Urban Gas Fitters UK fitted two replacement combi boilers for one reviewer on time and on budget, and another had a new boiler fitted with pipework tidied in the utility. Simon installed a new boiler and heating system for several reviewers, including a hot water cylinder and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor in one case, and fixed a gas leak by installing a new pipe. Reviewers described Simon as professional, reliable and calm, and several said he explained things clearly and answered their concerns. One reviewer praised his knowledge and expertise, and another said the cost was very competitive. A single reviewer reported that Simon did a last-minute gas cooker fitting and supplied the parts needed.
It is difficult to find a tradesman nowadays who actually do everything that they promised to do. Urban Gas Fitters arrived on time to look at the replacement of two combi boilers. They listened to my concerns, gave advice and submitted a detailed quotation which we accepted. They carried out the work efficiently, on time, on budget and with a smile on their faces. I am happy to recommend Simon Gardner for any plumbing issues.
So great to have work done on the house with no stress! Simon was calm and communicated well so that everything felt very relaxed. We had a new boiler fitted and Simon also tidied up the pipework in the utility so it all looks so much smarter. He took care of registering and certification and helped us with issues with low pressure and locating a tiny leak. All with calmness and kindness. Wonderful. Highly recommend!
Simon did a very last minute job for my mom today, fitted her new gas cooker and supplied all the parts needed. Was very professional and respectful. Highly recommend.
Urban Gasfitters is reliable, on time and works to a high standard. Thanks Simon
Simon from Urban Gas Fitters replumbed our entire house and installed a brand-new heating system, including a new boiler, hot water cylinder, and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. He also repiped the whole property as part of the renovation. Simon’s knowledge and expertise are second to none. From planning the system layout to carrying out the installation, everything was done to a very high standard. He clearly takes pride in his work, and the quality of the pipework and overall finish reflects that. He was reliable, professional, and always happy to explain how everything worked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon and Urban Gas Fitters to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy heating engineer.
Our boiler packed up, meaning no heating and no hot water. We were unable to find an engineer. Simon went out of his way to come on the same day and diagnose the problem. He installed and fitted a new boiler the next day. We have a young family and so are grateful that he could resolve the problem quickly for us and to a very high standard. We will definitely use Simon (Urban gas fitters UK) again.
There was a gas leak in my flat. Simon Gardner was informed late in the afternoon on 13 November 2024. He attended promptly on the day. He identified the source of the gas leak on the pipe work. He installed a new pipe and resolved the issue without delay and with very high standard. He is a reliable professional delivering a high quality and efficient service. I do highly recommend him. 14/11/2024
Simon was recommended to install my new boiler, upgrade my central heating system, and install a new digital shower. The service he has given is exceptional and the cost very competitive. Many thanks Simon for a great installation.
Having looked at the Gas Safe Register, I engaged Urban Gas Fitters to service our boiler. Simon came along at the agreed appointment time and completed the service. He also went "above and beyond" by diagnosing a hot water issue for me (which took some time). Professional and amiable service given. Will be using Urban Gas Fitters in the future for sure. 5 stars.
