessary pipe work as well as additional work work to floors, walls and ceiling. Cannot recommend enough.
Charlie has done 2 bathrooms and 2 ensuites for us over the years (not the same house!). We wouldn't keep using him if he wasn't reliable, trustworthy and did a quality job.

Throughout the design stage Charlie gave great advice and made the sourcing of the fixtures and fittings really easy. The installation was great, Charlie's team were professional, completed the job on time and to a very high standard. I could not be happier with the job Charlie and Daniel did in remodelling my bathroom and toilet. Their attention to detail and finish exceeded expectation. Charlie made the process incredibly easy from start to finish, lending advice for improvements and ensuring everything was done to the best standard. The house was kept spotless and having noticed a fault with the toilet seat, Charlie re-ordered it and came and fitted it a couple of weeks later. The job was finished quickly, without detracting from quality. Would recommend to anyone, a master of his craft.

After not happy with a previous plumbing company that fitted my new bathroom I then contacted Charlie and his team as he was recommended to me by a close friend. Charlie was straight to the point, polite and professional. He came over the same day I made the enquiry and fixed issues with my leaking shower and re-sealed the grout on my shower tiles as the previous plumber did an awful job. Charlie fixed all of these issues promptly and effectively and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and will be using again!

Charlie did a great job at supporting us through some challenges created by the taps we ordered. Even though it was a product fault Charlie managed the whole process with the supplier a year after installation when he could have easily fobbed us off. Highly recommended.
Charlie and the team have just finished a complete refurb of a bathroom that was desperately in need of one in our vacant house and we are thrilled with the results. Charlie was extremely helpful in the planning stages advising on fixtures, placement and retailers still able to operate during lockdown. Once the works started he provided regular updates and completed on time and on budget leaving behind a sparkly new bathroom and everything clean and tidy. No hesitations to recommend them and will hopefully be able to have them back for more works at some point.

Clear Plumbing has just fitted a new bathroom for me. Charlie was sensitive as to our requirements, working at the weekend while we were away to ensure the bathroom was fully operational when we got back. Charlie is very easy to work with, solutions-driven, and keeps the whole space as tidy as possible (covering stair carpets etc), and cleaning up very thoroughly at the end of the job. He was quick, efficient, reliable, collected items from Click & Collect, and ensured he was there to receive delivery of other items to make sure they weren't damaged. I'm delighted with the finished work - the bathroom looks really good and works perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Charlie and his partner Daniel fitted a new shower enclosure for us last week. We cannot praise too highly the standard of his workmanship. He is cheerful, reliable, punctual and ALWAYS answers his phone. As a bonus when the job is finished, his partner Rachel arrives and does a wonderful job of cleaning and leaving everything spotless.
