We are very happy with everything that the team did, Ed, Jake and Sam were helpful, effecient and punctual. Pertinent questions were asked, and therefore the project was completed to our satisfaction. Good price as well, so I highly recommend, and will use them again for my next project.

We had the pleasure of using Delta to install two Daikin Stylish aircon units in our house. The whole process from quotation to install has been faultless. The lads (Scott and team) who did the installation worked very hard to get the install done in two days. All work was completed to a good standard and care was taken to clean up afterwards each day. I can’t fault the company, and the products work great! Just in time for the heatwave due next week! I’d highly recommend Delta if looking for premium aircon units and a service to match.

Very happy with service and products installed. Scott & Sam were excellent at communicating the plan and happy to answer all our questions regards our multi room install. Scott helped us decide on placement and offered advice and guidance on best options. Clean and tidy, great back office logistics comms etc. Other quotes came in simular (little cheaper in some cases) however the reputation Delta has is well founded imo. I would recommend to all friends / family.

Delta installed the air con units in my extension and were extremely helpful. The project wasn't the easiest and they managed to sort any issues out without any hassle.

We recently had air conditioning installed into our bedrooms. Ed and Sam did a great job. Polite and punctual, clean and tidy. From quotation to office admin then installation and providing all the necessary certificates, Delta did a fine job and I would highly recommend the team.

I have been so impressed with Delta AC Services from start to finish - so professional and pro-active. From the admin staff, Marianne and Brooke, to Gareth who came out to Mastermind how the installation would best be set up in my house and quote for it, to the engineers, Ed and Sam, who worked tirelessly all day to install the units internally and externally, I was was delighted and can only highly recommend their service. As for the benefits of having the A/C now installed in my house, I already am wondering how I lived without it - worth every penny.

Wonderful company to deal with. I had an issue whereby another approved Daikin installer installed a system at my home, but wasn't aware that installation of air con is notifiable work for building control. The system worked fine, but they were not accredited to sign off the installation, so I couldn't get my completion certificate on the overall build project. Delta knew all about this general issue in the air con industry, where registered installers can't or won't sign off the Building Control Compliance Certificate. Delta stepped in, knew the situation and are one of the few installers to become BESCA certified, allowing them to asses the work and issue the Building Control Compliance Certificate. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Couldn't praise them, their people or their work high enough.

Very impressed with Delta. Scott and team were friendly and courteous. They were neat and tidy and left the house in exactly the same state as when they arrived, using plastic dust sheets on all surfaces. Handover was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly to us about the Mitsubishi units we had purchased before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Great team both those working in the office and on the ground installing/repairing. We had a new system installed over January and found Delta to be knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They worked seamlessly to provide minimal disruption in our office and we are very pleased with the new system. Thanks guys!

Delta installed a number of domestic aircon units for us including wall mounted, floor mounted and ceiling vented units. They now provide maintenance service to ensure that all units work efficiently. Service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Responded quickly to initial request, quoted and booked in engineers and installed within less than 2 weeks, for a large air con unit in our business premises. All staff were friendly and informative and left us confident in the equipment and service they had provided. They even moved and replaced a fence where they had to access the outside unit, and you couldn't tell they had done it. Thanks all :-)

The engineer who came to service my air conditioning unit, placed a red bucket into my bathroom wash basin to fill with water without asking. Unfortunately he broke the tap unit. At the time he admitted liability and was very apologetic, however they have since suggested he did not do the damage (which is totally untrue) It's a shame they took this attitude as a simple written apology, and a commitment to re-train staff would have been enough. I was not even asking to have the tap fixed at that time. *ETA* The manager I spoke to on the phone was expecially rude. They ensured everything was only discussed verbally so as to leave no paper trail regarding their actions. Since this happened several months ago, I still have not received an apology.

Fast, efficient, professional service all the way. This is the second installation we have had done by Delta Air Conditioning and we continue to use them because of the high quality of the entire team working there. The office staff are responsive and quick to address any questions. The engineers that conduct the installation and service are efficient, polite, detailed and complete high quality work every time. They are always quick to check that everything is to our satisfaction and will immediately change anything we request (not that we have had to). Couldn't recommend this company highly enough!

Great service and help. We were not sure whether to have two or three units fitted in our property. After a short delay we decided on three, and the chaps came and did a superb job! They worked hard through the heat wave we had in July and I am sure they lost a couple of pounds!! Again great service and help.

Delta have been great from start to finish. We have large solar gain in the front part of the house and last year's baking summer and the prospect that it's going to be a regular event meant we looked at AC. Had 3 quotes and Delta were not quite the cheapest, but on the ball, good people with good advice & responsive. I mucked them about a bit over the install date, but they were very accommodating. Steve & Ed have just installed 2 Mitsubishi 3.5kw wall units in 2 different rooms and were excellent about location and routing of pipework. External Condensing Unit very neatly installed. Top guys, neat, enthusiastic, communicative, drink lots of tea. They even did the setup for the WiFi control of the units remotely - as it's definitely non-trivial! Top company & people and all 0% VAT rated!

I had a great experience with Delta Air Conditioning. I initially contacted them at the height of the heat in the summer and they came within 2 weeks to do a survey and map out the options for me. I ended up getting units installed in 4 rooms. The engineers were extremely professional and did a very tidy job of the piping and wiring which blends in nicely in the rooms. They cleaned up after themselves each day and the time estimates for installation were spot on. For the external units they built a custom cage for me so it takes up minimal room in my back garden. Cost was exactly what was quoted to me at the start and the work was completed on time. Overall would highly recommend if thinking of looking at AC installation. Very professional and reasonably priced and what is delivered is excellent value and quality.

From the initial site survey with Gareth and admin with Marianne to the installation with Steve and Scott it has been a great experience with Delta. I needed an air conditioning system for my 1-bed apartment which is powerful enough to be my main heating system for the winter as well as cooling in the summer months. Gareth provided professional advice as an engineer himself also had top tips on designing the system for my needs. The installation day went smoothly, the guys turned up promptly on time, discussed with me how they will work, asked me about my preferences on positioning the unit and worked around me working from home that day and also the fussy neighbours who had to also provide them garden access. They were friendly, approachable and polite throughout the day. The install was carried out to a high standard, I was particularly pleased with the solution of the drain pipe that was neatly directed down to the ground. Once the job was done the guys left the place clean and provided me with the service log. The team at Delta was one of the most pleasant to deal with in my recent experience of dealing with contractors/builders. Any questions I had post sale too they were flexible and happy to answer them and provide product support. I highly recommend Delta Air Conditioning as they seem to be one of the best in town.

I can’t recommend Delta highly enough. We recently had several units installed and the service from start to finish was brilliant. Steve and Scott were a pleasure to work with and did such a fantastic job - they really took their time to consult with us and ensure that the pipe work on the outside of our house was as neat and consolidated as possible. In addition to Steve and Scott, we met further members of the team (Ed,Ben and Gareth) during that week and everyone was just so friendly and professional. We had a couple of user questions in the days following the installation and the office based team were so quick to help us, even arranging for Ben and Scott to pop out to talk us through our queries. If you are looking to have air conditioning or heating units installed in your house, I would fully recommend Delta. Thank you again guys!

Very pleased with the service received (I never give 5 stars :-)). The initial meeting with Gareth the surveyor was excellent, provided quotation in a timely manner and then once agreed the order was placed. The team who attended to carry out installation were very professional, no bribery whatsoever aside from bacon sarnies and drinks; they came up with a solution which made sense for where the unit was to be placed. There was one tiny issue, which was more manufacturer than supplier, that came to light but was resolved as soon as raised. I would recommend Delta Air Conditioning Services (Reading).

I would highly recommend this company. They have great people working to ensure everything is how you want it, and they take real pride in their work from placing the least important pipework to cleaning up their kit & your space when they're finished! Works like a dream, thanks again.

We had Deltas engineer Ben attend to service our air con who was absolutely fantastic and down to earth! He was very friendly, professional and knew his stuff about air conditioning. Ben understood our concerns with our air con and went out of his way to see what he could do for us with regards to cleaning the unit on the same day he was there to service the unit. He also went out of his way to contact his office to get the ball rolling for us to book in a deep clean which was much appreciated as our air con was smelling like a wet dog! 🤢

Recently had 2 x AC units installed by Delta & would highly recommend them. The units were fitted by Ed & Ben who were professional, polite & helpful. All round an excellent service with everything left in a clean & tidy state.

The installation guys turned up exactly when they said they would, they were particularly nice to my elderly father and they took care with everything they did. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone!

Delta installed an air-conditioning unit in one of our bedrooms in what is quite an old cottage. They have been a pleasure to deal with right from the initial contact, quote and advice at the beginning, all the way through to completion. Most of all we are vey happy with the end result!

Great company to work with. Two a/c units installed quickly and professionally by two polite young guys. They left no mess and answered all queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner. They even worked around my two inquisitive, boisterous dogs without complaint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them again next year to install another unit.

We had A/C fitted throughout our home and would highly recommend Delta. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the team that fitted the units were punctual, hard working and left no mess at all. Really pleased with the end result.

The original survey was conducted professionally with full explanations as to what would be involved. Quotation was clear and transparent. Installation by Adam and Scott overseen by Steve was impressive, being professional. The team were clearly very experienced and everything was left clean and tidy each evening during the week. The guys from Delta carried out a job at our Portman Road last week. The were upgrading the existing internal units in our server room and the condensers outside. They did everything as planned and actually stayed later on the last night to make sure everything was in place to keep the server room cool. They install team were prompt, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality AC contractor.

Delta have now installed 3 Air conditioning units for us over the last couple of years (two of them LG Artcool units which end up looking like a picture!), and for every one the team have been efficient, professional and the standard of workmanship excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them

We had an air conditioning unit installed at home. Delta Air Conditioning were fantastic throughout the whole process, from the initial enquiry to through to the installation. Outstanding. Had existing outdoor unit replaced, existing unit in bedroom replaced, and new one fitted in daughter's bedroom with pipes fitted up into the loft and across to join the existing drainage. The young engineers were polite, courteous, professional, arrived on time and put in 2 very busy days where they barely took a break. And they cleaned up after themselves, not a speck of dirt or dust. Would absolutely recommend.

Delta have just replaced our air conditioning unit and we cannot fault them, they were helpful from day 1, keeping us updated with the process and arriving when they said they would. The guys who came to install the new unit were great, they worked as quietly as they could, were polite, helpful and even hoovered up at the end. AC system for a number of rooms installed. Installation successfully completed and tested. Very happy with whole process, installers were clean, helpful & courteous. They were happy to take on board suggestions for re-positioning of AC units as having seen the units, alternative placements to the original plan were accommodated. Would recommend them to new clients.
