Absolutely phenomenal service from Caterworx. We had the pleasure of having Toby complete our gas installation on our converted horse box and he made sure we were 100% confident with it before he left. Extremely friendly and trustworthy and super easy to be around. Kelly was our 'messenger' on the telephone whom went above and beyond with exceptional communication. She communicated with us every step of the way and reassuring too! Super friendly firm. Highly recommend. Thank you! From 2 very stressed horse box owners...you put us at ease!

Used cater works to service our rational ,everything was perfect and the oven was never been touch before except by caterwork . One months later error e36 came up for faulty ignition, took over tow months of chasing to fix the fault and two engeneer visits. After 6 weeks of waiting, On the the day of replacing the fault the engeneer came at 5:30 at busy kitchen, the engeneer fix the part and left within 15 min ,the oven left work for 1 hour cycle .the next day the chef tried it and not working. Called caterworx to explain and they accused us of signing the papers if we are not happy with the work . Eventually and other charged£££ visit to inspect the oven after 2 weeks .the first person who fixed the ignition had damaged the gas valve hence the the second fault ,called and explained my frustration in regards to the matter and waiting time and, than I have been told to look somewhere else and the part has not been ordered. After paying £800 to caterworx, 3 months waiting time with a faulty oven and no communication. Just evoid at any costs

Strange experience. Asked for quote but they did the work without my consent. Misinformed by receptionist how much further work would cost, rectified by Terina, only one there with great customer service skills, but confusing information all the way through and to top it all, a boss who thinks if anything is not clear or goes wrong, it's the customer's fault. I wouldn't go back.
