Highly recommend Danny and the team as DS Gas Services. They helped us with a quite a few jobs for our renovation, all done with care and professionalism. Found an issue with an old gas pipe that needed widening and came up with a great solution that avoided us having to dig up the flooring and also future-proofed us for any future gas needs, and they were out the next day to sort. Friendly team, great workmanship - so pleased to have a local company I can rely on in the future!

This team has done several jobs for me over the last 7 years. Their work is always tidy and they have been really flexible with working around other trades people. Would recommend them again and again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Prompt response from Tina to my initial enquiry and communication has been great throughout. Danny came to do the assessment and was very thorough, looking at the best, and most cost effective approach, for a split unit aircon for the bedroom and lounge. The quote came through the same day and work was booked in for the following week. Alex showed up on time and grafted for 2 days solid throughout the rain! He explained what he was doing, was polite, and tidied up as he went along. The thing I appreciated the most was he was considerate of my work calls and timed the drilling around them. He went through the operation of the units once installed and showed me the relevant pages in the enormous manual. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, zero room for improvement! Very pleased with the new aircon and would highly recommend DS Gas Services. Thank you to the whole team!

Danny and Adam have done a fantastic job installing our new Worcester Bosch boiler and upgrading the heating system throughout the house. They installed a new horizontal flue, fitted a magnetic system filter, re-piped the downstairs radiators, and ran new 22mm pipework upstairs to improve the overall heating efficiency. They also carried out a full chemical flush, added inhibitor, removed all rubbish, and ensured everything was certified to building regulations. The heating is now working better than ever and is the most efficient it has ever been. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Emergency call to Tina to report water flooding the garage due to a cracked pipe. Danny visited promptly & repaired the damaged pipe with expertise & professionalism.l highly recommend this company.

5 stars are inadequate! Danny did an amazing job fitting air conditioning units in my house. Not a mark left on the walls. Very quick, efficient and personable.

Great Service. Helped me with an emergency call out, they were quick and very helpful. I then got them to undertake a number of overdue plumbing fixes and leaks across the house. Always on time and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. - New stopcock as it had ceased - New taps to stop dripping - Updated my toilets to dual flush to save on water - Cleaned my cold water storage tank to stop scale build up in the pipes.

I had a great experience with DS Gas Services in Tilehurst from start to finish. Tina was wonderful to speak with and made the booking process really easy. Danny arrived exactly on time, as promised, and quickly diagnosed a serious banging noise coming from my pipeline. He was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and worked patiently until the issue was fully resolved. The difference is amazing. I’m really impressed with the professionalism and service. Boiler packed in on a Friday leaving us with no heating and hot water. DS gas services managed to fit us in last minute and carry out a repair same day to make sure we were ok over the weekend again. Great service, would recommend.

Adam Danny and Tina are a great team who care about their customers.. I recently for the first time used DS Gas and had an outdoor tap kit supplied and installed with a full boiler service completed the same day, all carried out effectively with great professionalism. Adam was polite focused and hard working nothing too much, I have recommended to my friends and family in the Reading area and will be using these guys for any plumbing type work now

A really professional and friendly engineer, our boiler in roof and although a bungalow a bit awkward to get to , being disabled I am unable to lower the trap and ladder unit but Adam just did it without a fuss and then carried out the service…..so good to get someone who really cares and is so helpful I have no hesitation in recommending DS to everyone, they even send a reminder a couple of weeks before the service is due , thankyou so much, great job

We contacted DS Gas when our boiler stopped working in the middle of a very cold January. Danny was very quick to come and have a look and give us advice on what would be the best option. We decided to get a new boiler and used DS Gas to source and fit a new boiler. They were efficient, helpful and offered a good price for the work and boiler. Would highly recommend! As a business owner myself I have worked beside and used many gas engineers and plumbers over my 28 years of trading, without doubt DS Gas are the only company I use know and highly recommend to my clients and friends. Danny and the team are fantastic. They have done a few jobs for us including fitting a new boiler and a new bathroom suite. The quality of the work is exceptional, communication is good and they are always on time. Highly recommend.

Danny has been our plumber for almost 10 years. His service and quality of work is excellent. On top of regular plumbing maintenance, we have had many issues with pipes, etc. Danny is able to identify issues, outline different options to resolve and execute repairs efficiently. We are delighted to have found a plumber we can trust.

I've been using DS Gas Services for a number of years now. Having used them for several issues, however mostly for my central heating system. Every time they have visited within a couple of days, however, Danny or Adam have often arrived on the same day when I have had no heating. Each time when they've been called out, they carry spare parts with them and the job is often sorted the same day - only once I've had to wait due to the part having to be ordered from the manufacturer. They're very professional, reliable, trustworthy, courteous, caring and understanding to your needs. They always clear up after themselves, you wouldn't know they've been. Pricing originally when first visit was needed, was exceptionable compared to other local plumbers. Great Company and would thoroughly recommend. Give them a call to get a quote - you won't be disappointed.

Danny did a great job fixing a pinhole leak in an awkward position in a mains water pipe which involved excavating through a floor tile into the concrete below. I appreciated his quick response which minimised the need to keep turning off the mains! I would thoroughly recommend him for general plumbing work.
